Workplace: onsite
Spin.AI protects more than 2,000 organizations from SaaS ransomware, shadow IT, and data loss across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Slack, Jira, and Confluence. As Regional Director of Account Management, you'll lead a team that owns a multi-million-dollar renewal and expansion book and you'll personally run a portfolio of the region's most strategic accounts. This is a player-coach role for someone who has closed six-figure enterprise deals, knows how to turn single-module customers into full-platform partners, and wants to build a team, not just carry a number.
What You'll Do:
Own Strategic Accounts
Personally manages a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts renewals, seat true-ups, and multi-year commitments for organizations running business-critical Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Slack, Jira, and Confluence environments.
Build executive relationships with CISOs, IT Directors, and security/IT administrators, positioning SpinOne as the customer's consolidated layer for SaaS backup, security posture, and browser risk.
Drive Platform Expansion
Map single-module customers into the full SpinOne platform moving backup-only accounts into SSPM (SpinSPM), ransomware detection and response (SpinRDR), data loss prevention (SpinDLP), and enterprise browser security (SpinCRX).
Act as a trusted advisor on customers' SaaS risk posture quantifying downtime exposure, translating ransomware and shadow IT findings into remediation plans, and tying SpinOne to compliance obligations (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, NIS2, CIS).
Operate with Rigor
Monitor account health via usage and telemetry signals (protected vs. licensed seats, backup success rates, alert volume, admin activity) to forecast renewals and flag churn risk early.
Own regional forecast accuracy for renewals, upsell, and cross-sell, with disciplined CRM hygiene and pipeline reporting.
Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Solution Engineering, and Support on onboarding and adoption, and support partner/MSP-influenced accounts alongside the Partnerships team (including Google Chrome Enterprise, Fortinet, and Menlo Security relationships).
Stay ahead of the SaaS security landscape - ransomware, shadow IT, OAuth risk, browser threats, AI governance, and competing SSPM/backup vendors - and feed insight back to Product and Marketing.
What You Bring:
6-figure deal experience:
proven track record closing and owning six-figure renewals, expansions, and multi-year commitments, and navigating enterprise procurement, security review, and multi-stakeholder approval cycles.
Track record in B2B SaaS:
2+ years in account management, customer success, or enterprise sales, including team leadership - ideally in cybersecurity, data protection, backup/DR, or cloud infrastructure.
Domain fluency:
working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Slack, and Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) admin, seat, and OAuth permission models, plus the security categories SpinOne spans (backup/DR, ransomware detection, SSPM, DLP, browser security).
Dual fluency with buyers:
comfortable discussing RTO/RPO, incident response, and misconfiguration risk with technical stakeholders, then translating it into downtime cost and audit readiness for executives.
Compliance know-how:
experience navigating compliance-driven renewals and vendor security reviews (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, NIS2, FERPA) is a strong plus.
Leadership:
proven ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team, with hands-on experience in quota planning and pipeline reviews.
Analytical rigor:
experience using CRM and product-usage data to track account health, forecast retention, and measure team performance.
Bonus:
experience with MSP/channel-influenced accounts; comfort working across globally distributed teams; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary + performance-based variable compensation
Equity
Full medical, dental, and vision insurance
Paid holidays and annual bonus
Employee wellness program

Partner across Marketing and Sales to test messaging, promotions, segmentation, verticalization, and GTM strategies, then scale what works.

Act as the voice of the customer by collecting and synthesizing research, feedback, and product usage to uncover needs and shape product and go-to-market strategy.
Partner across Marketing and Sales to develop and test messaging, promotions, segmentation, verticalization, and go-to-market strategies, then apply what works.
Enable Sales and Support with the messaging, training, and tools they need to clearly communicate customer value.
Lead go-to-market launches for new products and capabilities, coordinating cross-functional teams from planning through execution.
Develop and maintain competitive intelligence to identify market gaps, competitive threats, and opportunities to differentiate CallRail.

Track record of leading product and feature launches that drive measurable business results.
Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to cut through complexity, identify what matters most, and turn insights into clear recommendations.
Ability to independently own initiatives from strategy through execution while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners.
Able to move quickly through ambiguity without sacrificing judgment or attention to detail.
Excellent communication and writing skills, with a talent for making complex products and ideas simple and compelling.
Extremely comfortable manipulating and analyzing large datasets, with fluency in Excel/Google Sheets and performance metrics.
