About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role:
Anthropic's ML Performance and Scaling team trains our production pretrained models, work that directly shapes the company's future and our mission to build safe, beneficial AI systems. As a Research Engineer on this team, you'll ensure our frontier models train reliably, efficiently, and at scale. This is demanding, high-impact work that requires both deep technical expertise and a genuine passion for the craft of large-scale ML systems.
This role lives at the boundary between research and engineering. You'll work across our entire production training stack: performance optimization, hardware debugging, experimental design, and launch coordination. During launches, the team works in tight lockstep, responding to production issues that can't wait for tomorrow.
Responsibilities:
Own critical aspects of our production pretraining pipeline, including model operations, performance optimization, observability, and reliability
Debug and resolve complex issues across the full stack—from hardware errors and networking to training dynamics and evaluation infrastructure
Design and run experiments to improve training efficiency, reduce step time, increase uptime, and enhance model performance
Respond to on-call incidents during model launches, diagnosing problems quickly and coordinating solutions across teams
Build and maintain production logging, monitoring dashboards, and evaluation infrastructure
Add new capabilities to the training codebase, such as long context support or novel architectures
Collaborate closely with teammates across SF and London, as well as with Tokens, Architectures, and Systems teams
Contribute to the team's institutional knowledge by documenting systems, debugging approaches, and lessons learned
You May Be a Good Fit If You:
Have hands-on experience training large language models, or deep expertise with JAX, TPU, PyTorch, or large-scale distributed systems
Genuinely enjoy both research and engineering work—you'd describe your ideal split as roughly 50/50 rather than heavily weighted toward one or the other
Are excited about being on-call for production systems, working long days during launches, and solving hard problems under pressure
Thrive when working on whatever is most impactful, even if that changes day-to-day based on what the production model needs
Excel at debugging complex, ambiguous problems across multiple layers of the stack
Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively, especially when coordinating across time zones or during high-stress incidents
Are passionate about the work itself and want to refine your craft as a research engineer
Care about the societal impacts of AI and responsible scaling
Strong Candidates May Also Have:
Previous experience training LLM’s or working extensively with JAX/TPU, PyTorch, or other ML frameworks at scale
Contributed to open-source LLM frameworks (e.g., open_lm, llm-foundry, mesh-transformer-jax)
Published research on model training, scaling laws, or ML systems
Experience with production ML systems, observability tools, or evaluation infrastructure
Background as a systems engineer, quant, or in other roles requiring both technical depth and operational excellence
What Makes This Role Unique:
This is not a typical research engineering role. The work is highly operational—you'll be deeply involved in keeping our production models training smoothly, which means being responsive to incidents, flexible about priorities, and comfortable with uncertainty. During launches, the team often works extended hours and may need to respond to issues on evenings and weekends.
However, this operational intensity comes with extraordinary learning opportunities. You'll gain hands-on experience with some of the largest, most sophisticated training runs in the industry. You'll work alongside world-class researchers and engineers, and the institutional knowledge you build will compound in ways that can't be easily transferred. For people who thrive on this type of work, it's uniquely rewarding.
We're building a close-knit team of people who genuinely care about doing excellent work together. If you're someone who wants to be part of training the models that will define the future of AI—and you're excited about the full reality of what that entails—we'd love to hear from you.
Location:
This role requires working in-office 5 days per week in London.
Deadline to apply:
None. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
£260,000
—
£630,000 GBP

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Team
Our Infrastructure teams build the foundation that engineers at Wolt, Deliveroo, and DoorDash build on: the compute, cloud, and networking capabilities that enable Engineering teams to develop, deploy, and run services at global scale. The EU Compute team has a specific focus on provisioning, scaling, and the efficient operation of GPU infrastructure for AI and ML workloads. This is an emerging space with plenty of greenfield opportunities.
