Our model combines local client leadership with global engineering teams across Europe and Latin America. We are investing heavily in AI and modern software delivery via initiatives like
Coherent Catalyst
, and we expect our client-facing teams to lead those conversations with customers.
About the Role
This is a pure hunter role.
You carry a quota, and your primary responsibility is winning new enterprise clients through your own prospecting, BDR introductions, inbound leads, partner referrals, and your professional network. Once a new account is closed, you will work closely with our delivery management teams to grow it into a long-term, strategic relationship.

The services market is changing rapidly; AI is reshaping how software gets built, delivered, and priced. The expectation for this role is to understand these shifts and discuss them confidently with executive buyers. You don’t need to be an AI engineer, but you must understand where the market is heading and connect those changes to how it impacts a client’s growth, efficiency, risk, and bottom line.
What You'll Do
Own the full sales cycle: Prospect, qualify, shape the solution with delivery, negotiate, and close net-new business;
Win new logos and establish the foundation to expand the strategic accounts you win;

Run RFI/RFP responses and tailored proposals in tight collaboration with engineering and delivery teams;

Deep working knowledge of the SDLC, global distributed delivery models, and agile consulting;
Experience working with distributed global delivery teams (specifically leveraging talent pools in Europe and Latin America);
Stability matters to us. Enterprise services relationships take years to build, and we want the same commitment from our people. A history of multi-year tenures will carry significantly more weight than a long list of short-term logos;
Minnesota preferred; WI, IL, or East Coast considered;
What Do We Offer
Base salary from $130K to $165K plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses
;
Performance-based equity awards;
Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance;
401(k) matching and generous PTO policy;

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
The Sustainability & Community Impact team at DoorDash works across our global brands — DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo — to advance the company's approach to the issues that matter most to our business, our communities, and the world we operate in. We sit within the Policy and Communications function and work closely with other teams on a daily basis.
We're hiring a
Lead, Global ESG Reporting Strategy
to build and lead DoorDash's global ESG reporting function from the ground up. This is a new role: the first dedicated strategic owner of ESG disclosures across the company. As regulations proliferate across jurisdictions (from the EU's CSRD to California's SB 253 to Australia's Modern Slavery Act), DoorDash needs someone to bring clarity, structure, and strategic thinking to a landscape that is growing in both volume and complexity.
The role spans more ground than a traditional ESG reporting function: alongside disclosure strategy and regulatory compliance, you'll own our GHG measurement program and Scopes 1 & 2 emissions strategy, and manage the growing volume of ESG data requests we receive from enterprise partners.
What you’ll be doing
You'll set the strategy, build the infrastructure, and become the internal expert on all things ESG reporting and disclosure.
Own DoorDash's
global strategy for ESG-related disclosures
— determining how, when, and at what level of ambition we respond to mandatory regulations, voluntary frameworks, and reputational expectations across all jurisdictions including the EU, UK, US, Canada, and Australia
Act as the internal expert and cross-functional DRI on ESG reporting, aligning Legal, Finance and Technical Accounting, IR, Communications, Policy, HR, and Operations around a coherent approach and holding the narrative and numbers together across all external-facing disclosures
Build the reporting infrastructure, processes, and governance needed for the company to meet its disclosure obligations efficiently and consistently — establishing what doesn't yet exist and improving on what does
Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise partner ESG data requests, building processes to address a growing volume of vendor questionnaires, framework-specific data fields, and merchant-facing disclosures in a scalable way
Oversee GHG measurement — working closely with a measurement vendor, coordinating data collection across the business, and ensuring our approach is audit-ready as assurance requirements mature
Own DoorDash's Scopes 1 & 2 emissions strategy — building a forward-looking plan to drive operational efficiency across our facilities
Our humble expectations
Meaningful experience in ESG, sustainability reporting, compliance, or a closely related field — with hands-on ownership of major reporting frameworks such as CSRD/ESRS, TCFD, GRI, SASB, Modern Slavery, and/or CDP
A genuine builder mindset: you've created reporting infrastructure or processes from scratch before, not just maintained what someone else built (and you're energized by that kind of work)
Strong cross-functional influencer who can align stakeholders across Legal, Finance, IR, and Operations without direct authority, and who is comfortable being the person others look to for direction rather than waiting to be told what to do
Excellent written communication skills — you can draft a regulatory disclosure, write an internal strategy memo, and brief a senior stakeholder, all with equal fluency and appropriate calibration to your audience
A principled, business-grounded view of ESG: you take compliance seriously, bring genuine expertise to the space, and can advise leadership on where to invest and lead versus where meeting requirements is the right call
What we offer
This is a rare opportunity to build a new function and strategy, with real visibility across a global company. You'll be joining at an exciting moment: before the wave of regulatory requirements fully lands. The work is substantive and growing — from CSRD groundwork to enterprise partner data requests to our Scopes 1 & 2 strategy — and the cross-functional network you'll build (Legal, Finance, IR, Comms, Ops) means you'll have meaningful exposure from day one.
Next steps
Our process includes a short screener after resume review, followed by a series of interviews.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

Support Expansion team in shaping AI-related opportunities by providing input on feasibility, integration complexity, and delivery approach.
Identify opportunities to extend implementations across additional use cases, geographies, or Tether technologies.
Implementations Oversight
Lead end-to-end coordination of QVAC-based implementations from kickoff through production deployment.
Define implementation roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies across AI models, infrastructure, and integration layers.
Ensure alignment between client expectations and actual product capabilities, avoiding scope drift or mispositioning.
Track progress across multiple concurrent AI deployments, ensuring timely delivery and readiness for production environments.
Cross-functional Coordination
Coordinate closely with product, engineering, and research teams to align on QVAC capabilities, limitations, and roadmap evolution.
Facilitate integration between client systems and QVAC components, including model deployment pipelines, APIs, and compute environments.
Work with legal and compliance teams where required, particularly in sensitive AI deployments involving data locality or privacy constraints.
Maintain structured communication flows across all stakeholders involved in the implementation lifecycle.
Governance & Reporting
Establish and maintain governance frameworks including implementation plans, risk tracking, and decision logs.
Produce executive-level updates summarizing progress, risks, blockers, and next steps.
Ensure documentation of implementation architectures, deployment patterns, and key learnings for reuse across future projects.
Support escalation management and ensure timely resolution of technical or operational challenges.
Core Experience
5+ years of experience in program management, technical account management, or delivery roles within AI, data infrastructure, or complex technology environments.
Proven experience managing cross-functional implementations involving multiple stakeholders (internal teams, clients, external partners).
Strong ability to operate at the intersection of technical and business domains.
Technical Understanding
Familiarity with AI/ML deployment concepts, including model inference, edge/local AI, and distributed compute architectures.
