ROLE OVERVIEW
The Strategic WFM Analyst lives in the Core Workforce Management (WFM) Planning & Operations Strategy team and is responsible for owning centralized forecast, capacity planning, workforce cost optimization, and strategic headcount trade-offs across all lines of business (LOBs). Moving beyond traditional scheduling and intraday monitoring, this role acts as a high-judgment governance function, translating complex demand forecasts into defensible FTE, BPO, and overtime spend strategies, modelling capacity risks, and aligning executive stakeholders across Finance, Product, and Operations. You are exceptionally strong in WFM maths and financial analytics, exhibit deep strategic curiosity, navigate messy raw data effortlessly, and communicate recommendations with executive-level clarity.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Translating multi-LOB demand forecasts into monthly and quarterly capacity, headcount, and budget requirements.
- Modelling workforce and financial trade-offs across internal FTEs, BPO partners, overtime spend, bonus hours, productivity shifts, and shrinkage.
- Analyzing demand-funnel changes (e.g., product feature roll outs, AI bot deflection shifts) and quantifying their exact capacity and dollar blast radius.
- Partnering directly with Finance, Product, and Operations to validate baseline assumptions, enforce input SLAs, and align on staffing commitments.
- Drafting concise, decision-ready executive memos and Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) for Directors and leadership.
- Conducting deep-dive root-cause analyses whenever operational actuals deviate from capacity plans and establishing corrective action paths.
- Standardizing capacity planning frameworks, modeling templates, and operating standards across LOBs.
- Maintaining deep forecasting competency to audit models, challenge underlying assumptions, and provide seamless coverage across the broader central WFM engine.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strategic WFM Maths: Exceptionally strong quantitative background with deep expertise in WFM fundamentals (capacity modelling, Erlang, shrinkage, AHT, SLA/ASA trade-offs) and advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, SQL, or Python.
- Business & Financial Judgement: Demonstrated ability to connect operational queue dynamics directly to dollar exposure, hiring velocity, BPO costs, and SLA risk.
- Executive Communication: Superior strategic writing skills with a natural instinct to distil complex, multi-variable workforce analytics into scannable, 1-2 page decision memos.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Proven ability to establish governance frameworks, challenge bad assumptions with back tested data, and align Finance, Product, and Operations leadership without formal authority.
- Blank-Page Ownership: High comfort operating in ambiguous environments with incomplete data, verifiably isolating what materially matters without requiring step-by-step direction.
- WFM Analyst Profile: Strong core WFM domain expertise with a strategic/Ops spike, not a generalist and not a passive traditional scheduler.

About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. About the Role
We're looking for a GTM Strategy & Planning Manager to support the go-to-market planning process across our Commercial, Enterprise, and supporting overlay sales teams. This is an individual-contributor role sitting in GTM Strategy & Operations. You'll help set quotas, design territories, and plan headcount that determine how the sales org is organized and measured. You'll work with sales leadership, Finance, and People/Recruiting, helping translate top-down revenue targets into a bottoms-up operating plan the field can execute against.
This is a full-time position based out of our Oakland / Denver / New York / Austin office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You’ll Do
Support annual and quarterly sales quota-setting across the Commercial, Enterprise, and overlay segments, contributing to the top-down/bottoms-up reconciliation across AMER, EMEA, and APAC
Help apply and maintain the framework and methodology for designing territories that are balanced, distributing opportunity equitably and supporting coverage targets
Partner with Field Operations team to segment and assign the installed base across the business on a quarterly / semi-annual cadence
Contribute to headcount planning in partnership with Sales leadership, Field Operations, and Finance, helping tie ramp assumptions and capacity to the revenue plan
Support development of sales strategy with our Field Operations team: segmentation, coverage model, and go-to-market motion recommendations grounded in pipeline and productivity analysis
Help design experiments to test current GTM strategy and use the results to inform broader GTM transformations
Produce recurring capacity, attainment, and productivity analyses that inform in-year adjustments to territories and headcount
Contribute to top-down revenue and churn forecasts to help the business adapt to changing market conditions
Partner with other GTM Strategy & Planning teammates to ensure pipeline targets align with the business strategy and goals
Skills We’re Looking For
4 to 7 years in sales strategy, sales planning, revenue operations, or a comparable analytical GTM role, ideally with exposure to quota-setting and territory design
Strong organizational and program management skills
Solid quantitative modeling skills; able to build capacity, quota, and territory models from data, working from existing templates or from scratch
Working SQL and Salesforce proficiency; comfortable pulling and validating your own data rather than relying solely on pre-built reports
Ability to help turn ambiguous revenue targets into concrete, defensible operating plans that support sales leadership decisions
Ability to influence stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and People without formal authority

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is building a dedicated function to drive its partnerships across the AI ecosystem — labs, AI-native companies, and the investor community — and convert those into real technical and commercial outcomes. This is a newly created, high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of strategic business development, product partnership, and ecosystem relationship-building.
