About Advantage HQ
Advantage HQ is building the next generation of creator-led growth infrastructure for consumer brands.
We combine creative strategy, creator partnerships, performance content, whitelisting, affiliate distribution, paid media, and proprietary technology into one integrated growth system.
Our team manages more than $850 million in annual media spend and works with a network of more than 400,000 creators across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Through Meteoric AI, our proprietary intelligence platform, we use data and AI to improve decision-making across creative production, creator selection, customer acquisition, campaign performance, and brand growth.
We work with ambitious consumer brands across health, wellness, beauty, nutrition, personal care, and lifestyle.
The Opportunity
As our client portfolio and media organization grow, we need strong leaders who can help our Media Buying teams operate at a consistently high level.
The Media Buying Team Lead is the first layer of leadership within our media organization. You will lead a team of Media Buyers and Media Analysts, help them solve complex performance challenges, maintain high execution standards, and create the structure they need to do their best work.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You should have strong paid media expertise and still be close enough to campaign performance to coach your team effectively.
What You'll Own
Lead and develop the team
You will manage a team of Media Buyers and Media Analysts, providing regular coaching, feedback, and performance support.
You will understand the strengths and development areas of each team member and help them become more capable and independent operators.
Maintain execution quality
You will review campaign performance, account health, testing activity, and execution quality across your team's portfolio.
You will identify problems early, challenge weak decisions, and ensure the team follows the standards required to deliver strong client outcomes.
Solve complex media problems
You will act as an escalation point when Media Buyers encounter difficult performance or account challenges.
You will help the team diagnose problems, determine the right course of action, and learn from the situation rather than simply providing the answer.
Improve team workflows
You will identify recurring execution issues and work with leadership to improve processes, documentation, and team routines.
You will help create a more consistent way of working across accounts without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy.
Build the next generation of media talent
You will support onboarding and training for new Media Buyers and Analysts and help identify high-potential team members who can take on greater responsibility.
Who You Are
You are an experienced paid media professional who has started taking responsibility for other people's performance.
You understand e-commerce media deeply enough to challenge campaign strategy, interpret performance data, and coach others through difficult decisions.
You are organized, direct, and comfortable holding people accountable. You do not need to personally solve every problem. You know how to help other people become better problem solvers.
Most importantly, you care about both performance and people.
Experience We Value
5+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or a related field
Strong e-commerce media buying experience
Experience with Meta, Google, TikTok, or other major paid media platforms
Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets
Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading media professionals
Strong understanding of performance metrics, testing, optimization, and funnel performance
Strong communication and analytical skills
Experience working with multiple clients or brands
Why Join Advantage HQ
You will have the opportunity to move from being a strong individual contributor into a leadership role while staying close to the media work you know best.
You will work alongside experienced media, creative, growth, and client teams and have the opportunity to help shape how our media organization operates as we scale.
Compensation & Location
$40,000 - $90,000 USD total annual compensation, including base salary, performance bonus, and equity.
Fully remote. We have built the infrastructure for high-performance distributed teams and trust our people to do their best work from wherever they work best.
We are open to candidates globally.
We care far more about ownership, judgment, and execution than geography.
If you're excited by leading talented media professionals, solving performance challenges, improving how teams work, and helping build a stronger media organization, we'd love to hear from you.

We work with ambitious consumer brands across health, wellness, beauty, nutrition, personal care, and lifestyle.
The Opportunity
Advantage HQ is building a media organization that can operate at a level far beyond individual campaign management.
The Head of Media Operations will own that organization.
You will define the operating model for Media Operations, build the leadership structure, establish the systems that govern execution, and ultimately be accountable for the organization's ability to deliver high-quality media performance at scale.
You will work directly with executive leadership and play a central role in determining how Advantage HQ builds, manages, and scales its media capability.
What You'll Own
Define the Media Operations strategy
You will establish the vision, structure, priorities, and operating model for the entire Media Operations organization.
You will determine what the organization needs to look like as Advantage HQ grows and ensure our people, processes, and systems evolve accordingly.
Build the organization
You will design the leadership structure, define roles and responsibilities, hire senior leaders, and develop the management bench required to scale.
