1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
Reporting to the Manager, Senior Counsel - Commercial, the Legal Counsel, Commercial will support 1Password on a broad range of commercial matters. In this role, you'll work closely with our Go-to-Market (GTM) team to negotiate and close customer agreements, and you'll support procurement, partnership and product teams across the business. The work is varied and high-profile: you'll negotiate with some of the largest companies in the world, help launch new products and AI features, and support sports marketing partnerships with world-class sports teams. We're looking for a practical, deal-focused commercial lawyer who enjoys negotiating and wants to help drive the growth of a leading SaaS company.
How we’re using AI today
On the Legal team, AI helps us move faster without sacrificing quality. We use it to draft and review commercial agreements, implement negotiation playbooks, and prepare the groundwork for legal review. AI also helps us stay on top of regulatory developments, synthesize research across jurisdictions, and identify risks in novel situations like new product launches or partnership structures. The result is a team that can operate at higher volume with greater consistency, while creating more time for the judgment calls, collaboration, and meaningful decisions that matter most.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- A Juris Doctor or equivalent law degree, and membership in good standing with a Canadian provincial or US state bar
- 3 to 5 years of practice as a commercial transactional lawyer, gained at an established law firm with a strong commercial or technology practice, or as part of an in-house legal team at a mid-size or larger tech company
- Experience supporting sales teams by drafting and negotiating customer agreements such as MSAs, Order Forms, DPAs, NDAs, and Statements of Work
- Experience reviewing and negotiating procurement agreements across a range of vendor types, such as software, professional services, sponsorships, physical goods and hospitality
- A working knowledge of privacy laws, including GDPR, and how they apply to customer and vendor agreements, especially DPAs
- A strong interest in AI from two angles: the legal side (such as AI terms in contracts and emerging AI regulation) and the practical side, with a high level of comfort using AI tools in your day-to-day legal work
- A track record of closing deals on tight timelines, including end-of-quarter pressure, while keeping risk under control
- The ability to turn complex legal issues into clear, plain-language advice that sales, procurement and product teams can act on
- A solutions-first approach: you bring workable options and fallback positions, not just a list of risks
- A sales-focused mindset: you see Legal as a partner in closing deals and growing the business, and you're motivated to help get deals across the finish line
- A genuine enjoyment of negotiating, with strong drafting skills and close attention to detail
Bonus points for:
- Experience with contract lifecycle management and procurement tools, especially Ironclad and Zip
- Deeper privacy experience with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA or other privacy laws, or a privacy certification (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPP/C)
- Experience negotiating partnership, reseller and distributor agreements
What you can expect:
- Partner closely with GTM to draft, review and negotiate customer agreements, including MSAs, Order Forms, DPAs, and SOWs, helping keep deals moving through end-of-quarter pushes
- Review and negotiate a wide variety of procurement agreements, from SaaS vendors and professional services to sponsorships, physical goods, and hospitality and event contracts
- Negotiate larger and more strategic partnership, reseller and distributor agreements that support 1Password's growth into new markets
- Give product counseling, including reviewing new products and features and drafting and maintaining product terms and conditions
- Advise on privacy and data protection terms in customer and vendor agreements, working with the privacy team as needed
- Advise on AI-related legal issues in customer, vendor and product contexts, and use AI tools to build and improve legal processes and workflows
- Build and maintain internal playbooks, templates and guidance that help the business move faster and handle routine issues with confidence
- Take on bespoke and one-off commercial matters across the business, so no two weeks look quite the same
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $155,000 USD and $217,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $125,000 CAD and $175,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.

You’re the kind of person who looks at a complex, deeply interconnected system and immediately wants to know how it functions and what would make it break. Focused on finding more than just bugs, you want to untangle dependencies and raise the bar for quality across the board. You're comfortable stepping up to take ownership and lead the charge when things get complicated.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
DataGrip is our cross-platform IDE for databases, and its core functionality powers database tools across other JetBrains IDEs like IntelliJ IDEA, PyCharm, and PhpStorm. Because of the large size of this ecosystem, which spans many database systems, environments, and integrations, keeping our quality bar high is a complex, strategic challenge. You’ll take ownership of quality across these shared components and release processes. You’ll work closely with developers, DevOps, and product teams to map out expected behaviors, investigate hard-to-reproduce issues, and improve how we build and test. Your work will directly influence the reliability of tools used by millions of developers every day, making sure changes in one area don't unexpectedly break another.
Day to day, you will:
Lead QA activities, set priorities, and coordinate testing efforts across multiple teams and components.