We're looking for a Staff Engineer to be a hands-on technical leader for this infrastructure work that crosses team and brand boundaries. You'll set direction for the platform, turn complex problems into deliverable plans, write and review production code, and help other engineers make sound decisions. It's an exciting time to join: we're building a global platform and the choices made now will shape how engineers across the company ship for years.
What you’ll be doing
You'll own some of the hardest infrastructure problems in the company and make the platform easier to operate and safer to build on. We’re determined to build great platform products and user experiences, and you’ll be pivotal in making this reality.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Set technical direction for shared AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure, balancing reliability, security, developer experience, and cost.
Lead substantial initiatives from design through rollout and operation, coordinating dependencies and decisions across Wolt, Deliveroo and DoorDash, focusing on workloads targeting GPUs.
Evolve Kubernetes clusters, cloud networking, identity, and infrastructure provisioning to support growing and varied workloads.
Build reusable Terraform patterns and self-service tooling that help teams provision infrastructure safely and consistently.
Improve deployment and operational practices, including GitOps, observability, capacity planning, incident response and recovery.
Use production signals and developer feedback to find platform friction, choose where to invest and measure whether changes actually help.
Assist with supporting the platform, with deep focus on GPU infrastructure, as well as broad focus on compute in general.
Gracefully sunset legacy infrastructure and tooling, and create strategies to reduce toil.
Mentor engineers through design reviews, implementation and incidents, raising the quality of infrastructure work across teams.
Our humble expectations
Deep experience building and operating Kubernetes and AWS infrastructure in production. Familiarity with GPU workloads and orchestration is a plus.
Strong software engineering skills: you use Go, Python or a similar language to build maintainable tools and automation.
Experience with infrastructure as code (we use Terraform) and with designing systems that other engineering teams depend on.
A track record of leading complex technical work across teams, including architectural decisions, delivery, and operational follow-through. You have the breadth to collaborate and design across team and domain boundaries, and the depth to have hands-on impact.
Strong judgment on trade-offs in distributed systems, networking, security, reliability, and cloud cost.
Clear communication, and the ability to bring people together around a practical technical direction.
What we offer
Scope and influence.
Shape infrastructure used globally, while staying close to the engineering. Your work will help product teams ship services with greater ease and confidence.
Real problems at global scale.
Multi-cluster Kubernetes, AI / ML workloads, cloud networking, GitOps, and progressive delivery across a global company.
Autonomy and ownership.
Set direction and see it through from design to operation, with the backing of a global engineering organisation spanning Europe and the US.
Growth.
Room to expand your scope, whether through deeper technical leadership or broader cross-domain influence.
Great people.
Work with talented engineers and leaders in a diverse, international environment, mentoring and learning from others.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is scaling fast in the UK. Our European operations team (Europs) gets UK and EU businesses onboarded across Ramp's own regulated entities and our card-issuing and payments partners. We're a small team that runs on frontier AI tooling: our operators build and maintain their own automations and apps, and have taken daily processes from hours to minutes. We're hiring a KYB Operations Lead to run the UK onboarding operation day to day. You'll manage our UK operators, own the queue, make the hard calls on complex cases and escalations, and keep improving how the operation works as volume grows. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll be as comfortable in a difficult ownership structure as in a capacity plan.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Line-manage and develop the UK operators: prioritisation, 1:1s, performance, and helping them grow as builders as well as reviewers
- Own overall queue management and resourcing for UK onboarding: what gets worked first, who works it, and how we keep cases moving through leave and spikes in volume
- Make the final first-line (1LoD) call on complex cases: complex ownership structures, EDD, PEP and adverse-media outcomes, and cases that need a judgement rather than a checklist
- Own escalations with our card-issuing and payments partners, including recurring failures, disputed or unnecessary requirements, and turning each fix into a repeatable playbook
- Run customer-facing onboarding communications with quality: clear requests, fast follow-ups, no avoidable back-and-forth
- Define and report operational metrics (caseload by provider, time to close, handling time) and use them to improve the operation
- Find and remove friction: spot requirements customers shouldn't have to meet twice and work with Product and Engineering to design them out
