Insurance is one of the world's largest industries and one of the most painful to interact with
. Paper forms. Sluggish call centres. Three-week underwriting cycles. Claims that vanish into queues. We are rebuilding all of it on top of a modern platform and AI agents that actually do the work, not pretend to.
You will not be picking up tickets. You will be deciding what to build, prototyping it on Monday, shipping a draft to a real customer by Friday, and improving it from real usage. We expect you to push the product, the codebase, and the way we work.
Why This Role Exists
We are looking for someone who treats AI as a creative material, not a feature on a roadmap. The next year of insurance is being defined right now. What gets automated, what gets reimagined, what gets thrown out. We want builders who want to be in that room and ship the answer.
The team is small. The mandate is large. If your highest-energy work has historically come from solving real problems end to end, this is the seat.
What You Will Do
Own outcomes, not tickets.
Pick the biggest lever for our customers each sprint and drive it to live. Surface the next one yourself.
Build with AI as a primary tool, not a chatbot bolt-on.
OCR, document understanding, generation, agent loops, evaluation harnesses. You decide where each fits.
Ship prototypes fast, then make them production-grade.
A working demo on day three beats a perfect plan on day ten.
Work directly with customers.
You will see real claims, real underwriting screens, real broker workflows. You will watch users hit dead ends and decide what to fix.
Raise the bar on the codebase.
Reviews, refactors, testability, observability. Not as policy, as habit.
Push the team forward.
Skills, agents, internal tools, engineering standards. Propose them, build them, get them adopted.
Who You Are
You ship.
Ideas without execution do not count for you.
High agency.
You do not wait for a card to be assigned. You see what is worth doing and you start.
Strong opinions, loosely held.
You make calls with incomplete information and change your mind when the evidence shifts.
Curious about the domain.
Insurance is messy and full of weird incentives. That intrigues you, not annoys you.
Fluent with AI.
You have shipped something real with LLMs or agents. You know where the magic ends and where you have to engineer carefully.
Care about humans on the other end.
Insurance done right gives people peace of mind in their worst weeks. That is the point.
Your Toolbox
We use Node.js + TypeScript + Nest.js on the back end, Vue (and some React) on the front end, GraphQL, MongoDB, Docker, AWS. AI work spans OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, plus a growing set of in-house skills and agents. You do not need to have used every piece. You do need to be the kind of engineer who picks up a new tool and is shipping with it within the week.
What We Expect at This Level
6+ years building production systems.
Track record of complex, customer-facing software shipped, not just maintained.
Real AI experience.
You have built and shipped at least one substantive AI-driven feature. POCs that died in a notebook do not count here.
Strong fundamentals.
OO, design patterns, testing, web security, performance. You do not need a refresher.
Cloud comfort. AWS, Azure, or GCP.
At least one in depth, the rest enough to hold a conversation.
Communication.
You can explain a tradeoff to a non-technical stakeholder in two minutes and to an engineer in one.
Not Suitable for the Role If…
You prefer tickets assigned to you over choosing what to build.
You measure your work in lines of code, not outcomes.
You see AI as a buzzword to put on your CV rather than a tool you have actually used in anger.
You want a process-heavy environment with detailed specs handed down from product.
You are looking for a maintenance role on a finished platform.
Why CoverGo
Insurance is the rare industry where AI can save people hours of their worst weeks. We are already shipping AI-powered claims, underwriting, distribution, and document automation to enterprise carriers across five continents. The platform is real. The customers are real. The next chapter is yours to help write.

We’re looking for a Product Manager with a strong interest in AI and a practical understanding of how to turn emerging capabilities into useful products.
You will work closely with the Product Lead to help advance the QV.AC vision: identifying valuable use cases, defining AI features, exploring product concepts, and working with engineering and design to bring them to users. You’ll contribute to product direction and take responsibility for moving assigned features from discovery through delivery and iteration.

Understand users and their problems:
Gather feedback, conduct research, and explore how people use AI in their everyday workflows. Identify where AI can solve a meaningful problem and where a simpler solution may work better.

Help the Product Lead evaluate opportunities, clarify scope, identify dependencies, and maintain a focused backlog aligned with product priorities.

Follow assigned features through development, resolve product questions, review the experience, and coordinate feedback and release readiness with relevant teams.

Explore new AI products, models, tools, and interaction patterns, and explain their practical relevance to

Mandatory:
7+ years of product management experience, ideally working on AI software products with technical engineering teams.

