About the job
The Compliance Experiences team sits at the heart of the Twilio platform, owning two critical domains: Phone Numbers and Compliance (KYC).
In 2026, "getting a phone number" is no longer a simple API call; it requires sophisticated orchestration across global phone number inventory, real-time identity verification, regulatory compliance, and operational tooling at massive scale.
Twilio’s KYC Platform, the gateway to accessing all of Twilio’s communication APIs, enables customers to securely provision and operate communication services globally while navigating complex, constantly evolving regulatory requirements.
As a Principal Engineer (P5), you will own the technical strategy for a platform that processes millions of requests. You will be expected to pioneer AI-driven development workflows using LLMs and agentic agents to accelerate code generation, automate architectural reviews, and synthesize complex global telecommunications regulations into executable logic. Your mission is to collapse the distance between a great idea and a production ready feature.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
DRAW THE OWL:
Lead the architecture and long-term technical roadmap, transitioning legacy systems into a modern, distributed microservices architecture that supports global scale.
ACCELERATE WITH AI:
Lead by example in using AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude, or internal LLMs) to automate boilerplate, generate exhaustive test suites, and perform rapid prototyping. You will be measured on your ability to amplify your own output and the team's velocity through AI augmentation.
BE AN OWNER:
Drive technical excellence across multiple teams, making critical architectural decisions that balance rapid feature innovation with world-class reliability and security.
WEAR THE CUSTOMER’S SHOES:
Partner with Product Managers to translate complex global telecommunications regulations and customer needs into elegant, developer-first APIs and application workflows.
EMPOWER OTHERS:
Mentor and uplift senior and staff engineers. Foster a culture of technical curiosity, ownership, and continuous learning. Teach the team how to move from "writing code" to "reviewing and orchestrating AI-generated logic" without sacrificing security or quality.
RUTHLESSLY PRIORITIZE:
Identify and mitigate technical risks early, ranging from scalability bottlenecks to security vulnerabilities and lead the team through complex production incidents with a focus on long-term remediation.
WRITE IT DOWN:
Communicate complex technical strategies to both executive leadership and engineering teams through high-quality design documents, RFCs, and presentations.
Qualifications
Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.

In this role, you will build scalable solutions to emerging threats in a rapidly evolving landscape. In many cases, you will work on problems nobody has solved before, with no existing template, so the ability to learn quickly and think outside the box is critical. You will work across the stack, building new UI one day, scalable data models and event ingestions the next, then wrapping up the week with automated detectors to alert customers and our Security Operations Center to suspicious activity.

In 2017, Belkins started as an appointment-setting agency with just one service offering. Fast-forward to today, and we've transformed into Belkins Group — a vibrant ecosystem of services and products that define the cutting-edge landscape of the SalesTech and MarTech industries. For seven years running, we’ve been the top appointment-setting agency, achieving amazing results across 50+ industries worldwide.
Our results speak for themselves: with over 1,000 clients and a global portfolio, we’ve set up more than 200,000 appointments, delivering a $10 return for every $1 spent. We’re experts in B2B appointment setting, providing essential services for companies ready to take their growth to the next level. By diving deep into lead research and using customized, omnichannel strategies, we turn opportunities into real success.
Joining Belkins means signing up for a journey of unstoppable growth and success, driven by curiosity, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative to join one of our delivery units. Each unit is built around an Account Strategist who owns client strategy, supported by a Delivery Lead, Content Strategist, Researcher, and Email Deliverability Specialist. This organizational framework provides SDRs with technical assistance, yet you will remain fully responsible for managing campaigns, verifying setups, HubSpot reporting, and daily outreach. We’ve designed this to eliminate manual friction, such as lead research, so you can focus on calls, reply handling, and securing booked appointments.
You will work across multiple client projects simultaneously, running high-volume cold calling via a power dialer and personally managing all replies from automated email and LinkedIn campaigns.
Things You’ll Be Doing:
Cold Calling
Running outbound calling campaigns through a power dialer (
Koncert
) across
multiple (3-6) client projects simultaneously
- not one account, several, at once.
Handling objections live, on the call, and steering each conversation toward a booked appointment, not just working through a script.
Tracking connect rate and call-to-meeting conversion, flagging performance issues to your Account Strategist before they become a pattern, not after.
Reply Handling — Email & LinkedIn
Personally owning
every reply
that comes in from automated email
(Reply.io / Inbox AI)
and LinkedIn
(Expandi)
campaigns, not just monitoring the inbox.
Responding within
4–8 working hours
and nurturing prospects until they're ready to book.
Handling objections in writing, pushing for a next step, and converting replies into confirmed meetings.
Scheduling appointments and sharing meeting details with the team via Slack.
Campaign Oversight & Reporting
Monitoring key metrics across every project - connect rate, reply rate, conversion rate - as your own numbers, not someone else's dashboard.
Feeding structured feedback to Research, Content, and EDS so lead quality and messaging actually improve, not just flagging that something isn't working.
Keeping CRM hygiene tight in
HubSpot
and sharing a weekly recap your Account Strategist can actually use.
What You Bring:
2+ years of outbound sales experience with a strong cold-calling background
.
Confident, error-free written English
for handling email and LinkedIn replies - this is half the role, not an afterthought.
Fluent spoken English,
comfortable working across
US and European time zones
.
Strong understanding of outreach tools:
You’re comfortable working with CRM and automation platforms and understand the key technical elements behind cold outreach. You can support campaign setup, identify potential issues, and work with the right teams to resolve technical blockers.
The ability to run
multiple client projects in parallel
without losing quality or pace on any one of them.
Self-starting:
there are no fixed hours here, and the work doesn't get done unless you make it happen.
How We Hire:
Recruiter Interview
(~30 minutes) — with Yuliia or Inna.
Practical Task
(~60–90 minutes) — a written exercise covering outbound thinking, objection handling, and lead prioritization.
Hiring Manager Interview
(~45–60 minutes) — a conversation with the SDR Enablement Manager covering the details of your work, performance analytics, and a live cold-call roleplay.
Final Interview
(~60 minutes) — with the Managing Director and HR Business Partner to assess company fit and explore your values and working style.
Offer & Onboarding
— if it's a yes, we move fast.
*We may use AI tools to support parts of the hiring process. Final decisions are made by humans. Contact us for information on data processing.
At Belkins, we care deeply about our team members, and we prove it through:

About the Opportunity
This is not a traditional GRC hire. The Tech G
overnance
Office is looking for someone who combines the governance judgment of a seasoned compliance professional with the drive of a forward-deployed engineer — someone who closes gaps by shipping solutions, navigates ambiguity without hand-holding, and operates with the urgency of a startup and the rigour of a regulated financial institution.
You will own complex cross-functional workstreams independently — coordinating across Engineering, Legal, Product, and Finance — while managing external auditors and regulators. Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Mandarin is a meaningful advantage in this role. AI tooling is not optional; it is how you work.
Who You Are
Self-directed driver
— You run cross-functional workstreams without being managed. Ambiguity is a starting point, not a blocker.
AI-native operator
— You already use AI to do more, faster — and you raise the floor for the teams around you.
Clear communicator
— You earn trust across regulators, auditors, and C-suite through precision and consistency — in any room.
Culture Fit
Pace
Standards
Startup velocity
— Decisions move fast. Priorities shift. You ship, iterate, and adapt — without waiting for perfect conditions or top-down direction.
Financial institution rigour
— Audit trails matter. Regulators scrutinise. The bar for accuracy, documentation, and accountability is institutional-grade — always.
> The tension between these two is not a bug — it is the job. We are looking for someone who holds both without compromise.
What You’ll Be Doing
Independently lead audit remediation programmes — assess gaps, develop structured plans, and drive verified closure across engineering, product, legal, and operations without escalation dependency.
Own cross-functional governance workstreams — set milestones, coordinate accountability, and remove blockers across departments with limited management oversight.
Conduct IT security and architecture governance reviews — assess whether systems and processes meet applicable standards, and issue findings with clear ownership and remediation timelines.
Build and maintain the policy estate — draft, refine, and operationalise IT governance policies and procedures; translate regulatory requirements into implementation-ready guidance for first-line teams.
Lead regulator and auditor engagement — serve as the primary coordination interface for external audit and regulatory correspondence, representing the Tech G

About Codex
Codex is building the infrastructure for stablecoin-based cross-border payments — moving money faster, cheaper, and more transparently than the legacy financial system. Backed by Circle, Coinbase, Dragonfly, we're a small team solving hard problems at the intersection of crypto and global payments.
The Role
As a Sales Lead at Codex, you'll own the end-to-end commercial relationship with institutional clients and fintech partners in your region — from first outreach through to signed contracts and live trading.
This is a high-ownership, high-accountability role. You'll be managing a live pipeline, attending conferences, and regularly interfacing with Compliance, Legal, and Operations to unblock deals and get clients trading.
Responsibilities
Pipeline Development & Outbound
- Own your regional pipeline from top of funnel to close — sourcing leads, qualifying prospects, and maintaining accurate deal records
- Run targeted outbound across various platforms in coordination with the Marketing function, and follow up on inbound leads generated by the website and conferences
- Identify and attend high-value industry conferences and side events in your region to generate new relationships and accelerate deals in progress
Deal Execution
- Run discovery calls and commercial negotiations with prospects across your region
- Identify client use cases, volume profiles, and corridor requirements — and translate these into pricing proposals in coordination with the Trading, Treasury and Account Management team
- Escalate pricing blockers, compliance queries, and onboarding blockers with clear context so they can be resolved quickly
- Manage deals involving complex structures with appropriate rigour and cross-functional coordination
Client Onboarding & Activation
- Own the handoff from signed deal to live trading — coordinating with internal teams on KYB, account setups, and spread configurations
- Stay close to newly onboarded clients during their ramp-up period, following up on first trades and resolving any friction in their early experience
- Surface client feedback on product gaps, pricing, SLAs, and rail coverage to the relevant internal teams
Account Management & Reactivation
- Monitor the health of your client book — tracking volume trends, flagging at-risk accounts, and proactively engaging clients who have gone quiet
- Lead reactivation efforts for dormant clients in your region, understanding why they churned and what it would take to bring them back
- Build deep relationships with key accounts, acting as a trusted commercial partner rather than a transactional sales contact
Market Intelligence
- Stay current on competitor pricing, product capabilities, and market positioning in your region, and share intelligence with the team regularly
- Identify emerging client segments, use cases, or geographies that represent commercial opportunity for Codex
What This Role Requires
- Sales experience in fintech, crypto, payments, or financial services — ideally selling to institutional or business clients
- Strong understanding of cross-border payments, stablecoins, and the FX dynamics of your target region
- Comfortable discussing pricing, compliance requirements, and product capabilities in the same conversation
- Highly organised with a disciplined approach to pipeline management and follow-up
- Able to work across time zones and build relationships with clients who operate in fast-moving, operationally complex environments
- Fluency in English required; additional languages relevant to your region are a strong advantage

This role is for a senior in-house lawyer who can combine financial services expertise, practical business judgement, leadership, speed of execution and the ability to build legal systems rather than only solve individual tasks
Responsibilities:
Working closely with the CLO - Lead, the legal support of the Company’s brokerage, product, commercial, client-facing, and marketing activities.
Own the department portfolio, priorities, workload allocation, quality control, escalation discipline and legal standards.
Act as the main escalation point for complex, high-risk, time-sensitive or strategically important matters within the department perimeter.
Provide senior legal assessment of new products, client journeys, sales channels, distribution models, marketing campaigns, client communications and commercial initiatives.
Translate MiFID II/MiFIR, CySEC requirements, applicable EU financial services rules, GDPR, sanctions, DORA and other relevant regulations into practical business requirements, red flags and execution routes.
Lead or supervise drafting, review and negotiation of brokerage, product and commercial agreements with clients, partners, counterparties, providers, data providers, banks, payment institutions, introducing brokers, sales channels, vendors and other third parties.
Own the legal quality and consistency of Terms of Business, disclosures, product terms, client forms, prospectus-related materials, website/platform wording, disclaimers and other client-facing documentation.
Set the legal review framework for marketing campaigns, claims, presentations, landing pages, sales materials and other regulated communications.
Lead legal strategy for complex client complaints, pre-dispute matters, reputationally sensitive cases, sanctions/restriction scenarios and asset-unblocking matters.
Build and maintain scalable legal tools: templates, playbooks, standard clauses, fallback positions, checklists, decision trees and escalation rules.
Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Client Support, IT, Document Management, Legal Operations and senior management.
Manage, mentor and develop Senior and Mid Legal Counsels within the department.
Coordinate with external legal advisers where needed and ensure their advice is converted into practical internal
standards and actions.
Requirements
10-12+ years of relevant legal experience in a Cyprus or European Investment Firm, regulated broker, fintech company, payment institution, financial services group, or a law firm advising such clients.
Law degree. Common-law qualification/JD or civil-law equivalent with strong exposure to common-law drafting, international transactions and EU financial services regulation is preferred.
Proven experience leading legal teams or managing complex legal portfolios in a regulated financial services environment.
Strong expertise in brokerage, investment services, capital markets, product distribution, commercial agreements, client-facing documentation and regulated communications.
Strong knowledge of MiFID II/MiFIR, CySEC requirements, applicable EU financial services regulation, GDPR, sanctions frameworks, DORA and related legal/regulatory requirements.
Experience supporting product launches, marketing and sales initiatives, client documentation, complaint handling and cross-functional business projects.
Excellent drafting, negotiation and legal advisory skills in English; fluent Russian or other languages will be a plus.
Ability to provide clear, business-oriented legal advice without lowering regulatory or legal standards.
Strong leadership, ownership, prioritisation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to build repeatable legal solutions, not only handle one-off legal tasks.
Confidence working with senior management, business teams, compliance, risk, external counsel and cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience with legal technology, document management tools, knowledge management, templates, playbooks or legal process improvement will be a strong advantage.
