Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Looking for an impactful and exciting role with a strong focus on product design? Join Productive Playhouse as a Product Manager and help shape the experience across Central and pZero, our company internal linked contributing platform. In this flexible, remote role, you’ll turn user insights and stakeholder needs into thoughtful product solutions while partnering closely with engineering and cross-functional teams. No production frontend coding is required.
Key Responsibilities
Own the daily product loop for Central and pZero, from user evidence and problem definition through requirements, delivery, rollout, and adoption.
Translate user evidence and stakeholder input into clear product briefs and PRDs, including problem, scope, exclusions, success measures, and acceptance criteria.
Lead product design for core Central and pZero workflows, including journey mapping, information architecture, prototyping in Figma or an equivalent tool, and usability testing.
Partner with the external engineering team throughout delivery, clarifying requirements and keeping work moving through review and release.
Bring Product Quality into the work early enough to shape journeys, testability, and release evidence.
Own rollout and adoption for shipped features, ensuring intended users can find, understand, and use new functionality.
Track product outcomes after release, including adoption, task completion, cycle time, rework, defects, support burden, and the amount of follow-up required from the Director of Product.
Own manager-facing and worker-facing product documentation, including onboarding materials, tutorials, how-to guides, and release education.
Maintain a practical, shared design foundation with Iron Forge covering navigation, forms, tables, statuses, errors, permissions, accessibility, and responsive behavior.
Maintain shared product knowledge in company-approved project and knowledge management systems, including roadmap, decisions, user evidence, product behavior, and release learning.
Use approved AI tools and shared skills to improve the speed and quality of research, writing, analysis, prototyping, and documentation.
Collect and prioritize input from Operations, Product Quality, Engineering, support signals, and client programs.
Bring well-supported recommendations, backed by evidence and tradeoffs, to the Director of Product on major product decisions, while owning routine and reversible decisions independently.
Perform other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
If selected to move forward in the recruitment process, candidates will be required to complete a pre-assessment. Completion of the required assessment is a prerequisite for advancement to the next stage of the selection process.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience in product management or a closely related discipline.
Demonstrated experience as a product owner or product manager, ideally within AI workforce product; scope of ownership matters more than years of tenure.
Hands-on product or UX design experience, ideally including journey mapping, prototyping, and usability testing.
Proven ability to turn incomplete or conflicting stakeholder input into a clear, bounded product problem.
Experience working closely with engineering teams as a partner, not solely through ticket handoffs.
Comfort using data to make or evaluate decisions, including recognizing when available data is insufficient.
Experience owning outcomes after release, including adoption, documentation, and iteration based on real usage.
Working familiarity with AI tools for research, writing, prototyping, and documentation, with clear human review and accountability.
Strong written communication skills, able to produce material that developers, operators, managers, and users can act on directly.
Ability to work effectively across distributed teams and manage ambiguity without creating unnecessary noise.
Comfortable inspecting product behavior, reading technical material, and working with data; production coding is not required.
Cross-functional collaboration and conflict resolution skills, with the decisiveness expected of a single-threaded owner.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Occasional travel may be required for special meetings, training, or team gatherings at the company’s headquarters or other designated locations.
Routine use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, filing cabinets, etc.
Strong visual acuity for reviewing detailed documents and data on computer screens.
Manual dexterity for operating a computer, including using a keyboard and mouse.
Ability to lift and carry office supplies or equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
Clear verbal and written communication skills for collaboration across teams.
Capacity to manage tasks that require prolonged periods of focus and concentration.
Ability to handle the physical demands of a standard workweek, which may include occasional overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays, if needed.

Pay Rate: $8.00 USD per hour
100% remote
You choose which tasks to take, set your own hours, and are free to work with other clients any time. You can stay flexible as the project evolves.
This is an iterative project, work arrives in batches (there may be pauses between them).
What You’ll Do
As an AI Evaluator, you'll play a critical role in shaping and improving the next generation of Generative AI. You'll participate in structured, hands-on evaluations by interacting directly with various AI models to assess their capabilities, safety, and helpfulness. Your insights and data will directly inform model development and optimization.
Exact tasks vary by project and will be spelled out in that project's Statement of Work (SOW) before you start. Depending on the role, your work may include:
Testing and evaluating AI chatbots or language models through structured conversations, using assigned goals and prompts.
Voice-based interactions with AI models — for projects that involve this, sessions are recorded, and audio may be shared with the client as part of the evaluation deliverable.
Submitting deliverables (write-ups, ratings, screenshots, or recordings) in the format each task specifies.
What We're Looking For
Native or expert-level fluency in Hindi
, as spoken in India.
Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills - assessment maybe required
18 years of age or older
Hands-on experience using AI models or large language models
Comfortable with both written and voice-based conversation — and good at asking sharp follow-ups
Your own smartphone, computer, reliable internet, and comfort with web-based tools
Able to pass a language proficiency and technical literacy assessment
Responsive communicator — quick replies move you through onboarding faster
Able to start within 48 hours
Why PPH?

Apply once, get contacted directly when a spot opens — no chasing
Work from anywhere, on your own schedule, alongside any other work you do
Clear task specs, no ongoing oversight, no micromanagement
Real project experience with a global data and language services company
Work that actually improves how AI understands your language

About Advantage HQ
Advantage HQ sits at the intersection of performance marketing and creator-driven growth. We manage over $850M in annual media spend across Meta, TikTok and YouTube, run 80,000+ creator partnerships every month across a network of 400,000+ influencers, and use Meteoric AI, our proprietary intelligence platform, to power discovery, outreach, whitelisting, and creative decisioning at scale.
We are trusted by 200+ high-growth DTC brands across beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and health. Our team of 100+ growth operators, analysts, and creatives drives meaningful bottom-line impact through performance creative, paid media, influencer marketing, and CRO.
Advantage HQ is not just an agency. We are a scalable growth platform with a proven track record, and a culture built for A-players.
The Role
We are hiring a Strategic Projects Lead to work directly with the Founder and own the company's highest-priority initiatives. You will take ambiguous, high-stakes problems, turn them into clear plans, and drive them to completion across teams, from scoping and research to execution and review.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and operations. You are the Founder's force multiplier: the person who protects their time, sharpens their decisions, and makes sure what they set in motion actually ships. You think like an owner, you move fast, and you are comfortable operating with limited direction.
You are structured and analytical in equal measure. You turn a loose idea into a clear brief, use data to pressure-test it, and keep a fast-moving organization aligned on what matters most.
What You Will Own
Strategic project delivery.
Own cross-functional initiatives from the Founder's agenda end to end. Define objectives, owners, timelines and success metrics, then drive them through to completion.
Founder operating rhythm.
Run the Office of the Founder: weekly priorities, meeting agendas, follow-ups, decision logs and the cadence that keeps leadership aligned.
Research and analysis.
Run market scans, competitive reviews, process audits and financial analysis that inform strategic decisions, and turn findings into clear recommendations.
Communication and briefings.
Prepare briefing materials, board and investor updates, and internal communications. Speak on the Founder's behalf with teams and partners, with clarity and conviction.
Risk and blocker removal.
Spot risks and opportunities early. Bring solutions, not just problems, and clear the obstacles that slow teams down.
Systems and playbooks.
Build repeatable systems, playbooks and dashboards so initiatives run without constant oversight.
AI fluency.
Use AI as a core part of your workflow, from research and analysis to automation of recurring work.
What We Are Looking For
You have spent [3-6+] years in strategy, consulting, operations, chief-of-staff or startup roles. You know what it means to context-switch fast across projects without losing the thread on any of them.
You have led complex, cross-functional projects to completion, and the work had a measurable effect on the business. You can point to it specifically and explain exactly what you did to make it happen.
You are analytical. You can take messy information, pull out what matters, and turn it into a decision or a plan. Spreadsheets, dashboards and basic financial modeling are second nature.
You are a strong writer and communicator. You write clear briefs, give honest feedback, and present your thinking to leaders with clarity and confidence.
You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities. You hold a high bar for quality, handle sensitive information with discretion, and stand your ground respectfully when you disagree.
Nice to Have
Experience in a founder-led, high-growth or agency environment
Experience in performance marketing, DTC or creator-driven businesses
Experience building automations or AI-assisted workflows
Comfort in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Location
Fully remote. We have built the infrastructure for high-performance distributed teams and trust our people to do their best work from wherever they work best.

Improvado
is an AI-powered marketing data platform built for mid-market and enterprise teams. We help companies automate complex marketing data workflows, unify data at scale, and surface insights through BI and AI. Brands like ASUS, Docker, Activision, and H&R Block rely on us to simplify analytics and improve marketing performance.
We’re a fast-growing Series A startup backed by $34M in funding and driven by a team that moves fast, stays curious, and cares about high-quality execution.
About the role
The Account Executive uncovers business pains, articulates ROI, and builds the business case that helps prospects modernize how their marketing data works. You'll own a territory end to end — from first outreach to signed contract.
Your buyers are marketing leaders, marketing ops and RevOps, and the data and analytics teams behind them. Some come to us; many you'll go and find yourself. It's a consultative, multi-stakeholder sale with a technical validation stage, so you'll work closely with our Sales Engineers along the way.
Responsibilities
Achieve a quarterly revenue quota across new business and expansion in your territory.
Proactively generate new pipeline — you'll be expected to self-source at least 35% of your own opportunities, not just work inbound.
Own the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, technical validation with a Sales Engineer, business case and ROI, executive presentation, negotiation and close.
Build multi-threaded relationships — bring the technical evaluator, the budget owner, and your champion into the process early rather than running a deal through a single contact.
Qualify with discipline. Confirm budget, decision path, and the real cost of doing nothing before pulling in technical resources — and walk away early from deals that aren't a fit.
Become an expert at using Improvado's software, and at the marketing problems it solves.
Coordinate the internal resources needed to win — Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success — and keep every deal moving.
Keep the CRM accurate and forecast honestly.
Use AI in your day-to-day workflow — account research, call prep, follow-ups, first drafts. We'll expect you to work the way the company works.
Leverage your creativity, intellect, and attitude in order to win new business.
Qualifications
5+ years in a quota-carrying, full-cycle SaaS Account Executive role.
2+ years of experience in the MarTech/AdTech space.
A track record of carrying and hitting a significant annual quota — you can walk through your numbers year by year with real examples.
Experience selling to large enterprise organizations with multiple stakeholders and formal buying processes.
Real outbound prospecting experience — you've built pipeline from scratch, not only worked inbound.
Familiarity with ad platforms and the digital marketing funnel, and the metrics marketers are measured on.
Comfortable in a technical sale — you can hold a credible conversation with a data team and then reframe it for a marketing leader.
Experience in successfully initiating sales cycles with C-level executives.
Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving work environment.
Emotional intelligence, natural curiosity, strong listening skills, and coachability.
Superior communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable with a modern sales stack (CRM, call recording and coaching tools, prospecting and enrichment tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and with using AI tools in your own workflow.
Experience working in a startup.
Nice to have
Experience selling to or working inside agencies.
Formal training in a qualification methodology (MEDDIC / MEDDPICC or similar).
What We Offer:
Remote-first environment
Competitive compensation
Medical and dental benefits
401K plan
Unlimited PTO
Paid holidays
Professional development reimbursement

About Improvado
Improvado is an AI-powered marketing data platform built for mid-market and enterprise teams. We help companies automate complex marketing data workflows, unify data at scale, and surface insights through BI and AI. Brands like Genentech, T-Mobile, Activision, and H&R Block rely on us to simplify analytics and improve marketing performance.
We’re a fast-growing Series A startup backed by $34M in funding and driven by a team that moves fast, stays curious, and cares about high-quality execution.
About the Role
Improvado is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and run the engine that generates sales pipeline, then step into deals to help close them. You report directly to the VP of Sales.
You’ll build agentic go-to-market loops with the Improvado platform at their core, first for our own sales motion, then for our customers. Our GTM is the lab for what we sell, and you run it.
This is a team-of-one role with no SDR layer behind you. That means real ownership: you own outbound cadences, the data and tooling stack, and event follow-up. You work directly with the VP of Sales to design and run go-to-market experiments, on Improvado wherever possible, and you work alongside the demand generation team so outbound and advertising hit the same accounts and people. You identify which current customers to expand and with which products. And you are forward deployed: embedded with prospects and customers, building working use cases in their environment, and packaging the experiments that worked in-house into outcome-based projects Improvado sells.
