We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a Senior Technical Recruiter role built for someone who can move fluidly across our R&D disciplines (Engineering, Data Science, Security, and Platform Engineering), whatever's most critical that week. You won't be boxed into one team or one specialty. One day you're closing a Staff Software Developer, the next you're deep in a Security loop, the next you're building pipeline for a Data Science search that hasn't opened yet. If you thrive on variety and can context-switch without losing quality, this is your seat.
You build pipelines before roles even open, partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, and run hiring processes that are fast, sharp, and never compromise on talent. You set the tone. You keep momentum. You get it done.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Full-cycle recruiting across all of R&D - any team, any level, any complexity.
- Proactive pipeline building in niche, hard-to-fill technical spaces before a req exists, not after.
- Hiring strategy that actually moves the needle by partnering closely with Hiring Managers, HRBPs, and Finance on headcount, prioritization, and market reality.
- AI-forward sourcing and workflow using modern tooling to move faster, without losing the human touch candidates remember.
- Data-driven funnel management - tracking KPIs, catching risk early, and using signal (not gut feel) to sharpen strategy.
- Interview loops, debriefs, and closes run with clarity and care because every step counts.
- Coaching and raising the bar for junior recruiters and the broader team's hiring craft.
- Process and tooling improvements that scale, you don't just work in the system, you come up with ideas that make it better.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with a track record of closing complex, senior, or niche searches independently.
- Hands-on Ashby experience is required, you’re comfortable using the platform and it's not just "an ATS”.
- Genuine versatility - proven ability to pivot across multiple technical domains (not just one specialty) without dropping quality or pace.
- Fluency with modern sourcing platforms and AI tooling, and a test-and-learn mindset to keep improving how you use them.
- The judgment to navigate ambiguity, calibrate hiring bars, and the confidence to push back when something doesn't add up.
- A talent for relationship-building; candidates and hiring managers trust you because you earn it, not because of a title.
WHO YOU ARE
- Hungry, proactive, and resourceful, you embody our values, not just recite them.
- Naturally curious about markets, talent pools, and what's changing in tech hiring.
- Adaptable, able to pivot quickly, change is fuel for you, not friction.
- Organized enough to run multiple complex searches at once without anything falling through the cracks.

An overview of this role
As the Senior People Business Partner, Engineering, you'll be a strategic partner to senior Engineering leaders, including VPs and Senior Directors, helping them navigate change, mature their organizations, and build a healthy, high-performance culture. You'll focus on Engineering-specific challenges such as evolving job architecture and leveling, supporting executive leadership transitions, and driving consistency in how we develop, calibrate, and grow Engineering talent across distributed teams. In this role, you'll work globally, with a particular focus on supporting leaders across regions, and help make complex transformations clear and manageable for leaders and their teams.
You'll report into the PBP organization and work closely with peers across the team, including current and former Engineering PBPs, to shape how GitLab's Engineering function operates as we continue to grow. You'll be expected to build trust quickly with senior Engineering leaders, contribute to Engineering-wide processes such as calibrations and offsites, and help bring cohesion to a leadership team that includes both tenured GitLab team members and newer leaders. This role is a good fit if you enjoy a fast-paced tech environment, are comfortable with ambiguity and change, and want to make a visible impact on how Engineering teams are structured, supported, and set up to deliver results.
What You’ll Do
Partner with senior Engineering leaders, including VPs and Senior Directors, to understand their organizations, priorities, and challenges, and translate these into clear people and business priorities.
Drive and support job architecture changes in Engineering, including the introduction of new levels, to help leaders adopt and mature consistent role expectations and career paths.
Lead and facilitate key Engineering people processes, such as calibrations, in close partnership with the PBP team and cross-functional partners such as Talent Management.
Advise and coach Engineering leaders on topics such as organization design, change management, and navigating global teams, including regional considerations in EMEA.
Work closely with other PBPs and Talent partners to share insights, align on approaches, and provide a consistent, high-quality experience for Engineering leaders and their teams.
Use data and qualitative feedback to identify trends in the Engineering organization and recommend actions that improve effectiveness, engagement, and performance.
