Location: Remote; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA Workplace: Remote We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science. We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world. World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached. Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you. *Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers. ABOUT THE ROLE Preferable to have someone near an office in NYC or San Francisco, but open to hiring around the world for the right candidate. Runway Creative is an all-in-one platform giving creators and businesses endless ways to generate and edit video, images, and audio. Our customers range from individual creators on self-serve plans to studios and enterprise marketing teams, and they generate with both Runway's own models and leading third-party models, all on one platform. We're hiring a Pricing & Packaging Lead to own how Runway creates and captures value across all of it. You'll partner closely with our Self-Serve Product Lead to evolve our plans and credits, build the path from self-serve to enterprise, and set the pricing for every model we launch and every third-party model we serve. You'll build the pricing framework the rest of the company uses, and you'll be accountable for revenue growth, gross margin, and customer trust in equal measure. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Own self-serve pricing & packaging: partner with the Self-Serve Product Lead on our plan ladder and credit design, including allowances, rollover, top-ups, annual vs. monthly, and regional pricing. Run a continuous program of pricing and packaging experiments with Growth and Data. - Build the path to enterprise: design the triggers, team and workspace constructs, seat and credit-pool models, and commit and consumption contracts that move customers from self-serve to enterprise. Equip Sales with pricing playbooks, discount bands, and deal guardrails. - Create a company-wide pricing framework: publish Runway's pricing principles, value metrics, and decision process so any product team can price new features and products with confidence. Run a regular pricing council with Product, Finance, Research, and GTM. - Price our models: set launch pricing for every Runway model release, working with Research and Infrastructure on cost-to-serve. Define how model pricing evolves from launch through deprecation as inference costs change. - Own third-party model economics: set credit pricing and target margins for the partner models we serve, monitor competitive pricing, and work with Partnerships on vendor terms. Make per-model margin visible to the whole company. - Keep pricing changes trustworthy: own how we communicate every pricing change, from advance notice and in-product usage visibility to spend controls and customer FAQs. Changes should land as clearly as they were designed. - Build the team: hire and lead a small pricing team over time, and partner closely with billing engineering to turn decisions into systems. WHAT YOU’LL NEED - 10+ years across pricing, monetization, strategy, or strategic finance, with 5+ years directly owning pricing and packaging decisions. A track record of moving revenue, conversion, and margin, not just producing recommendations. - Deep experience with usage, credit, or consumption-based pricing. You can build a cost-to-serve and margin model from compute and inference inputs, and you understand how hybrid seat + usage models behave in the wild. - Experience across self-serve and sales-led motions. You've shipped pricing changes for PLG subscription products and designed the contracts and guardrails that support enterprise expansion. - Rigorous and experimental. You're fluent in pricing experiments, willingness-to-pay research, and cohort analysis, and comfortable in SQL and financial models. - You thrive in an environment with rapid pace and a high accountability culture. You make decisions with incomplete information and know when a pricing call needs more data and when it needs to ship. - Excellent written and verbal communication. You can drive a decision across Product, Finance, Research, and Sales, and explain a pricing change to customers in a way that builds trust. - Bonus: pricing experience at an AI lab, AI-native product, API or developer platform, or creative tools company; experience pricing third-party or marketplace offerings. Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide. There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range. Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates. Location: Mumbai, India Workplace: hybrid Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey? At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies. Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels. With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career. About the role The Senior Client Partner is responsible for driving advertising revenue growth by owning a portfolio of advertisers and/or agencies, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and delivering consultative, insight-led solutions that help clients achieve brand and performance outcomes on X. The role blends new business growth and account expansion, campaign strategy, and cross-functional leadership to deliver measurable results. This is a frontline, growth-oriented role in a reseller market where X owns the territory end to end. The focus is firmly on hunting new business across the SMB and mid-market segment — expanding the long tail, driving new activations, and increasing active clients — rather than purely farming an existing book What you'll do :- Revenue & Growth (Core) Own and grow a book of business; deliver quarterly/annual revenue targets through new spend, renewals, and upsell. Hunt and win new business across SMB and mid-market advertisers , driving new activations and expanding the long tail of active clients. Build and execute account growth strategies that create win/win outcomes for X and advertisers. Develop and present consultative sales narratives showing how X advertising solutions connect brands with audiences and deliver outcomes. Maintain a strong pipeline, forecast accuracy, and disciplined account planning to achieve