About The Opportunity
We are looking for a product-driven marketing leader to accelerate the growth and adoption of OKX products across North East Asia.
This is not a traditional brand or events-focused marketing role. The role sits at the intersection of
Product, Growth, Marketing and Business
, with a strong focus on understanding CeFi products, identifying market opportunities, and translating them into measurable user and business growth.
The ideal candidate has strong product sense, understands crypto users and trading behavior, and is highly data-driven. You should be comfortable working closely with Product, BD, VIP, Affiliate and local market teams to identify growth opportunities, build GTM strategies, and continuously improve acquisition, activation, engagement, retention and monetization.
You will also need strong judgment when operating across different market and regulatory environments, ensuring that growth strategies, user targeting and marketing execution are appropriate for each market.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own the
product growth marketing strategy for NEA
, with a strong focus on measurable business outcomes, including user acquisition, activation, trading activity, retention and revenue.
Develop a deep understanding of
CeFi
products and crypto trading
, including Spot, Derivatives, Earn, Copy Trading, Trading Bots, VIP products and other key trading tools, and identify which products and features can become meaningful growth drivers in each market.
Build and execute
product-led GTM strategies
based on local user behavior, competitor dynamics and market opportunities rather than relying primarily on brand campaigns or offline events.
Work closely with
Product, Business, BD, VIP, Affiliate and regional teams
to translate product capabilities into user acquisition, conversion and monetization opportunities.
Use data to understand the full user funnel, identify growth bottlenecks and continuously optimize campaigns, product positioning, incentives, conversion journeys and user segmentation.
Understand and effectively use different
digital and growth marketing tools
, including performance marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, referral, affiliate, KOL/influencer channels, promotions and incentive mechanisms.
Develop clear user segmentation strategies across retail traders, active traders, high-value users and other relevant customer groups, and design differentiated product propositions and growth strategies for each segment.
Act as the
voice of NEA users
to global Product teams by identifying product gaps, competitive disadvantages and emerging user needs, and help prioritize opportunities that can materially improve growth.
Conduct structured analysis of competitors, including their products, pricing, incentives, campaigns, user journeys and growth mechanisms, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Establish clear KPIs and measurement frameworks for major marketing initiatives, with strong accountability for their impact on product adoption and business growth.
Develop market-specific GTM strategies with appropriate consideration for
local regulatory requirements, user targeting, communication boundaries and distribution approaches
, working closely with relevant internal stakeholders.
Build scalable growth playbooks that can be tested in individual NEA markets and expanded when proven successful.
What We Look For In You
Strong
CeFi
and crypto product knowledge is essential.
You should understand how centralized exchanges work and be familiar with major trading products, user journeys and the competitive landscape.
Strong
product sense
— able to understand why users choose one product over another, identify product-market gaps, and translate product capabilities into compelling growth propositions.
Highly
data-driven and commercially minded
. Comfortable using data to diagnose problems, prioritize opportunities and measure whether marketing initiatives actually contribute to user and revenue growth.
Strong understanding of
digital growth tools and mechanics
, including performance marketing, CRM/lifecycle marketing, referral, affiliate, KOL channels, promotions, incentives and conversion optimization.
Proven experience driving
measurable business or product growth
, rather than primarily managing branding, communications, events or community activities.
Strong understanding of crypto user behavior, particularly active traders and high-value users. Direct crypto trading experience is highly desirable.
Ability to work cross-functionally with
Product and Business teams
and influence priorities without relying on direct reporting lines.
Strong market judgment and awareness of how growth strategies may need to differ across regulatory and market environments.
Ability to balance
growth ambition with responsible execution
, including appropriate user segmentation, targeting, communication and channel strategies.
Strong analytical capability in market research, competitive analysis, funnel analysis and campaign performance.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to turn complex product and market insights into clear priorities and executable plans.
Experience in major North East Asian crypto markets is highly preferred.
Fluency in 1 or more NEA Language and English.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role is not measured primarily by the number of campaigns, events or impressions generated.
We expect this leader to demonstrate measurable impact on:
Product adoption and active users
Trading activity and revenue
Acquisition and activation efficiency
User retention and reactivation
Conversion of high-potential user segments
Successful adoption of priority products in NEA
Identification and closing of meaningful product and market gaps
Effectiveness of collaboration between Marketing, Product and Business teams

What is Restaurant Software?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
How we use AI at Tebi
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.

Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Freedom24 is a CySEC-regulated stockbroker and part of Freedom Holding Corp, listed on Nasdaq. Clients trade over a million instruments across 15 exchanges through the platform. The Group is headquartered in Limassol and has been steadily opening offices across Europe, we have 10 offices in Europe, and now needs a single document management architecture that can actually support all of them.
That's the mandate here. Someone is needed to sit down with a blank sheet of paper and figure out how a regulated European financial group should manage everything from contracts and corporate records to Board papers and client files, across Cyprus and every subsidiary. You'll report straight to the Chief Legal Officer and have full autonomy. The first six months are focused entirely on this: auditing where things stand today and designing the model the Group should move to. What comes after depends on what you find and build during that time, but this is very much a first chapter, not the whole story.
To be clear: the current Document Management team is doing a good job running things day to day. Nothing here suggests otherwise. What's missing is the layer above that, the architecture the Company needs now that it's operating across this many countries, and building that layer is the job.
Why this role exists
The Group has outgrown a document management model shaped mainly around Legal's needs. As the Company expands across European subsidiaries, document management needs to become a structured, centralized, auditable discipline — not a set of local routines. That's the gap this role is built to close.
What you'll do
Audit the current landscape end-to-end: WSS / Prime Docs, DocuSign, approval routes, contract administration, electronic archives, original-document handling, and cross-entity workflows.
Run a rigorous gap analysis — process, governance, systems, subsidiary integration, reporting, AI-readiness — and separate what should stay from what needs to change.
Design the target operating model: centralized governance, document taxonomy, RACI and ownership, approval and e-signature principles, archive and access-rights framework.
Assess whether to enhance, integrate, or replace current systems, and translate the future model into clear IT business requirements — including where AI can add real value (classification, extraction, search, key-date monitoring).
Deliver a phased, board-ready implementation roadmap for Cyprus and the European subsidiaries, with a clear view on how the role itself should evolve afterward.
What makes this role different
Direct line to the CLO and real influence on how the Group operates, from day one.
A true build-from-scratch mandate — you set the architecture, not just optimize a process.
Strong signal for the next chapter of your career: proven potential to evolve into a permanent global document management leadership role.
You'll work with the existing team, not around it. Their operational expertise is your foundation, not something to route around from a standing start.
Requirements
10-12+ years in document management, records management, information governance, legal operations, CLM, or business process transformation.
Experience in regulated financial services, fintech, banking, insurance, payments, or a comparable multinational, multi-jurisdictional group.
Hands-on knowledge of EDMS and e-signature platforms, contract registers / CLM logic, electronic archives, metadata, and access-rights models.
A track record of auditing complex cross-functional processes and turning findings into a practical, adoptable operating model.
The stakeholder skills to lead a transformation with no direct authority and the tact to frame gaps as scale-driven, never as a verdict on the current team.
A plus: experience with AI-enabled document intelligence, automation, or document classification tools.
What this role is not
Not a legal review role, a general legal-ops role, an IT developer role, or an administrative position.
Not a replacement for the current Head of Document Management — this is a senior transformation and systems-design mandate that builds on top of the existing operation, not instead of it.

At Huzzle, we connect exceptional talents with top opportunities at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Our clients include startups, digital agencies, and tech platforms in industries such as SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, and EdTech. You won't just be taking orders; you will own the pipeline that translates raw founder expertise into polished, high-impact social and digital content. If you are a creative strategist who is also obsessed with workflow automation and operational discipline, this is your opportunity to build a greenfield marketing function from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Content Extraction & Creation: Review founder calls and raw transcripts to extract "gold nuggets" and transform them into short-form blogs, LinkedIn posts, image teasers, and short-form video scripts.
Workflow Management: Set up and maintain the operational tools (Slack, FeedHive, Castmagic) to ensure every piece of content is reviewed, approved, and scheduled seamlessly.
Founder Liaison: Act as the primary operational point of contact for founders to gather approvals and feedback, maintaining a professional and friendly communication style.

Requirements

Senior-level Experience: A proven track record of setting up and running marketing/social content pipelines for B2B SaaS or professional services.
Pragmatic Copywriting: Ability to use AI tools for efficiency while maintaining high-quality "human" oversight and a professional tone.
Operational Excellence: 110% diligence and attention to detail; you are someone who creates processes rather than just following them.
Technical Proficiency: Must be highly proficient in Salesforce and Slack.
Communication: Exceptional English communication skills with a "friendly professional" demeanor for founder-facing interactions.
Strategic POV: Ability to look at raw content and instinctively know what will perform best on social platforms.
Nice-to-Haves
Tool Stack Knowledge:
Experience with FeedHive, Castmagic, and Apollo.
Performance Marketing:
