Location: Warsaw
Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Senior Electronics Engineer
- Location: Warsaw, Poland
- Department: Engineering
- Reports to: Engineering Lead, AOCS Hardware
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Office
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
You design and own the embedded electronics that give ICEYE’s spacecraft the ability to sense their environment, make decisions, and act, safely and reliably, in orbit. Working closely with firmware and systems engineers, you take hardware from first schematics through bring-up, verification, and on-orbit support, always looking for ways to make the next design more robust than the last.
Your job will be to work closely with production teams, operations teams, and software teams to ensure smooth and performant operation of our Attitude and Orbit Control Systems in development and deployed environments. Expect to be involved in the complete lifecycle of the system - from design phases of next-generation architectures to maintenance and optimization of existing systems we and our customers operate.
We move fast. At ICEYE, you are expected to understand the whole system - not just your slice of it - and to iterate quickly. Designs you work on today can be launched to orbit within months, not years. This is an environment where your decisions carry real weight and your work becomes tangible faster than almost anywhere else in the industry.
You will have a direct impact on mission success as the performance and reliability of our AOCS electronics directly affect the operational capabilities we deliver to our customers and the overall performance of our fleet.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop embedded electronics hardware (schematic and layout) for mission-critical onboard systems, using Altium Designer and/or Mentor Graphics PADS.
- Design digital control and interface circuitry around microcontrollers and/or FPGAs, including sensor and actuator interfaces, protection circuits, and fault handling.
- Own the complete lifecycle of the hardware you create, from development and testing through handover to the missions team, and troubleshooting of in-orbit issues.
- Work closely with firmware, mechanical engineers, and systems engineers to define hardware interfaces and develop joint verification test cases.
- Take ownership of your electronics, including verification testing and writing documentation.
- Support on-orbit troubleshooting for hardware you have developed, as needed
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, or another relevant discipline.
- 5+ years developing electronics (schematic and layout) using Altium Designer and/or Mentor Graphics PADS.
- Strong experience in digital and embedded control electronics, including microcontroller/FPGA interfacing (ADC, PWM, GPIO), sensor and actuator interfaces, and protection circuitry (overcurrent/overvoltage detection, fault handling, safe-state transitions).
- Experience designing serial communication hardware (e.g. I2C, SPI, UART, RS485, CAN), including proper isolation and protection.
- Working knowledge of high-speed and low-speed parallel interfaces relevant to embedded systems (e.g. JTAG, Ethernet, DDR/SRAM, Spacewire), as needed for the platforms you support.
- Ability to work closely with firmware engineers to define hardware interfaces and develop joint verification test cases.
Nice to haves:
- Experience designing and testing high-reliability, safety-critical, and fault-tolerant systems.
- Experience with power electronics design supporting embedded control systems.
- Hardware debug experience, including familiarity with tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers (SPI, CAN, Ethernet, or similar), and spectrum analyzers.
- Programming skills, including C/C++, Python, and MATLAB, for firmware integration or hardware characterization.
- Experience with revision control tools such as Git or SVN; comfortable working in Linux.
- Familiarity with high-speed SERDES interfaces (e.g. JESD204a/b/c) is a plus for engineers supporting higher-bandwidth payload electronics.
- Creative approach to problem solving, and ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.

About your team
As a Finance, Legal & Ops team, we are business partners in Eneba. By cooperating and supporting the organization in finance and accounting topics we strive to enable growth, optimize and improve the current internal processes. At the same time we act as strategic advisors whose input helps shape the roadmap of product teams.
As Head of Accounting&Automation, you will own the accounting function for a growing group of 8+ legal entities across two equally important dimensions: the team and the systems. On the team side, you'll build and lead the accounting team, operationalize new entities as we expand into new jurisdictions, and ensure compliance across all of them. On the automation side - increasingly the bigger, more strategic half of the role - you'll own our accounting data and tooling roadmap. You'll spot where AI and automation can replace manual reconciliation, reporting, and month-end work. Then you'll lead the search, evaluation, and selection of the right systems and tools, and manage the vendors and implementation partners who bring them to life. This role suits someone who thinks like an owner and enjoys building and creating, while also leading a team and staying on top of multi-jurisdiction compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional accounting projects end-to-end — partnering with Product, Tech, Legal, and Commerce on initiatives like new business lines and models, process flows implementations/changes&automation rollouts.
- Build and lead the accounting team - hire, structure, assign entity ownership, and manage performance.
- Implement accounting technologies and tools; drive AI adoption and automation across the function.
- Operationalise new group entities - set up charts of accounts, accounting processes, and intercompany relationships; implement group structure changes in accounting.
- Develop and maintain internal accounting controls, policies, and procedures; evolve accounting processes as the product grows and new business lines are introduced.
- Coordinate group audits and ensure GAAP compliance across all jurisdictions.
- Ensure compliance with financial covenants and oversee regulatory reporting obligations across group entities.
- Oversee tax reporting and compliance, ensuring accurate and timely filings across all jurisdictions.
- Act as the primary contact for various departments and external parties (tax consultants, auditors) regarding accounting matters.
Requirements
- 7+ years of accounting experience, including 3+ years managing teams.
- Proven track record of leading, building, or scaling an accounting team.
- Deep expertise in Lithuanian GAAP and/or IFRS, intercompany accounting and consolidation.
- Strong business acumen, ability to understand business in detail by connecting the responsibilities and inputs of all organizational units.
- Proficient in accounting close processes, audit coordination, and financial statement review and analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems and accounting software.
- AI tools experience and a mindset for automating manual workflows.
- Exceptional time management, task ownership, and prioritization skills.
- Fluency in both English and Lithuanian (written and spoken).
- Experience in a high-growth tech, marketplace, or e-commerce company would be a plus.
Compensation
Starting from €5,500 gross/month, the final offer will depend on your experience and skills.

The Role
We're looking for a Business Development Manager to lead go-to-market for AI Mosaic, one of our exclusive pioneering technologies, launching soon.
You'll be the commercial owner of a brand-new product entering the market. That means building demand from the ground up, opening the right doors, and turning early interest into signed business, primarily across the Japanese market.
We're an engineering- and product-heavy company. What we're missing is someone who can represent AI Mosaic in business conversations, find the demand, and convert it into real revenue.
This is not a passive role. It's hands-on, outward-facing, and revenue-driven. You own the pipeline end to end: from first outreach to closed deal.
What You Will Do
Own go-to-market and new revenue for AI Mosaic as it moves from launch into growth.
Identify, qualify, and close new business across studios, platforms, content networks, and technology buyers, with a focus on Japan.
Own the full sales cycle: outbound, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close.
Build and manage a healthy pipeline with clear stages, forecasts, and accountable ownership.
Represent AI Mosaic at industry events, conferences, and client-facing meetings.
Translate a complex technical product into clear, commercial value for each buyer.
Create and deliver pitch decks, commercial proposals, and business cases tailored to different audiences.
Work with leadership to define target segments, pricing angles, and go-to-market priorities.
Coordinate internally with product, engineering, and legal to scope, structure, and land deals.
Contribute best practices, market signals, and key findings to the company's knowledge base.
What We Are Looking For
Native or fluent Japanese, with confidence in negotiations and senior-level business conversations in the Japanese market.
Proven experience working with the Japanese market, with an existing understanding of how business gets done and deals get closed there.
Solid B2B experience in business development or sales within tech, media, or platform-driven businesses, with a track record of closing deals.
Ability to represent a complex technical product and translate it into clear buyer value.
Proactive in sourcing new opportunities, clients, and markets, without waiting for inbound.
Comfortable attending industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Strong sense of ownership over pipeline, follow-ups, and revenue outcomes.
Bonus Points
Working English for internal collaboration with a global team.
Experience in streaming platforms, tech, media, or the Japanese content industry.