- Build consistent, evidenced 1LoD decision standards that hold up to partner sample reviews and second-line scrutiny
- Act as hands-on backup for UK safeguarding: daily reconciliations and investigating breaks when cover is needed
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years in KYB / onboarding / financial-crime operations at a UK fintech, EMI, PI or bank
- Practical working knowledge of the UK regulatory framework for EMIs/PIs: MLRs 2017, JMLSG guidance, and FCA expectations for customer due diligence
- Strong judgement on complex business customers: multi-layer ownership, overseas parents, trusts, PEPs, and knowing when to escalate
- Clear written communication, both with customers and in documented case decisions
- Demonstrated use of AI tools in your day-to-day work to go faster or do better work, with concrete examples
- A bias to fix the process rather than just work the queue
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Line management of operators or analysts (strongly preferred)
- Experience working with card-issuing, BaaS or payments partners on onboarding (e.g. partner due-diligence requests, sample reviews)
- Safeguarding / client-money reconciliation experience
- Writing requirements for Product and Engineering teams
- EU onboarding experience or a second European language
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend
UNITED STATES
- 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents
- One Medical annual membership
- 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp
- Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year)
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay
- Pet insurance
- In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more
- Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF (if needed)

Ramp is seeking a 2LoD Compliance Strategist to provide dedicated independent second-line assurance across Ramp UK & Irish regulated businesses.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can turn regulatory expectations into a practical, evidence-led monitoring and assurance programme.
The role sits within Ramp's Europe Compliance function and supports the Head of Compliance & MLRO - Europe. You will not own first-line operational decisions or perform routine casework. Instead, you will independently test and challenge the design and operation of financial-crime, safeguarding, payments, outsourcing, governance, and regulatory-change controls. You will make sure that findings are understood, remediated by accountable owners, and independently validated before closure.
Ramp Payments Europe is developing across multiple legal entities, jurisdictions, payment rails, banking partners, product journeys, and shared Group services. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run a practical, risk-based compliance monitoring programme across Ramps European entities.
- Test key controls and identify gaps, with a focus on whether they work in practice.
- Support assurance over financial-crime, payments, safeguarding, and outsourced-service controls.
- Track regulatory, Board, partner, audit, and internal commitments to ensure actions are completed on time.
- Manage findings and remediation, helping accountable teams resolve issues and confirming actions are closed.
- Produce clear reporting for management and Boards on key risks, control issues, incidents, and progress.
- Provide independent compliance input and advisory on significant product, payments, outsourcing, and operational changes.
- Deputise for the Head of Compliance & MLRO where required.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Min. 4 year of experience in compliance, risk, audit, controls, or regulatory change within payments, fintech, banking, or another regulated environment.
- Experience supporting compliance monitoring, control testing, issue management, remediation, or governance reporting.
- Working knowledge of UK and/or EU financial-services regulation, with the ability to apply requirements pragmatically in a fast-moving environment.
- Familiarity with financial-crime controls such as customer due diligence, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, or record keeping.
- An interest in areas such as payments, safeguarding, outsourcing, operational resilience, or third-party oversight.
- Strong judgement and communication skills, with the confidence to identify issues, explain risk clearly, and work constructively with stakeholders.
- Comfortable working independently, managing priorities, and partnering with Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Risk teams.
- Curious about using AI responsibly to improve compliance analysis, monitoring, or documentation.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience in a UK payment institution, e-money institution, bank, card issuer, acquiring business, or payments fintech.
- Experience supporting FCA-facing work, banking-partner due diligence requirements.

Open to freelancers based outside the U.S.
This is more than one job. Apply once, and we'll keep you in mind for this project — and future ones that need your language skills.
The Details
We’re looking for independent contractor engagement (task-based - project-based).
Pay Rate: $18.00 USD per hour
You choose which tasks to take, set your own hours, and are free to work with other clients any time. You can stay flexible as the project evolves.