You will build an organization that does not depend on a small number of individuals to maintain performance.
Build the operating system
You will own the systems, standards, KPIs, processes, and accountability mechanisms that govern media delivery.
This includes performance management, quality assurance, capacity planning, training, resource allocation, reporting, escalation, and continuous improvement.
Own organizational performance
You will be accountable for the overall health and effectiveness of the Media Operations organization.
You will monitor performance, productivity, quality, capacity, client outcomes, and organizational risks and take action when results fall below expectations.
Drive scale and efficiency
You will identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce unnecessary operational complexity, automate repetitive work, and use AI to increase the organization's capabilities.
You will balance growth with sustainable team structures and strong client delivery.
Partner with the executive team
You will work directly with executive leadership on organizational planning, business growth, hiring, resource allocation, client delivery, and major operational decisions.
You will bring a clear point of view on what the media organization needs next and why.
Who You Are
You are a senior media and operations leader who has built organizations, not simply managed teams.
You understand paid media and e-commerce deeply enough to maintain credibility with expert practitioners, but your greatest leverage comes from people, systems, structure, and organizational design.
You are commercially minded. You understand that the media organization must deliver strong client outcomes while operating efficiently and sustainably.
You are comfortable with ambiguity, high growth, and significant responsibility. You can make decisions with incomplete information, build structure where none exists, and hold senior leaders accountable for results.
You use technology, data, automation, and AI aggressively when they create meaningful leverage.
Most importantly, you take full ownership. You do not wait for someone else to define the system you need to operate.
Experience We Value
10+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, growth, or a related field
5+ years leading large or multi-layer media organizations
Extensive experience with e-commerce and performance marketing
Experience overseeing significant media spend and complex client portfolios
Demonstrated experience building teams, leadership structures, operating systems, and processes
Experience with organizational design, workforce planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
Strong commercial judgment and understanding of agency or growth-business economics
Experience partnering directly with founders, CEOs, or executive leadership
Strong track record of developing senior leaders and building accountable organizations
Experience using technology, automation, data, or AI to improve operational scale
Why Join Advantage HQ
This is an opportunity to build and lead the operating system behind a major media organization.
You will have significant ownership over how Advantage HQ structures its teams, develops its leaders, manages capacity, measures performance, and scales its media capabilities.
You will work directly with executive leadership and have the opportunity to shape a function that sits at the center of the company's ability to deliver growth for its clients.
For the right person, this role can grow into broader operational and commercial leadership across the Advantage HQ platform.
Compensation & Location
$50,000 - $160,000 USD total annual compensation, including base salary, performance bonus, and equity.
Fully remote. We have built the infrastructure for high-performance distributed teams and trust our people to do their best work from wherever they work best.
We are open to candidates globally.
We care far more about ownership, judgment, and execution than geography.
If you're excited by building a high-performing organization, developing leaders, creating systems that scale, and taking ownership of a critical function within a high-growth company, we'd love to hear from you.

Who We Are
Advantage HQ is a tech-enabled growth firm helping leading brands scale profitably and predictably. We combine full-service performance marketing with proprietary tech, including:
• A creator marketplace managing over 80,000 influencer partnerships monthly
• An AI-powered platform to streamline discovery, outreach, and whitelisting
• Proven playbooks in influencer marketing, paid media, performance creative, and CRO
We’re trusted by 200+ high-growth DTC brands across beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and health. Our team of 100+ growth operators, analysts, and creatives manages over $500M in annual media spend and drives meaningful bottom-line impact for our partners.
The Role
We are looking for a Head of Creative Strategy to own and evolve the creative product across our entire client portfolio. This is not a creative director role in the traditional sense. You are the operator behind a performance creative machine, the person who builds the frameworks, installs the best practices, mentors the strategists, and ensures that every format, hook, and concept we put into market is informed by what actually works at scale.
You will sit at the intersection of creative excellence and direct response performance. You understand platform dynamics deeply, you know what makes someone stop scrolling and convert, and you have the leadership range to raise the output of an entire team, from junior strategists to editors to the clients watching it all in real time.
