- Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation
That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build n8n's Deal Desk function from scratch, AI- and automation-first: intake, approval workflow, and pricing guardrails.
- Advise Sales on deal structure and pricing to protect margin without slowing down the sales cycle.
- Maintain a simple set of discount and pricing rules that Sales can apply on their own, without escalating every deal.
- Run a monthly and quarterly deal war room to keep deal velocity high, especially around month-end and quarter-end close.
- Handle contract redlines and non-standard terms directly, keeping most negotiations out of Legal's hands.
- Build a redline clause library of accepted and rejected language, so AI can suggest fallback terms on routine deals.
- Automate approvals and quoting in CPQ, and use AI to triage incoming requests and flag which deal changes actually need re-approval.
- Own Salesforce data quality and executed-contract hygiene for every deal.
- Support Customer Success on non-standard renewal and expansion structuring.
- Coordinate security and compliance requests (DPA, SOC 2, security addenda) between Sales, Security, and Legal.
- Report monthly on deal desk performance: cycle time, discounting, and exceptions.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 📈 Deal desk knowledge: You have in-depth experience developing and operating a deal desk function, not just executing a process someone else fully designed.
- 📐 SaaS commercial fluency: You have a strong understanding of SaaS pricing models, revenue recognition and ARR reporting principles, and enterprise contract structures.
- ⚖️ Contract negotiation and redlining: You can negotiate and redline order-form-level terms directly with a customer and know when to involve Legal.
- 🛠️ CPQ/ Salesforce hands-on: You've configured and operated both a CPQ and Salesforce yourself, not just used what someone else set up.
- 🤖 AI-native working style: You default to AI and automation in your own work, with concrete examples of deal or approval workflows you've automated.
- 🤝 Stakeholder management: You have outstanding communication skills and can influence and manage complex stakeholders such as Sales, Legal, RevOps, and Finance.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🏗️ 0-to-1 builder: You've spun up a deal desk or similar function from the ground up, defining the underlying processes and policies yourself.
- 🔧 Modern CPQ/billing exposure: You've worked with Salesforce CPQ or modern platforms like Hyperline or Solvimon.
- 🧩 Product curiosity: You're curious about n8n and ideally have already successfully built a workflow.
n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
We can sponsor visas to Germany; for any other country, you need to have existing right to work.
Our company language is English.

About Flosum
Flosum is a leading Salesforce-native DevOps platform that enables enterprises to manage and accelerate their Salesforce development lifecycle with security, compliance, and efficiency at scale. Built entirely on Salesforce, Flosum empowers teams to streamline releases, improve governance, and drive faster innovation.
Role Overview
We're looking for a driven, relationship-first Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts. You'll be the primary point of contact for a set of high-value customers — responsible for renewal, expansion, and long-term success. You'll partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure our customers see measurable impact from our platform and grow with us over time.
Requirements
Own a portfolio of accounts, managing the post-sale lifecycle including QBRs, renewals, and expansions.
Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships across economic buyers, executives, and champions within each account.
Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and drive net revenue retention above 120%.
Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure product adoption, time-to-value, and health scores are on track and gross revenue retention above 93%.
Lead executive business reviews and translate platform data into business-relevant insights for C-suite stakeholders.
Forecast renewal and expansion revenue accurately in Salesforce on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Serve as the voice of the customer internally — surfacing product feedback, risks, and opportunities to Product and Leadership.
Navigate complex contract negotiations and procurement cycles with legal and finance stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
6+ years in Account Management, Sales, or a quota-carrying role in B2B SaaS
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding GRR, NRR, upsell, and renewal targets on enterprise accounts ($100K+ ACV).
Strong executive presence — comfortable engaging VP and C-level stakeholders in strategic conversations.
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts with long sales cycles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build trusted advisor relationships.
Strong commercial acumen — able to construct ROI narratives and business cases for expansion.
Experience working with SaaS platforms, preferably in the Salesforce ecosystem
Strong understanding of Salesforce (Admin, DevOps, or development lifecycle concepts preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools or release management processes
Familiarity with CI/CD, version control, or agile development practices
Background working with enterprise customers
Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, etc.)
Location: San Francisco
Perplexity is seeking an Enterprise Product Growth Manager to own the full nurture and engagement engine for our enterprise and business buyers — from the first outbound touch through closed-won and into expansion. You will partner closely with Demand Generation, Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to move accounts through every stage of the funnel, and you will build the AI-native tooling that makes those programs run.
We are not looking for someone to operate yesterday's marketing stack. If you are the kind of marketer who writes their own SQL, prototypes their own agents, and treats every flow as something to automate rather than execute by hand — this role was written for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and own Perplexity's end-to-end enterprise lifecycle user states — outbound nurture, MQL-to-SQL conversion, opportunity acceleration, post-sale activation, expansion, and renewal — with direct accountability for pipeline created, pipeline progressed, and revenue retained.
- Build and operate AI-native lifecycle tooling — agents that segment audiences from the warehouse, personalize copy at the account and persona level, choose channel and send time, QA before send, and read out results — replacing manual work in our stack wherever it appears.
- Design and run multi-channel nurture across email, in-product, notifications, Slack, and emerging surfaces, tailored to enterprise personas with content tied to where each account sits in the funnel.
- Partner with Demand Generation and Sales on top-of-funnel outbound: turn cold and intent-signaled accounts into engaged conversations, and instrument the handoffs that move them to opportunity.
- Own post-sale lifecycle: admin onboarding, end-user activation, feature adoption, at-risk intervention, and expansion plays that grow seats and ARR inside existing accounts.
- Run every program as an experiment. Define the hypothesis, the control, the primary metric, and the readout. Kill what doesn't work, double down on what does.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 7+ years in product growth, lifecycle, or growth marketing at a fast-paced startup, with a proven track record of moving activation, retention, and revenue metrics — including enterprise pipeline.
- Experience owning growth end-to-end across the full user journey — from first touch and activation through expansion, monetization, and win-back. You've built growth loops and lifecycle programs that turn signups into engaged users and engaged users into revenue.
- Deep understanding of audience segmentation. You think natively in personas, behavioral triggers, lifecycle stages, and product signals, and you know how to translate that into journeys, experiments, and in-product experiences that actually convert.
- Great taste. You know how to craft copy and experiences that resonate across email, push, and in-product surfaces — for end users, admins, and executives alike — and you can tell the difference between a polished experience and a generic one at a glance.
- Experience and deep interest in building homegrown AI-driven growth engines — programmatic personalization, agentic workflows, and rapid experimentation platforms to scale yourself.
- Builder mentality toward tooling. You don't just operate the modern growth stack (Omni, HubSpot, Loops, Intercom, or equivalents) — you extend it. You've built your own internal tools, scripts, and automated systems to close gaps off-the-shelf software can't, and you'd rather automate a workflow than run it manually twice.
- Comfortable with SQL. You can pull your own cohorts, validate your own segments, and read a dashboard without waiting on a data analyst.
- Operates at high velocity. You ship daily, iterate weekly, and thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments where processes are still being defined. Urgency is a default setting, not a mode you switch into.

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.

Lead implementations of new client eligibility and claims data integration feeds
Own maintenance and improvement of existing eligibility and claims data integration feeds

Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal tools, documentation, and processes
The ideal candidate has:
Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and a drive for root-cause problem solving
0 - 5 years of experience with healthcare data, including eligibility and claims file formats (e.g., EDI 834, 837, custom flat files)
Familiarity with data integration protocols such as SFTP, encryption standards (e.g., PGP), and file transformation/mapping
Strong communication skills with experience working cross-functionally and externally with partners
A proactive, collaborative approach and a willingness to get hands-on with complex work
Passion for transforming healthcare and improving outcomes for members and clients
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
Please note: we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
What you'll get here:
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Lead Billing Data Analyst (Billing, Payments & Subscription Analytics) to own the data strategy behind our subscription billing operations. This is a hands-on leadership role: you’ll build analyses and pipelines that improve billing performance, while also managing and mentoring a team of analysts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
ANALYTICS & TECHNICAL WORK
- Monitor, analyze, and report on billing and support performance metrics (payments, renewals, refunds, disputes/chargebacks), and surface emerging trends.
- Build and maintain data pipelines that deliver accurate, timely, and reliable billing data.
- Apply statistical methods to model scenarios, run “what-if” analyses, and anticipate financial risk.
- Design and run A/B tests and experiments to evaluate billing and support initiatives.
- Analyze the impact of product, marketing, and pricing changes on billing outcomes, risk behavior, and customer support metrics.
- Build and maintain dashboards and visual reporting that provide clear, real-time visibility into billing health and support performance.
- Turn insights into recommendations that reduce disputes, churn, and operational inefficiencies.
- Document analyses, workflows, definitions, and data logic to ensure clarity, reproducibility, and consistency.
LEADERSHIP & COLLABORATION
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data analysts: set expectations, coach on methodology, and ensure high-quality output.
- Own the team’s intake and prioritization process; manage task flow and delivery timelines against business needs.
- Uplevel the team’s billing domain knowledge and analytical/technical skills.
- Partner cross-functionally with Billing, Support, Finance, Product, and Marketing to align metrics, definitions, and processes with risk-mitigation goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Deep subscription billing expertise: substantial experience with payments, renewals, refunds, disputes/chargebacks/TC40 in a recurring-revenue business (non-negotiable).
- Advanced SQL: complex joins, window functions, incremental logic, and performance-aware query writing.
- Data visualization: proficiency with Omni, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to build dashboards and communicate insights clearly.
- People leadership: experience setting priorities, distributing work, reviewing output, and being accountable for a team’s results.
- Statistical & analytical rigor: forecasting, experiment design, and translating ambiguous business questions into structured analysis.
- Billing platforms / processors: familiarity with tools such as Stripe, Braintree, Nuvei, or similar.
- Strong communication: ability to explain complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Cross-functional collaboration: track record of influencing decisions with data across multiple departments.
NICE TO HAVE
- Python and/or modern analytics tooling (dbt, Airflow, or similar).
- Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines for billing or financial data.
- Risk analysis or fraud-adjacent experience in billing contexts.
- Advanced visualization techniques (cohorts, funnels, anomaly detection dashboards).
