MinIO is the data and memory foundation for enterprise AI. Built for the speed, scale, and economics that AI and analytics demand, AIStor and MemKV unify every layer of the data stack, from agentic and inference context memory to tables and objects across core, edge, and cloud. Trusted by 77% of the Fortune 100, MinIO is redefining how AI factories, intelligent applications, and autonomous agents secure, persist, and unlock the full value of their data.
MinIO is looking for a senior partnership and business development executive to own a flagship strategic partnership end-to-end—commercially, operationally, and strategically—as it scales from initial agreement into a multi-year, multi-workstream engagement across the region's sovereign AI infrastructure landscape.
This is a high-visibility, single-account-depth role. You'll sit at the intersection of enterprise sales, channel/reseller strategy, and executive relationship management, with the credibility to operate comfortably at C-level on both sides.
What You Will Do
Own the day-to-day partnership relationship.
Act as the primary point of contact between MinIO and the partner's business and technical teams, keeping both sides aligned on commitments, priorities, and delivery milestones across the joint platform engagement.
Expand the commercial scope of the partnership.
Identify and negotiate opportunities to grow the relationship — new use cases, new regions, upsells, renewals, and expanded terms — building on the existing agreement.
Manage contract renewals and amendments.
Own the negotiation of contract renewals, amendments, and expanded commercial terms as the partnership evolves.
Build and maintain executive relationships.
Serve as the primary business point of contact for partner executives; keep leadership on both sides engaged and aligned on the health and direction of the partnership.
Drive partnership-sourced pipeline and revenue.
Own quota or targets tied to pipeline and revenue generated through the partnership; work with sales to convert the relationship into closed business.
Run joint go-to-market execution.
Partner with marketing and sales to execute co-selling motions, joint offers, and campaigns — including reseller/channel activation — that activate the partnership commercially.
Manage ongoing partner operations.
Run recurring cadences with the partner — QBRs, roadmap syncs, escalation handling — and keep internal stakeholders informed of partnership status, risks, and commercial health.
Navigate reseller and channel dynamics.
Manage complexity across the partner ecosystem, ensuring commercial terms remain consistent with MinIO's broader channel strategy.
Translate partner needs into internal priorities.
Bring partner feedback and requirements back to product and engineering, and advocate for the resourcing needed to keep commitments on track — without owning the product roadmap yourself.
Track and report on partnership performance.
Define and report on KPIs for the partnership — pipeline generated, revenue closed, deployment milestones hit, and overall partnership health — to regional and global leadership.
Represent MinIO externally.
Represent MinIO alongside the partner at industry events (including flagship regional events such as LEAP), conferences, and executive briefings to strengthen the partnership's visibility in the market.
Your Skills and Experience
15–20 years of collective experience across sales, presales, channel/alliances, and business development, ideally within infrastructure, data, or AI/ML companies — with a meaningful portion of that in a strategic partnership or key-account ownership capacity.
Deep, demonstrated familiarity with the Saudi Arabia enterprise technology and sovereign-AI/government-adjacent ecosystem — national AI infrastructure initiatives and the broader Vision 2030 digital infrastructure landscape.
A track record of managing and growing an existing strategic partnership at scale — expanding scope, renewing and amending contracts, and increasing revenue over multi-year horizons.
Comfort owning commercial terms and contract negotiations directly (MSAs, NFRs, exclusivity, revenue share, reseller structures), with support from legal as needed.
Strong working knowledge of object storage, data infrastructure, or AI/ML ecosystems — enough to speak credibly with technical stakeholders on topics like sovereign AI infrastructure, inference/training data pipelines, and platform architecture, even though this is not a hands-on technical role.
Demonstrated success managing a partner relationship that drove measurable pipeline or revenue growth over time.
Excellent relationship-building and executive communication skills — fully comfortable in the room with C-level partners and government-adjacent stakeholders.
Experience with co-selling motions, joint go-to-market execution, channel/reseller management, and partner enablement.
Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English, with a professional communication style suited to the Gulf enterprise and government context.
Based in Riyadh; willing to travel regionally to partner sites, conferences, and industry events as needed.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity:
The Field Engineering team works closely with our Presales Solution Engineering team, as well as Product and Marketing, to ensure the SE's have the tools, collateral, enablement and experts they need to close business. If you've ever served in a Technical Presales role for a software company, you know just how much knowledge you are expected to have, demos you need to show, workshops you need to execute on, etc. The Field Engineering team maintains the backend systems, content creation and deep subject matter expertise that enables the Solution Engineering team to scale and focus on direct customer selling, community building, learning, and other adoption and revenue-focused activities. As a Staff Field Engineer, you are viewed by Sales and FE leadership as being in the top 20% of the field team, operating with little to no supervision on the company's most strategic engagements and serving as a mentor to Senior Field Engineers and Solution Engineers.
What You'll Be Doing:
Advise on and support some of Grafana's most strategic deals and customer engagements, collaborating with Solution Engineers and Observability Architects on the company's most complex technical challenges with no supervision.