What You Will Own
The creative standard.
Across every client, every format, every platform, you set the bar. That means tracking what's gaining traction on Meta and TikTok before it becomes consensus, translating those signals into SOPs, playbooks, and best practice frameworks the whole team executes against, and ensuring that individual wins compound into repeatable systems. When the industry moves, we move first.
The team.
A group of performance creative strategists owns our day-to-day client accounts. Your job is to make them significantly better: sharper at diagnosing underperformance, more fluent in direct response principles, more confident in owning a creative point of view. You raise the floor and build a culture where creative decisions are grounded in data without killing instinct and taste.
The production process.
Great strategy executed poorly is still a loss. Working directly with our lead editor, you will build the standards, workflows, and SOPs that make our production team as systematic and high-output as the strategy behind it.
Creator and talent alignment.
You will work closely with our head of talent to ensure creative strategy and creator process are fully in sync; so that what we brief, what creators produce, and what we run as paid media are pulling in the same direction.
New client launches.
The first 30 days with a new client either build momentum or create debt. You will own the creative side of onboarding – building the frameworks that find early wins fast and turn the first month into proof of concept, not ramp-up time.
The senior creative voice.
When a founder or CMO needs to understand why their creative is underperforming and exactly what to do about it, you are the person in the room. You present creative strategy with conviction, give hard feedback without losing confidence, and make clients feel like the smartest person on creative just joined their team.
What We Are Looking For
You have spent 7+ years in performance creative, the majority of it at an agency managing a large portfolio of clients simultaneously. You know what it means to context-switch fast – from a DTC skincare brand to a fitness app to a consumer tech launch – without losing the thread on any of them.
You have driven revenue, not just creative output. The work you've led has a measurable downstream effect on conversion rates, on cost per acquisition, on the growth trajectory of the brands you've worked on. You can point to it specifically and explain exactly what you did to make it happen.
You are genuinely fluent in direct response creative. You understand what drives thumb-stop, what kills conversion, how to diagnose a hook that isn't landing, and when to kill a concept versus iterate on it. You have strong opinions about what makes an ad work on Meta versus TikTok and you can back them up with data from accounts you've actually run.
You have built people, not just campaigns. You know how to develop a junior strategist, challenge a senior one, and run a team that owns live client accounts under real performance pressure. You raise the bar without creating chaos, and you build cultures where creative decisions are grounded in evidence without draining the room of instinct.
You have operated at volume and thrived. You are someone who has kept quality high, clients confident, and teams aligned while juggling more than most people think is possible — and you have the results to show for it.
Compensation & Location
$200,000 - $450,000 USD total annual compensation, including base salary, performance bonus, and equity

BNPL businesses don't run on a single core system — they run on a chain of vendors: KYC providers doing identity
checks in milliseconds, bureau data feeding underwriting decisions, processors moving money at checkout, and
collections agencies chasing missed payments on our behalf. When any link in that chain fails, it isn't an internal
inconvenience — it's a customer who can't check out, a credit decision made on bad data, or a regulator asking why
a critical service went down with no warning.
As Vendor Risk Manager, you will own our third-party risk program end to end, from the first due diligence
questionnaire to the day a vendor is offboarded. You will be the person who can tell leadership, in plain terms,
which vendors carry the most risk and why, and you will make sure vendor failures never become customer failures.
Key Responsibilities
Due Diligence & Onboarding
Run due diligence on new vendors before contracts are signed, including financial health checks, SOC 2 / ISO 27001 review, breach history, and subprocessor mapping.
Issue a clear risk rating for every prospective vendor, with conditions attached rather than a simple pass or
fail, covering KYC, identity verification, fraud detection, credit bureau, payment processing, card issuing,
banking, and collections partners.
Sit inside the contracting process with Legal and Procurement to secure the terms that matter: audit rights,
breach notification windows, data localization commitments, exit assistance clauses, and SLAs tied to real penalties.
Risk Assessment & Ongoing Monitoring
Own vendor risk assessments across our active third-party portfolio, prioritizing critical and high-risk vendors for annual deep-dive reviews.
