At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
ClickUp is hiring a Majors Account Executive to grow and expand our footprint across larger EMEA customers. This role is built for a seller who can take strong product adoption, identify real whitespace, and turn it into broader, multi-team commercial growth.
This is an especially important hire now because ClickUp’s international business already matters materially, and larger customers increasingly want to consolidate scattered tools, improve execution clarity, and understand how AI can create leverage across teams. We need someone who can run strong discovery, build a credible business case, and guide more complex stakeholder groups from interest to expansion.
Mission
- Own and grow expansion revenue across major EMEA accounts by identifying whitespace, building business cases, and positioning ClickUp as the platform that helps larger teams work with more clarity, speed, and operational leverage.
Key outcomes and responsibilities
- Own expansion opportunities across major accounts in your region, with a core focus on larger organisations in the roughly 1,000–2,500 employee range.
- Consistently exceed pipeline and sales targets by converting account signals, free trials, marketing-qualified leads, demo requests, and product adoption into qualified commercial opportunities.
- Run structured discovery that uncovers workflow pain, stakeholder priorities, buying friction, and the business case for broader ClickUp adoption.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demos that connect ClickUp’s platform value to customer priorities, cross-functional workflows, and executive-level outcomes.
- Build and manage multithreaded deal plans across end users, managers, executives, procurement, and other decision-makers.
- Partner closely with Growth, Marketing, and adjacent GTM teams to improve lead quality, regional account coverage, and conversion.
- Maintain strong process discipline across forecasting, pipeline inspection, next steps, CRM hygiene, and follow-through.
- Identify recurring patterns across segments, objections, and account behavior to help sharpen the majors expansion motion in EMEA.
- Support more formal buying motions when needed, including RFIs / RFQs and procurement-heavy evaluations.
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS sales with clear ownership of full-cycle deals, account growth, or expansion motions.
- Track record of exceeding quota and managing a disciplined pipeline in commercial, strategic, or larger-account environments.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including comfort communicating with both practitioners and executive stakeholders.
- Clear consultative selling instincts, with the ability to connect customer pain to value, urgency, and practical next steps.
- Strong process rigor and attention to detail across forecasting, deal planning, and follow-through.
- Experience completing or leading RFIs / RFQs, or operating in deals with more structured evaluation processes.
- Ability to work in our Dublin / London office 2-3 days per week.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience selling workflow, collaboration, productivity, CRM, CX, or adjacent horizontal SaaS platforms.
- Experience in an expansion-heavy, cross-sell, or land-and-expand motion rather than a purely transactional new-logo model.
- Experience navigating multi-stakeholder buying groups in larger customer environments.
- Familiarity with EMEA selling dynamics, regional complexity, or distributed territory ownership.
- Comfort selling a broader platform and AI productivity story instead of relying on feature-by-feature comparisons.

BUILD SOMETHING PEOPLE LOVE
Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $169 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
About the team
We build the products and infrastructure that millions of Canadians trust with their financial lives. Data & Engineering at Wealthsimple spans everything from the client-facing apps to the systems running underneath them — and we hold ourselves to a high bar on both. We move fast, but we build thoughtfully: quality, security, and scalability aren’t trade-offs here, they’re the standard.
The Production Engineering team sits within Platform Experience, on the boundary between Platform and Product. Our mandate is to raise reliability across Wealthsimple’s most critical flows — reducing incidents, helping service teams ship safely, and turning individual fixes into platform-wide improvements. We measure ourselves against two targets: 99.9% uptime on critical flows, and fewer than 1% of weekly active users experiencing errors in the app. If you want to work on hard problems with people who care deeply about craft, you’ll fit right in.
About the role
This is a new role — one that doesn’t yet exist at Wealthsimple — and it’s a meaningful one. As a Staff Software Developer on Production Engineering, you’ll bring senior technical leadership to the work of making Wealthsimple more reliable at scale. You’ll work across platform and product teams, identify the highest-leverage reliability problems, and build solutions that don’t just fix the immediate issue but raise the floor for everyone. This isn’t a role where you sit in one corner of the codebase. It’s a role where you shape how engineering gets done across the company.