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to turn large datasets into clear insights and strategic recommendations. Looker experience is a plus.

Canonical is a leading provider of open source software and operating systems to the global enterprise and technology markets. Our platform, Ubuntu, is very widely used in breakthrough enterprise initiatives such as public cloud, data science, AI, engineering innovation and IoT. Our customers include the world's leading public cloud and silicon providers, and industry leaders in many sectors. The company is a pioneer of global distributed collaboration, with 1200+ colleagues in 75+ countries and very few office based roles. Teams meet two to four times yearly in person, in interesting locations around the world, to align on strategy and execution.
The company is founder led, profitable and growing.
Product marketers at Canonical sit between product and the market. They take deeply technical open source products and decide what they mean to a user and a buyer; which problem they solve, who should care, why we win, and what it should cost. That work shows up as positioning and messaging, launch plans, competitive intelligence, global campaigns, and the enablement that helps sales tell a coherent story.
This is a role for someone who wants ownership rather than a brief. You will pick up a portfolio area, form your own point of view on the market, and defend it with evidence. We expect product marketers to talk to customers and community members directly, and to bring opinions to product and sales rather than waiting to be told what to say.
We have a bias for action, focus effort on the most impactful activities, and take ownership of our results. We work across long buying cycles, balance storytelling with data, design experiments, track outcomes, and iterate rapidly to find what works.
Location: This role is remote for anyone based in EMEA.
The role entails
You will own product marketing for one of our product areas, from the market thesis through to the assets that sales and campaigns run on. You will be accountable for whether the story lands, whether launches convert, and whether the sales team can repeat the message without you in the room.
You will:
Own positioning, messaging, and the narrative hierarchy for your product area, and keep it consistent from the website through to the sales deck
Lead product launches end to end with tiering, timeline, cross-functional plan, assets, and post-launch reporting
Build and maintain the competitive picture for your area: who we lose to, why, and what we say about it
Support building the enablement that sales actually uses: battlecards, discovery questions, objection handling, demo narratives
Run structured customer and community research, including win-loss, to keep the messaging grounded in real language rather than internal assumptions
Partner with demand generation, content, web, and events to turn positioning into campaigns that move pipeline
Raise the standard of the craft around you through review, mentoring, and shared frameworks
What we are looking for in you
Strong written and verbal communication in English
An exceptional academic track record from high school and university
Proven product marketing experience in B2B software, SaaS, or open source
A track record of owning positioning and messaging for a product or portfolio, not just executing someone else's
Evidence of launches you led that changed a business outcome such as adoption, pipeline, or win rate
The technical curiosity to hold your own with product managers and engineers and to understand the product beyond the datasheet
Comfort using data to test a hypothesis, evaluate a campaign, and change your mind
Ability to influence and align stakeholders across product, sales, and marketing without formal authority
Excellent storytelling skills applied to technical solutions, for both developer and executive audiences
Skill at managing complex, cross-functional projects with several dependencies and a fixed date
Fast adaptation to change and to new technology in marketing
Proactive, outcome-driven, and confident operating independently at a global scale
Nice-to-have skills
Experience marketing to developers, or in infrastructure, security, or IoT categories
Familiarity with open source communities and commercial open source business models
Experience across both product-led and sales-led motions, and with the handover between them
Public speaking, webinars, or conference presence in a technical field
Experience mentoring or leading other product marketers
What we offer you
Your base pay will depend on various factors including your geographical location, level of experience, knowledge and skills. In addition to a competitive base pay, we provide all team members with additional benefits, which reflect our values and ideals. Please note that additional benefits may apply depending on the work location and, for more information on these, please ask your Talent Partner.

ABOUT AVOCA
Avoca is transforming how home service companies engage with their customers. Our AI-powered conversational agents handle every high-value inbound call, from booking jobs, qualifying leads, and driving higher revenue, all at a speed and consistency unmatched by human call centers.
We're a Series B startup backed by Kleiner Perkins, Meritech Capital, General Catalyst, and other top-tier investors, with $125M raised and a $1B valuation. We grew 10x in 2025 and have scaled to 170+ employees in under two years across our NYC headquarters and Santa Barbara office.
In a $1T+ market where 85% of missed calls go to competitors, we're building the category-defining platform for AI-driven customer engagement, serving the largest brands in home services. With high-energy, in-office teams in both locations, every hire here has an immediate and visible impact.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring Avoca’s first dedicated Content Lead to build our content function from the ground up and make Avoca the trusted source for how home services businesses grow and use AI.
