Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
The IT Support team helps 1Password employees get the technology they need to do their best work every day. We combine hands-on troubleshooting with modern tools, AI, and workflow automation to resolve issues and elevate the overall employee experience. As an intern on our team, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers to learn how support operations run, tackle real user requests, and help build smarter, faster support workflows.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada/US. This position will be for 4 months - January to April 2027.
What You Can Expect:
- Ticket intake and routing: Review new Freshservice tickets for completeness, apply categories and priorities using established guidelines, and route requests to the appropriate technician or team.
- Queue maintenance: Identify unassigned, aging, duplicate, or stalled tickets; follow up with ticket owners; and flag uneven workloads for the manager’s review.
- Reporting and administrative support: Compile standard reports on ticket volume, backlog, SLA performance, and common request types; prepare summaries for team meetings while leverage AI toolkit.
- Collaborating with people across the department like IT Engineering, Enterprise Systems, IT Operations, and the Workplace Technology teams.

What we're looking for:
- Confidence: A willingness to take on new challenges, and see them through to completion.
- Humility: You're not afraid to ask "stupid" questions and make mistakes (as long as you learn from them).
- Curiosity: You look for better ways of doing things, even if everyone seems happy with how they are.
- Teamwork: We work together, and succeed as a team!
Bonus points for:
- Organization and attention to detail: Keeps ticket information accurate, tracks deadlines, and follows through on outstanding tasks.
- Clear, professional communication: Writes useful ticket notes, asks focused questions, and provides courteous updates to users and technicians.
- Prioritization and sound judgment: Follows established urgency guidelines, recognizes when a ticket needs attention, and escalates appropriately.
- Basic technical literacy and willingness to learn: Understands common workplace technology and can follow troubleshooting guides and learn Freshservice workflows.
- Discretion and respect for access boundaries: Handles information carefully, follows documented procedures, and recognizes when a request requires additional discovery or authorization
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged at 1Password—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of most roles. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
What we offer
We believe in working hard, and rewarding that hard work through our benefits. While not an exhaustive list, here is a glance at what we currently offer:

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About the role
The Principal of Marketing Insights sits at the intersection of growth strategy, investment planning, and performance analytics. You’ll partner with the office of CMO, marketing leadership, and cross-functional analytics teams to determine where we invest, how we improve performance, and what it will take to achieve our growth targets. You’ll translate business goals and performance insights into clear priorities, resource decisions, and coordinated action across Marketing. This includes shaping pipeline strategy, evaluating investment tradeoffs, and identifying opportunities to improve conversion, velocity, and efficiency across regions, segments, and growth motions. This is a high-visibility leadership role during a period of significant organizational change. We’re looking for someone who brings structure to ambiguity, challenges assumptions with sound business judgment, and drives decisions through to measurable results. You’ll work closely with marketing leaders, Finance, GTM Operations, Technical Marketing Ops, and Central Analytics to connect strategy, investment, and execution.
What you’ll do
Growth strategy & planning: Translate company growth targets into marketing plans with clear priorities, investment requirements, and performance assumptions. Lead the analytical foundation for annual and quarterly planning, developing scenarios that evaluate growth opportunities, resource needs, and tradeoffs. Own marketing’s pipeline planning models and assumptions, coordinating inputs across regions, segments, channels, and motions. Identify the highest-impact opportunities to improve pipeline generation, conversion, and velocity; partner with functional leaders to turn those opportunities into action.
Investment strategy & efficiency: Shape recommendations for allocating resources across programs, channels, regions, and segments based on expected business impact. Evaluate tradeoffs between headcount and program investment, partnering with Finance and marketing leaders to improve resource productivity. Identify where to scale, reduce, or reallocate spend, and measure whether those decisions improve pipeline yield and marketing efficiency. Develop models that connect marketing investment to pipeline and revenue outcomes, making assumptions and uncertainties clear.
Program management & accountability: Lead weekly and monthly marketing performance reviews, focusing leadership on the decisions and actions needed to achieve targets. Proactively identify performance risks, diagnose root causes, and align leaders on corrective actions, owners, and timelines. Track actions and assess their impact, adjusting the approach when results fall short. Lead cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, XDR, Sales, Finance, and Analytics, resolving dependencies and escalating decisions when needed.
Insights & measurement: Set the strategic analysis agenda around the business questions most consequential to marketing growth and efficiency. Define the metrics, scorecards, and decision tools marketing leaders need to manage performance. Partner with Analytics to deliver scalable reporting and with Marketing Ops to ensure consistent definitions, reliable tracking, and data quality. Translate complex analysis into clear executive narratives that explain what is happening, why it matters, and what action to take.
Skills we’re looking for

