Associate requires a minimum of 1 year in US healthcare AR calling; Senior Associate requires 3–4 years with denials depth. Apply to the level that matches your experience.
About the Role
Neolytix is a US-headquartered healthcare MSO serving 270+ provider organizations. Our AR team works US insurance receivables end-to-end — following up with payers, resolving denials, and driving collections for physician groups and specialty practices.
Associates own payer follow-up and claim-status resolution on assigned buckets. Senior Associates handle complex denials, appeals, and aged AR, and act as first-line quality support for the pod.
Key Responsibilities
Core (Associate & Sr Associate)
Work assigned AR buckets — call US payers on claim status, underpayments, and non-payment, and document actions clearly in the billing system.
Analyze EOBs/ERAs, identify denial reasons (CARC/RARC), and take corrective action — rebill, reprocess, or escalate.
Meet daily productivity and quality targets (claims worked, resolution rate, call quality).
Maintain HIPAA-compliant handling of PHI at all times.
Additional (Sr Associate)
Own complex denials and appeals — draft appeal letters, track appeal TAT, and follow through to overturn.
Work aged AR (90+/120+) with root-cause notes that feed prevention, not just recovery.
Support the TL on quality — spot-check documentation, coach new associates on payer-specific nuances.
Skills & Experience
Must-Have
Associate: minimum 1 year in US healthcare AR calling (provider side). Sr Associate: 3–4 years with hands-on denials and appeals work.
Working knowledge of the US revenue cycle — claim lifecycle, EOB/ERA reading, denial codes (CARC/RARC), and timely-filing rules.
Experience on practice-management / EHR platforms — Epic, AdvancedMD, or Athena Health preferred; similar platforms considered.
Preferred
Multi-specialty physician-group experience.
Exposure to both government (Medicare/Medicaid) and commercial payers.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) is mandatory and must be completed — candidates currently pursuing a degree, or with an incomplete/dropped graduation, are not eligible.
Communication:
Voice-facing role — excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent and confident US payer-call handling, plus good written English for accurate documentation.
Work mode & shift:
Onsite at Gurugram, 5 days a week, on a fixed night (US-hours) shift — reliable attendance, punctuality, and roster adherence are essential.
Systems:
Comfortable working in billing/EHR platforms and MS Office; good computer proficiency and clear note-writing.
Notice period:
Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice strongly preferred.
Performance Expectations
You will be measured on clear, role-specific metrics:
Claims worked per day (productivity target).
Resolution / collection rate on assigned buckets.
Call and documentation quality score (from QA audits).
Aged-AR (90+/120+) reduction and denial-overturn rate (Sr Associate).
Hiring Process
HR Screening
2 Technical Interviews
Assessment Round
HR discussion (fitment, shift, salary).

Experience gate —
This role requires 4–5 years of US healthcare AR experience, of which a minimum of 1 year must be as a Team Lead with formal team ownership (targets, coaching, reviews). SME/mentor-only profiles without TL accountability will not qualify.
About the Role
The Team Lead – AR runs a pod of AR associates on live US provider accounts — owning the day’s output, the queue, the quality, and the people. This is a floor-leadership seat: you carry targets, run huddles, unblock associates in real time, and answer for your pod’s numbers in the weekly review.
You still know the work cold — when a complex denial or an angry payer call needs handling, you can take the headset.
Key Responsibilities
Run the Pod
Own daily allocation and queue management across assigned AR buckets — the right accounts, worked in the right order, by the right people.
Drive daily productivity and quality targets; track per-associate output and intervene early, not at month-end.
Run daily huddles — payer updates, error patterns from QA, and priorities for the shift.
Own the Outcomes
Answer for pod-level metrics — resolution rate, aged-AR movement, appeal TAT, and quality scores — in weekly reviews with the AM/Manager.
Handle escalated accounts and complex denials personally when needed.
Partner with QA on calibration and turn audit findings into floor-level fixes.
Build the People
Coach associates on payer-specific nuances, documentation quality, and call handling.
Manage shift adherence, leave planning, and floor discipline for the pod.
Identify and develop Sr Associate potential; give structured input into appraisals.
Skills & Experience
Must-Have
4–5 years of hands-on US healthcare AR (provider side), with strong denials and appeals depth.
Minimum 1 year as a Team Lead with formal ownership of team targets, coaching, and performance conversations.
Command of AR metrics and the levers behind them — you can explain why a bucket moved, not just that it did.
Experience on practice-management / EHR platforms — Epic, AdvancedMD, or athenahealth preferred; similar platforms considered.
Preferred
Experience running a pod across multiple clients or specialties.
Exposure to workforce basics — shrinkage, occupancy, and staffing math.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) is mandatory and must be completed — candidates currently pursuing a degree, or with an incomplete/dropped graduation, are not eligible.
Communication:
Strict — confident spoken and written English for payer calls, floor communication, client notes, and weekly reviews with management.
Work mode & shift:
Onsite at Gurugram, 5 days a week, on a fixed night (US-hours) shift — reliable attendance, punctuality, and roster adherence are essential.
Systems:
Comfortable with billing/EHR platforms and MS Excel for allocation, tracking, and pod-level reporting.
Notice period:
Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice strongly preferred.
Performance Expectations
You will be measured on clear, role-specific metrics:
Pod resolution / collection rate against target.
Aged-AR movement (90+/120+) for the pod.
Pod quality score (QA) and calibration adherence.
Productivity vs. target, shift adherence, and pod attrition.