Testing and evaluating AI chatbots or language models through structured conversations, using assigned goals and prompts.
Voice-based interactions with AI models — for projects that involve this, sessions are recorded, and audio may be shared with the client as part of the evaluation deliverable.
Submitting deliverables (write-ups, ratings, screenshots, or recordings) in the format each task specifies.

✨ Work that actually improves how AI understands your language

All engagements are contingent upon successful completion of identity verification. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and abilities, regardless of location or engagement type. For accommodations or inquiries, please contact HR.
Location: Philippines
About the role:
You'll be working with some of the biggest DTC brands in the USA, on creative work that actually moves business outcomes, with cutting-edge AI tools and workflows we've built in-house. And you'll be doing it inside one of the fastest-growing companies in U.S. performance marketing.
We're hiring Project Managers to run the day-to-day operations behind our highest-priority accounts. You'll be assigned to multiple top-tier clients and work across the workflows and work streams that keep campaigns moving and performance climbing.
This is an operational role at its core. The work spans creative and analytical territory, from research and copy to QA and reporting, and a lot of it gets done with the AI tools and proprietary systems that give our team an edge.
About us:
Advantage HQ is a tech-enabled growth firm helping leading brands scale profitably and predictably. We combine full-service performance marketing with proprietary tech, including:
• A creator marketplace managing over 80,000 influencer partnerships monthly
• An AI-powered platform to streamline discovery, outreach, and whitelisting
• Proven playbooks in influencer marketing, paid media, performance creative, and CRO
We’re trusted by 200+ high-growth DTC brands across beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and health. Our team of 100+ growth operators, analysts, and creatives manages over $500M in annual media spend and drives meaningful bottom-line impact for our partners.
What you'll actually do
You'll be assigned to multiple high-priority accounts and run operations across them, working alongside Creative Strategists, Performance Analysts, and Influencer Leads. The work is hands-on and detailed:
Writing creative briefs for senior review, drafting and refining ad copy using our AI workflows, running competitor research and brand deep-dives (review mining, Reddit threads, founder interviews, anywhere insights live), studying top-performing scripts across our portfolio and adapting them to specific brand voices, QA-ing new creative against brief and brand guidelines, and reviewing raw footage to flag the best clips for editors.
You'll also handle the operational backbone: keeping projects moving, tracking deliverables, coordinating across creative, strategy, and performance teams, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Training
You're not expected to walk in knowing every discipline you'll touch. We invest the first two weeks in deep training on the fundamentals, including Creative Strategy and the other specialties you'll be supporting. We have proprietary courses, frameworks, and SOPs. Plan to learn fast and apply faster.
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or a similarly detailed cross-functional role. You're obsessive about quality, the kind of person who notices the typo, the off-brand color, the script that doesn't quite hit. You're comfortable working with data and comfortable working with creative, and you don't see those as separate worlds. You've used AI tools in your workflow and you're excited to use more of them. You can write clearly. You read carefully. You're proactive without needing to be told to be. You're fluent in our stack: Asana, Google Sheets, Slack, and modern AI tools. You communicate well in writing because most of our work happens in writing.
Compensation:
$700 - $850 USD per month. Strong performers move into bigger scopes, more strategic accounts, and senior operator seats across the business.
Location:
Fully remote. Work from wherever you do your best work, on London time (GMT/BST).
Location: London, United Kingdom
About Advantage HQ
Advantage HQ sits at the intersection of performance marketing and creator-driven growth.
We manage more than $850 million in annual media spend across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, run 80,000+ creator partnerships every month across a network of 400,000+ influencers, and use Meteoric AI, our proprietary intelligence platform, to power discovery, outreach, whitelisting, and creative decision-making at scale.
We are trusted by more than 200 high-growth DTC brands across beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and health. Our team of 100+ growth operators, strategists, analysts, and creatives drives meaningful bottom-line impact through performance creative, paid media, influencer marketing, and conversion optimization.
