Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that pairs remote work with top-tier talent. We help individuals from around the world connect with great companies that are looking for their specific skill set. Our mission is to provide great jobs to talented people, no matter where they are located.
Out client is an online coaching and digital business consulting company founded by Richard Yu, helping entrepreneurs and coaches scale their online businesses through high-ticket coaching and digital products. The company is looking for a highly creative, performance-driven Ads Creative Strategist to develop high-converting ad concepts, hooks, and angles for Meta ads, with a focus on scaling offers through cold traffic. This is a hands-on, creation-focused role centered on producing high volumes of winning ad creatives.
Responsibilities
Create ad concepts, hooks and angles aligned to each offer
Write complete ad copy for Meta, YouTube, Instagram Reels and any other paid channel we deploy
Work with our editors and designers to turn your copy into ads that convert. If you can produce ads entirely yourself, better still
Hold message-market consistency from ad through VSL, page and checkout
Take an ad from copy through to finished asset: writing it, directing the actor or AI avatar, briefing the editors, and giving quality control feedback on what comes back
Own the conversion narrative across the whole funnel
Work with the Head of Marketing to iterate on performance data
Requirements
A track record of ads that scaled a single offer past $1,000,000 a month in spend, roughly $30,000 to $40,000 a day. Meta preferred, strong results on other platforms welcome. By an offer we mean one product on a funnel sold from a landing page, with or without a VSL, with or without a sales team behind it
Real direct-response experience across offers, VSLs and ads. Not brand work
A record of inventing winning concepts, not only rewriting what already exists
Strong grasp of cold traffic psychology, particularly on low-ticket offers
Copy that is simple, clear, emotionally sharp and scalable
A preference for deep work over meetings
Scaled low-ticket offers is a plus
Built faceless funnels is a plus
Worked in information, education or subscription businesses in the business opportunity space is a plus
Benefits
Salary $3,000-5,000 + Bonus
Fully remote
Real ownership over offers and messaging
A high-performance team with a no-nonsense, get-it-done attitude
A genuine path to a C-suite level partner position
Travel with the executive team to two or three global retreats a year. Last year we did Dubai, Egypt, China and Puerto Rico. Optional, but a bonus if you like travel
Remote with flexible hours. Deep, creative thinking is the primary function of this role, so we protect it
Work that changes outcomes for beginners and nine-to-fivers trying to build something of their own
Location: Canada; Québec City, Canada; Toronto, Canada; Calgary, Canada; Vancouver, Canada

Order Experience
– the area responsible for the user experience from the moment an order is placed: payment and the user’s journey in the app after purchase.
Here, analytics directly affects both the user experience and the business economics: how easy it is to pay for a purchase, how quickly a customer’s issue gets resolved, and how much that resolution costs the company.
You’ll work with the Product, Payments, Billing, and Support teams: together with managers, engineers, support specialists, and the finance team, you’ll identify opportunities for improvement, test hypotheses, and see them through to implementation. To do this, we have a mature internal A/B testing platform, a set of MCP tools and AI agents for analytical tasks, high-quality data in BigQuery and Spark, and transparent data preparation processes built on Airflow and dbt.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys proactively proposing changes, taking part in setting priorities, and seeing the results of their work in the product and in business metrics.
Responsibilities
Improving checkout and the post-purchase experience.
Identifying the reasons that prevent users from completing payment, and testing hypotheses that make this journey simpler
Developing AI support.
Working with the team to improve AI Chat: finding scenarios for automation, and assessing the quality of user problem resolution and the impact on the business
Improving the support contact experience.
Researching the user journey from ticket creation to problem resolution, agent performance, and refund decision-making
Increasing operational efficiency.
Forecasting support workload, improving the automatic refund model, and finding opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining service quality
Designing and analyzing A/B tests.
Helping teams choose metrics and experiment designs, interpret results, and automate analysis.
Developing the metrics system.
Making payments, billing, and support metrics clear and useful for decision-making, and investigating changes and anomalies
Influencing team priorities.
Identifying growth opportunities, estimating the potential impact of initiatives, and helping decide where it’s worth investing time
Enabling teams to work with data independently.
Preparing data for AI tools and automating repetitive analysis so that colleagues can answer basic questions on their own
Requirements
Strong SQL and Python skills for data analysis and automation
A solid understanding of mathematical statistics and hands-on experience with A/B testing – from forming a hypothesis to drawing conclusions and making recommendations
Experience applying AI in analytical work: the ability to integrate it into everyday tasks, verify its outputs, and find new opportunities for automation
Independence and an interest in the business: the ability to dig into a problem, propose hypotheses, and connect analysis results to a specific decision
The ability to explain complex topics clearly to colleagues with different backgrounds — from engineers to support, finance, and legal specialists
The ability to manage work for multiple stakeholders: making priorities transparent, agreeing on scope and timelines, and justifiably deprioritizing less important tasks
Preferred
Experience in e-commerce, payments, support, or operations automation
Building your own AI tools and agents for data analysis
We offer
Compensation package: base salary and performance-based bonuses
Office-first: flexible hours with a possibility to work remotely 52 days per year
Care & Wellbeing: health insurance (including dental care) for employees and their children, daily meal allowance, and 100% paid sick leave
Relocation Support: full assistance for a smooth relocation for the employees and their family
AI-first approach: licenses and access to a wide range of AI tools
Team & Growth: collaboration with colleagues across Portugal, Brazil, Latvia and China, with opportunities for promotions, professional trainings, and English & Portuguese courses
Community & Engagement: annual team building activities, knowledge-sharing workshops, and a strong sense of team work