What you’ll do
- Improve the platform to prevent incidents — designing and driving adoption of guardrails, sensible defaults, and engineering standards that reduce the likelihood of failures across services
- Build tooling that reduces time to mitigation when incidents occur, including contributing to our in-house product on AI-assisted incident response
- Own the investigation and follow-through on load test findings — translating results into concrete reliability improvements across critical flows
- Work across platform and product engineering teams as a technical influencer — participating in architecture and readiness reviews, coaching service owners, and driving adoption of scalable reliability practices
- Identify recurring failure patterns and design platform-level fixes that prevent them from showing up again in a different service
- Contribute to the team’s reliability syncs with product engineering, helping align on incident themes, critical-flow risks, and the next highest-leverage initiatives
Skills you bring
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with significant time in platform, infrastructure, or SRE work
- Demonstrated track record of improving reliability at scale — reducing incidents, building guardrails, or driving operational standards across multiple teams
- Strong proficiency in backend systems and distributed architecture; you can diagnose complex failure modes across a service mesh
- Experience with load testing and capacity planning, and the ability to translate findings into concrete engineering improvements
- Proven ability to work across engineering teams as a technical influencer — driving adoption of standards and practices without direct authority
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Helm, Argo and modern deployment tooling
- Strong written and verbal communication — comfortable presenting findings and recommendations to both engineering teams and senior leadership
Who you are
- You think in systems — you’re not looking for the fix, you’re looking for what caused the problem and how to make sure it doesn’t happen elsewhere
- You’re comfortable working without direct authority; you build credibility through the quality of your thinking and the clarity of your recommendations
- You hold a high bar for operational excellence without making it someone else’s problem to catch up to — you bring people along
- You’re energised by ambiguity, not slowed down by it; you know how to prioritise when everything feels urgent
- You’re curious about where AI-assisted tooling is headed in reliability engineering, and you want to help shape how we use it — not just observe it from a distance

We're looking for a Staff Analyst, GTM Revenue to help our go-to-market leaders make sharper, faster decisions across revenue-critical motions. In this role, you'll partner across Sales, Customer Success, and adjacent customer-facing teams to turn complex data into practical insight, improve how teams operate, and identify where AI and automation can create real leverage.
This is a high-impact opportunity for an analytically rigorous operator who can move comfortably between deep analysis, business partnership, and hands-on execution. You'll help leaders understand what's working, where friction is slowing growth, and how to translate data into better decisions around pipeline, segmentation, productivity, retention, and overall GTM performance.
Mission
Drive clearer, faster, and more scalable GTM decision-making by turning data into actionable insight, operational improvements, and AI-enabled workflows that improve revenue performance and customer outcomes.
The Role
- Partner with GTM leaders to frame business questions, prioritize high-impact analyses, and translate findings into practical recommendations.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reporting layers, and analytical workflows that give stakeholders clear visibility into performance across Sales, Customer Success, and related customer-facing motions.
- Analyze pipeline health, segmentation, conversion, retention, and productivity trends to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and better resource allocation.
- Develop forecasting, scenario-planning, and decision-support models that help leaders understand performance drivers and act with confidence.
- Use SQL, Python, and modern analytics tooling to extract, shape, and analyze large datasets from multiple systems.
- Identify repetitive or manual workflows that can be improved through automation or AI-assisted analysis, and help bring those solutions into day-to-day GTM operations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with partners in Finance, Operations, Systems, and customer-facing teams to ensure data definitions, reporting logic, and recommendations are aligned to business needs.
- Present insights in a concise, executive-ready way, tailoring the level of detail to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, strategy & operations, revenue operations, business intelligence, or a similar role supporting go-to-market teams.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, with strong judgment around how to use each for analysis, automation, and scalable reporting.
- Strong experience building dashboards, analytical models, and KPI frameworks that influence business decisions.
- Demonstrated success supporting Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, or comparable GTM functions in a SaaS or other fast-moving technology environment.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data trends to customer, commercial, and operational outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex analysis and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently in ambiguous environments, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality work with speed and reliability.
Desirable
- Experience applying AI or machine learning to business problems such as segmentation, prioritization, forecasting support, or workflow automation.
- Familiarity with modern BI and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Experience working in a high-growth, multi-motion SaaS business where GTM teams need both strategic insight and operational rigor.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Product Designer to own the surfaces where Runway turns usage into revenue: pricing, upgrade paths, checkout, and the moments a creator decides Runway is worth paying more for. You'll partner with growth engineering, product, and data to turn goals like ARR growth, expansion revenue, and reduced churn into tested, shipped design changes.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own growth-critical surfaces (pricing pages, paywalls, upgrade prompts, and checkout flows) from concept through shipped, tested experiments
- Turn business goals like ARR growth, expansion revenue, and reduced churn into design hypotheses and interface changes you can test
- Design and read A/B tests and other experiments with growth engineering and data, iterating fast on what moves the numbers
- Collaborate closely with growth engineering and product to ship experiments quickly and turn winners into permanent product surfaces
- Contribute to visual and interaction consistency between growth surfaces and the rest of the product
- Set the design direction for Runway's growth surfaces and mentor other designers working in the funnel
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Experience designing product surfaces tied directly to revenue and can point to what moved ARR, conversion, or expansion revenue in a past role
- Comfort running and reading quantitative experiments, not just shipping a single "best" design
- Experience designing flows, prototypes and high-fidelity UI's for web products, with strong visual design skills
- Experience delivering and iterating fast in close collaboration with engineering, and product teams
- Ability and flexibility to iterate fast and often
- Comfortable picking up unfamiliar parts of the product rather than waiting to be assigned only what you already know
- Knowledge and understanding of the creative tool space
- Bonus points if you have experience creating functional prototypes using AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.)
- At Runway, it's always a bonus if you have artistic and creative potential (particularly skills with video/audio editing, icon/typography design, illustration, etc.)
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.