Serve as a company-recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) in one area of the Grafana Platform, and deep knowledge across multiple Grafana technologies, building new reference architectures from scratch and overcoming competitive objections in the field
Proven ability to craft and deliver compelling value based stories to help the sales team technically close deals.
Own end-to-end creation and curation of technical training content (workshops, how-to guides, demo scripts) for one or more product areas, and establish a repeatable content review cadence in partnership with Enablement and Product Management to keep materials aligned with the product roadmap
Architect, engineer, and maintain a live production environment that supports demo, workshop, and POV infrastructure at scale, ensuring reliability, security, and uptime.
Act as a key influencer in product direction, helping key customers adopt newer technologies, and represent Field Engineering in Product planning cycles to surface enablement gaps and shape investment priorities
Serve as a presenter for Strategic Marketing events (presentations, panels, webinars, conferences, blogs) as an ambassador for Grafana
Provide technical guidance for a specific product area to Solution Engineers, Observability Architects and customers, and present best practices to customers
Help update and improve product documentation, and contribute back to the organization through white papers, blogs, and product direction input
Mentor Senior and Staff Solution Engineers and Field Engineers
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Minimum of 8+ years of related technical experience, including 2+ years in a Senior Field Engineer role (or equivalent), serving as a SRE, Developer, Architect and/or successful presales Solution Architect. OSS development experience is a plus.
Excellent understanding of Grafana and associated technologies, with recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) depth in at least one area of the Grafana Platform; deep working knowledge across multiple technologies in the Observability space (e.g. Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, Tempo, Elastic, Splunk, Datadog, etc.)
Expert-level knowledge in at least one adjacent domain (e.g. IoT, AI/ML) beyond the core observability stack, and demonstrated domain knowledge across the broader Grafana Ecosystem
Has created and maintained at least one product training asset (workshop, guide, or structured content) that has been adopted by the broader technical field organization
Demonstrated experience partnering cross-functionally with Product Management and Engineering to produce and maintain field-facing enablement content and influence roadmap priorities
Comfortable with at least one modern programming language, and a strong understanding of the modern software development lifecycle, including debugging and investigation
Working familiarity with Linux, including common tools
Practical experience using AI tools to generate and review code and to accelerate day-to-day tasks, while retaining full ownership of final decisions and quality criteria for the resulting work
Able to architect a modern application on one of the primary cloud providers (AWS, Azure or GCP), including IaC tools such as Terraform, understanding the tradeoffs between build vs. buy, and the technologies that make up that architecture such as Kubernetes, Docker, Serverless, Microservices and more
Proven track record building and delivering strategic technical content (workshops, demos, decks, webinars, videos) for technical audiences, including complex POVs and content that overcomes competitive objections
Deep understanding of the sales process, with the ability to anticipate and proactively address challenges in complex, strategic sales cycles

Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
About the role:
We're looking for a Solutions Engineering Manager to lead and grow our presales function in NYC. Reporting to our presales VP of Solutions Engineering, this is a founding leadership role where you'll help us establish the discipline from the ground up, shaping the playbook that drives your region's success while collaborating across the business to share best practices.
As a Solutions Engineering Manager, you will have full ownership of your team's success; you'll be hiring and developing Solutions Engineers, while staying hands-on in the highest-impact deals in your market. You'll set the bar for how your team runs discovery, demos, Proofs of Concept, and technical evaluations. You'll regularly partner with Sales leadership, Product, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to connect your team's work to revenue outcomes. You'll own forecasting, performance, and the overall health of your market, collaborating with presales leadership on strategy and priorities.
Recruitment and Development
- Hire, ramp, and develop a team of 5-10 Solutions Engineers (SEs)in your region, across experience levels, from mid-career to subject matter experts.
- Run regular 1:1s, deal reviews, and career development conversations, ensuring a high quality of discovery, demos, and technical evaluations across the team.
- Build a collaborative, inclusive team culture where Solutions Engineers support each other across deals, not just their own book.
Execution
- Execute and reinforce Synthesia's core presales motions (research, discovery, demos, workshops, Proofs of Concept, champion building, and handover to customer success) with consistency across your team.
- Design and evolve Synthesia's demo methodology across Studio, Roleplay Sessions, and Interactive Avatars, so your team proves business value quickly regardless of use case.
- Build and maintain the presales toolkit for your team with Synthesia's product and operations teams for demo environments, reusable assets, evaluation guides, and objection handling; iterating where you see gaps for your market.
- Evangelize and drive consistent use of AI tools across your team, from call prep to demo delivery to turning discovery notes into follow-up documentation to improve win rate and deal size.
- Partner with Enablement and senior SEs in other markets to share what's working and avoid rebuilding the same assets twice.
- Own forecasting and pipeline hygiene for presales involvement in your market, and report on team performance, win rates, and Proofs of Concept throughput to presales leadership.
- Partner with Sales leadership on account and territory strategy, resourcing your team against the highest-value opportunities.
- Bring visibility to deal risk, timeline, and technical dependencies across your team's active opportunities, and unblock what your SEs can't unblock alone.
- Route field feedback, product gaps, and competitive intelligence from your team up to Product, Product Marketing, and SE leadership.