You’ll own how Avoca earns attention and gets discovered — from how we show up across Google and AI search to the customer stories, original research, and points of view that shape how the home services market thinks. Your work will help Avoca show up when buyers are actively looking for answers while giving home services leaders a reason to follow, trust, and engage with us before they enter a sales process.
This is a highly hands-on role. You’ll set the strategy and drive content from idea through research, creation, distribution, and measurement. You’ll interview customers and subject-matter experts and turn Avoca’s expertise, data, and customer results into content that’s useful, compelling, and worth people’s attention.
You’ll use AI to increase the speed and scale of the content operation while maintaining a high bar for originality, accuracy, and quality. Above all, you’ll approach content as a growth engine — thinking beyond traffic and engagement to how it creates and captures demand, supports campaigns, and drives qualified pipeline.
You’ll report directly to the Head of Growth and work closely with Product Marketing, Brand, and Sales.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build and own Avoca’s content strategy, identifying the questions, topics, stories, and points of view we should own based on customer needs, competitive whitespace, and revenue potential
- Grow Avoca’s visibility across Google and AI search by mapping how buyers look for answers, creating authoritative content, and strengthening our presence across the sources AI answer engines trust and cite
- Own and execute the content program end to end—researching, interviewing, writing, and editing high-intent pages, guides, customer stories, original research, lead generation assets, and social content
- Turn content assets into demand generation campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., search, paid email, outbound)
- Define and track performance across search and AI visibility, qualified traffic, conversions, opportunities, and influenced pipeline
- Build AI-first workflows that accelerate research, creation, optimization, repurposing, and distribution without compromising originality, accuracy, or editorial quality
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, organic growth, or a related role, ideally at a fast-growing B2B technology company
- A portfolio of excellent work and a track record of building content programs that generate qualified traffic, conversions, and pipeline
- Strong, current knowledge of SEO and AEO/GEO, including how companies earn visibility and citations across AI search
- Exceptional writing, interviewing, and narrative skills, with the ability to find a compelling angle and make complex ideas clear and engaging
- Strong editorial judgment: you can distinguish genuine insight from generic content and turn rough ideas into work that is credible, useful, and distinctively Avoca
- Experience creating content across the buyer journey, from high-intent organic pages to customer stories, original research, and other authority-building content
- Strong commercial and analytical instincts, including an understanding of demand generation and the ability to use performance data to improve results
- Deep fluency with AI tools and a track record of using them to materially increase the quality, speed, and volume of content
WHO YOU ARE
- You have a strong instinct for what makes a story worth telling and know how to draw differentiated insights and proof points out of customers and subject-matter experts
- You’re a zero-to-one builder who is energized by creating the strategy, standards, workflows, and measurement for a new content function
- You’re commercially curious. You want to understand why customers buy, what prevents them from buying, and how content can create momentum throughout the buyer journey
- You think about distribution and conversion from the beginning, not after something is published
- You’re AI-native and constantly redesigning how you work to produce better content faster without accepting generic output, weak reasoning, or unsupported claims
- You stay ahead of how AI answer engines are changing buyer behavior, content discovery, and distribution—and translate those shifts into Avoca’s approach
- You combine high standards with speed, knowing when to refine, when to ship and learn, and where your effort will have the greatest impact
- You’re high-agency, resourceful, collaborative, and excited to work in person in NYC with an ambitious team
BONUS POINTS
- Experience marketing to SMB or mid-market buyers in a high-velocity sales motion
- Experience in vertical SaaS, home services, or another industry-specific market
- Hands-on experience with AI-search, SEO, and content tools such as Profound, Semrush, Google Search Console, or GA4
- Experience turning proprietary data or original research into content that earns attention, links, and citations
- Experience creating video-first customer stories or translating written ideas into compelling video content
BENEFITS
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Company-sponsored 401(k) through Vestwell
- Flexible PTO plus U.S. federal holidays
- Company-wide off-sites
- Daily in-office lunch through Parkday
- Monthly wellness stipend
- Dinner covered when working late
- Commuter benefits and late-night rideshare
- Standing desks and workspace accommodations available on request
- All core tools and software provided
Compensation: The expected base salary for this role is $160,000-$210,000 with final compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications determined during the interview process. Avoca’s total compensation package includes base salary, bonus, equity, and a comprehensive suite of benefits and perks. Our Recruiting team will share the full details as you progress through our hiring process.