Strong business judgment and a clear point of view, with the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders constructively and build alignment around difficult tradeoffs.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive recommendations through to execution and results.
Ability to independently structure ambiguous problems and balance speed with analytical rigor.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion’s Integrated Marketing team connects our brand story to the world—ensuring that every campaign, launch, and experience builds on global awareness of Notion as the intelligent, AI-connected workspace for modern work. We're looking for an experienced, creative, and rigorous brand campaign expert who excels at conceptualizing innovative campaign strategies and bringing clarity to complex challenges.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
The Campaign Manager, Brand brings Notion’s mission, product capabilities, and customer stories to life through targeted, insight-driven brand campaigns. This role is responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing integrated marketing programs that connect Notion’s core value props to the needs and aspirations of our customers—from individuals to global enterprises.
Reporting to the Campaign Lead, you’ll drive seasonal campaigns, brand activations, and special projects that aim to build excitement among both current customers and prospects. You’ll work closely with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, and Creative to transform feature launches, product education, and customer insights into powerful, scalable brand moments that build understanding, drive conversion, and reinforce Notion’s position as the AI workspace for teams. Responsibilities include:
- Lead cross-functional campaign execution, from concept to delivery, for both special brand projects and feature-led programs
- Partner with Creative to generate out-of-the-box brand marketing concepts, breaking from the industry mold and encouraging blue sky thinking
- Partner with Product Marketing to develop strategies that translate product value into meaningful narratives for the target audience of each activation or campaign
- Partner with Growth Marketing to define the right mix of content, media, and channels to reach each segment effectively
- Manage campaign briefs, creative deliverables, and timelines—ensuring clarity, accountability, and alignment across stakeholders
- Integrate brand and performance media buying from planning through delivery and reporting
- Define and track KPIs for each campaign, analyzing and sharing results and applying insights to optimize future programs
- Ensure all campaigns maintain a cohesive Notion voice and brand expression, while adapting to audience needs and regional contexts
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 8+ years of experience in integrated or brand marketing, preferably in AI or tech, with proven success leading complex projects to fruition
- Idea catalyst: You bring a concept-led approach and an opinionated point of view, sparking, shaping, and shepherding breakthrough concepts until they're undeniable
- AI fluency: You have deep, first-hand experience experimenting with new AI tools, and are passionate about staying on top of fast-moving industry trends
- Speed: You bias towards action and operate with ambition, creating processes that help cross-functional teams do the same
- GTM expert: You have strong understanding of and passion for go-to-market planning, messaging, and storytelling for brand-driven campaigns
- Collaborative: People on the projects you lead become the best versions of themselves by working with you, across product, creative, and data teams
- Order agent: You possess strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to balance multiple work streams and deadlines at once while iterating for improvement
NICE TO HAVES:
- Familiarity with hybrid audience targeting
- Experience supporting global and/or regionalized campaigns
- Experience using Notion—both personally and professionally

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.