At Foxelli, we’re building more than e-commerce brands - we’re building a tribe of thoughtful humans: AI enthusiasts, curious builders, and ambitious minds who care about doing meaningful work together. Ten years in, our D2C brands reach millions and generate over $20M annually. Our focus stays simple: create products customers love and a team that actually enjoys building them.
If you love to learn, experiment, think boldly, make decisions, and build things that matter - you’ll feel at home with us.
WHY JOIN FOXELLI?
Foxelli is a place for people who think deeply, learn quickly, automate repetitive work, enjoy spending time together, and build things that matter. We work hard, joke often, and don’t take ourselves too seriously.
If you’re excited about AI, eager to learn, and want to create work that genuinely means something with people who care, you’ll feel right at home with us - no matter where you are in your career.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a Churn Specialist for our craft subscription box brands to help us get closer to our customers - understand what they actually need, spot where we're falling short, and find ways to retain them.
You'll work across multiple Foxelli Group brands, investigate the full customer lifecycle, and turn data into initiatives that actually move the needle on retention.
You won't just track churn numbers. You'll own the thinking behind what is happening with the brand and drive the ideas to help retain our customers.
If you love:
- getting into customer data and finding the story behind the numbers
- mapping out a customer journey and spotting where things go wrong
- testing ideas - onboarding tweaks, lifecycle flows, CRO experiments, win-back sequences, etc
- using AI and automations to move faster and do more with less
- understanding what makes customers stay (or leave) on a psychological level
- working across multiple products and brands without losing focus
- working with crafts like knitting, crochet, and quilting
And if you're someone who can take a messy churn problem, break it down into clear hypotheses, and see them through to results…
…you might be our person 👀
🚀 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Churn Analysis & Research
- Analyse churn patterns across multiple Foxelli brands - when customers drop, which segments are most at risk, and what's driving it
- Research competitors and benchmark what best-in-class retention looks like in our space
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, surface insights, and identify patterns
- Build a clear picture of our customers - their motivations, frustrations, and what "good enough to stay" actually means to them
Customer Journey & Onboarding
- Audit the full customer lifecycle with a churn lens - from first-touch onboarding to long-term engagement
- Identify drop-off moments and experience gaps that are costing us customers
- Own initiatives to improve onboarding flows and early-stage activation
Retention Initiatives & Experimentation
- Develop hypotheses and run experiments - lifecycle communications, CRO tests, loyalty mechanics, win-back campaigns, cancellation flows
- Build and maintain automations that support retention at scale - triggered flows, at-risk alerts, personalised sequences
- Use AI to generate ideas, draft copy, simulate scenarios, and iterate faster
- Track the impact of every initiative and iterate based on results
- Document what worked, what didn't, and why
AI & Automations
- Build and maintain automations that support retention initiatives at scale
- Proactively explore how AI can improve the way we understand and respond to churn
- Stay current with new tools and bring ideas to the table before anyone asks
WHAT YOU BRING
- At least 2 years of experience of direct experience fixing actual churn for a physical product
- Proven experience diagnosing churn, not just reporting on it, but getting to the root of it
- Comfortable working with data: cohort analysis, funnel metrics, A/B test results
- Hands-on experience with customer journey mapping, onboarding optimisation, or CRO
- Experience building automations: triggered flows, lifecycle sequences, or similar
- Able to turn messy data into a clear point of view and present it to senior stakeholders
- Has worked across multiple products or brands
- Uses AI tools beyond basic prompts and actively looks for ways to automate and improve workflows
THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
1. Apply - A simple form that helps us know who’s stepping into our world.
2. Ribbon AI Interview - Ribbon is a short, guided video step that helps us understand your thinking style in a calm, private space
3. Text Task - A small real-world challenge so we can see how you approach problems in action.
4. Interview - A conversation with your manager to feel the work chemistry, get to know each other, and explore what we could build together
FIXED SERVICE FEE
2,500 - 2,800 euros after taxes (depending on your skills, competencies, and experience).
PERKS & BENEFITS
- Full flexibility with your schedule in a fully remote setting, while Apploye ensures transparency and fairness.
- Complimentary gym memberships and company-sponsored outdoor adventures for your strength and to keep your physical well-being in check.
- A personal development budget is at your disposal for your personal and professional growth to ensure you keep growing continuously.
- Generous paid time off, including parental leave and vacation days, to recharge and rejuvenate and ensure you’re well-rested.
- A budget for your home office setup so you’re comfortable working how you like and where you like.
- Strong company culture and a network of unique individuals that celebrate you.
ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS
❕This role is 100% remote.
- Our tribe works primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET — UTC+2/UTC+3). We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.

Location: Espoo
Workplace: Hybrid
Role highlights:
- Senior Satellite Industrialization Engineer
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Industrialization Systems / Global Manufacturing Organization (GMO)
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Office / Hybrid
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
Why this role matters:
As a Senior Satellite Industrialization Engineer, you'll do the hands-on technical work that moves satellite designs toward industrial maturity (MRL 8-9). You'll contribute to the DFM/DFX design standard, act as a technical reviewer at design-review gates, and help define the production line, automation, and facility requirements behind them. Your depth in RF, optical, or broader satellite systems keeps that work grounded in what a real satellite design actually requires.
Who We Are
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space.
- Contribute to the DFM/DFX standard: help develop and maintain design rules, tolerancing guidance, and material/process selection criteria.
- Support the design-review gates your team is involved in: help define gate criteria and participate as a technical reviewer.
- Support the definition of industrialization requirements beyond the design standard: production line design requirements, automation requirements, and facility requirements for satellite and subsystem manufacturing.
- Work with Engineering, AIT, and Production teams to gather the input needed to define these requirements against real design and production constraints.
- Support coordination with ICEYE's Global Manufacturing Infrastructure team on the detail needed to implement line, automation, and facility requirements at each site.
- Build and maintain manufacturability and industrialization tooling: checklists, scorecards, and templates that design and production teams actually use.
- Help track the target metrics that satellite and subsystem designs are measured against as they move through MRL stages.
- Support the interface with the Manufacturing Engineering function, helping capture field and design friction and translate it into standard updates.
What we’re looking for
Must haves:
- Hands-on design or systems engineering background in satellite hardware, with depth in RF, optical, or broader satellite subsystems.
- Solid understanding of how design decisions affect manufacturability, tolerancing, integration, and test outcomes.
- Comfortable doing the technical work of building and maintaining standards, gate criteria, and tooling, under the direction of the function's lead.
- Experience working alongside Engineering, AIT, or Production teams to gather technical input.
- Strong communication skills, able to translate technical design detail into clear standard and tooling content.
Nice to haves:
- Prior exposure to DFM/DFX practices, design-review gates, or producibility standards in aerospace or comparable hardware environments.
- Experience contributing to production line, automation, or facility requirements for hardware manufacturing.
- Familiarity with cleanroom environments and EGSE/MGSE.
- Experience in a multi-site or scale-up manufacturing environment.
Application Process
- Talent Acquisition Interview
- Hiring Manager Interview
- Technical Interview + Task
- Final interview

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