WHY AVOCA
At Avoca, you’ll be part of a team that’s building a category-defining company at the center of a massive market opportunity. We’re a fast-moving, collaborative team with a culture designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and impact.
Avoca provides equal employment opportunities to applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability.

About Paired
Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that specializes in pairing remote work with top-tier talent!
We are dedicated to connecting talented individuals with remarkable companies in need of their skills. Our goal is to create fulfilling job opportunities for professionals around the world.
About our Client
They're a
direct-to-consumer subscriptio
n brand that has gone from
zero to a multiple nine-figure run
rate in under
three years
— completely bootstrapped, with a small, lean team spread across the globe. No outside capital, no board, no bureaucracy. We sell across our own D2C site, Amazon, and TikTok Shop, with a subscription retention engine underneath it all.
They grew fast enough that structure never caught up with scale. That is the problem this role exists to solve.
The role
The CEO currently has roughly 25 people, agencies, and suppliers reporting to him across Customer Service, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Operations, Retention, and Finance — plus a running list of ~20 ad hoc growth projects. There is no layer between him and the work. Every decision, follow-up, deadline, blocker, and loose thread routes to one inbox.
The Chief of Staff is that layer. You will own the operating system of the company: who owns what, how they're measured, what they committed to, and whether it actually happened. You'll also own a rotating portfolio of high-leverage projects end to end, and you'll handle the CEO's calendar, inbox, and meeting follow-up so his time goes to product, partnerships, and P&L.
This is not a coordination job.
You are expected to get into the weeds
, do the work yourself, push people, and
raise the standard
. You start reporting directly to the CEO with influence rather than formal authority — and as you prove you can handle it, you'll be given the authority to escalate, reassign, and put underperformers on a plan.
Where this goes:
if you crush this role, the path is C-suite or President within two years. That is a real offer, not a recruiting line.
What You'll Do
Own accountability and urgency across every function.
Each person and agency has KPIs, deadlines, and commitments. You track them, follow up individually, unblock what's stuck, enforce urgency, and make sure the owner knows they own the outcome. Functions include TikTok Shop (8 people), Amazon (agency of 5), Operations (3 suppliers, 3 in-house), Retention (email agency, in-house dev, media buyer), and Finance (3 in-house, 1 agency).
Build the process map of the entire business
. Every role titled and defined, every responsibility documented, every recurring workflow written up as an SOP, every doc and tracker findable, a clear reporting and ownership structure, and clear written criteria for how someone earns a bonus, earns a promotion, or gets let go.
Triage everything currently flowing to the CEO
. For each item: handle it yourself, route it to the right manager, automate it, or kill it. The goal is that it stops reaching him.
Own high-leverage projects end to end.
You'll be handed ad hoc projects — growth initiatives, new channel tests, vendor negotiations, systems builds — with a goal and little else. You scope them, run them, hire or coordinate whoever is needed, and report meaningful progress in a weekly check-in without being managed step by step.
Turn conversations into tracked action
. Sit in on calls, capture decisions and action items from meetings, Slack, and WhatsApp, assign owners and dates, and chase them to done.
Run the CEO's calendar, inbox, and meeting prep.
Full ownership — scheduling, prioritization, prep material, follow-up.
Raise the bar on the people around you. Give direct feedback, flag underperformance early, and help managers hold their own teams accountable rather than
doing it for them forever.
Requirements
Must-Have
Demonstrated ability to learn fast and independently. If we hand you ClickUp on a Friday and say "know it by Monday," you find YouTube tutorials, book a consultant call, and figure it out yourself in a few hours. We don't care what tools you've used — we care that you can teach yourself anything.
You're smart and hands-on. You need to reason through complex business problems and handle people well enough that they want to deliver for you.
Genuine humility. Zero ego. You take direct feedback well, ask for more of it, and are never "above" the work. If a spreadsheet needs cleaning at 11 PM, you clean it.
Willingness to do the work yourself. This role manages and executes. Delegating without getting your hands dirty is a disqualifier.
Comfort with ambiguity and total ownership. Given a problem in a domain you know nothing about, your reaction is excitement, not fear.
Directness. You give and receive blunt feedback without it becoming personal or political.
