From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.

Money is moving onto the internet, and the shift has a name:
Open Money.
This is money that is open, portable, agentic, and owned by you. MetaMask spent the last ten years building it; with 100M+ downloads, users in ~190 countries, and trillions in cumulative transaction volume, it's the most trusted self-custodial financial platform on the internet. Now we're building the operating system for your money: one place to hold, move, grow, and use anything you own. Join a remote-first, global team rebuilding how money works: a problem that touches everyone, every day.
About the role
MetaMask is building the infrastructure for a decentralised web. Our TechOps team keeps that infrastructure running — reliably, securely, and at scale. As a Senior Systems Administrator, you'll own the technical backbone that our engineers, product teams, and operations depend on every day.
You'll work across cloud and SaaS environments, driving improvements that raise the bar on system reliability and operational maturity. You'll be expected to bring judgment, initiative, and technical depth — and to operate with significant autonomy.
As a member of the TechOps team, you will drive the operational reliability of the technical ecosystems utilized by our global workforce. Beyond day-to-day administration, you will spearhead high-impact infrastructure initiatives that define our organizational maturity and technical trajectory. As the main IT point of contact for our employees, you will also assist with technical projects as we scale various teams.
What you'll do
Ticket management and remote support
Hardware and software support
Networking
Videoconferencing (both digital and physical)
Onboarding and offboarding tasks for new hires and departing employees
Procuring and shipping equipment to remote employees across the EU
General technical assistance
Execution of large-scale technical projects and company-wide technology initiatives
Work as part of the team responsible for the administration, performance, and reliability of cloud infrastructure across multiple environments, including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom and Atlassian
Manage and evolve hybrid systems, ensuring seamless integration with cloud workloads
Administer and optimise the SaaS and MDM tooling stack that supports a globally distributed workforce
Lead incident response for critical systems, including root cause analysis and post-incident review
Build and maintain automation to reduce manual overhead and improve system observability
Define and enforce security and access control policies across platforms
Partner with the Security teams to support compliance requirements
Contribute to technical documentation and runbooks that raise team-wide operational standards
What you'll bring
5+ years in systems administration or infrastructure engineering roles
Strong working knowledge of cloud infrastructure environments
Experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms and MDM solutions (e.g. Jumpcloud, Okta)
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, identity management, and access control
Track record of operating autonomously and making sound technical decisions under pressure
Clear communicator — able to translate technical complexity for non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have
Experience in a web3, fintech, or high-growth tech environment
Exposure to security frameworks or compliance programmes (SOC2, ISO 27001)
Experience supporting globally distributed, fully remote teams
Experience across at least two major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
The salary range listed for this role applies to US-based candidates only. Compensation for candidates based outside the US (including Canada, EMEA, and LATAM) will be determined based on location, experience, and skills during the interview process, and may differ from the listed US range.

Action1 is led by industry veterans Alex Vovk and Mike Walters, American entrepreneurs who founded Netwrix, which has grown into an industry-leading, multibillion-dollar cybersecurity company.
The Role
We are looking for a senior Applied AI Engineer to join Operations and improve how our business teams work. You will work directly with Support, Finance, Sales Ops, HR, IT, and Legal to turn repetitive tasks and disconnected workflows into reliable AI-powered tools and automations.
We build AI to solve real problems, not to follow hype or impress investors. You will investigate how work gets done, propose improvements, and own technical decisions and delivery. We expect you to take initiative, deliver useful results quickly, and improve solutions through short iterations and feedback.
What you’ll do
Work with teams to understand their workflows, find bottlenecks, and propose improvements. Agree process changes with the COO and relevant teams before implementation.
Build AI tools and automations that connect business systems and handle tasks such as document processing or ticket triage. Deliver working versions quickly and improve them through feedback.
Prioritize opportunities by time saved, error reduction, and risk. Measure whether solutions deliver those benefits, reduce costs, and are actually used.
Run and support what you build. Test AI outputs, keep integrations reliable as systems change, and manage failures, latency, and cost.
Protect customer and employee data through limited access, minimal exposure, and redaction before model calls. Work with IT and Security on safeguards, audit trails, and human review where needed.
Evaluate AI tools and vendors, and recommend when to use an existing solution versus building one.
Document workflows and runbooks, train teams to use the solutions, and help them identify and request further automations.
What we’re looking for
4+ years in operations engineering, business systems, automation, or a similar role, with 1+ years building production LLM or AI-enabled workflows.
Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms and REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and OAuth.
Strong working knowledge of prompt design, retrieval-augmented generation, and agent/tool-use patterns.
Proficiency in Python or JavaScript, and comfort with cloud services; AWS preferred.

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
Supabase is the backend of choice for a growing wave of AI-native builders, and we're deepening structured partnerships with the platforms they build on top of — Anthropic, OpenAI, Vercel, and Lovable. These partners' teams are talking to thousands of developers and agents who need exactly what we build—a full backend platform with Postgres at the core—without the vendor lock-in. This is an opportunity to get Supabase in front of the right partner SAs and make us the default recommendation for a modern, AI-ready backend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Platform Solutions Architect to join our Success Team and help embed Supabase into the Solutions and Engineering communities with AI Builders.
You’ll work closely with Partner Solutions Architects and Partner Engineers at Anthropic, OpenAI, Vercel, and Lovable, helping us proactively identify builder problems where Supabase is the right solution and closing the gap between partner intent and real developer outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in async, fast-paced environments and is excited about building developer tools that scale to millions of AI-native apps and agents.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
In this role, you’ll focus on three core pillars:
TECHNICAL EVANGELISM & EDUCATION
- Build deep relationships with Technical counterparts at Anthropic, OpenAI, Vercel, and Lovable, focusing initially on defined use cases and agent/app-migration motions.
- Develop and deliver technical workshops, training materials, and enablement content to give partner SAs the fluency to position Supabase.
- Create demos, integration guides, and reference architectures that make Supabase’s fit with Anthropic, OpenAI, Vercel, and Lovable immediately legible.
- Partner with SAs at these companies on active opportunities to move deals forward and feeding technical pipeline intelligence back to the alliance lead.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT & ENABLEMENT
- Resolve blockers for partner SAs working on Supabase implementations to maintain their credibility with the builders they support.
- Troubleshoot complex integration scenarios and turn solutions into reusable assets.
- Maintain a close feedback loop with Supabase product and engineering teams to ensure technical guidance reflects the latest platform capabilities.
- Measure success through co-sell opportunities sourced, influenced deals, and SA enablement metrics across the Anthropic, OpenAI, Vercel, and Lovable partnerships.
CONTENT CREATION & THOUGHT LEADERSHIP
- Write technical blog posts and case studies that demonstrate real-world Supabase implementations built on Anthropic, OpenAI, Vercel, and Lovable.
- Represent Supabase at conferences, meetups, and partner-sponsored events (e.g. Anthropic and OpenAI dev days, Vercel Ship, Lovable community events).
- Develop video content and interactive learning experiences to reduce the "time-to-fluency" for partner SAs.
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Have 5+ years of experience in technical roles with deep hands-on experience building on modern AI infrastructure. Previous experience working at Anthropic, OpenAI, Vercel, Lovable (or a similar AI builder platform) or as a partner to one is required.
- Understand how partner SAs at AI builder platforms are incentivized, how they make recommendations, and how the partner ecosystem influences developer decisions.
- Communicate clearly across both technical and non-technical audiences, explaining complex concepts with ease.
- Have a strong technical foundation in PostgreSQL, APIs, and modern development frameworks like React and Next.js, plus fluency with AI/agent tooling (LLM APIs, MCP, agent frameworks).
- Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and moving quickly to build a playbook from scratch.
- Are energized by solving real-world problems for developers building the next generation of AI-native products.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.
