Pay:
USD $50,000 - $60,000
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Looking for an impactful and exciting role with a strong focus on product design? Join Productive Playhouse as a Product Manager and help shape the experience across Central and pZero, our company internal linked contributing platform. In this flexible, remote role, you’ll turn user insights and stakeholder needs into thoughtful product solutions while partnering closely with engineering and cross-functional teams. No production frontend coding is required.
Key Responsibilities
Own the daily product loop for Central and pZero, from user evidence and problem definition through requirements, delivery, rollout, and adoption.
Translate user evidence and stakeholder input into clear product briefs and PRDs, including problem, scope, exclusions, success measures, and acceptance criteria.
Lead product design for core Central and pZero workflows, including journey mapping, information architecture, prototyping in Figma or an equivalent tool, and usability testing.
Partner with the external engineering team throughout delivery, clarifying requirements and keeping work moving through review and release.
Bring Product Quality into the work early enough to shape journeys, testability, and release evidence.
Own rollout and adoption for shipped features, ensuring intended users can find, understand, and use new functionality.
Track product outcomes after release, including adoption, task completion, cycle time, rework, defects, support burden, and the amount of follow-up required from the Director of Product.
Own manager-facing and worker-facing product documentation, including onboarding materials, tutorials, how-to guides, and release education.
Maintain a practical, shared design foundation with Iron Forge covering navigation, forms, tables, statuses, errors, permissions, accessibility, and responsive behavior.
Maintain shared product knowledge in company-approved project and knowledge management systems, including roadmap, decisions, user evidence, product behavior, and release learning.
Use approved AI tools and shared skills to improve the speed and quality of research, writing, analysis, prototyping, and documentation.
Collect and prioritize input from Operations, Product Quality, Engineering, support signals, and client programs.
Bring well-supported recommendations, backed by evidence and tradeoffs, to the Director of Product on major product decisions, while owning routine and reversible decisions independently.
Perform other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
If selected to move forward in the recruitment process, candidates will be required to complete a pre-assessment. Completion of the required assessment is a prerequisite for advancement to the next stage of the selection process.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience in product management or a closely related discipline.
Demonstrated experience as a product owner or product manager, ideally within AI workforce product; scope of ownership matters more than years of tenure.
Hands-on product or UX design experience, ideally including journey mapping, prototyping, and usability testing.
Proven ability to turn incomplete or conflicting stakeholder input into a clear, bounded product problem.
Experience working closely with engineering teams as a partner, not solely through ticket handoffs.
Comfort using data to make or evaluate decisions, including recognizing when available data is insufficient.
Experience owning outcomes after release, including adoption, documentation, and iteration based on real usage.
Working familiarity with AI tools for research, writing, prototyping, and documentation, with clear human review and accountability.
Strong written communication skills, able to produce material that developers, operators, managers, and users can act on directly.
Ability to work effectively across distributed teams and manage ambiguity without creating unnecessary noise.
Comfortable inspecting product behavior, reading technical material, and working with data; production coding is not required.
Cross-functional collaboration and conflict resolution skills, with the decisiveness expected of a single-threaded owner.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Occasional travel may be required for special meetings, training, or team gatherings at the company’s headquarters or other designated locations.
Routine use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, filing cabinets, etc.
Strong visual acuity for reviewing detailed documents and data on computer screens.
Manual dexterity for operating a computer, including using a keyboard and mouse.
Ability to lift and carry office supplies or equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
Clear verbal and written communication skills for collaboration across teams.
Capacity to manage tasks that require prolonged periods of focus and concentration.
Ability to handle the physical demands of a standard workweek, which may include occasional overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays, if needed.

What You’ll Do
As an AI Evaluator, you'll play a critical role in shaping and improving the next generation of Generative AI. Testing and evaluating AI chatbots or language models through structured conversations, using assigned goals and prompts.
Voice-based interactions with AI models — for projects that involve this, sessions are recorded, and audio may be shared with the client as part of the evaluation deliverable.