Ramp is already embedded with key partners across the AI ecosystem, from working with leading labs on the latest models to serving as a design partner for emerging product capabilities. This role exists to deepen those relationships across every major lab and AI-native company, and turn them into something commercially meaningful.
There is no playbook for this.
This person will own and grow Ramp's most strategic relationships across the AI ecosystem, leading the technical side of those relationships end to end with partner product and engineering teams. The mandate spans product integrations, technical partnership strategy, deal-making, co-selling, and the creation of new revenue channels, pairing real product and engineering depth with commercial execution and ecosystem credibility.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Demonstrate technical depth to lead AI product and integration conversations end to end with partner engineering and product teams.
- Own Ramp's relationships with emerging labs and AI-native companies at a true partnership level — not account management
- Be embedded in the San Francisco AI community and know who is actually driving decisions at the labs, not just what the org chart says
- Convert ecosystem relationships into commercial outcomes — referrals, integrations, co-selling, and new revenue channels
- Do both the business development and product/integration work, combining deal-making with genuine technical engagement
- Stay ahead of how leading AI companies are commercializing and going to market, and help Ramp move with them — and ahead of them
- Represent Ramp externally across the San Francisco AI community: founders, investors, lab leaders, and operators
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Deep, trusted relationships at leading AI companies with the people who make decisions and influence direction — not just formal contacts
- Commercial outcomes tied to those relationships, including initiatives with measurable revenue potential and smarter product integrations on both sides
- Ramp is known and respected across the San Francisco AI community as a must-know fintech partner
- Ramp keeps pace with — and ideally stays ahead of — how quickly the labs are changing, evolving their go-to-market strategies, and commercializing
- A repeatable business development and product motion built for the AI ecosystem, not a series of one-off partnerships
- An ever-evolving AI partnership strategy that includes sourcing, negotiating, contracting, executing, and growing relationships with leading AI companies
Over the course of a year, success means launching public products, integrations, go-to-market initiatives, and distribution channels with labs and applied AI companies.
Near-term objectives could include inclusion in model-launch announcements and joint product-integration launches. Longer-term goals will incorporate adoption of integrations and revenue targets as distribution partnerships are executed.
Every day will look different, but the work will include meeting with cross-functional stakeholders internally and externally, keeping a pulse on applied AI and the labs, negotiating active contracts, refining and executing Ramp's AI partnership strategy, and helping Ramp get closer to the teams that matter at the top AI companies.
NICE TO HAVES
- The ideal candidate combines two qualities that are hard to find in one person:
ECOSYSTEM CONNECTOR
- Deep personal relationships in the San Francisco AI community — founders, lab leaders, and investors — at a level where people pick up the phone
- Experience working inside or alongside leading AI partners in a way that provides genuine credibility, not just familiarity
- Known and trusted by the venture capital and investor community in AI
COMMERCIAL OPERATOR
- Has built partnerships from zero at a high-growth company and been accountable for commercial outcomes
- Can do the product and business development work simultaneously — technically fluent enough to engage on integrations and commercially sharp enough to close deals
- Has a builder mindset and can design scalable programs, not just one-off relationships
KEY CRITERIA
- Strategic business development — can identify and close partnerships that drive real commercial outcomes
- Technical aptitude — enough depth to hold credible conversations with AI lab and product teams
- Systems thinking — builds scalable programs, not just one-off deals
- Access — personal relationships at the decision-maker level inside labs, AI-native companies, and the investor community
WHY THIS ROLE IS EXCITING
- Ramp's AI partners are among the most influential partners any technology company can have right now. Getting this right matters enormously.
- There is no playbook. Anyone who can do something distinctive here will create a significant advantage — for Ramp and for their own career.
- This is one of the few roles that is genuinely AI-focused at a leading company in AI and technology.
- Ramp is already embedded with leading AI companies and is ahead of the curve in building this function. The groundwork is there.