Domain and Playbook expertise
- Design and evolve Synthesia's demo methodology across Studio, Roleplay Sessions, and Interactive Avatars.
- Use your experience in expert-level discovery, demonstrations, and Proofs of Concept scoping to coach SEs at every level.
- Build fluency in MEDDPICC and Command of the Message frameworks across your team through coaching on real-world application, not framework recitation.
- Deliver and coach Proofs of Concept and executive readouts as a business narrative, not a feature tour, holding the room with C-level audiences yourself when the deal calls for it.
About you:
- Experience recruiting, managing, and developing Solution Engineering presales teams.
- You've owned the full employee life cycle from hiring through onboarding and promotions, across tenures from early stage to specialised individual contributors. You've done this with teams you've inherited, plus those you've built from scratch.
- Your path to leadership started as an IC executing straightforward opportunities against a playbook, then evolved into solving complex problems with product partners - ultimately building deep expertise in a specific business area or vertical.
- Track record of improving team performance through coaching, hands-on deal support, and consistent execution of an established presales process, not through reinventing it.
- Comfortable owning forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and performance reporting from a presales perspective, not mimicking the AE perspective.
- Fluent in MEDDPICC and Command of the Message, with the credibility to coach both new and experienced SEs on applying them.
- Clear, inclusive communicator who can flex from deep technical detail to executive-level value narratives, and can teach others to do the same.
- Collaborative leadership style, comfortable partnering with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Product Marketing leadership as peers, not just stakeholders.
Location: This role is hybrid (2+ days a week in our NYC office depending on needs), and we offer 60 days "work from anywhere" annually.

ABOUT MATTER LABS
Matter Labs builds private settlement infrastructure that lets regulated institutions settle directly with each other without exposing data, ceding control, or waiting days. Global finance moves $4 quadrillion a year on systems designed for paper and telex. The institutions that built them - from clearing houses to exchanges to the world's largest banks, institutions are now actively replacing them. We're building what comes next.
Our core product, Prividium, gives each institution its own private settlement environment (a Prividium Zone) with independent governance and built-in interoperability across counterparties, asset classes, and jurisdictions. Settlement happens through zero-knowledge proofs: one party proves a transaction is valid without revealing any underlying data to the counterparty. The only private settlement infrastructure built on zero-knowledge cryptography.
Founded in 2018. Backed by a16z and Union Square Ventures. A fully remote team of around 90 with eight years of production zero-knowledge infrastructure behind us, now pointed at the biggest problem in institutional finance.
THE ROLE
You will be the technical partner to Matter Labs' institutional sales team. Your work turns customer requirements into credible Prividium architectures and moves opportunities from discovery through evaluation into a deployment plan the customer trusts. The role owns technical discovery, solution design, evaluations and proofs of concept, and the technical response to security and due-diligence reviews. It is a hands-on presales role at the intersection of enterprise architecture, financial markets, and zero-knowledge infrastructure.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead technical discovery. Map customer architecture, data privacy, identity and permissions, interoperability, performance, resilience, custody, and compliance constraints.
- Design solutions. Translate customer workflows into target architectures for Prividium, including integration boundaries, APIs, deployment models, and the route from pilot to production.
- Deliver demos and workshops. Build and run tailored demonstrations and technical workshops for audiences from engineering teams to senior business leaders.
- Run evaluations. Define success criteria, scope proofs of concept, coordinate internal specialists, and keep pilots tied to a commercial decision.
- Own technical diligence. Lead responses to RFPs, RFIs, security reviews, and architecture assessments, with support from Engineering, Security, Product, and Legal.
- Prepare implementation. Produce solution documentation with explicit assumptions, dependencies, owners, and acceptance criteria, and hand over cleanly into delivery.
- Feed the roadmap. Bring structured customer evidence into Product and Engineering, and separate repeatable market needs from one-off requests.
Over time, the reference architectures and playbooks you build become the foundation of the solutions-engineering function.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Each of these is a demonstrated capability, shown through work you have done:
- 7+ years in solutions engineering, sales engineering, enterprise architecture, or technical consulting in a customer-facing setting.
- Working with banks, capital-markets firms, market infrastructure, payments businesses, or other regulated institutions.
- Deep grounding in APIs, distributed systems, cloud and on-premise deployment, security, identity and access, and data privacy.
- Leading complex technical evaluations or proofs of concept and converting them into production decisions.
- Explaining complex systems to technical and non-technical audiences, with precise writing and disciplined expectation management.
- Aligning sales, product, engineering, security, and customer teams without formal authority.
NICE TO HAVE
Working knowledge of Ethereum, smart contracts, tokenisation, or zero-knowledge proofs. Deep enterprise and financial-services experience can compensate for a lighter crypto background.
WORK MODEL & PAY
- Competitive base salary
- Performance-based variable compensation and a long-term token incentive are additional. Both are paid in ZK tokens. New-hire token grants vest over four years with a one-year cliff.
- Freedom & ownership culture: no time tracking, minimum bureaucracy-only results matter.