-Maintain alignment with the client: Treat Language Manager decisions as the standard, raise concerns with evidence at the right forum, and aim for fewer surprises over time.
What You Will Own
-The locale’s review service score, including RQE audit and alignment performance
-The community’s shared understanding of quality
-The integrity of the arbitration record, ensuring that every arbitration sent to the client is valid and well-evidenced

Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years in Localization Quality Assurance (LQA), Senior Language Lead, or Quality Governance roles

- Analytical approach: Skill in tracking error concentrations, severity drift, and alignment scores, and in converting justification patterns into style guide improvements

The Role
We are seeking an experienced English into Kyrgyz Review Lead to serve as the language quality owner and primary client-facing linguistic expert for a leading global technology client.
You will own the locale’s interpretation of the client’s quality standards and make sure that the Post-Editing Lead, Post Editors, and Reviewers all work to the same shared understanding of “good”. You will be the main point of contact for the client’s Language Manager on quality discussions, arbitration, and escalations, and you will drive consistency, quality governance, and continuous improvement across UI, marketing, product, informational, legal, and support content.

- Expected volume: Approximately 24 hours per month
- Employment type: Freelance / Independent Contract
- Task type: Language Lead Support
- Content types: UI, Marketing, Informational, Legal, Product, Support
- Language pair: English into Kyrgyz
What You Will Do
-Analyse requirements: Review every style guide and glossary update, assess which quality categories and content types it affects, and record the changes. Track what the client’s Language Manager actually corrects and says in calibration and quality calls, not only what is written down.
-Relay expectations: Run regular alignment roundtables with the language community and publish a structured monthly quality digest covering performance, priority improvement areas, style guide updates, and notable errors and arbitration outcomes.
-Manage review quality actively: Coach Reviewers one-to-one using specific examples, run shadowing sessions, and deliver training built from real alignment data.
-Improve the standard: Turn recurring justification patterns into well-reasoned style guide proposals, and share cross-locale patterns with the Welocalize Quality Manager.
-The working relationship with the client’s Language Manager, including clarifications, escalations, and expectation tracking
Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years in Localization Quality Assurance (LQA), Senior Language Lead, or Quality Governance roles
- Client and stakeholder management: Direct experience as the primary point of contact for client Language Managers, managing formal arbitration or escalation processes, and facilitating conflict resolution
- Quality audit frameworks: Deep, practical experience with localization evaluation frameworks, including RQE, LQE, error rubrics, and severity mapping
- Style guide and expectation analysis: Ability to analyse style guide changes, identify implicit client expectations, and map tolerance by content type (for example, Marketing vs. Legal vs. UI)