Hiring Process
Aptitude & Skill based assessment.
Domain & operations interview (RCM knowledge, scenarios).
HR discussion (fitment, shift, notice).

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity:
Grafana Labs is looking for a technically fluent engineer who loves building powerful demos, explaining complex systems clearly, and helping SRE and platform engineering leaders understand the value of our open approach to observability.
As Grafana’s offering shifts from dashboards to industry-leading agentic observability, our Product Marketing team is responsible for closing the gap between what our products can do and how customers understand that value. That means building clear, consistent positioning, enabling sellers with trustworthy technical narratives, and creating content that helps Platform Engineering teams quickly grasp why Grafana Cloud is the right choice for them.
As a Technical Product Marketer you will play a critical part in that transformation. You’ll be the hands-on engineer who brings our technical story to life for buyers, not just practitioners. You’ll build core demos, run technical workshops and webinars, and act as the technical bridge between our Product and Sales orgs. Your work will help SRE and platform engineering leaders evaluate Grafana with confidence, equip sales engineers with better tools and talk tracks, and ensure our technical value shows up clearly and consistently across the entire customer journey.
This is a unique chance to shape how Grafana tells its story as we evolve our positioning in the AI era, strengthen seller enablement, and build a repeatable system for communicating product value.
What You'll Be Doing:
Build strategic, buyer-focused demos, videos, workshops, and webinars
Create and maintain polished, narrative-driven demos that highlight Grafana’s value for SRE and platform engineering leaders.
Record high-quality technical demo videos and walkthroughs in partnership with our video and content teams.
Lead webinars, workshops, and technical sessions designed for evaluators.
Teach customers not just how Grafana works, but why our approach is differentiated and valuable.
Use AI tools to generate variations, summaries, and reusable assets that scale technical content across channels.
Enable Solutions (Sales) Engineers with clear, consistent technical storytelling
Serve as PMM’s technical liaison to the SE org, ensuring consistent messaging and demo guidance.
Produce technical enablement assets, value-driven talk tracks, competitive narratives, and demo best practices.
Help SEs and sellers communicate Grafana’s story with clarity, confidence, and differentiation.
Collaborate with PMMs to drive technical buyer engagement across high-impact channels
Partner with PMMs to identify the most important buyer personas, problems, and technical messages, and help shape the content strategy needed to reach them.
Extend technical narratives into impactful buyer-facing channels including analyst briefings (Gartner, Forrester), industry forums, podcasts, conferences, and online technical communities.
Bring a technical perspective to PMM planning—helping ensure our content, campaigns, and enablement reflect the real challenges and priorities of SREs and engineering leaders.
Use automation & AI to scale technical content
Partner with software engineers to streamline demo setup, content workflows, and asset updates through workflows, agents, scripts, and AI-driven tools.
Use automation to make technical content more repeatable, discoverable, and scalable across teams.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
5+ years in a technical role (solutions engineering, SRE, DevOps, backend engineering, technical PMM, or similar).
Interest and ability to travel to training and customer events 10-12 weeks per year.
Strong understanding of observability concepts and the needs of SRE/platform teams.
Ability to translate deep technical concepts into clear, value-focused stories.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, tech-forward product marketer to grow our Observability products by boldly positioning them and running campaigns to attract, convert and retain customers. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of the messaging and positioning for a broad product area. Then you’ll work closely with product managers and the marketing team to deliver campaigns, content, events, and training that help buyers buy (and sellers sell) our value.
Product Marketing lives within the Product org rather than the Marketing org at Grafana Labs, and we think differently about the job. Rather than purely executing launches or campaigns, we want PMMs to teach product managers and engineers in our org how to think about growth and demand, and to codify product marketing knowledge into AI-forward tools and processes that anyone in the organization can use. For example, we all contribute product information to a shared knowledge base, which we use to generate enablement materials and decks.
Grafana Labs is a fast-paced and growing organization. As such, this role requires strategic skills, an interest in teaching, and hands-on tactical execution (blogs, webinar outlines, video scripts, etc). Our team is full of people who crave impact and independence - if you are seeking a role with narrow scope where you run a defined playbook, this is not the job for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Actively partner with and teach product managers to define product value, messaging, and go-to-market strategy, from competitive positioning to sales enablement collateral.
Partner with product management, engineering and various go-to-market functions to create materials that help customers evaluate and adopt our products: reference architectures, implementation guides, detailed product information and more.
Own customer lifecycle campaigns (competitive positioning, retention, upsell/cross-sell) to strategically shape marketing programs and drive growth across the entire customer journey.
Conduct market and customer research to understand pain points, competition and opportunities.
Teach go-to-market and sales teams our products’ capabilities and the value they provide, deliver training and enablement, ensure customer facing teams are able to effectively engage with customers, partners, and prospects.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
4+ years of relevant experience (product marketing, solutions marketing, product management)
Experience with marketing and selling to a technical audience
A passion for open source, cloud native, and infrastructure technologies
Proven ability to take on complex projects and efficiently drive them from start to finish
Ability to clearly articulate the value of technical products to customers and sellers alike
Experience leading product or feature launches autonomously as well as part of a team
Experience working with AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to automate messaging and workflows
Comfort working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders in complicated processes
Strong product and technical curiosity that translate to clear packaging, positioning, and messaging
Demonstrated quantitative analytical skills for analyzing campaign performance, evaluating lifecycle metrics, and making data-driven recommendations.
Exceptional writing and communication skills
A high “say-do” ratio in executing and delivering impact
Compensation & Rewards:
