Who You Are:
Galaxy Digital is seeking a Site Development Associate to support data center development activities in and around Waco, Texas. This role is responsible for advancing sites through entitlement and permitting, building and maintaining relationships with municipal and county officials, negotiating with landowners, and coordinating with utilities — all in support of the company's data center development pipeline. This is a hands-on, field-facing role for someone who has been through at least one real estate development from land acquisition to entitlement and is excited to apply that experience to the data center industry.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and support site entitlement efforts, including zoning, platting, land use approvals, and other local governmental approvals required to advance data center sites.
Serve as the company's primary point of contact with municipalities, counties, city councils, county commissioners, and other public officials on assigned projects.
Build and maintain working relationships with mayors, city managers, county judges, and municipal/county staff.
Prepare and deliver presentations to city councils, commissioners' courts, planning and zoning boards, and other public bodies.
Identify, evaluate, and help acquire permits required for site development, including building permits and entrance/access permits, and coordinate with public works and TxDOT/county road authorities as needed.
Coordinate with utility providers (power, water, wastewater, gas, telecom/fiber) to confirm capacity, service availability, and extension requirements for prospective sites.
Support land acquisition efforts, including sourcing prospective sites, negotiating with landowners, and structuring purchase and option agreements.
Apply working knowledge of Texas oil, gas, and mineral rights to identify and help resolve mineral, surface, and lease issues affecting site control.
Understand and help manage the basics of real estate contracts, title work, and the closing process, coordinating with legal counsel, title companies, and surveyors as needed.
Understand the basics of handling claims that may arise during due diligence, construction, or site development (e.g., title, boundary, or contractor-related claims), and know when and how to escalate them internally.
Communicate regularly and clearly with internal stakeholders — leadership, legal, engineering, and construction teams — on project status, risks, and timelines.
Develop working knowledge of data center development requirements (power, fiber, water, site criteria) and apply that knowledge to site selection and entitlement strategy.
Travel within the Lubbock region and broader Texas market as needed to support site visits, public meetings, and landowner negotiations.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in real estate development, with direct involvement in at least one completed development project from acquisition through entitlement (commercial or residential); OR equivalent experience as a landman.
Demonstrated experience entitling property and working directly with municipalities, city councils, county commissioners, or other public officials.
Comfortable and experienced presenting to public bodies, boards, and internal leadership.
Working understanding of Texas oil, gas, and mineral rights and how they can affect a real estate transaction or site.
Basic understanding of real estate purchase contracts, title, and the closing process.
Experience negotiating with landowners and/or sellers in a land acquisition context.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally to external officials and internal stakeholders alike.
Willingness and genuine interest in learning the fundamentals of data center development.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally and regionally as needed.
Bonus Points:
Commercial real estate development experience strongly preferred over residential.
Prior experience acquiring or coordinating utility, building, or entrance permits.
Existing relationships with officials or staff in Waco and surrounding municipalities/counties.
Familiarity with the basics of handling title, boundary, or construction-related claims.
Background in energy, land, or infrastructure-related real estate (landman, oil & gas land experience, utility right-of-way, etc.).
NOTE:
This position is based in Waco, Texas, with regular local travel and periodic travel elsewhere in Texas to support site visits, public meetings, and landowner negotiations.

Sensor Tower’s insights are trusted by more than 2,500 enterprises worldwide across tech, retail/commerce, entertainment/media, gaming, consumer packaged goods and finance.
Role Summary:
As a Frontend Engineer at Sensor Tower, you will not only build features, you will define how we build them. You will take ownership of major technical components, ensuring our applications are scalable, maintainable, and fast. In our lean and flat organization, your voice will shape the technical direction of our product, helping us deliver an intuitive, fluid user experience that helps our customers understand the digital ecosystem.
Fulfill your potential with us:
- Architect and deliver complex, scalable frontend systems that are simple and effective, removing unnecessary complexity from our codebase.
- You will partner with Product Managers to co-author requirements and shape the scope, ensuring engineering feasibility is considered during ideation, not just execution.
- Lead technical decision-making for medium-to-large scoped features, taking responsibility for the successful delivery of value to the customer, not just the completion of tickets.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and by instilling quality-first habits across the team.
- Take ownership of the frontend stack by proactively identifying bottlenecks, technical debt, or systemic issues and driving the initiatives to fix them.
- Advocate for and drive best practices in React, TypeScript, and web performance optimization across the engineering organization.
- Collaborate deeply with Data Science and Backend Engineers to ensure seamless data flow and end-to-end system reliability, and use these partnerships to progressively expand your expertise across the full stack.
What we are interested in:
- 4+ years of software engineering experience with a deep specialization in modern JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
- Proven ability to architect complex state management. While our stack relies on TanStack Query, React Router and Zustand, we value engineers who understand the principles and can adapt expertise from other libraries like Redux, MobX, NextJS.
- You can design systems that handle complexity without becoming complicated, prioritizing long-term maintainability.
- Experience elevating the skills of peers. You don't just review their code; you teach patterns and best practices.
- Competence in writing robust and efficient unit and integration tests using frameworks like Jest or Playwright.
- Deep understanding of web performance, browser internals, and optimization techniques for data-heavy applications.
- A "Product Owner" mindset. You care deeply about the "why" behind every feature, viewing code as a tool to solve real user problems. You are comfortable pushing back on requirements and proposing alternative solutions that drive better business outcomes and user experiences.
Extra Credit:
- Experience in data visualization and analytics (handling large datasets, heavy DOM manipulation with libraries like Highcharts).
- A portfolio, GitHub history, or technical writing that demonstrates clean code, an eye for design, and the ability to solve complex architectural challenges.
- Familiarity with back end frameworks Ruby on Rails/Angular and different types of DBs (Clickhouse, Mongo, Postgres)

Are you interested in solving the puzzle of creating efficient and scalable high-level financial structures rather than just preparing documentation? Do you enjoy being a liaison between corporate finance and local government?
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
Our Finance team keeps JetBrains' global operations running smoothly so our product teams can focus on what they do best: building great tools. As we continue to grow and expand our international presence, managing the financial integrity of our holding structures becomes increasingly complex.
In this role, you will take full ownership of our holding-level accounting activities, ensuring statutory compliance, flawless month-end closes, and reliable group reporting. You will act as the key technical anchor for holding-company accounting, working closely with tax, treasury, and controlling teams, as well as external auditors. This is a chance to shape and scale our financial processes, turning complex transactions into structured, transparent workflows that support JetBrains' long-term growth.
Day to day, you will:
Lead and coordinate holding-level accounting activities, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes.
Prepare and review statutory financial statements and supporting documentation for holding entities.
Ensure complete compliance with local statutory accounting and Dutch reporting requirements.
Partner with the Controlling team to guide external auditors, advisors, and service providers through statutory reporting and audit cycles.
Analyze complex accounting matters, document key technical positions, and align accounting policies across holding entities.
Prepare reconciliations, journals, balance sheet reviews, and closing documentation for holding companies.
Monitor intercompany balances and lead intercompany accounting alignment and eliminations.
Improve finance workflows, internal controls, and reporting systems to help our accounting processes scale.
What you’ll bring
A high level of ownership, reliability, and extreme attention to detail.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, looking at changing environments as puzzles to solve, not obstacles.
Strong logical reasoning and the ability to explain complex accounting treatments clearly.
The independence to structure your own work, manage deadlines, and balance multiple priorities.
A collaborative mindset, with the ability to build trust and work effectively across diverse, international teams.
A focus on quality over quick fixes, valuing long-term system scalability and clean documentation.
What you’ll need
5–7 years of progressive experience in accounting, with substantial exposure to holding-company accounting.
Working knowledge of corporate income tax accounting and reporting, with experience supporting corporate income tax compliance, together with internal tax teams or external advisors.
Deep, practical knowledge of general ledger accounting, holding structures, and statutory reporting.
Strong understanding of Dutch statutory compliance requirements and accounting principles.
Proven experience preparing or coordinating statutory financial statements for legal entities in an international environment.
Solid experience operating within ERP-based systems (such as NetSuite) and managing complex spreadsheet analyses.
Fluent communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with global team members.
What success looks like
First 3 months:
You will get familiar with our global holding structure and ERP setup, successfully taking ownership of your first month-end close cycle for holding entities.
First 6 months:
You will lead the preparation of statutory financial statements, establish a smooth operating rhythm with external auditors, and proactively identify areas where our intercompany reconciliations can be streamlined.
Long term:
You will help raise the bar for our financial governance, standardizing our holding-level accounting processes to make them highly transparent, automated, and scalable.

About the role:
We're looking for an experienced, driven Senior Strategic Account Executive to drive ElevenLabs' growth across Poland's largest enterprises, with a specific focus on Financial Services. Our ideal candidate has a well-established network and a proven track record of selling to C-level and senior decision-makers at major Polish financial institutions — and is passionate about the transformative possibilities of AI voice technology.
In this role you'll act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, enabling clients to leverage our industry-leading models and ElevenAgents — our end-to-end platform for building and deploying AI voice agents — to reimagine their customer experience, internal workflows, and monetization strategies.
In this role you will:
1. Build and manage a growing portfolio of strategic accounts across Poland, with a primary focus on Financial Services & Insurance, to help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals.
2. Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs' conversational AI capabilities, including ElevenAgents, can drive customer engagement, contact center automation, and operational efficiency for financial services institutions.
3. Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, building compelling business cases that translate AI voice technology into measurable business value for senior executives and economic buyers.
4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends, particularly as they apply to regulated Polish financial services organizations.
5. Demonstrate expertise, or a strong willingness to learn, about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs' voice technology can unlock value across customer support, virtual agents, IVR modernization, and in-app assistants.
6. Develop and execute account strategies to expand ElevenLabs' presence within the Polish financial services sector, navigating complex procurement and organizational structures.
7. Partner closely with Customer Success, FDEs and Solutions Engineering to ensure smooth onboarding, deployment, and expansion of accounts.
8. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, educating C-suite and senior operations leaders on emerging trends in generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents.
Requirements
1. 7+ years of quota-carrying strategic sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms.
2. Proven success closing deals and managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders across business, IT, legal, and procurement.
3. Well-connected in the Polish financial services landscape, with an existing network of senior individuals and strong executive presence and ability to build relationships at the C-suite and board level.
4. Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders; ability to translate complex technology into business value.
5. Deep understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in Poland, with the ability to accelerate deal velocity within complex organizational structures.
6. Comfort operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment, including building new playbooks and iterating quickly.
7. Passion for voice and audio AI and how it can unlock transformative value for customers.
8. A hybrid of customer and product-driven mentality that prioritizes client satisfaction and scale.
9. Native or full professional proficiency in Polish; strong English for internal collaboration.