targets. Client & Agency Partnership Establish and nurture senior relationships with advertisers and agency stakeholders; act as a trusted advisor. Lead strategic QBRs, planning sessions, and joint business plans; align on objectives, audience, creative approach, and measurement. Identify client business challenges and translate them into clear media strategies and platform solutions. Operate a client-centric model with full agency ownership — no closed verticals — and the freedom to pursue any vertical or client base. Market Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration Stay current on X product updates and the broader digital media landscape; translate market changes into client opportunities. Collaborate with internal partners (measurement, creative, ops, product, client solutions) to deliver a strong client experience and resolve issues quickly. What we are looking for :- 5+ years in digital media, platform, or ad-tech sales with a track record of exceeding quota and growing a book of business. A purely digital recent track record — early-career offline/traditional media experience is fine, but recent experience must be in digital. Demonstrated hunter mentality — aggressive, new-business-oriented, and comfortable building a book in an open, reseller market. Strong, relevant network in the West and South India market — existing relationships with marketing decision-makers at brands and/or agencies, and a demonstrated ability to open new doors. Background from a social media platform, OTT/streaming, or programmatic/publisher environment is strongly preferred (e.g. social platforms, streaming players, DSP/SSP and publisher partners). Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills; able to influence senior stakeholders. Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (formats, measurement, targeting, brand vs. performance objectives). Comfortable with data: ability to translate performance signals into insights and clear client recommendations. Experience selling across both brand and performance objectives (and ideally video ad solutions). Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-change environments; strong collaboration and problem-solving. What we offer :- Work with X, a marquee global social platform — standout experience that few in the market can claim, and a strong differentiator for your career. An open, uncontested market — X owns the territory here, so how you approach, acquire, and grow clients is genuinely up to you. Real ownership — own your book end to end, with full agency ownership and a client-centric (not verticalized) model. Territory that scales with you — your remit grows with your caliber, exposure, and the business you can demonstrably manage. Autonomy and work-life balance — the freedom to own how you work, backed by a supportive, collaborative team. Why Join Us? Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents. We support each other, creating an environment of giving and receiving. We value partnership and communication because we believe it takes a group of people to achieve great things. We are energized by our ever-changing industry, our curiosity keeps us learning and seeking out new opportunities. We stay flexible and adaptable, and believe in moving with the speed of change. We encourage everyone to strive for more, providing our internal talent with growth opportunities and the ability to learn together. #ALEPH

Location: Remote Workplace: Remote Kit https://kit.com/ is the email marketing platform experts choose to grow their audience, deepen their relationships, and build a business around the work they love. For coaches, YouTubers, authors, podcasters, and other creatives, there isn't a better marketing hub to rely on to grow audiences, automate email marketing, and sell digital products — all within one platform. More importantly, there isn't a team more committed to helping creators earn a living. We're on a mission to help creators earn $1 billion using our creator marketing platform. We have always been 100% independent and 100% remote. We are proud to have built a product that our customers love, and we look for people who have enthusiasm and belief in our mission, vision, and values to join our team. We're also embracing AI thoughtfully — both in how we build and how we hire to ensure our team is adaptable, innovative, and ready for what's next. THE ROLE Kit is growing, and so are the legal complexities of our business. We're looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to help us navigate them with clarity, speed, and commercial savvy. You'll serve as in-house legal subject matter expert, partnering closely with the executive team to lead product legal strategy and execution—especially around privacy, data, AI and compliance, commercial contracts, customer security requirements, and scalable legal support for our teams. A key focus will be helping Kit respond to a growing volume of privacy questions—particularly as one of our newer products, Subscriber Signals https://kit.com/features/signals, evolves by building practical, repeatable systems that provide timely and consistent guidance at scale. You'll help shape the legal backbone of a fast-moving tech company with multiple revenue streams—including SaaS, digital commerce, paid reccomendations, and advertising—and a rapidly growing platform for creators. To advise the business effectively, you'll develop a deep understanding of Kit, SparkLoop https://sparkloop.app/, Subscriber Signals, and how creators get value from our connected ecosystem of apps and tools. You'll be at the center of complex, cross-functional problems where product, business, and legal strategy meet—all in service of helping creators build more valuable businesses. YOUR SUPPORT SYSTEM You'll report to our Chief Operating Officer, Brian Bevel https://www.linkedin.com/in/brian-bevel-92895ba/, and partner regularly with leaders across product, sales, finance, and people operations. You'll own our core legal work in-house, reduce the need for outside counsel, and know when specialized outside counsel is truly needed. WHAT YOU'LL DO - First week: Get up to speed on our business model, current goals, and products. Learn about the product, SparkLoop, Subscriber