- Ramp will give this person real runway — not a constrained, narrow mandate.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $400M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
Security isn't a feature at 1Password. It is the product. We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to shape security strategy across the company, working with Security Engineering, who hold one of the highest technical bars in the industry, and with the product teams building everything our customers touch.
You'll be the bridge. You'll understand cryptographic and architectural detail well enough to earn the trust of our security engineers, and you'll translate what matters into clear priorities for feature teams. Just as importantly, you'll bring a deep respect for the customer: a security control nobody can stand to use makes everyone less safe. You'll help us find the design that's both rigorous and usable, and have the credibility to say so in a room full of experts
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner with product teams on security early. Work with PMs and feature teams to understand their upcoming roadmaps, identify security requirements and threat-model implications before designs are locked, and make sure those needs are visible, prioritized, and resourced.
- Align Security Engineering with product strategy. Translate feature-team needs into prioritized security work, and make Security Engineering's priorities legible to the rest of the company so tradeoffs are made in the open.
- Own an independent security roadmap. Set direction for platform-level security investments, such as key management and recovery, the cryptographic foundations of our zero-knowledge architecture, authentication, and our long-term readiness for post-quantum cryptography.
- Lead our strategy for the AI era. Define how 1Password approaches agentic access to credentials, secrets for non-human identities and AI agents, and the trust models emerging around tools and protocols like MCP.
- Balance risk and usability with evidence. Help security engineers weigh real-world risk against user friction, using adoption, support, and telemetry data alongside threat models. Shipping with accepted, documented residual risk is sometimes the right call, and you'll help us make and defend those decisions.
- Represent 1Password to the security community. Engage with security researchers and our bug bounty program, speak at conferences, and contribute to the wider conversation about where credential security is heading.
- Raise the bar for product work. Coach PMs on security thinking, challenge assumptions constructively, and set the standard for how security-critical product work gets done.
OUR PHILOSOPHY ON PRODUCT CONSISTS OF FIVE CORE PILLARS:
- Focus and execution: Can you ship quickly and measure results?
- Customer empathy: Are you motivated first and foremost to solve customer problems?
- Effective communication: Can you bring the entire organization, horizontally and vertically, along on the journey?
- Go to market: Can you understand and drive business outcomes through product decisions?
- Technology: Articulating how our technology beats our competitors
Product Managers play a highly visible role at 1Password and are critical to the development and execution of our product strategy. As PMs, we are responsible for setting and championing a high bar for our products. At the Principal level, you also set the standard for how product work gets done. You coach, you challenge assumptions, and you make the whole team better. You must excel at prioritization, collaboration, and communication, while holding yourself and others accountable for measuring quality and business results. You will work with Engineering, Design, Security Research, and GTM teams to ensure every decision we make as a product is grounded in our commitment to verifiable security.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 10+ years of product management experience, including significant time on security-critical products or platforms in a SaaS environment. We'll also strongly consider exceptional candidates with equivalent depth, such as security engineers or researchers who moved into product.
- Deep, demonstrable knowledge of security fundamentals: cryptography, authentication protocols, identity and access management, zero-knowledge and end-to-end encrypted system design, and threat modeling.
- Fluency in the credential and identity landscape, including passkeys, WebAuthn/FIDO, and the standards shaping how people sign in.
- A track record of earning credibility with security engineering teams, not just working alongside them.
- The ability to read and reason through technical specifications, security audits, and cryptographic design documents.
- Experience making and defending risk-based tradeoffs, and explaining them clearly to engineers, executives, and customers.
- A history of shipping security features that users actually adopt, and of using friction and adoption data to improve them.
- Experience setting strategy at the platform or infrastructure level, and influencing roadmaps you don't own without formal authority.
- Communication that scales from a security research paper to an executive briefing without losing precision in either direction.
- A strong point of view on how the security landscape is shifting, and the ability to connect it to concrete roadmap decisions.
STRONG PLUS
- Standing in the security community, through conference talks, publications, research, open-source work, or standards participation.
- Hands-on experience with AI security: agent identity and authorization, prompt injection, secrets management for automated systems.
- Experience with compliance and certification regimes such as SOC 2, FedRAMP, or FIPS.
- Prior work in vulnerability disclosure, incident response, or threat intelligence that gives you a practitioner's intuition.