Submitting deliverables (write-ups, ratings, screenshots, or recordings) in the format each task specifies.

Native or expert-level fluency in Portuguese, as spoken in Brazil.
Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills - assessment maybe required
18 years of age or older
Hands-on experience using AI models or large language models
Comfortable with both written and voice-based conversation — and good at asking sharp follow-ups
Your own smartphone, computer, reliable internet, and comfort with web-based tools
Able to pass a language proficiency and technical literacy assessment
Responsive communicator — quick replies move you through onboarding faster
Able to start within 48 hours

About Improvado
Improvado is a marketing data and AI analytics platform for enterprise brands and agencies. We connect 500+ marketing and sales data sources, normalize them through a governed data model, and put an AI agent on top so marketing teams can ask questions of their own data without going through BI or IT.
What we sell:
extraction and 500+ connectors; data transformation (SQL and dbt-compatible); Marketing Data Governance — taxonomy, naming, data-quality rules; warehouse and storage; dashboards; AI agent and MCP access to live marketing data; DECS, data engineering as a service on a 2 to 4 week SLA.
Who buys it:
Economic buyers:
CMO, VP Marketing, VP Demand Gen, agency COO and ops leadership
Technical evaluators:
VP or Director of Marketing Analytics, marketing analysts, data engineering, sometimes IT and security
Segments:
enterprise brands, mid-market, agencies
Verticals:
pharma and healthcare, financial services, retail and eCommerce, gaming, agencies
Why this role, now
Our messaging is not aligned.
Positioning, web, sales pitch, product and content each carry a different version of what Improvado is. The market categorizes us as "marketing ETL" while we position as an AI marketing analytics platform. That gap costs us deal quality and price.
The category is crowded and moving fast.
Battlecards exist but decay, and nobody owns keeping them true.
Attribution, incrementality and causal measurement is where deals are won and lost
— and it is the hardest thing to argue credibly without hand-waving.
Analyst firms are a silent blocker.
When an enterprise buyer asks Gartner or Forrester about Improvado, there is no briefed narrative waiting for them.
You would not start from a blank page. We already have a positioning registry, roughly 11 documented buyer personas, a pain-point and value-prop library, competitor intel reports and about 10 battlecards. They are inconsistent and under-used. Your first job is to make one version true and make people use it.
What you'll own
Positioning and messaging.
Core positioning, category framing and message hierarchy across ICPs and personas. ICP and persona documentation that is used, not filed. The messaging layer of new product and feature launches, including the internal rollout that makes the field able to sell it.
Competitive intelligence and win/loss.
A structured win/loss interview program with quarterly readouts. Living battlecards. Monitoring competitor positioning, pricing and product moves, and driving our counter-positioning.
Sales enablement.
The core pitch narrative, demo storyline and objection-handling framework. The messaging components of new-rep onboarding. A standing weekly cadence with Sales leadership — not quarterly check-ins. Direct support on competitive and enterprise deals: RFPs, security and technical evaluations, displacement plays.
Market and analyst relations.
The Improvado narrative for Gartner, Forrester and category influencers, so that a buyer's analyst call becomes an accelerator rather than a blocker. Feeding structured market and buyer insight back into product prioritization.
What we're looking for
4 to 8 years in product marketing, or an equivalent blend of product marketing with marketing analytics, marketing or data ops, sales engineering, analytics consulting, or product management on a data product.
Category fluency in marketing data and measurement: attribution models, incrementality testing, MMM, data governance and taxonomy, warehouses and ETL/ELT — including where each is honestly weak.
B2B SaaS sold to marketing or data buyers. Marketing analytics, martech, measurement, CDP, BI and data-infrastructure vendors are the reference profile.
Proof you have shipped, not just documented: positioning that changed the website and the pitch, battlecards reps actually opened, a win/loss program that survived past its second quarter.
Writing that survives contact with a skeptical technical buyer — claim and evidence, not adjective stacking.
Comfort operating close to Sales: weekly cadence, deal reviews, live calls, direct feedback.