Real work capacity. This is a 50-hour minimum role with frequent nights and weekends. We're a startup that moves quickly and we're honest about what that costs.
Availability during US Eastern hours within the 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM ET window.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Nice-to-have
A track record of excellence in a competitive environment. Top marks academically, a strong university, high-level competitive sports or esports, elite early-career roles, a company you built — something that shows you've been in a room full of winners and held your own.
E-commerce experience — D2C, Amazon, or TikTok Shop especially.
Subscription or retention business experience.
Prior Chief of Staff, founder's associate, consulting, or investment banking background.
Experience building SOPs, process documentation, or operating cadences from scratch.
Experience managing agencies and offshore contractors.
Note on weighting:
soft skills outrank hard skills here. A candidate with less e-commerce experience but smart, hands on, humble, faster learning speed, and a stronger record of excellence beats a domain expert who's rigid or ego-driven. Hire for the athlete.
Benefits
Base: $6,000 – $8,000 USD/month, depending on experience (negotiable for the right fit!)
Bonus: 20% of base annually, tied to project completion and KPI attainment
Structure: W-2 or 1099 — your choice
Remote: Work from anywhere, as long as you cover Eastern hours
Growth: Direct, stated path to C-suite or President within two years for the right performer
The Culture
They move fast, communicate directly, and don't sugarcoat feedback. There are no politics, no vanity titles, and no tenure — you don't get status here for having been around. You keep what you kill: results drive promotions, bonuses, and authority.
Everyone here holds absurdly high standards for themselves and the people around them, and the standard keeps going up. Good is never the finish line. If that sounds exhausting, this isn't the right fit. If it sounds like the environment you've been looking for, it's rare that you get it at this scale with this little bureaucracy.

Location: San Francisco
Workplace: Remote
The Role
You'll own a mostly greenfield enterprise territory and have a core focus on generating new logos
New business usually starts with a team already running ClickHouse — open source, or a Cloud account someone expensed — until a bill or a security review pushes the conversation up to the platform team and the budget owner. Common triggers: an Elasticsearch or Splunk bill that's hard to defend, a warehouse that can't serve a customer-facing feature fast enough, an AI product querying tens of billions of rows.
What You Will Be Doing
- Own the full sales cycle for both new and existing accounts in your territory — first conversation through security review, procurement, and close, on Cloud commitments and multi-year committed spend.
- Grow your install base by landing new teams and new use cases inside accounts that already buy from us.
- Own renewals and consumption commitments, working with your Solutions Architect and Support to get ahead of usage and churn risk.
- Watch consumption trends across your accounts and engage early when usage flattens or spikes. Both are signals.
- Find and convert existing ClickHouse usage in new accounts. Unmanaged open-source deployments and self-serve Cloud accounts are the highest-yield source of new pipeline in this segment.
- Multi-thread across the data platform team, the budget owner, security, and the executive sponsor rather than relying on a single champion.
- Work with your Solutions Architect through the technical evaluation. They own the technical win, you own the commercial strategy and the close.
- Run the procurement path: security questionnaires, legal redlines, vendor onboarding, and BYOC or private-deployment requirements.
- Give your champion the internal business case — TCO comparison against the incumbent, migration plan, and risk mitigation.
- Map the remaining teams and use cases in each account and build an expansion plan against them.
- Keep Salesforce accurate and submit a forecast leadership can plan against, across both new business and expansion.
- Participate in the developer community in your territory: meetups, conferences, and events.
What You Bring
- 6+ years selling technical infrastructure to enterprise buyers — databases, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, observability, or developer tooling.
- A track record closing complex deals that went through security review, legal, and procurement.
- Enough technical fluency to hold an architecture conversation. You don't need to write SQL, but you should be able to explain why a company moves a workload off Elasticsearch.
- Experience carrying a hybrid quota — new business alongside expansion and renewal — and the discipline to work both rather than defaulting to whichever is easier that quarter.
- Experience with consumption-based or usage-metered commercial models, where revenue moves with usage between contract events.
- Experience selling into developer-led, bottom-up adoption as well as top-down.
- Ability to orchestrate people who don't report to you — Solutions Architects, executive sponsors, partners, product managers.
- Accurate forecasting, including when the number is bad.

The Role
You'll own a hybrid enterprise territory: existing customers to grow and renew, plus net-new accounts to win.
