From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
dbt Fusion is building the next generation of data execution and connectivity infrastructure, enabling dbt workloads to run efficiently across diverse compute engines and data platforms. As a Senior Engineer on the Fusion Adapters and Connectivity team, you’ll design and ship core abstractions powering how dbt communicates with execution systems — leveraging Rust, Go, Arrow, and emerging open standards. This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of systems programming, database internals, and high-visibility open-source development. Your work will shape a foundational platform leveraged across the dbt ecosystem and the broader data community.
What You’ll Do
Design, build, and maintain Rust-first connectivity layers, execution APIs, and adapter scaffolding.
Partner with teams building the dbt compiler, semantic layer, and runtime to evolve adapter interfaces and system boundaries.
Contribute to Arrow/ADBC and other open-source specifications or implementations, strengthening the data ecosystem.
Own CI, testing frameworks, profiling, error reporting surfaces, and release readiness for Fusion adapters.
Debug complex interoperability and performance issues across drivers, engines, and compute domains.
Collaborate with internal and community maintainers to review PRs, write RFCs, and evolve public code architectures.
Mentor engineers on systems best practices and contribute to shared patterns around resilience, debuggability, and API clarity.
Skills We’re Looking For
Strong programming background in Rust, Go, C++ or similar performance-oriented languages.
Experience designing or maintaining SDKs, libraries, connectors, or compute/data integration codebases.
Exposure to data warehouses, query engines, Arrow/columnar ecosystems, or execution runtimes.
A desire to build foundational platform components that other teams and community members rely on.
Comfort working in public code review loops, async-first communication, and collaborative RFC processes.
A mindset grounded in debuggability, reliability, and ownership in ambiguous problem spaces.
You’ll have an edge if you have:
Contributed to or interacted with Arrow, ADBC, DuckDB, Presto, DataFusion, Spark, ClickHouse, or similar engines.
Experience shaping adapter/plugin standards, driver contracts, or architectural interfaces used by others.
Familiarity with Rust async ecosystems (tokio, tower, tracing) or Go concurrency practices.
Prior OSS governance experience — triaging issues, reviewing PRs, or working with community maintainers.
An interest in building developer-experience layers or scaffolding frameworks for adapter authors.
Qualifications:
6+ years experience in software engineering, with strong systems-level skills.
2+ years working in open-source, SDK, runtime, or low-level integration environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / related field or equivalent experience through industry OSS contributions.

About Huzzle
At Huzzle, we connect exceptional talent with top opportunities at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Our clients include fast-growing startups, digital agencies, SaaS companies, and tech-enabled businesses across industries such as MarTech, FinTech, EdTech, and eCommerce. Unlike traditional outsourcing agencies, we place you directly with innovative companies where you become a valued member of the team.
About the company
Our client is a fast-growing marketing consultancy and growth agency specializing in the medical aesthetics and regenerative medicine sector. Operating globally across the US, UK, Australia, and beyond, the team helps premium clinics and MedSpas transition from inconsistent results to predictable, $100K+ monthly revenue. By moving beyond traditional lead generation, they implement comprehensive growth frameworks that optimize high-ticket patient acquisition, sales conversion systems, and client retention strategies for treatments like body sculpting, injectables, and advanced laser therapies.
As a performance-driven scale-up, the company is dedicated to solving the complex operational and marketing challenges faced by modern aesthetic practices. The team fosters a results-oriented and innovative environment, focusing on delivering measurable impact through structured systems rather than generic advertising. This is an opportunity to join a strategic, forward-thinking organization that is redefining how premium health and beauty businesses scale their operations in a competitive international market.
Job Summary
We run Meta advertising campaigns for medical aesthetics clinics, generating high-ticket patient enquiries that appointment setters convert into paid consultations. We have strong lead generation and capable execution teams — what we're missing is a single owner of what happens in between.
We're hiring a Conversion Analyst to own that gap. You will be the only person with full visibility across the entire journey — from the ad, to the landing page, to the setter's call, to the paid deposit — and your role is to diagnose, each week and for every account, why qualified leads are not converting into booked, deposited appointments.
This is a diagnostic role grounded in call review and CRM analysis, not website or page-element optimisation. Every lost lead falls into one of two categories: lead quality, which returns to the funnel team, or conversion mismanagement, which returns to the setters and sequence owners. Determining which — with evidence, and always ruling out mismanagement first — is the core of the work. You will pull your own data, listen to a sample of setter calls each week before drawing conclusions, and deliver a clear, evidence-based weekly brief that names the problem, the cause, the recommended fix, and the metric it should move. Where an account performs well, you will identify why and define what should be replicated across the wider portfolio.
You will not run campaigns, build landing pages, write automations, or manage the setting team; those functions are owned by dedicated specialists. Your remit is to establish the truth and ensure it reaches the person who can act on it. The role operates on US-aligned hours and calls for a strong understanding of the North American, high-ticket consumer.
Requirements
Prior experience reviewing sales or setter calls as a core part of a role — extracting insight from recordings, not listening out of curiosity.
Confident working independently within a CRM to pull and interrogate your own data, rather than relying on prepared reports.
Strong analytical discipline: the ability to hold a conclusion until the evidence supports it, and to distinguish what people say from what they actually do.
Excellent written English, with the ability to distil complex funnel issues into clear, actionable findings a team can implement without clarification.
Sound commercial judgement and the confidence to tell a colleague or client their work isn't converting — and to support it with evidence, without it becoming a conflict.
Experience working across multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Availability to work US-aligned hours, with a strong understanding of the North American, high-ticket consumer.
Background in a MedSpa, aesthetics, healthcare, or high-ticket lead-generation environment.
Experience with GoHighLevel, Meta Ads Manager, or comparable CRM and campaign platforms.
Familiarity with considered-purchase or high-ticket funnels, where trust and proof matter more than urgency.
Exposure to conversion or funnel analysis in an agency or multi-account setting.
Benefits
🌎 Fully remote work environment
🚀 Career growth opportunities in a fast-scaling agency
🎯 Performance-based incentives
📈 Long-term stability and high-level strategic ownership
🧠 Collaborative culture with top-tier marketing talent