Build and run tiered monitoring cadences — quarterly for critical vendors such as KYC, payment processing, and banking partners, annual for the rest — tracking control drift, subprocessor changes, and
adverse media.
Maintain the concentration risk and critical-vendor register, and be ready to explain single points of failure, such as one bureau covering the majority of underwriting volume, and what the contingency plan actually
is.
Cross-Functional Partnership
Work with Product before new vendor integrations go live — you're in the room when a new checkout partner or fraud model vendor is being evaluated, not brought in after the contract is signed.
• Prepare vendor risk reporting for the Risk Committee and Board, translating control gaps and incident
trends into decisions leadership can act on.
Offboarding & Exit Management
Manage the offboarding process for exited vendors, confirming data deletion, access revocation, and transition continuity for anything customer-facing.
Ensure regulatory and contractual exit obligations are met and documented, particularly for vendors
classified as critical or important.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
3–4 years in third-party risk management, vendor risk, or operational risk, ideally at a payments company, lender, bank, or fintech where vendor failure has direct customer or regulatory consequences.
Working knowledge of NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and standardized assessment tools like SIG or
CAIQ — you know how to read a SOC 2 report and spot what's missing, not just file it away.
Familiarity with the regulatory landscape vendors sit inside: consumer credit rules, data privacy obligations
(GDPR/CCPA depending on footprint), PCI-DSS for anything touching card data, and
outsourcing/operational resilience expectations for critical third parties.
Comfort negotiating directly with vendors — you've pushed back on a processor's standard MSA, gotten a
fraud vendor to commit to a real SLA, and know when “our legal team will follow up” means the deal
needs to walk.
Ability to translate risk findings for people who don't think in risk terms, including explaining to a
commercial lead why a cheaper KYC vendor isn't worth the onboarding delay it will cause six months later.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret vendor performance and control data to support
operational decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of
the organization.
Full professional proficiency in English required; Arabic is a plus.
Nice to have:
Direct BNPL or consumer credit experience — you've worked with bureau data, alternative credit scoring
vendors, or collections agencies specifically.
Hands-on experience with a GRC platform such as OneTrust, ProcessUnity, or Archer for assessment
workflows and vendor inventory.
CTPRP, CRISC, CISA, or CISM certification.

SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Influencer and Content Creator Strategist (Contract)
Toronto, Canada, hybrid (preferred)
*Please note, this is a temporary position, expected to last 12 months. This role has a hybrid
schedule, with a minimum of one day per week on-site and additional in-office days as needed, needing the candidate to be within driving distance of the SIE office in Toronto. Will consider East Coast based remote candidates. We aim to provide flexibility while ensuring the support and collaboration essential to our team’s success. Applications from fully remote candidates will still be considered.
The Influencer and Content Creator Strategist will lead influencer initiatives in Canada—owning both high-impact paid creator partnerships and the ongoing PlayStation creator/talent partnership program. As a key member of the Global Communications and Canadian Marketing team, this role is responsible for developing and executing influencer strategies that support brand and campaign objectives. Your mission is to create cultural impact and measurable excitement around game and product launches by partnering with creators who authentically move the gaming community—then turning those partnerships into best-in-class content moments across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter). The individual will oversee strategic planning, day-to-day program management, global content alignment, local content development, and performance reporting and analysis.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in influencer marketing and relationship management across both paid and earned programs. They possess excellent organizational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This person should also be comfortable stepping into an established program and ensuring continuity, operational efficiency, and sustained momentum throughout the duration of the contract.
The successful candidate will be a natural relationship builder with a proven track record of managing influencer and player relationships while supporting integrated marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities include:
I
nfluencers and Content Creation management
● Own the Canada creator/influencer strategy across the launch calendar, ensuring creator activity ladders to clear campaign objectives (awareness, excitement, cultural conversation, community engagement) and fits the realities of gaming communities
● Lead paid influencer partnerships end-to-end with agency support: creator sourcing and evaluation, outreach, negotiation, contracting, briefing, deliverable management, approvals, and post-campaign reporting.
● Develop creator campaign briefs that translate campaign strategy into creator-native storytelling (what to say, what to show, what to avoid), and ensure creators clearly understand product positioning and key beats.
● Partner with Social, PR/Comms, Local Campaign Managers and Global PlayStation teams to integrate creators into broader campaigns and community moments.
● Coordinate creator “capture plans” and access moments (e.g., content days, livestream plans, behind-the-scenes access, event activations) and provide on-site/on-set support when required to ensure optimal content capture and creator experience.
● Stay ahead of creator platform trends, emerging voices, and cultural moments in Canada, proactively identifying opportunities where PlayStation can show up with relevance.
● Run and grow the PlayStation creator and talent partnership program in Canada: recruiting and onboarding creators, tiering/relationship management, ongoing communications, community touchpoints, and program operating rhythms
● Identify, build, and maintain relationships with key influencers, content creators, and power users, evaluating the impact of these partnerships on an on-going basis.
● Develop and implement content creator tactics for key software and brand campaigns, collaborating closely with the Global Marketing Talent Partnerships team.
● Create and define an always-on engagement strategy.
● Ensure top-tier influencers are informed about upcoming feature and product launches, major content updates, and key announcements.
● Define and report performance measurement for creator work (reach, views/watch time, engagement quality, sentiment, share of conversation, community growth signals), and translate results into actionable recommendations for future launches.
● Establish metrics to grow and engage the content creator community; regularly analyze sentiment and performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
● Own creator/influencer governance and operational hygiene: creator database management, documentation of learnings, and consistent sharing of best practices across teams.
● Manage budgets for creator partnership fees, in-kinds exchanges and productions in Canada, including forecasting, tracking, and post-mortems that connect spend to outcomes.
● Foster positive and supportive conversations with content creators around content opportunities, contests, and initiatives relevant to the player community.
● Distribute player surveys and collect feedback from core players on a regular basis.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key community leaders to better understand community needs and insights.
● Protect PlayStation brand and community trust by setting clear creator standards: brand safety, inclusion, community conduct expectations, and Local Canadian disclosure compliance.
Administration:
● Manage budgets and timelines for influencer and content creator initiatives, working with agencies to identify and vet the right influencers and ensure content is delivered on schedule for local and global review as needed.
● Define and manage campaign budgets, thoroughly reviewing proposed spend prior to approval and ensuring all activities remain within agreed financial parameters.
● Oversee monthly budget forecasting and financial administration related to influencer and content creation programs.
● Monitor social sentiment and consumer reactions to announcements, capturing key insights, and sharing findings with partners across SIE territories and global teams.
● Deliver comprehensive post-launch evaluations summarizing performance, insights, results against key metrics, and actionable learnings.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
● 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or creator programs, ideally working with consumer-facing brands or products.
● Proven creator/influencer experience with end-to-end ownership of paid partnerships (strategy → talent selection → negotiation/contracts → execution → reporting)
● Demonstrated ability to lead agency partners and talent-driven content productions (creative development, production planning, approvals, timelines, budgets)
● Exceptional briefing and storytelling ability: can translate a launch strategy into authentic creator-native content moments.
● Deep fluency in gaming culture and creator ecosystems, including how gamers discover, discuss, and adopt new games/products across social platforms.
● Strong creator judgment: ability to spot culturally relevant talent early, assess authenticity/fit, and anticipate community reaction
● Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
● Passion for gaming and community building.
● Deep understanding of the digital, social, and media landscape, with the ability to identify and interpret emerging digital trends.
● Proven ability to work independently, demonstrate creativity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Understanding of mobile gaming, free-to-play models, or live-service operations is a strong plus.

● Data-literate: comfortable defining success metrics, reading creator performance signals, and using insights to optimize strategy
● High integrity and compliance mindset, including understanding of disclosure requirements and brand safety expectations in Canada and globally
● English required; French Canadian language proficiency is a plus.
● Proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Slack, and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot).

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
We’re looking for technically-minded product designers who are excited to shape how teams build together. At Figma, design isn’t just how something looks—it’s how it works, how it feels, and how it scales. Our designers are systems thinkers, prototypers, storytellers, and craftspeople who care deeply about quality and collaboration. In this role, you’ll turn ambiguity into clarity, push the product forward with engineers, PMs, and researchers, and help us invent new ways for people to design and build products together.