Signals, and how creators get value from our connected ecosystem of apps and tools. Meet key internal stakeholders and our external counsel. Review our most common legal agreements, privacy questions, and customer security requests to assess where we have risk, opportunity, ambiguity, or recurring work that can be handled more efficiently. - First month: Get your arms around active data processing, privacy, AI, and other legal initiatives, and build a "what's on deck" view of upcoming legal needs. Map the recurring privacy support questions arising across Kit—particularly around Subscriber Signals, and begin designing a scalable intake, guidance, and escalation system. Partner with Sales, Sponsorships, Security, Product, and Engineering to move faster without cutting corners. Take ownership of GDPR and data compliance vetting and establish a clear process for responding to customer security questionnaires. - First six months: You’re the go-to partner for legal considerations across the business, particularly for our product, engineering, security, and GTM teams. Build scalable systems—such as playbooks, templates, intake processes, and self-service guidance—for answering recurring privacy, data-use, and compliance questions. Partner throughout the product lifecycle on initiatives and feature releases, with particular attention to Subscriber Signals and our connected ecosystem of products. Prioritize our biggest legal risks, reduce unnecessary reliance on outside counsel, and streamline legal workflows to increase speed, confidence, and self-service. - First year: Help Kit operate at a higher level of legal maturity across privacy, compliance, product counsel, commercial contracts, and security support. Establish durable systems that allow teams to answer common questions independently while escalating higher-risk matters appropriately. Help us treat privacy, data, and compliance as strategic enablers—not just boxes to check—and significantly reduce our reliance on outside counsel for work we can handle effectively in-house. Location: Americas; APAC; EMEA Workplace: Remote RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile. We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue. We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance. This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading. THE ROLE As Senior Product Manager, User Acquisition, you'll explore an important extension of how RevenueCat helps developers grow: helping them not just monetize the users they have, but acquire more of the right users in the first place. RevenueCat already has several footholds in user acquisition, including our Apple Ads integration and integrations across the attribution and MMP ecosystem. But we're still early in defining what a broader RevenueCat user acquisition product should become. You'll be the first dedicated product hire focused on this space, reporting directly to our product lead for Ads, with significant latitude to shape both the strategy and the products we build. This is a genuine zero-to-one role. You won't inherit a predetermined roadmap. Your job will be to deeply understand how app developers acquire users today, identify where RevenueCat has an opportunity to solve problems meaningfully better, and turn those insights into products we can test, ship, and scale. You'll bring real expertise in mobile performance marketing and user acquisition to that process. The opportunity could eventually span attribution and measurement, products built on top of existing acquisition channels, new ways to optimize spend using downstream monetization data, partnerships, advertising infrastructure, or things we haven't considered yet. We have hypotheses, but we're hiring you in part because we want your perspective on which ones are worth pursuing. RevenueCat has some unusual advantages to build from: relationships with a large ecosystem of app developers, deep visibility into subscription and monetization outcomes, infrastructure already embedded in apps, and a growing advertising business. The challenge is figuring out how those assets can translate into something uniquely valuable for developers trying to grow. ABOUT YOU: - You have 5+ years of experience owning meaningful product or growth decisions end-to-end. Your title may have been Product Manager, founder, growth leader, or something else — what's important is that you've been accountable for deciding what to build and whether it worked. - You have deep, hands-on experience with mobile user acquisition—either directly managing and optimizing acquisition for mobile apps, or building products and infrastructure used by mobile acquisition teams. You understand how app developers actually acquire users, measure performance, and make decisions about where to spend their next dollar. - You understand the modern mobile acquisition stack, including MMPs and attribution, Apple Ads, Meta and Google advertising products, conversion APIs, and related measurement infrastructure. - You can reason clearly about attribution, performance-marketing economics, and privacy. You understand concepts such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, optimization signals, ATT, SKAdNetwork/AdAttributionKit, consent management, and how downstream behavior should influence acquisition decisions. - You thrive in zero-to-one environments. You can take a large, ambiguous opportunity, identify the most important unanswered questions, narrow it into product bets, and find pragmatic ways to test those bets before making large investments. - You are sufficiently technical to work closely with engineering on integrations, APIs, SDKs, data flows, identity, attribution, and other technical product decisions. - You communicate clearly across different audiences and media, particularly in writing. IN THE FIRST MONTH, YOU'LL: - Spend significant time with developers understanding how they acquire users today, how they evaluate acquisition performance, and where the process is painful, expensive, fragmented, or opaque. - Build a deep understanding of RevenueCat's existing acquisition-related products, integrations, data, customer research, and technical capabilities. - Build strong working relationships with engineering, design, data, go-to-market, and other product teams whose work intersects with user acquisition. - Develop a clear picture of the acquisition ecosystem, the problems RevenueCat is particularly well positioned to solve, and the biggest assumptions we still need to test. - Begin forming your own point of view on where RevenueCat could create differentiated value in user acquisition. WITHIN THE FIRST 3 MONTHS, YOU'LL: - Have narrowed the broad user acquisition opportunity into a small number of concrete product hypotheses, grounded in customer research, market understanding, and RevenueCat's unique advantages. - Have a clear recommendation for where we should focus first — and why. - Begin validating that direction through prototypes, design partners, technical exploration, lightweight product experiments, or an initial shippable bet. - Establish a learning agenda that makes the biggest risks and unanswered questions explicit, and gives us a fast path to increasing or decreasing our conviction. - Align senior stakeholders around what we're testing, what we're not pursuing yet, and what evidence would cause us to change direction. WITHIN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS, YOU'LL: - Have shipped our first substantive user acquisition product bet, or generated enough evidence to decisively change or stop it before making a larger investment. - Have real evidence from the market about where RevenueCat can — and cannot — create differentiated value. - Be independently driving product discovery, prioritization, and execution for the user acquisition area. - Have developed an evidence-backed point of view on the most promising opportunities in the space and what capabilities RevenueCat would need to pursue them. - Have turned a broad strategic opportunity into an increasingly focused product direction. WITHIN THE FIRST 12 MONTHS, YOU'LL: - Have established a clear strategic direction for RevenueCat in user acquisition, supported by customer behavior and product evidence rather than thesis alone. - Have shipped meaningful products or experiments that either created measurable value for developers or materially changed our understanding of the opportunity—including changing or killing bets when the evidence didn’t support them. - Have a credible longer-term roadmap for turning the strongest early signals into a meaningful RevenueCat product area. - Be the primary IC product owner for User Acquisition and the internal domain expert on how app developers acquire, measure, and optimize users. - Have helped define how RevenueCat's monetization data, developer footprint, and advertising capabilities can work together to create a differentiated position in app growth. WHAT WE OFFER: - Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator - 10-year window to exercise vested equity options - A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility - 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually - Paid desk at a co-working space - Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend INTERVIEWING AT REVENUECAT Our interview process is rigorous on purpose. We want to be sure that everyone we bring on is genuinely excited about this work, aligned with how we operate, and ready to meet our high bar for performance. Curious what that actually looks like? ABOUT THE ROLE *Open to hiring remote across the US — we also have offices in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, London, Paris, and Tel Aviv. We're looking for a Copywriter with a focus in Product Marketing to sit at the intersection of product marketing and in-product experience. This is not a brand or campaign role — it's a performance-driven, product-close writing role. You'll own copy across landing pages, lifecycle emails, ads, feature launches, onboarding flows, in-product messaging, and everything in between. You'll report to the Creative Director of Product Marketing. Your work will directly shape how people discover, understand, and adopt Runway's products. That means writing copy that converts on a landing page, writing the in-product text that helps a user get started, and crafting the email that brings them back. You'll partner closely with product marketing, growth, design, and product teams — and you'll be measured on clarity, speed, and impact. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Write landing page copy, ad copy, and performance marketing assets that drive acquisition and conversion - Own in-product copy — onboarding flows, feature announcements, tooltips, modals, upgrade prompts, and CTAs - Write lifecycle and product emails — launches, re-engagement, onboarding sequences, and feature adoption - Own the narrative for launch videos and short-form product films, writing scripts, sharpening others' drafts, and making sure every frame makes the product's value clear - Partner with product marketing on positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market copy for new releases - Collaborate with design and product teams to shape the in-product writing experience - Write and iterate on A/B test variants across landing pages, emails, and ads - Translate complex, technical product capabilities into clear, compelling language for a range of audiences - Maintain consistency in product voice and terminology across all touchpoints WHAT YOU'LL NEED - 4+ years of experience in product copywriting, growth marketing or a related writing role at a tech or SaaS company - A portfolio that shows range across performance marketing, product copy and in-product writing — not just brand campaigns - Strong instinct for conversion-oriented writing — you think in terms of clarity, action, and outcomes - Experience writing in-product copy (onboarding, feature education, UX microcopy) alongside marketing copy - Comfort working with data — you can look at test results, funnel metrics and engagement data and know what to write next - Experience partnering with product, design, and growth teams in a fast-moving environment - Ability to context-switch across multiple launches and workstreams without losing quality - Experience in AI, creative tools, or developer-adjacent products is a strong plus Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team.
