Here at Scede, we enable scaling companies to achieve hiring success. Since 2013, we’ve built incredible teams for 150+ tech companies and games studios in Europe and North America via our flexible, subscription-based or pay-as-you-go recruitment solutions.
We see recruitment as a craft, and focus on the enablement and empowerment of our teams to help us achieve our #1 business objective; to deliver an exceptional service to our customers. Our Talent Partners have hired top talent into the teams of 27 Unicorns, including Klarna, Graphcore, Trustpilot, Mollie and Trade Republic to name a few.
About Scede Source
Not every company needs a full embedded team. Some have a handful of roles that really matter and need them done well. Scede Source is how we help them. It’s a focused 30-day sourcing sprint for each role, where we source, screen and shortlist.
As our next Talent Partner, you'll:
Run between 1-5 sprints at once across tech, product, go-to-market and games
Hold weekly updates with hiring managers so they always know where things stand
Use funnel data to spot when a role is stalling and work out why
Utilise AI and be curious about new ways it can be used within your sourcing and strategy
Push back with evidence when a brief doesn’t match the market
Feed what you learn back into how we run Source
We'd love it if:
You’ve recruited in tech or games, whether that was embedded, in-house, RPO or agency.
You love to source! You can build sourcing strategies, utilising AI, available platforms and current market trends to seek out those hard to find candidates.
You treat recruitment as a craft. You want to know why something works, not just tick off the steps.
You can recognise quickly when something isn't going to plan and can pivot your approach and strategy.
You can interpret and use data to influence your hiring managers, presenting the facts to make the changes needed to make the hire.
You talk openly about what’s gone wrong and what you learned from it.
You can work autonomously.
You’re comfortable working remotely and staying connected with a distributed team.
Benefits
The autonomy, trust, and flexibility of a 100% remote-first company. You're empowered to work from home or wherever you feel you work best. We've found that a positive work-life balance for all is much more accessible this way.
Private medical and dental cover.
Discounts and perks across retail, travel, leisure, and entertainment.
Monthly "Best Self" allowance to invest in something that works for you, such as subscriptions to Spotify or Audible, gym memberships, a meal at your favourite restaurant, and more.
On top of 23 days of paid leave (pro rata), you also have your birthday off to celebrate, and 3 extra days off between Christmas and New Year.

inDrive is a global mobility platform built on fairness: passengers and drivers agree on the price together. We are building a Loyalty Program that rewards passengers for riding with us and gives them real value, not endless promotions.
As Partnership Manager, Loyalty, you will own the benefits side of that program globally, across all of inDrive's markets. You will shape the value proposition across three types of benefits: external benefits co-funded by banks, financial groups and consumer brands; internal benefits funded by inDrive; and product benefits built into the app. You will bring partners on board and turn conversations into signed agreements that work in practice, and you will run experiments across all three until we find the mix that passengers actually adopt. You will be the first dedicated hire on this workstream, reporting directly to the Global Director of Loyalty.
Disclaimer: CVs in Spanish will NOT be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Build and prioritize the global partner pipeline, with local depth in your region, choosing partners by fit with the program rather than by the volume they offer.
Lead negotiations with Strategic Alliances teams at banks and financial groups, and guide them through their internal approvals (Risk, Legal, Product, Finance).
Structure and negotiate term sheets, campaign terms and settlement mechanics together with our Legal and Finance teams.
Shape the value proposition for external benefits (partner-funded) and internal benefits (inDrive-funded), and keep both coherent for the passenger.
Champion product benefits internally: build the case with Product and other teams so that app features become part of the loyalty offer.
Run the experimentation across all benefit types, from hypothesis to test design and readout, until we find the sweet spot of adoption.
Work with Product and Fintech teams so every agreement can run on our native product and wallet.
Define the partner offer catalog and the criteria for turning down offers that do not give passengers fair value.
Track benefit and partner performance (adoption, redemptions, incrementality, return for both sides) and report it to leadership.
Represent inDrive in front of partner executives across our markets.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
6 to 10 years in partnerships, strategic alliances or business development, with at least 3 in loyalty, cashback, fintech, payments, super-apps or marketplaces.
A track record negotiating co-funded campaigns or agreements with external funders such as banks, card issuers or large consumer brands.
Experience working with Strategic Alliances teams at banks or financial groups and navigating their internal approval chain.
Experience structuring deals with Legal and Finance: term sheets, campaign terms, settlements.
Hands-on experience designing and running experiments on benefits or offers (A/B tests, pilots) and acting on the results.
Comfort with data: you read redemption dashboards and understand incrementality and campaign ROI.
Fluent Spanish and English.
How you work
You influence without authority, moving several internal teams and an external partner at once.
You translate between worlds: you can explain our model to a bank and a bank's request to our Legal and Finance teams.
You have the judgment to say no to volume that does not serve passengers, and the tact to keep the relationship.
You are comfortable building from zero, with no closed playbook.
You communicate clearly with executives and work autonomously through long negotiation cycles.
You care about fair value for passengers, not only about the size of the funding.
Nice to have
Experience inside a bank, card issuer or fintech, or an existing network in one or more of inDrive's markets.
Knowledge of banking and fintech ecosystems in emerging markets across Latin America, Asia or Africa.
Experience with both funding models: partner prefunds the incentive, or the platform advances it and settles later.
Background in ride-hailing, delivery or mobility.
Having launched a partner program from scratch.
Interest in purpose-driven initiatives.

Oversee platform licensing and regulatory compliance across Ride-hailing, Couriers, Intercity, Cargo and other inDrive verticals.
Identify and assess regulatory and political risks and opportunities, and build strategies to address them.
Manage regulatory and political crises with clear action plans to limit business impact.

Experience in technology, digital platforms or consumer industries (e.g. FMCG) is highly desirable.
Experience in a tier-one multinational, in-house or as a consultant.