The Core Experience team shapes how people create in Figma—from foundational tools like Auto Layout and Text to the interactions that make working on the canvas feel intuitive and precise. We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer to lead major efforts across the core editor and help define how it evolves as AI and code change the way people build products. You’ll bring a strong point of view, deep interaction design craft, and curiosity about complex systems. Working closely with engineering, product, research, and designers across Figma, you’ll set direction and stay hands-on, turning ambitious ideas into experiences people use every day.
With an eye for simplicity and craft, curiosity for complex systems, and an appetite for technical challenges, you can help define the future of how software is made.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Lead the design of core editor experiences, including foundational concepts like Auto Layout, Text, and canvas interactions, from identifying opportunities through prototyping, shipping, and iteration
Help us define and champion a clear vision for how the editor should evolve, translating that vision into concrete proposals, design principles, and priorities with product and engineering partners
Explore how direct manipulation, AI, and code can work together, prototyping ways for people to move between generating, editing, and refining their work while retaining creative control
Ground decisions in user research, product data, and close observation of how people create, using that evidence to test assumptions and refine your point of view
Contribute to our design org’s culture by participating in design critiques, mentoring peers, and sharing best practices across teams
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
8+ years of experience in product design, including leading complex software projects from early exploration through launch and iteration
A portfolio of shipped work demonstrating interaction design and visual craft, including examples of making sophisticated workflows easier to understand and use
The ability to guide decision-making with structured thinking, clearly articulated rationale, and user-centered research
A knack for figuring out ambiguous problems in complex systems, and shaping them into simple solutions with clear goals
Experience researching, prototyping, or building products with AI and other emerging tools to uncover new patterns for creativity and collaboration
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience designing creative tools, editors, canvas interfaces, or other products with rich, direct manipulation interactions
A design/development hybrid background, or experience building websites or apps
A history of working on canvas-based interfaces or tools that support creative workflows
Experience with code-based prototyping, front-end development, or workflows that connect design and implementation
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
About the role
We build an ads engine that learns as it goes: brand book, taste, and what actually performs in every market. It plans, generates, localizes, launches and learns from ads across the major ad platforms, using ElevenLabs’ full audio and video stack.
You’ll be a founding engineer for a product area of your own. There’s no PM and no handed-down spec. You’ll talk to users, decide what to build, and ship it across the stack, from data pipelines and agent tools to the UI. Early work could include feeding competitive intelligence into the engine’s weekly briefs or launching a new ad format.
We’re looking for founders and founding engineers. You’d rather ship a rough v0 on Friday than a perfect design doc. Strong engineering is the minimum. What sets people apart is product judgment and ownership.
Requirements
- Has built and shipped a product end-to-end without anyone handing them a spec, ideally as a founder or one of the first engineers.
- Strong full-stack product engineer (frontend- or backend-leaning is fine) who can build a pipeline, an agent tool and the UI
- Builds with LLMs and agents pragmatically: tools, retrieval and evals, not model research.
- Talks to users without being asked, and can say what they’d build first and why.
Bonus: experience with ad platforms, adtech or marketing tools; analytics and attribution; web builders and CMSs; taste in creative.
Location
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere between the US East Coast and India, with the ability to operate in European timezones required. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York and Warsaw.
#LI-Remote
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

It's a hands-on, on-site role that combines two things: evaluating a pre-release AI model in your language, and testing how the product actually performs on a client-supplied device — a smartphone and a next-generation smart glass. If you enjoy noticing the detail other people miss, this is work you'll find satisfying.

It's a hands-on, on-site role that combines two things: evaluating a pre-release AI model in your language, and testing how it performs on a real device. You'll be among the first people to see this technology in Indonesian, and your judgement shapes how well it works before anyone else uses it.
If you enjoy noticing the detail other people miss, this is work you'll find satisfying.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Review pre-release AI model output in Indonesian and judge it on accuracy, naturalness, appropriateness, and overall quality — would a native speaker really say it this way? This includes fact-checking each response against the source material.