In the install base, most growth comes from new teams inside an account that already buys from us. One team lands a workload, it works, and four other teams have a similar problem. Your job is finding them early and keeping the commercial relationship in step with the usage, including renewals and consumption commitments.
New business usually starts with a team already running ClickHouse — open source, or a Cloud account someone expensed — until a bill or a security review pushes the conversation up to the platform team and the budget owner. About the Job:
At LaunchDarkly, our Product-Led Growth (PLG) motion is evolving rapidly. We are looking for an experienced, highly analytical, and strategic Senior Growth Marketing Analyst to help us decode the digital body language of our prospects and users.
In this role, you will leverage wide-ranging experience across GTM disciplines to help build, optimize, and scale our PLG engines. Reporting to the Principal Growth Marketer or Director of Growth Marketing, you will resolve complex data and operational issues requiring an in-depth evaluation of variable factors mapping user and account signals across channels, establishing the "next best action" for high-value leads, and optimizing conversion pathways. You will act with a high degree of independence to determine methods and procedures on new assignments, collaborating across Marketing, Product, RevOps, and Data engineering teams to drive function-impacting results.
Responsibilities:
Data & Signal Strategy
Audit, track, and categorize 1st-party, 3rd-party (e.g., 6sense, GitHub), and product/marketing signals across target contacts and enterprise accounts.
Evaluate variable factors and intangible data nuances to distinguish technical practitioner actions (e.g., SDK deployment) from broader enterprise intent (e.g., security evaluations).
Partner cross-functionally with Data Engineering and RevOps to clean, enrich, and continuously source high-intent signal data.
Feed signal combinations, recency, and frequency into predictive models to refine lead routing and account prioritization.
Activation Strategy
Use signal combinations to define the right "next best action" for accounts and individual users based on their segment, ICP fit, and stage (e.g., prospect vs. existing customer).
Map and trigger appropriate activation responses ranging from personalized marketing content to white-glove outreach from Product Advocates or automated handoffs to SDRs and Enterprise AEs.
Operational Motion & Cross-Functional Integration
Act as the primary business lead to cross-functionally implement, refine, and maintain activation workflows across Marketing, Product, Sales Ops, and Data teams.
Apply an understanding of the interrelationships between different disciplines to navigate complex cross-team dependencies and drive strategic alignment.
Help define and iterate on sales-facing tools (such as a "single pane of glass" interface) that surface product affinity, app usage, intent signals, and account fit to enable sales execution.
Maintain structured feedback loops with Product Advocates, SDRs, and sales reps to assess lead quality and continuously refine signal logic.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Experimentation
Analyze and optimize conversion rates across the end-to-end flow—from initial signal capture to activation, handoff, and pipeline generation.
Independently design and run growth experiments (in-product onboarding adjustments, messaging, routing logic) to maximize engagement and move accounts through the buyer journey.
System Administration & Technical Tooling
Manage technical configuration, tracking setups, and ongoing maintenance for core data and analytics platforms (e.g., GA360/GA4, customer data platforms, product analytics).
Maintain rigorous data flow standards and proper tag/tracking setups across web properties, marketing tools, and product analytics environments.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of related experience in growth marketing, marketing analytics, revenue operations, or PLG strategy within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Cross-Disciplinary Expertise: Deep understanding of B2B SaaS growth tactics, PLG motions, marketing technology stacks, and revenue analytics, with a proven ability to bridge Marketing, Sales Ops, Data, and Product management.
Independent Problem Solving: Proven track record of independently determining methods and procedures on complex, ambiguous assignments requiring evaluation of variable factors.
Technical: Hands-on proficiency with web analytics (GA360/GA4), product analytics (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel), CDPs, SQL, and CRM/automation platforms.
Pay:
Target pay ranges based on Geographic Zones* for Level 4:
Zone 1:
San Francisco/Bay Area or NYC Metropolitan Area, Boston, Seattle
-

About the Role
Osano is growing our outbound Business Development team, and we’re looking for BDRs who want to help shape how we build pipeline and connect with prospective customers.
This isn’t a role where success means following a rigid script or sending as many templated sequences as possible. We believe great outbound starts with curiosity, thoughtful research, and genuine conversations. You’ll have the autonomy to experiment with your approach, learn what resonates with our buyers, and bring new ideas to the team.
You’ll own your results while working closely with Sales and the broader GTM organization to build qualified pipeline and help companies understand how Osano can solve their privacy challenges.