Nice to have:
hands-on SQL, dbt or BI, enough to validate a claim yourself. Experience marketing AI capabilities without hype. Analyst-relations experience. Agency-side or enterprise-brand background. Vertical depth in pharma and healthcare, financial services, retail and eCommerce, or gaming.
Not a fit if:
your product marketing has been mostly launch logistics and content calendars; you need a fully staffed team and a finished brand system to be effective; you are uncomfortable being told in a deal review that your messaging did not work.
How we measure success
Win rate in competitive deals against our top 3 named competitors, baseline set in month 1.
Stage-to-stage conversion on open opportunities, particularly discovery to demo to proposal.
Time-to-first-deal for new reps.
Field adoption of enablement assets — measured, not assumed.
Win/loss program running on cadence, with themes that visibly change product and GTM decisions.
Message consistency: a quarterly audit across web, deck, product UI and content.
What We Offer
Remote-first environment
Competitive compensation
Medical and dental benefits
401K plan
Unlimited PTO
Paid holidays
Professional development reimbursement

AI Product Builder
Improvado
is an AI-powered, unified platform designed for marketing teams in medium to large-scale enterprises and agencies, who are looking to automate complex marketing intelligence and reporting to make decisions with ease. Improvado gathers, organizes, and untangles marketing data to deliver instant insights through BI and AI, helping to eliminate complexity, delivering laser-focused insights to optimize budgets, enhance campaign efficiency and marketing ROI.
About the role
As an AI Product Builder you own one product area end to end. Which area depends on where we need you most, and the work is the same in all of them. Our products turn marketing data into decisions, and each of them has the same failure mode: it tells the customer something and stops there. Your job is to find where your area stops short of causing a decision, build the part that closes that gap, and show that somebody acted. You will build hands-on with AI, shape the roadmap, work directly with engineering teams and with customers, and decide what a good recommendation looks like for a different persona on the same data - a media buyer, an analyst and a CMO do not want the same thing.
Responsibilities
Own the product area end to end, from idea to delivery, and define how the roadmap evolves
Close the gap between what the product reports and what the customer does about it: decide what gets recommended and to whom, and build the loop that makes those recommendations better over time
Work hands-on with AI, from mockups and prototypes through to production code for smaller features, alongside an engineering team of three to ten people
Run customer discovery yourself and turn it into roadmap decisions
Define and measure the metrics that prove the product caused someone to act
Build and maintain automated workflows using AI tools, scripting and the modern data stack
Collaborate with Product, BI and CSM teams on architecture decisions and customer data requirements
Qualifications
Product ownership experience
- able to take a problem end to end with minimal hand-holding, and point at things you built that are still in use
Demonstrated use of
AI tools
in daily work: Claude Code, agentic coding, prompt engineering, with a clear view of what you deliberately do not delegate
Experience
building an AI agent
and making it reliable in production
Marketing or revenue data domain
experience, and you have computed those metrics yourself rather than receiving them from an analyst
Comfortable working with engineers as a peer rather than across a handoff
Strong
SQL
;
Python
for data processing and automation
Fluent English
- there are customer calls and escalations in this role
Availability to overlap
US Pacific
business hours (or at least East)
Nice to have
Hands-on
ETL/ELT pipeline
experience (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or ClickHouse)
Experience working directly with clients on technical requirements
BI tools (e.g. Superset) for operational reporting
Process
A screening call, a 45-minute call with the VP of Product, a take-home designed for 90 minutes to two hours, and a review of it with our product managers.
What We Offer
Remote-first environment
Optional relocation assistance to Latin America after your trial period
Strong product/market fit: marketing data product for US-based enterprises
Modern AI tech stack and freedom to experiment
High-velocity team where you will constantly learn and scale your skills
High autonomy and ownership - we care about outcomes, not hours
AI-first, collaborative, no-bureaucracy culture with a technically strong, international team
20 working days of PTO per year
US holidays and additional days off
Professional development reimbursement