A working understanding of AI concepts such as inference, harnesses, model capabilities and limitations, context, and evaluation, alongside an interest in local and on-device AI.

The Opportunity
As a Customer Success Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across every interaction.
You will own customer interactions from initial inquiry through resolution, ensuring customers feel heard, supported, and valued. Your focus will be on building trust, resolving concerns, preventing avoidable churn, and strengthening long-term customer relationships.
This role goes beyond traditional customer support. You will proactively understand customer needs, identify opportunities to improve their experience, and use customer insights and operational data to help increase satisfaction and customer retention.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues, identify recurring customer pain points, and contribute to improvements that create a stronger overall customer experience.
Work Schedule & Shift Flexibility
Our customer operations run 24/7 to support customers across different markets and time zones.
Team members work 8-hour shifts, rather than working 24/7 themselves. Because our operations require continuous coverage, employees should be comfortable working different shifts, including morning, evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts when required.
Shift assignments may change based on business needs, team coverage, and operational requirements. Candidates must therefore be flexible and willing to move between shifts when required.
This role is onsite in Islamabad and requires reliable attendance according to the assigned shift schedule.

Manage customer interactions across phone, email, and live chat, delivering timely, personalized, and consistent support across all channels.
Build strong customer relationships by demonstrating empathy, ownership, and a customer-first approach throughout every interaction.
Proactively identify customer concerns, churn risks, and friction points, taking appropriate action to strengthen retention and lifetime value.

About the job
QV.AC is a general purpose AI assistant that runs locally on your devices, it gives users greater control over their data and how they use artificial intelligence. Our focus is on local, on-device, and privacy-preserving AI, with opportunities to connect these experiences across Tether’s peer-to-peer ecosystem.
This role suits someone who knows how to leverage AI to the maximum and enjoys experimenting with new AI technologies, understands its possibilities and limitations, and cares about making complex technology easy to use.
Responsibilities
Help shape AI features:
Work with the Product Lead to translate the
QV.AC
vision into concrete use cases, feature proposals, and product requirements. Bring ideas grounded in user needs, research, and hands-on experimentation.
Understand users and their problems:
Gather feedback, conduct research, and explore how people use AI in their everyday workflows. Identify where AI can solve a meaningful problem and where a simpler solution may work better.
Turn ideas into clear specifications:
Write product briefs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and user flows that help engineering and design understand the intended experience, constraints, and measures of success.
Prototype and explore:
Create wireframes, mockups, and working prototypes to test ideas and communicate product behavior. Use AI-assisted tools to explore concepts quickly and refine them with the team.
Collaborate on technical trade-offs:
Work with engineers to understand what is feasible across devices and models. Help assess the impact of response quality, latency, memory usage, battery consumption, and privacy on the user experience.
Support prioritization and planning:
Help the Product Lead evaluate opportunities, clarify scope, identify dependencies, and maintain a focused backlog aligned with product priorities.
Drive feature delivery:
Follow assigned features through development, resolve product questions, review the experience, and coordinate feedback and release readiness with relevant teams.
Stay close to AI developments:
Explore new AI products, models, tools, and interaction patterns, and explain their practical relevance to
QV.AC
. Share clear recommendations about what is worth testing or adopting and why.
Mandatory:
7+ years of product management experience, ideally working on AI software products with technical engineering teams.
Practical experience building, shipping, or prototyping AI-powered features, with the ability to explain your contribution and what you learned.
A working understanding of AI concepts such as inference, harnesses, model capabilities and limitations, context, and evaluation, alongside an interest in local and on-device AI.
The ability to translate an ambiguous idea into a clear user problem, proposed solution, and actionable requirements.
Strong product judgment, with attention to usability, scope, and measurable user value.
Confidence creating prototypes using design or coding tools
Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to discuss technical trade-offs with engineers and explain them to non-technical colleagues.
A proactive, collaborative approach: comfortable taking responsibility for your work, asking questions early, and incorporating feedback.
Familiarity with product analytics, user research, and iterative software development.
Preferred:
Experience with local AI, on-device inference, or open-source models.
Experience building AI assistants, conversational interfaces, or multimodal features.
Familiarity with desktop or mobile product development.
An understanding of peer-to-peer technologies and decentralized applications.
Experience evaluating AI output quality and designing user experiences that account for uncertainty and errors.