Support the planning and execution of Engineering offsites and other key forums so leaders can align on priorities, make decisions, and move work forward efficiently.
Drive key talent initiatives aligned with business outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
Experience as a People Business Partner or in a similar role supporting Engineering or technical organizations, ideally in a fast-paced tech environment of comparable size and complexity.
A track record of partnering with senior leaders, including Senior Directors and VPs, building trusted relationships, influencing decisions, and providing clear, data-informed guidance.
Experience supporting globally distributed teams, including working across multiple regions and time zones and navigating regional differences such as those in EMEA.
Demonstrated ability to help organizations navigate through change or transformation, such as job architecture updates, leadership transitions, or shifts in team structure and culture, while balancing strategic work such as organizational design, leadership effectiveness, and culture initiatives with hands-on execution of core People processes.
Strong coaching, communication and collaboration skills, including working asynchronously and partnering cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and other People teams.
Openness to learning GitLab's ways of working and applying transferable experience from related domains, such as Product or IT, while developing a deeper understanding of Engineering needs.
Strong business acumen.
About the team
The Engineering People Business Partner (PBP) team supports GitLab's Engineering teams globally to build a high-performing, scalable, and globally distributed organization. You'll partner closely with senior leaders whose teams are based across the US and EMEA. You'll also collaborate asynchronously with other PBPs, Talent Management, and cross-functional partners to support organization design, performance and calibration processes, and ongoing culture and leadership development. The team is focused on maturing Engineering's people practices, creating cohesion across leaders at different stages in their GitLab journey, and helping the organization navigate major transformations in structure, ways of working, and leadership.
You can expect quarterly travel for Engineering and PBP offsites and collaborative forums. This role also requires significant working-hours overlap with US Central or East Coast time zones to support the team's global operations. How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a brand new Adoption Strategist role sitting at the intersection of adoption, enablement, scaled programs, and product expertise so we expect the scope to evolve and want someone excited to build as it does. You'll design and run the programs - onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, workshops, adoption playbooks - that drive corporate and mid-market customers to activate their core use case and expand into new ones. Everything you build has to scale across a high-volume book, not be custom to one account. You'll need deep product fluency - enough to be the most credible voice in the room on how to use the product well - without ever owning an account or its technical implementation directly. This is a builder role for someone extremely analytical, comfortable running live enablement at scale, and already advanced with AI tools to automate the systems behind it.
Since this is a new role, we expect the scope to evolve over time - being adaptable and excited to build is a core part of being successful here. Focus areas include, but aren't limited to:
- Drive strong adoption by building and delivering scalable enablement and activation programs that educate customers on best practices, and get them to time-to-value quickly on their core use case
- Develop deep product expertise across the entire ElevenLabs platform, with a focus on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative - you're a product expert on our existing product and you're constantly the first to learn new products coming to market
- Proactively audit customers' agent prompts, configurations, and feature setup to identify gaps, and share recommendations as a value-add service that drives deeper adoption
- Track and drive key leading and lagging adoption metrics, partnering with Revenue Operations to iterate on our reporting capabilities, and use those trends to develop data-driven adoption strategies and playbooks across the customer base in region
- Partner with Account Management and CX to deliver targeted adoption and enablement campaigns, including regional live workshops and webinars, based on opportunities or new product releases
- Engage with external implementation partner and internal teams to help unify adoption strategy across the customer journey (e.g., Solutions Engineering, GTM, Customer Experience, Product Marketing and Engineering)
- Partner with leadership on high-impact initiatives that support the local GTM team and global results
REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years in adoption, customer/partner enablement, digital CS programs, enterprise growth or similar role at an AI-native or highly technical company with a large, low-touch book
- Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
- A track record of building adoption focused programs from the ground up: onboarding tracks, scaled adoption playbooks, self-serve content, and more
- You think in systems but are creative: you're always asking "how do we scale or automate this," and building automations and workflows with AI tools is ingrained in how you work
- Extremely analytical: you identify trends easily and use them to close gaps, surface opportunities or standardize best practices. You also identify data points that aren't yet tracked but would uncover new insights and change strategy
- Comfortable driving cross-functional outcomes without direct authority, working effectively with Account Management, FDE, RevOps, and GTM to move adoption forward
- Experience managing a high-volume book of business at scale, mid-market or commercial segment
- Language Requirements - must be proficient in English.
GROWTH POTENTIAL
We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:
- Growth Roles - Regional Adoption Lead
- Other teams: Account Management, Digital CX or Deployment Strategist
LOCATION
This is a remote-first role. Candidates must be based in North America.
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

About the role
We’re hiring our first Product Enablement specialist. You will join the Product & Technical Enablement team and help our go-to-market teams get ready for every product launch, across Agents, APIs, and Creative.
You will support our global go-to-market teams. Your mission: help sellers understand, demo, and sell each new launch with confidence, with preparation that starts well before launch day.
What sets this role apart: we’re looking for someone who knows our products well enough to demo them and sell them. You have used agents, APIs, or creative tools hands-on, and you can explain how they work and why they matter to customers. You blend that with sales, solutions engineering, or product marketing experience, so you can teach sellers how to use a product, how to demo it, and how to pitch it.
This role sits within GTM Enablement and reports to the Product & Technical Enablement Lead. You will work in close partnership with:
- Product marketing and engineering teams (keeping content accurate as the platform ships)
- GTM enablement (aligning on shared onboarding infrastructure)
You will support product enablement for our go-to-market teams across Agents, APIs, and Creative, with the most day-to-day focus on API and Creative launches. This is a full-stack role on a lean team: you’ll build content, deliver training, design practice environments, and flex across products as needed.
What you’ll do
- Support new product launches: get an early heads-up from product marketing, research, and engineering, follow releases from alpha through GA, and have training ready before launch day, not the week of
- Build launch workshops: go beyond what shipped and why it matters, with hands-on workshops on how to use the product, how to demo it, and how to pitch the value
- Support competitive enablement: turn product marketing battlecards into trainings, simulations, and demo workshops, so sellers can answer parity, differentiation, and value questions with confidence
- Support product certification: help define what “product certified” means for GTM teams, and build the playbooks and training content that raise product confidence across the whole field, not only new hires
- Support everboarding and onboarding: keep training tied to new releases and capabilities, and keep content current as products ship
- Craft realistic practice environments: demo certifications, role-play scenarios, and customer simulations with scored feedback, built on our own agent technology
- Operate AI-natively: use ElevenLabs’ own voice and agent technology to build training and practice environments; default to AI tools to build faster, and teach others to do the same
- Measure what matters: define and track the percent of sellers certified within 2 weeks of GA, demo and pitch quality scores, and win rate and stage progression against named competitors, and use the data to improve each launch
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who knows our products well and can teach sellers to demo and sell them. You’ll thrive here if you:
- Have 4-7+ years as an enterprise seller or solutions engineer, or as a seller who moved into product marketing or enablement, at a SaaS, platform, or API-first company
- Are hands-on with agents, APIs, or creative tools, and understand at a conceptual level how they work
- Have demoed and pitched technical products to customers, and can explain the value, not only the features
- Have a track record of teaching, mentoring, or building training, in addition to your customer-facing work
- Are comfortable building a program from scratch, with no playbook to inherit
- Have credibility with sellers, built from time in the seat or supporting sellers directly, and work well with product marketing, research, and engineering teams
- Communicate clearly and can adapt product material for different audiences without diluting it
Bonus
- Experience at a high-growth AI/ML, developer tools, or API-first company
- Background in voice AI, conversational AI, or contact center technology
- Vertical depth in financial services, healthcare, telecom or CCaaS, or at other AI companies
- Hands-on experience with competing voice and agent platforms
- Experience running workshops or labs for sellers or customers
- Experience building role-play, simulation, or demo practice environments

Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.

- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.

- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
About the role
We’re hiring a Sales Execution & NA Enablement Lead to raise how our enterprise sellers plan, pursue, and win complex, technical deals. This is not a traditional training role. You’ll set the standard for what great enterprise selling looks like, turn it into artifacts and operating rhythms, and make sure sellers and managers actually use it.
The role has two mandates: own key global sales execution programs, and act as the primary Enablement partner to North America sales leadership. You’ll work closely with the Global Head of Enablement, Sales Leadership, RevOps, Product Marketing, Product & Technical Enablement, and FDE.
What you’ll do
- Own enterprise sales execution: Build and operationalize the critical artifacts that drive excellent sales execution.
- Enable sellers to win technical enterprise deals: Coach reps to build business cases with champions, read 10-Ks, and connect ElevenLabs capabilities to measurable outcomes for technical and economic buyers.
- Partner with NA leadership on enablement: Diagnose field gaps and adapt global programs to NA needs, including competitive positioning, developer-led motions, and vertical playbooks.
- Facilitate globally: Lead highly engaging, practical sales execution sessions, not just build the programs behind them.
- Manage the coaching and operating rhythm: Embed selling standards and artifacts into how managers inspect deals and coach sellers.
- Build the foundation for a vertical selling motion: Lay the groundwork for vertical selling, which is becoming a global priority, not just an NA need.
- Execute in an AI-native way: Use AI to scale coaching, practice, and reinforcement, going beyond general AI fluency.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in enterprise sales leadership and enablement experience, ideally in an AI-native or developer-focused company
- Excellence building and operationalizing value-selling artifacts across sales org with measurable results
- Experience with MEDDICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, or similar methodologies, and the judgment to adapt them
- Experience enabling frontline sales managers and building strong coaching methodologies
- AI fluency, and comfort building in a fast-growing environment where the operating model is still taking shape
- Enough technical depth to credibly support sellers selling to developers and technical buyers
- Proven cross-functional influence across Sales, RevOps, PMM, Product, and FDE teams
- Bonus: Experience working in voice AI
Location
This is a remote-first role. Candidates must be based in North America.
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Deliver proactive, cadence-based briefs to senior leaders while authoring clear, transparent external communications (status pages, app/web banners, client emails) in the Wealthsimple voice.
- Bridge the gap between engineering and the business and translating system logs, error codes, and technical root causes into plain-language client and business impact.
- Identify when Legal or Compliance review is required during a crisis and seamlessly weave regulatory checks into the response flow.
- Serve as a chief editor for team communications, establishing playbooks and writing standards that ensure accuracy, speed, and empathy under real-time pressure.

- Tech-native and async-first operational fluency: You are deeply accustomed to modern tech workflows (Slack, Notion, linear incident bots) and thrive in fast, distributed environments where clear, documented async alignment is essential.
- Cross-functional network thinker: You intuitively map organizational ripple effects, rapidly engaging the right stakeholders across Engineering, Product, CX, Legal, Compliance, and Leadership before downstream friction occurs.
- Comfort with ambiguity and chaos: You stay composed when there is no playbook, bringing immediate structure, clarity, and psychological safety to high-stakes, reputationally sensitive events.
NICE TO HAVE
- Educational background or formal training in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Legal Studies, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical crisis communications experience).
- Incident tooling fluency: Comfortable navigating incident management platforms (PagerDuty, Rootly), monitoring tools (Datadog), and data tools (Preset, SQL) to understand system behavior and measure client impact.

About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
The Customer Experience team at 1Password designs digital-first experiences that help customers deploy, activate, and grow with confidence. Our goal is to create scalable programs that guide customers to the right next step at the right moment, improving product adoption, reducing friction, and supporting long-term customer outcomes.
As a Senior Digital Customer Success Campaign Manager, you will own and evolve our digital customer success programs across the customer lifecycle. You will design, build, and optimize targeted digital journeys that help customers move from onboarding through activation and beyond. This role blends program strategy, campaign execution, analytics, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable customer impact at scale.
This is an individual contributor role for someone who enjoys building programs from the ground up, working through ambiguity, and improving digital-first customer experiences in a fast-changing environment. Reporting into the Senior Manager, Digital Customer Success, this is a remote role within North America.
How we’re using AI today
Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
- 6+ years of experience in Digital Customer Success, Customer Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Growth Operations, Customer Success Operations, Product-Led Growth, or a related Software as a Service environment.
- Demonstrated success building and owning lifecycle or digital success programs with measurable business impact.
- Experience creating scalable campaigns, workflows, or journeys rather than managing a book of business.
- Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, activation, adoption, retention, expansion, renewal, and risk management motions.
- Ability to interpret customer and product signals, identify patterns, and translate them into clear campaign strategies and measurable interventions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create concise, effective messaging for different customer audiences and personas.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Gainsight, Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, or similar customer success and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience collaborating across Customer Success, Product, Support, Operations, Marketing, Content, and Data teams to ensure alignment across the customer journey.
- Comfort working in changing environments where teams are building new programs, processes, and operating models from the ground up.
- Preferred: experience using Artificial Intelligence tools to support program design, experimentation, and campaign optimization; experience with 1Password and/or cybersecurity is also valued.
What you can expect:
- Design, launch, and improve digital customer success campaigns and programs across onboarding, activation, adoption, and growth stages.
- Build scalable customer journeys that help customers reach key milestones using content-led interventions and targeted human engagement when needed.
- Identify customer signals, behaviors, milestones, and friction points that indicate progress, risk, or opportunity across the lifecycle.
- Translate customer and product insights into triggered programs and campaigns that guide customers to the right next step using existing resources and tools.
- Draft, edit, and optimize customer-facing communications, including email campaigns, journey messaging, and supporting content.
- Monitor program performance using metrics such as activation, deployment, engagement, retention, expansion, churn, and content interaction to evaluate effectiveness.
- Use testing methods such as A/B testing, cohort analysis, and message iteration to improve campaign tone, timing, targeting, and outcomes.
- Partner with Data, Product, Customer Success Operations, Customer Experience Content, and Voice of Customer teams to align digital programs with customer insights and business priorities.
- Build dashboards and reporting to track program health, surface insights, and recommend improvements to digital-first customer experiences.
- Use Artificial Intelligence tools and emerging technologies to accelerate campaign creation, analysis, experimentation, and optimization.

WHO WE ARE
Hi, we're DuckDuckGo, the online protection company and remote-first team of 400+ on a mission to raise the standard of trust online. Founded in 2008 and profitable since 2014, our annual revenue is in the hundreds of millions USD and millions use our browser on Mac https://spreadprivacy.com/introducing-duckduckgo-for-mac/, Windows https://spreadprivacy.com/windows-browser-open-beta/, iOS https://spreadprivacy.com/duckduckgo-privacy-browser-ios14/, and Android https://spreadprivacy.com/introducing-app-tracking-protection/, our search engine https://duckduckgo.com/, and the DuckDuckGo subscription https://duckduckgo.com/pro. We also offer private, useful, and optional AI, including Duck.ai https://duck.ai/, which lets you chat privately with ChatGPT, Claude, and other AIs, all in one place.
Our culture https://duckduckgo.com/how-we-work of trust, inclusivity, and empowered project management underpins everything we do, where each team member takes full ownership of their projects, from scoping and execution to postmortem. If you're seeking end-to-end ownership of your work, you've come to the right place!
YOUR TEAM AND ROLE
As a Senior Product Partnerships Manager on the Partnerships team, you’ll lead DuckDuckGo’s most complex Product partnerships and drive strategy — sourcing, negotiating, and scaling high-impact deals with partners that can materially enhance our entire portfolio of products (search, Duck.ai, Privacy Pro subscriptions, etc) and work on related projects. Many of these partnerships will be the first-of-their-kind where you will have to create playbooks from 0-to-1 — you'll be structuring deals where the product, economics, and strategic value need to be figured out together, and you’ll be working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Finance to make them real.
You'll manage a portfolio of competing and complementary partner relationships, forging partnerships with leading organizations while, in the case of AI, navigating the strategic tradeoffs of a market where pricing, capabilities, and competitive dynamics shift quarterly. Your work will directly shape how our products evolve, including Duck.ai and Assist, and reach millions of users.
What Projects Might Look Like
1. Figuring out further partnerships that could enhance our Duck.ai and Search Assist offerings
2. Identifying opportunities for Partnerships to drive product enhancement and user engagement/retention.
3. Creating new distribution channels to help grow our AI related services
ABOUT YOU
- 8+ years of Strategic Partnerships experience.
- Significant experience leading complex product partnerships end-to-end — from identifying the opportunity through deal close and beyond. These should be partnerships where you've created something new together and navigated real product and technical complexity, not sales deals or API licensing.
- Self-sufficiency on the commercial details — you don’t wait for someone else to draft terms, build financial models, or pressure-test deal structures — you can handle these details on your own while partnering with Legal and Finance.
- Experience with consumer internet or user-facing software business with an understanding of the AI/LLM ecosystem and how AI capabilities are being integrated into consumer products.
- Experience managing a portfolio of complex strategic partner relationships and an understanding of the tradeoffs that come with balancing competing and complementary providers.
- 2+ years of cross-functional leadership on partnership projects and teams, including legal and engineering.
- You build trust quickly with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders you've never worked with before. You're collaborative by default and decisive when it counts.
- Located in US or Canada.
COMPENSATION
This role is paid on a regional pay scale, in local currency:
- United States: $214,767 USD annually
- Canada: C$284,417 CAD annually
Compensation also includes stock options. Compensation is transparent across the organization, and all team members within the same professional level and region receive the same compensation.
Eligibility for company-sponsored health benefits is limited to team members based in the United States. This program does not extend to team members located in other countries, such as Canada or the UK.
Our Team Member Support Guide https://duckduckgo.com/assets/hiring/team_support_guide.pdf explains how we prioritize your wellbeing including paid parental leave, office setup, and co-working allowances.
HIRING PROCESS
Hiring works best when it's a two-way street. Learn how we help you get to know DuckDuckGo, envision your future role here, and find out more about how we hire https://duckduckgo.com/how-we-hire.
DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION
DuckDuckGo provides equal work opportunities to all team members and applicants, and it prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, caste, religion, age, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by our policies or federal, state, or local laws.
We want to ensure that our hiring process is accessible. If you need reasonable accommodation for any part of the application process because of a medical condition or disability, please send an email to careers@duckduckgo.com to let us know the nature of your request.
PLEASE NOTE THAT:
- You’ll be required to attend meetings on camera via video conferencing
- Expect to travel at least two times a year: once for our all-hands meetup and again for a team retreat (each around 4-5 days). While extenuating circumstances may impact attendance, everyone is strongly encouraged to attend.
- While we offer a flexible work arrangement with no core hours, expect an average full-time commitment of 40 hours per week.
- A successful candidate must pass a background check as a condition of joining the team.
- By applying for this role, you confirm that all information submitted is accurate and complete. You further acknowledge that providing false or fraudulent information during the application process is cause for denial of an offer, revocation of any existing offer, or other adverse action, up to and including termination after the start of your commencement of work.
DISCLOSURE STATEMENT: USE OF AI IN HIRING PROCESS
As part of our commitment to enhancing our recruitment process, we utilize artificial intelligence (AI) technology to assist in reviewing and summarizing job applications and test projects, including those tools integrated into our recruitment vendor platforms. We use AI to flag potentially fraudulent applications, analyze and summarize applicants’ experience, interviews, and project performance, and help streamline our selection process.
Key Principles:
- Data Privacy: All information provided in your application will be handled in accordance with our Recruiting Privacy Policy https://duckduckgo.com/static-assets/files/pages/careers/DuckDuckGo-Recruiting-Privacy-Policy-effective-September-30-2025.pdf. We ensure that your personal information is protected and used solely for recruitment purposes.
- Human Oversight and Accountability: The AI technology is designed to support our hiring team by providing insights and summaries of applications and evaluations of test projects against scoring rubrics. All final evaluations and hiring decisions, however, will be made by our hiring team, who will consider the AI's input alongside other factors.
- Transparency: We believe in transparency regarding our hiring practices. If you have any questions about how AI is used in our recruitment process, please feel free to reach out to us.
By submitting your application, you acknowledge and consent to the use of AI technology in our review process. If you would like to request an alternative selection process, please contact us at careers@duckduckgo.com. Thank you for your interest in joining DuckDuckGo!