Notion is also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures. About the Role
Join Alvys, an early-stage company transforming the $800B US freight industry. As a DevSecOps Engineer, you'll help protect our platform and the customer data it holds. You'll close cloud security gaps, build security checks into how we ship software, run our penetration testing program, and stand up the infrastructure behind our internal security, IT, and AI tools. This role combines hands-on infrastructure work with coordination across DevOps, engineering teams, IT & Security, and outside security vendors.
Industry Insight
Freight companies run their business on Alvys: loads, drivers, carriers, payments, and financial records. As more of the industry moves to modern software, customers expect that data to be protected like any other business-critical system. Security is part of how we earn and keep their trust.
About Alvys
Alvys is building a multi-tenant SaaS platform that powers modern transportation operations. We combine deep industry knowledge with strong technical execution to bring clarity, automation, and reliability to one of the world's most essential industries. Security is a shared responsibility at Alvys, and this role helps every team meet that bar.
Our Principles
Engineering Principles
Build for Real-World Impact.
Our users rely on Alvys to solve real problems, not abstract ones. Every security fix should reduce real risk to our platform and the people moving freight every day, not just clear a scanner finding.
Extreme Ownership and Empowerment.
Ownership extends beyond building. It means being accountable for quality, reliability, and customer impact. If it's in production, it's yours: bugs, uptime, and results.
Technology Debt is Strategic, Not Accidental.
Technical debt is a strategic choice, not an oversight. We incur it deliberately when it unlocks speed, learning, or market advantage. Our architecture remains clean, maintainable, and scalable as we grow.
Simplicity Scales; Complexity Costs.
Logistics is inherently complex, but our technology shouldn't be. We prioritize simplicity in our architecture, leveraging modularity and well-defined service boundaries to reduce cognitive load.
Radical Transparency.
We democratize data and make it accessible across all functions to drive alignment and decision-making. Transparency also means feedback. We systematize constructive feedback loops to ensure growth.
Engineering Culture
Move Fast, Learn Fast.
Speed is our advantage, but we move fast intentionally. We bias for action, assume positive intent, and treat every mistake as a learning opportunity.
Own the Outcome.
Every engineer owns outcomes, not tickets. We take responsibility end-to-end, identifying problems, delivering solutions, and ensuring they last.
Partner, Don't Gatekeep.
Security works best when it's built with the teams who own the systems. We share context with DevOps and engineering teams, explain the risk behind each ask, and make the secure path the easy one.
Pragmatism Over Purism.
Perfect security doesn't exist, but reduced risk does. We choose fixes that scale, are maintainable, and address real threats, not theoretical ones.
People Over Heroics.
We don't reward burnout or always-on behavior. Sustainability is a feature, not a luxury. If someone needs to slow down, unplug, or take care of life outside work, that's expected.
Responsibilities
Cloud security architecture
Design and deliver infrastructure changes that strengthen our cloud security posture, including network isolation and identity-based access.
Make these changes through infrastructure as code, plan rollouts that avoid customer downtime, and work with service owners to update the applications that depend on them.
Build secure defaults into our infrastructure modules so new resources start out compliant.
Vulnerability management and pipeline security
Help run our vulnerability management program, driving remediation within defined SLAs.
Extend our existing security scanning with AI-assisted security testing, such as automated security code review and AI-driven penetration testing.
Tune and improve the automation we already use to process security findings.
Penetration testing
Manage our third-party penetration tests from start to finish: scoping and targeting, test environments and accounts, vendor coordination, findings intake, and retesting.
Help mature our internal, AI-assisted penetration testing tool into a dependable part of the security program, including deployment and scheduled runs.
Infrastructure for security, IT, and AI tooling
Deploy and operate internal applications in Azure, with identity, secrets, networking, and backups set up correctly from day one.
Build telemetry pipelines (OpenTelemetry into Azure Monitor) for our AI and internal tools, with dashboards and alerts that surface anomalous activity.
Working with others
Partner with DevOps, engineering teams, and IT & Security to plan and prioritize work.
Write clear runbooks and documentation, and produce evidence for our SOC 2 program.
Tech Stack
Cloud: Azure (AKS, App Service, Azure Functions, Storage, Key Vault, Cosmos DB, VNets, Microsoft Entra ID)
Infrastructure as code: Terraform
CI/CD: GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps pipelines
Containers: Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Container Registry
Observability: Azure Monitor, App Insights, Log Analytics, OpenTelemetry, Grafana
Security: Aikido, Cloudflare
AI tooling: Cursor, Claude, Claude Platform (managed agents), Grokbot
Application code: .NET/C#, TypeScript, Angular, React
Minimum Qualifications
Fluent in English, spoken and written.
3+ years of professional experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or security engineering.
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP), including networking, identity and access management, and secrets management.
Production experience with infrastructure as code, preferably Terraform.
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Working knowledge of containers and Kubernetes.
Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
Understanding of common security risks in cloud and web applications, and how to fix them.
Ability to explain technical risk clearly to engineers and non-engineers.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Azure specifically, including private endpoints, VNet integration, and Entra ID managed identities.
Experience with application security testing (SCA, SAST, DAST), and interest in applying AI to security testing.
Experience coordinating penetration tests or working with external security firms.
Experience with OpenTelemetry, Azure Monitor, or similar observability tools, including writing alert queries (KQL is a plus).
Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or CIS Benchmarks.
Interest in AI tooling and how to deploy and monitor it safely.
Security certifications such as AZ-500, Security+, or similar are a plus.
Background in logistics or transportation is a bonus.