What Success Looks Like
You prioritize quality and outcomes
We’re not looking to put every prospect in front of an Account Executive. Great BDRs understand when there’s a real opportunity to help and create conversations that are valuable for both the prospect and Osano.
You will:
Research prospects and accounts thoughtfully before reaching out
Understand a prospect’s business and potential privacy challenges
Qualify for genuine alignment, not simply interest
Take a consultative approach to conversations rather than a transactional one
Create qualified pipeline while being thoughtful about the time of our prospects and AEs
You use AI to work smarter
We want people who are curious about how AI and modern technology can make them better at their craft. You’ll use AI to improve research, personalize outreach, organize information, test ideas, and find more effective ways to connect with prospects, without losing the human element that makes great selling work.
You’re motivated to improve
You set a high bar for yourself and are always looking for ways to get better. You’re open to coaching, willing to experiment, and comfortable learning from both wins and misses. You don’t need someone constantly pushing you to take the next step — you bring that motivation with you.
What You’ll Do
Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting into marketing, compliance, data security, legal, and privacy teams
Research accounts and identify organizations navigating evolving privacy and regulatory requirements
Create personalized, thoughtful outreach across multiple channels
Engage prospects through phone, email, social, and other creative approaches
Understand prospects’ goals and challenges and qualify opportunities before partnering with AEs
Build authentic relationships through curiosity, credibility, and genuine helpfulness
Stay current on privacy trends, regulations, competitors, and Osano’s evolving product suite
Collaborate with Account Executives and the broader GTM team to identify and pursue opportunities
Experiment with messaging, prospecting strategies, AI, and new tools to improve results
Share what you’re learning and help shape our outbound processes, messaging, and playbooks as we continue to grow
What You’ll Bring
A results-driven mindset and an understanding of how consistent prospecting activity translates into pipeline
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Curiosity and the ability to ask thoughtful questions
A willingness to pick up the phone, experiment with different approaches, and learn what works
Resilience and the ability to stay motivated through the ups and downs of outbound sales
Comfort using AI and modern sales technology to work more effectively
A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from others while taking ownership of your own development
Interest in data privacy, compliance, technology, or the broader regulatory landscape, or excitement about becoming an expert
The ability to thrive in a remote environment through proactive communication, organization, and initiative
Previous BDR or sales experience is helpful, but experience level matters less to us than curiosity, coachability, drive, and the ability to connect with people. We’re willing to invest in developing the right person.
Why Osano
Join a collaborative, curious, and fast-moving team where your ideas and contributions matter
Work for a certified B Corporation with a mission centered on doing well by doing good and making privacy accessible
Build expertise in a growing and evolving industry
Develop your sales skills through training, coaching, and clearly defined opportunities for career growth
Gain exposure to multiple areas of the business and work closely with experienced GTM leaders
Help shape how Osano approaches outbound as we continue to grow
Benefits
Competitive compensation and ownership interest/equity
Unlimited paid time off, with a requirement to take at least two weeks off each year
Paid parental leave for all new parents
Osano sponsors 100% of individual premiums and 50% of dependent premiums for Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance through Aetna
A fully and permanently remote company, allowing you to work from anywhere in the U.S.
A MacBook and $600 to help build your home workspace
An annual company trip focused on connection, collaboration, and fun
Mental health benefits, including access to mindfulness and talk therapy services
A Bit More About Osano
Osano is a leading data privacy platform that helps organizations quickly and confidently comply with laws like GDPR, CCPA, and other global privacy regulations. From consent management to vendor risk monitoring, Osano makes complex privacy tasks refreshingly simple, so companies can focus on what they do best, while we handle the rest.
We’re backed by top-tier investors including Baird Capital, Jump Capital, and LiveOak, and we’re scaling fast with a multi-year runway and ambitious growth plans. We’ve also been recognized as a Great Place to Work for four years running, with 97% of employees saying Osano is a great place to work.
As we grow, we're looking for individuals who lean into modern technologies and smarter systems to drive efficiency, clarity, and speed; both in our product and in how we operate. If you're excited by the idea of helping build a high-growth, privacy-first company that embraces thoughtful automation, emerging tech, and intentional collaboration, we’d love to hear from you.
Osano is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, marital status, genetic information, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.