- Experience running or working closely with a bug bounty program or researcher community.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Working with a passionate, highly motivated Product and Security team that holds an exceptional bar and genuinely cares about getting it right
- A direct line to decisions that shape the security architecture millions of people depend on every day
- Empowerment to set long-term security product strategy and drive it through execution
- A culture where technical depth is respected, tradeoffs are named honestly, and shipping the right thing matters more than shipping fast
- A collaborative environment where the best argument wins, regardless of title

If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.

HOW WE HIRE
Our process is designed to be straightforward and respectful of your time. We skip performative rounds and focus on what matters: understanding how you think and what you can do.
For this role, we use a take-home challenge that mirrors real work at Teleport — on your time, your way. You'll have support from the team throughout.
1. Zoom meeting with a Teleport recruiter. You’ll learn about the company, our products, compensation philosophy, interview process, and key requirements.
2. Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager or a Lead Engineer. They will walk you through the coding challenge and answer your questions.
3. Coding challenge collaboration. The day after your meeting with the Hiring Manager or Lead Engineer, you join a Slack channel and complete a coding challenge in Go https://github.com/gravitational/careers/blob/main/challenges/sre/challenge.md using GitHub. The challenge usually takes about 2 weeks and ends with a Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager and a member of the interview team to review your solution.
4. If your challenge solution meets our bar, you'll receive an offer to join Teleport.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.
The Benefits
At Teleport, we believe your career is more important than a list of perks. That's why we focus on making your day-to-day the best it can be — giving you the autonomy, access, and support to do the best work of your career.

- Drive local implementation of group frameworks, policies, and resilience standards, adapting them where jurisdiction-specific requirements demand
- Represent entity priorities in group-led security initiatives and governance forums
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of experience in information security governance, ICT risk management, or regulatory compliance in a regulated financial services, fintech, or virtual asset environment
- Direct experience as a named regulatory contact, involvement in regulatory examinations, supervisory interactions, licensing processes, or equivalent
- Familiarity with UAE regulatory frameworks. Experience with VARA or other virtual asset / crypto-native regulatory regimes is a significant advantage and strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to implement, adapt, and maintain compliance or governance frameworks within a regulated environment
- Experience conducting risk assessments, business impact analyses, and resilience planning at the entity level
- Familiarity with ICT outsourcing and third-party risk management within group structures
- Ability to translate technical risk into board-level narrative and regulatory-grade documentation
- Comfortable operating across multiple jurisdictions simultaneously, each at a different stage of regulatory maturity
- Strong project management skills and the ability to drive outcomes across cross-functional, globally distributed teams
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, or ISO27001 Lead Implementer preferred
- Familiarity with EU frameworks such as DORA and MiCA is strongly preferred
WHY THIS ROLE
- You will hold a named role within a regulated entity with accountability and board-level visibility
- You will operate at the frontier of virtual asset regulation -- VARA is one of the most advanced and fastest-evolving crypto regulatory frameworks in the world, and you will be shaping how Kraken meets it from day one of market entry
- You will build ICT governance programs from scratch for new market entries, not inherit and maintain what others have set up
- Exposure to local governance forums, regulators, and senior stakeholders, with remote guidance and preparation support from the Global RISO Lead
- The scope of this role is intentionally designed to grow -- as Kraken's entity footprint expands, so does the portfolio and the regulatory breadth you will be exposed to, potentially including Asian and EU frameworks such as DORA
- You will join a remote-first, international team shaping the future of crypto asset governance and resilience across some of the world's most demanding regulatory environments
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

- Experience conducting regular in-person customer engagement multiple times per month, with a willingness and ability to travel within your region for client meetings and industry events.
- Proficient skills in:
- Outbound prospecting, pipeline building, strategic account planning, value-based selling, and territory management, with meticulous operating rigor in pipeline management, forecasting, and pacing to target.

- Resilient, self-motivated, and committed to achieving targets while thriving in a remote and fast-paced environment where products and value propositions evolve rapidly, including comfort selling against future vision while products are still in development.
- Demonstrated success managing high workloads and competing priorities without sacrificing quality of execution.
- A proven team player, eager to collaborate and achieve shared goals rather than working in isolation.
- Curious and coachable, with a proven ability to apply feedback, adapt, and continuously improve.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with channel resellers (enabling, account mapping, relationship building).
- Experience with the MEDDPPICC sales methodology or other rigorous qualification frameworks preferred.
- Preferred: Proficiency with Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Outreach.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Role..
As a Wolt Market Supply Chain Manager, you will play a key role in managing and continuously improving the supply chain for Wolt Market in Finland.
You will take ownership of a broad portfolio of Supply Chain responsibilities, including inventory and availability management, demand forecasting, supplier performance and operational supplier management. You will use data and strong commercial judgement to balance availability, inventory, shrinkage, and profitability, ensuring that Supply Chain decisions support both our customers and the overall performance of the business.
The role requires a high degree of independence and ownership. You will identify opportunities and challenges, translate analysis into actions, and drive complex Supply Chain initiatives from problem definition through implementation and follow-up with limited guidance.
You will work particularly closely with the Finland Supply Chain Analyst and act as an experienced sparring partner to the Finland Category and Store Operations teams. You will also collaborate closely with colleagues across the regional Supply Chain team and the wider Wolt Market Supply Chain community, sharing knowledge, contributing to common initiatives and supporting the continuous development of our Supply Chain capabilities.
Key tasks and responsibilities of the role
Own and drive core Supply Chain responsibilities for Wolt Market Finland together with the local Supply Chain team.
Manage and continuously improve inventory availability, stock levels and inventory health while balancing availability, shrinkage, capacity and profitability.
Analyse demand, inventory, availability, shrinkage and supplier performance and translate insights into clear recommendations and actions.
Own and continuously improve demand forecasting and replenishment processes, including forecasting around promotions, seasonal events and other changes in demand.
Monitor Supply Chain KPIs, identify performance gaps and root causes, and independently develop and execute actions to improve performance.
Work closely with Category to evaluate the Supply Chain implications of supplier, assortment, promotion and commercial decisions and provide constructive challenge where required.
Partner closely with Store Operations to identify and solve Supply Chain-related operational challenges and ensure processes work effectively from supplier through to store.
Manage operational relationships with suppliers and collaborate on topics including ordering, delivery performance, lead times, order conditions, availability and Supply Chain improvements.
Identify structural supplier or assortment-related Supply Chain challenges and develop commercially sound solutions together with relevant stakeholders.
Own complex projects and larger workstreams from analysis and problem definition through implementation, stakeholder alignment and measurement of results.
Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of Supply Chain tools, systems, automation and processes.
Use data, analytical tools and AI to diagnose complex problems where multiple factors need to be considered and exercise sound judgement in determining the appropriate solution.
Proactively identify new business needs and improvement opportunities and develop proposals for how Supply Chain can address them.
Work closely with the Finland Supply Chain Analyst, sharing expertise, providing guidance and supporting development through informal mentoring and collaboration.
Collaborate with the regional Supply Chain team and wider Supply Chain community, contributing to cross-country projects, exchanging best practices and helping develop scalable ways of working.
Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Category, Store Operations, Finance, Product and other relevant functions.
Manage several priorities and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-moving environment while maintaining a high level of quality and follow-through.
Take a hands-on approach and be willing to move between strategic analysis, problem solving and operational execution as required.
Demonstrate excellent business judgement and a practical, solution-oriented approach to getting things done.
Contribute positively to Wolt's culture and ways of working and be an active member of both the local and regional team.
Qualifications for the role
Strong experience in Supply Chain, inventory management, replenishment, demand planning or a closely related field, ideally within grocery, retail, e-commerce or another fast-moving environment.
Strong understanding of inventory and replenishment principles and the trade-offs between availability, stock levels, shrinkage and profitability.
Demonstrated ability to independently solve complex Supply Chain and business problems using data, structured analysis and commercial judgement.
Experience working with demand forecasting and translating forecasts into inventory and replenishment decisions.
Strong commercial understanding and the ability to assess Supply Chain decisions in the context of broader business performance and profitability.
Experience collaborating with commercial or Category teams and confidence in constructively challenging decisions based on data and Supply Chain expertise.
Experience working with suppliers and analysing and improving supplier performance.
Ability to take ownership of complex projects and workstreams and drive them from problem identification to implementation with limited guidance.
High level of autonomy and the ability to determine the appropriate methods and approach when faced with new or ambiguous assignments.
Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to build credible working relationships across different functions and levels of the organisation.
Ability and willingness to share expertise, provide guidance and informally mentor less experienced colleagues without formal people-management responsibility.
Highly analytical, structured and detail-oriented while maintaining a strong understanding of the bigger commercial picture.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with several competing priorities.
Advanced skills in analytical and productivity tools such as Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel; experience with BI and Supply Chain systems is an advantage.
Passion for analytical excellence, continuous improvement and using data to make better decisions.

About the Team
We are looking for an experienced Manager, Tax Technology to lead tax platform projects for Wolt and Deliveroo within our growing Tax Team. As Wolt and Deliveroo onboard onto the global unified tax platform and a single tax calculation engine (Vertex), this role owns the functional tax leadership that turns business and VAT requirements into configured, tested, live capabilities, and leads the offshore Wolt & Deliveroo implementation team delivering that work day to day. As DoorDash continues to grow its international footprint, we are looking for a candidate with deep, hands-on experience in VAT regimes who can lead a team, collaborate cross-functionally, and own the delivery of tax features and new-platform feature / new-market / new-partnership launches across Wolt and Deliveroo.
About the Role
You will report to the Senior Manager of the Tax Calculation Platform & Mx Operations and lead tax platform and business projects for Wolt and Deliveroo. You will manage a team to deliver day-to-day VAT configuration and testing, and partner closely with Tax Engineering, the Wolt and Deliveroo Tax teams, Tax Product, and other stakeholders — gathering business and VAT requirements, translating them into tax-system functional requirements for configuration and testing, and reviewing Technical Design Documents (TDDs) to provide functional tax expertise back to Tax Engineering.
The primary focus of this position is end-to-end delivery of VAT tax solutions across the Wolt and Deliveroo platforms — new product, market, partnership launches and legislative changes, roadmap alignment with Wolt and Deliveroo's international expansion, and day-to-day leadership of the team executing that delivery — with an understanding of how data flows from upstream systems through the tax engine to downstream reporting. Rather than handing off requirements to the Vertex Center of Excellence team, you will apply your own Vertex knowledge to help influence the functional design and determine the specific Vertex configuration a solution requires. Familiarity with US sales and use tax, food and beverage, and retail tax context is valuable for alignment with the broader platform.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
Lead tax platform and business projects across the Wolt and Deliveroo platforms, including new product, market, partnership launches, and legislative changes.
Gather business and VAT requirements and translate them into tax-system functional requirements for configuration, testing and delivery.
Review BRDs, PRDs, and TDDs for VAT tax-system implications and provide functional tax expertise back to Tax Engineering.
Define testing requirements and oversee validations across unit, integration, E2E, shadow, and post-launch phases.
Align tax engine priorities and the integrated delivery plan with the Wolt and Deliveroo international market roadmaps, and represent tax platform status updates to Tax and Engineering leadership.
Trace VAT-relevant data from upstream systems through Vertex to downstream reporting and compliance.
Serve as the senior functional tax leader for Wolt and Deliveroo, escalating risk and driving cross-functional alignment across Tax, Product, Engineering, and Data.
Manage and develop a team supporting this area, allocating workload, establishing QA checkpoints, and providing structured knowledge transfer on complex processes.
We’re excited about you because…
You have 8+ years of indirect tax or indirect tax technology experience, with several years working directly in VAT regimes.
You are familiar with VAT tax requirements and can translate them into system requirements.
Hands-on experience implementing or configuring Vertex O Series, and ability to review Vertex configurations and testing documentation and provide feedback.
Hand-on experience implementing or configuring ERP tax integration (e.g. Netsuite) with Vertex tax engine.
Experience with multi-country VAT implementations and EU VAT compliance; familiarity with non-US indirect tax regimes more broadly is a plus.
Demonstrated people-leadership experience, including managing, coaching, workload delegation, and quality oversight.
You can review technical design documents and provide functional tax expertise to engineering and product.
You have familiarity with US sales and use tax, food and beverage, and retail tax context.
You understand how tax data flows from upstream transaction systems through a tax engine to downstream reporting, including both in-house systems or ERP system integration flows.
Program or project management experience across dependent teams, including building plans, milestones, and dependency maps, and driving them to completion.
Comfort operating cross-functionally and building trust with partner teams without always holding formal authority over their roadmaps.
Experience in use of SQL or Snowflake for data self-serve, issue investigation or testing validation.
Experience in use of API testing tools like Postman, SOAP UI and ability to read XML and JSON logs.
Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or Computer Science degree.
You are fluent in leveraging multiple AI tools on the market (e.g., Claude Cowork, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor) on a daily basis across all of your assigned tasks, and you actively look for creative ways to apply them to enhance processes and create efficiency gains.
Nice to Haves
Familiarity with Marketplace Facilitator laws.
Experience managing offshore teams across time zones.