Advantage HQ is not just an agency. We are a scalable growth platform with a proven track record, an ambitious team, and a culture built for A-players.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Growth Strategist to own the growth, performance, and strategic direction of a portfolio of high-growth consumer brands.
You will be expected to understand each client’s business, identify the highest-leverage growth opportunities, and mobilize a cross-functional team to execute against them.
Working across paid media, creative strategy, influencer marketing, offers, funnels, and conversion optimization, you will turn fragmented marketing activities into a focused and executable growth strategy.
You will lead cross-functional growth pods, partner directly with founders and senior marketing leaders, and make sure the right decisions are made quickly. When performance is strong, you will identify how to scale it. When performance falls behind, you will diagnose the issue, build the recovery plan, and drive it through to execution.
Success in this role means your clients grow, your relationships compound, and the teams around you consistently operate at a higher level.
What You Will Own
Client Growth Strategy
Own the growth strategy for a portfolio of high-growth DTC brands.
Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business model, economics, customer, products, positioning, and competitive landscape.
Translate business goals into actionable growth roadmaps across paid media, creative, creators, offers, funnels, and conversion optimization.
Identify the highest-leverage initiatives that can materially improve revenue, customer acquisition, profitability, and scale.
Build quarterly growth plans with ambitious targets, clear priorities, and measurable outcomes.
Continuously evolve the strategy based on performance data, customer insights, creative learnings, and changes in the market.
Performance and Commercial Outcomes
Take direct ownership of client performance, retention, and portfolio growth.
Identify opportunities to profitably increase media spend, expand into new channels, improve monetization, and deepen the client relationship.
Understand the commercial mechanics behind growth, including CAC, MER, ROAS, contribution margin, conversion rate, average order value, retention, and payback period.
Turn complex performance data into clear decisions and decisive actions.
Challenge assumptions, surface risks early, and prevent accounts from drifting without a strategy.
Success will be measured by outcomes, not by the number of meetings held or reports delivered.
Cross-Functional Pod Leadership
Lead cross-functional growth pods spanning paid media, creative strategy, influencer marketing, project management, ad operations, and conversion optimization.
Create clarity around the strategy, priorities, responsibilities, and next actions for every client.
Run high-quality weekly growth meetings focused on performance, decisions, accountability, and removing blockers.
Ensure that the team is not merely completing tasks, but executing against a coherent growth thesis.
Raise the quality and speed of thinking across the pod.
Hold team members accountable while creating an environment in which strong operators can do their best work.
You may not directly manage every person in the pod, but you will be responsible for aligning them and driving the collective output.
Testing and Growth Execution
Build a consistent pipeline of high-impact tests across creative, paid media, offers, landing pages, funnels, and creator-led acquisition.
Increase testing velocity without sacrificing strategic quality.
Partner with creative strategists to translate customer insights and performance data into stronger concepts, angles, hooks, and formats.
Partner with paid media teams to improve campaign structure, budget allocation, scaling decisions, and overall efficiency.
Work with influencer and creator teams to identify opportunities for high-performing content, whitelisting, and scalable creator partnerships.
Ensure that successful tests are scaled quickly and unsuccessful tests generate useful learnings.
Eliminate bottlenecks. Nothing important should sit idle because ownership is unclear or a decision has not been made.
Client Leadership
Become a trusted strategic partner to founders, executives, and senior marketing leaders.
Lead client conversations with clarity, confidence, commercial judgment, and a strong point of view.
Communicate proactively, particularly when performance changes, risks emerge, or a significant opportunity is identified.
Deliver sharp weekly updates that explain what happened, why it happened, what the team is doing, and what comes next.
Lead monthly and quarterly reviews that create conviction in the strategy rather than simply recapping historical performance.
Strategic Communication
Ensure clients and internal leadership always understand where performance stands, what matters most, and what actions are being taken.
Present strategies in a way that is commercially compelling, analytically grounded, and easy to act on.