We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Growth Manager to own performance and lifecycle marketing for our active trader and crypto business. This role runs the programs that grow our self-directed trading and crypto segment - acquiring high-intent traders and crypto investors through the channels they live in, converting them into funded active traders, and deepening engagement through lifecycle across the trades, products, and benefits that drive volume and revenue.
You'll own paid media and lifecycle end-to-end, from media buys on trader and crypto-native channels through in-app journeys that turn a new account into an active, funded trader. You'll partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, Lifecycle, Sales/BDR, and Analytics; operate with a high degree of day-to-day autonomy; and be accountable for funded active-trader and crypto engagement outcomes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own active trader and crypto demand generation across the channels traders and crypto investors live in — paid social (X/Twitter, Cashtags), trading platforms (TradingView), finance and crypto media (Yahoo Finance), trading and crypto newsletters, SEM, and influencers/community — measured through to funded accounts and sustained trading activity, not clicks.
- Own the media buys end to end — plan and manage budgets, negotiate placements and rates with vendors, run creative and landing-page testing, and diagnose what's working (reactivation vs. acquisition, channel vs. landing page) rather than just reporting spend.
- Own the trader and crypto lifecycle alongside Lifecycle and Product — activation, first-trade, funding, and "nearly active" re-engagement journeys across Braze content cards, AT status screens, and rewards. Bring performance and LCM best practices to how these journeys are built, even where you're not hands-on-keyboard for every send.
- Drive go-to-market for active trader and crypto products and benefits — options, futures, margin, USD, and crypto (spread pricing, coin selection, staking) — coordinating paid, lifecycle, web, and product surfaces into a single launch, and owning the brief end to end.
- Build and maintain clear reporting across the trader and crypto funnel — first touch through sign-up, funding, first trade, and retained trading value. Partner with Analytics on incrementality and true lift, and make clear recommendations on where to double down, test, or pull back.
- Run a consistent testing cadence across creative, audiences, offers, and landing pages, and turn what you learn into repeatable programs.
- Actively embed AI tools into performance and lifecycle workflows — creative and copy iteration, audience research, landing page iteration, and campaign experimentation.
- Contribute to the quarterly plan alongside other Growth leads, then own delivery against it.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 4–6 years in performance marketing, growth, or lifecycle marketing with a track record of generating high-quality consumer demand and optimizing it through to downstream value.
- Deep hands-on experience in paid media — you've owned budgets and managed campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, X, YouTube, or programmatic, negotiated with vendors, and optimized for downstream value rather than cost per click.
- Lifecycle marketing depth — you've built or owned activation, onboarding, nurture, or re-engagement journeys and understand how lifecycle compounds the demand you generate. Hands-on with a lifecycle platform (Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, or similar) is strongly preferred; at minimum you bring the best practices and can direct the work.
- Experience marketing to engaged, high-intent audiences who know the product and compare it closely to alternatives — you understand how messaging, channel mix, and creative shift for that kind of buyer.
- Strong cross-functional partnering — you've worked closely with Product and Analytics (segment definitions, funnel diagnosis, incrementality) and Product Marketing (messaging, GTM briefs), and made those relationships an advantage.
- A demonstrated habit of using AI to accelerate your work — creative at scale, research and enrichment workflows, faster insight from data. You treat AI as a core part of how you work.
- Analytical mindset — you use data to diagnose funnel problems, prioritize opportunities, and recommend change, not just report on results.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Personal or professional familiarity with self-directed investing, active trading, or crypto — options, margin, futures, high-frequency trading, or digital assets — and the platforms and communities traders live in (X/FinTwit, TradingView, trading and crypto newsletters, YouTube).
- Experience running go-to-market for a product or benefit launch across paid, lifecycle, and product surfaces.
- Experience in consumer fintech, investing, brokerage, trading, or crypto platforms.

We don't expect you to have all the answers, but we do expect curiosity and a willingness to evolve alongside the products we're building.
Inclusion Statement: We're building products for a diverse world, and we need a diverse team to do it well. We strongly encourage applications from everyone, regardless of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, or disability status.
Accessibility Statement: We're committed to an accessible hiring experience. If you need any accommodations throughout the interview process, please let us know — we'll work with you to make sure you have what you need. We also welcome any feedback on how we can better accommodate candidates with accessibility needs.
AI in Hiring: We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of our hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our team but don't replace human judgment – all final hiring decisions are made by people. If you have questions about how your data is used, reach out to us.