Investigate unclear, poorly reproducible, and cross-component issues to find the root cause.
Analyze logs, test results, and user reports to spot broader quality patterns behind individual failures.
Define test strategies and apply risk-based testing to manage release cycles safely.
Work with developers and product teams to establish expected behavior when detailed specifications aren't available.
Improve our QA processes and guide the team in making confident release decisions.
What you’ll bring
A high degree of independence and technical curiosity.
Comfort taking ownership of complex problems and driving them to resolution.
The ability to see the big picture and understand how changes in one area affect the rest of the system.
A proactive approach to improving processes rather than just following them.
Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to turn scattered logs and user reports into clear insights.
The communication skills to bring different teams together and coordinate testing efforts smoothly.
What you’ll need
The proven ability to test complex, multi-component systems and navigate integration and end-to-end testing.
Practical knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
Experience leading QA activities and shaping test strategies for multiple products and release cycles.
Familiarity with reading and debugging code (Java or Kotlin preferred) to troubleshoot deeply embedded issues.
Hands-on experience writing or maintaining automated tests.
The ability to navigate and troubleshoot CI/CD systems, test environments, and infrastructure (such as Docker, Kubernetes, or TeamCity).
Experience investigating distributed systems, APIs, and service-to-service integrations using monitoring and logging tools.
What success looks like
Within your first few months, you’ll have a firm grasp of the DataGrip ecosystem and how its components interact across our IDEs. You’ll be independently identifying quality risks, setting clear testing priorities, and helping teams ship reliable releases without bottlenecks. Long-term, you’ll have established smoother QA workflows, making it easier for everyone to understand dependencies and catch cross-product issues before they reach our users.

ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an experienced partnerships leader to own and scale ElevenLabs’ strategic relationships with cloud hyperscalers and Systems Integrators, the companies whose platforms, field teams and delivery capacity sit at the heart of how enterprises buy and deploy voice and customer experience AI.
You’ll build and manage co-sell and marketplace programmes with AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud, and build joint GTM and delivery motions with Regional and Global Systems Integrators. The goal: get ElevenLabs deeply embedded in hyperscaler partner networks and SI practices, so that when enterprises modernize their contact centers or build on cloud infrastructure, ElevenLabs is the natural AI voice layer, and partners have both the incentive and the capacity to sell and deliver it.
This is a 0→1 build in a high-leverage category. You’ll design co-sell and SI GTM frameworks, drive pipeline with hyperscaler field teams, structure marketplace and private offer motions, negotiate referral, resell and joint-offering agreements with SIs, and own the revenue and pipeline outcomes that come from these relationships.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE (FIRST 6-9 MONTHS)
- Partner-sourced and influenced revenue: closed-won ARR attributable to hyperscaler and SI relationships
- Hyperscaler marketplace and co-sell presence: listings live, co-sell registrations flowing, and active motions running with hyperscaler field teams
- SI practice activation: named SI practice leads, certified practitioners and at least one joint offering or solution play in market
- Partner-sourced pipeline: qualified opportunities sourced or co-sold through hyperscaler and SI field teams each quarter
- Field activation: measurable engagement with hyperscaler sellers and SI client partners and delivery teams, not just BD or alliance leads, translating to warm intros and joint account planning
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years in technology partnerships, alliances, or GTM roles within SaaS or cloud, with direct experience running hyperscaler partner programmes and SI/GSI partnerships
- Hands-on experience with hyperscaler co-sell programmes (AWS ISV Accelerate and ACE, Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Programme, Google Cloud Partner Advantage or equivalent) and marketplace operations (listings, private offers, commit burndown). You know how field co-sell actually works, not just the theory
- Working knowledge of the SI ecosystem: relationships with practice leads and client partners at GSIs and RSIs, and an understanding of how SIs build practices, attach services to software ARR, and allocate delivery capacity
- A builder mindset: experience creating co-sell and SI motions from 0→1, rather than inheriting a mature programme
- Comfortable with technical, API-driven products; able to work with solutions engineers to scope solution architectures and articulate ElevenLabs’ value to technical partner audiences
- Experience building enablement, certification or reference architectures that activate partner field and delivery teams at scale
- Based in North America
- Bonus: background combining 3-4 years in a quota-carrying sales or solutions role with 3-4 years in partnerships or alliances; prior experience at a company that successfully scaled through cloud marketplace and SI channels
LOCATION
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in North America, with the ability to operate in US Eastern and Pacific timezones. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in New York or San Francisco.