It is a hybrid of growth operator, forward deployed builder, and revenue strategist. Most people come to this role strong in one or two of those areas, and we expect you to grow into the rest. If you have done two and are hungry for the third, keep reading.
Why you might love this job
Direct line to the VP of Sales: you design experiments together and see the results fast.
Your work moves pipeline every week, and nothing disappears into a process.
You build real, working things on a real platform, for us and for customers.
A clear path: become an Improvado expert who builds agentic GTM systems and delivers them to customers.
What You’ll Do
Outbound pipeline generation
Design, build, and run multi-channel outbound cadences (email, LinkedIn, phone) targeting enterprise marketing and data leaders and agency executives (agencies manage data for many brands at once, so one agency win can open several accounts)
Write and continuously test messaging, subject lines, and personalization at scale, including AI-assisted personalization
Own deliverability, sending infrastructure, and domain health
Sales and marketing alignment
Work with the demand generation team so outbound and advertising target the same accounts, personas, and buying committees, with one shared target account list
Build the operating rhythm between sales and marketing: shared definitions, a common view of account engagement, and a feedback loop from deals back into campaigns
Partner with marketing on content and offers; own the sourced-pipeline number on the outbound side
Go-to-market experimentation with the VP of Sales
Design and run go-to-market experiments with the VP of Sales: messaging by buyer persona, channels, offers, signals, and workflows, each with a hypothesis, a measurement, and a scale-or-kill decision
Run them on Improvado wherever possible, so our own go-to-market is the lab for what we sell
Maintain a messaging playbook per persona that outbound, advertising, and account executives all draw from, and share results with marketing on a regular cadence
Customer expansion
Analyze the customer base to identify which accounts we should be upselling and which Improvado products fit each
Build expansion plays with Customer Success and account executives, and run the outbound layer of those plays
Tooling and data
Own the go-to-market tech stack: sequencing, enrichment, intent data, CRM hygiene, and the integrations between them
Build and maintain target account lists and contact data with enrichment waterfalls and signal-based triggers
Automate the repetitive parts of prospecting so one person operates like a team
Event follow-up
Run pre-event targeting and outreach for conferences and field events
Convert attendees, booth visitors, and scanned leads into qualified meetings within days, not weeks
Forward deployed with prospects and customers
Learn the Improvado platform deeply: connectors, data models, the AI agent, and dashboards
Embed with prospects and customers on active opportunities and expansions to build working go-to-market and marketing-data use cases in their environment. Ship something they use, not a demo
Carry what you learn in customer environments back into our own experiments, outbound targeting, and messaging
Package and sell what works
Turn successful in-house experiments into packaged, outcome-based projects that Improvado sells to customers: the outcome, the data required, the build, and the delivery path
Help account executives position and scope those projects as part of the Improvado offer, and deliver the first ones yourself
Measurement
Track pipeline sourced and influenced by channel, cost per qualified meeting, and conversion through each stage
Share a short daily update with the VP of Sales (a quick async summary of numbers and learnings, not a long report) and stop what isn’t working quickly
Who You Are
4 or more years in a pipeline-generating or growth role at a B2B SaaS company: outbound, demand generation, growth, revenue operations, or forward deployed / implementation work, ideally more than one of these
You have personally built outbound cadences that booked meetings with enterprise buyers, and you can show the numbers
You have designed and run structured go-to-market experiments with a clear hypothesis and measurement, and you can tell the story of one that worked and one you killed
You have taken something that worked internally and turned it into something a customer paid for
You have worked across the sales and marketing boundary and know what it takes to get both teams targeting the same accounts
Technical enough to work with APIs, webhooks, SQL, and data pipelines, and to build on a data platform inside a customer’s environment
Fluent with AI tools for research, personalization, and automation, and interested in building agents, not just using them
Comfortable being a team of one: you set your own priorities, build your own systems, and do not wait for an SDR or an ops team
Strong writer. Your emails get replies
Curious about marketing data and analytics: you want to understand how a CMO measures performance, not just who to email (we’ll teach you the platform; the curiosity has to be yours)
Nice to have
Experience selling or marketing to agencies or enterprise marketing teams
Background in marketing analytics, ETL, data warehousing, or business intelligence
Forward-deployed, implementation, or professional services experience at a data or AI company