Communicate with urgency and precision. Avoid vague updates, unnecessary complexity, and reporting that does not lead to decisions.
Share winning strategies, patterns, and learnings across the organization so that every pod benefits from what is working.
What We Are Looking For
5+ years of experience in growth strategy, performance marketing, e-commerce, paid acquisition, or a closely related discipline.
Proven experience owning growth outcomes for meaningful DTC or consumer brand portfolios.
A strong understanding of paid social, performance creative, customer acquisition, offers, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
Experience working with significant advertising budgets and making commercially important decisions.
The ability to interpret performance data and convert it into clear strategic actions.
Strong knowledge of metrics such as CAC, MER, ROAS, contribution margin, conversion rate, average order value, retention, and payback period.
Experience leading cross-functional teams or pods in a fast-moving environment.
Confidence working directly with founders, executives, and senior client stakeholders.
A track record of retaining and growing client relationships through strong thinking and execution.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
A high degree of ownership, urgency, judgment, and personal accountability.
Ideal Experience
Experience working with high-growth DTC brands across beauty, wellness, health, lifestyle, consumer subscriptions, or e-commerce.
Experience at a leading performance marketing agency, growth consultancy, consumer brand, or high-growth technology company.
Experience managing multiple brands while maintaining a high strategic standard across the portfolio.
Experience scaling brands from early traction to significant monthly revenue and media spend.
Experience integrating paid media, creative, influencer marketing, CRO, and offer strategy into one growth plan.
Experience leading executive-level business reviews and difficult performance conversations.
Experience improving account retention, expanding client relationships, or identifying new revenue opportunities.
Experience using AI, automation, and modern analytics tools to improve decision-making and operating leverage.
You Will Probably Love This Role If...
You want to own outcomes rather than simply advise from the sidelines.
You think like a founder and treat every client’s business as though it were your own.
You naturally look for the constraint preventing a business from growing faster.
You are equally comfortable analyzing a performance dashboard, challenging a creative strategy, and leading a conversation with a CEO.
You enjoy turning ambiguity into a clear strategy and an executable plan.
You move quickly, communicate directly, and dislike watching opportunities sit idle.
You believe the best client relationships are built through results, strong judgment, and proactive leadership.
You are competitive and want your portfolio to outperform every other portfolio in the company.
You want to work with ambitious brands, meaningful budgets, exceptional operators, and a platform capable of executing at scale.
This Role Is Probably Not for You If...
You prefer to coordinate work rather than take responsibility for the outcome.
You need someone else to tell you what the strategy should be.
You rely on reporting activity instead of making decisions.
You avoid difficult conversations when performance is behind plan.
You are comfortable allowing deadlines, opportunities, or client concerns to drift.
You see paid media, creative, influencer marketing, and CRO as separate departments rather than interconnected growth levers.
You blame execution teams when results fall short instead of leading the recovery.
You are looking for a predictable corporate environment with limited accountability.
What Success Looks Like
Your clients achieve measurable improvements in revenue, acquisition efficiency, profitability, and scale.
Your portfolio meets or exceeds its growth, retention, and commercial targets.
Clients see you as an indispensable strategic partner rather than an external service provider.
Growth opportunities are identified early and converted into action quickly.
Every client has a clear strategy, a strong testing roadmap, and an aligned cross-functional team.
Your pods operate with urgency, accountability, and a consistently high standard of execution.
Performance issues are surfaced and addressed before they become relationship problems.
Winning strategies and learnings are shared across Advantage HQ, raising the standard of the entire organization.
Compensation & Location
$180,000 to $320,000 USD in total annual compensation, including base salary, performance bonus, and equity.
Fully remote. We have built the infrastructure for high-performance distributed teams and trust our people to do their best work from wherever they work best.
North America preferred, specifically the United States or Canada.
If you are excited by the opportunity to own the growth of ambitious consumer brands, lead exceptional cross-functional teams, and operate with the accountability of a business owner, we would love to hear from you.
