ABOUT THE ROLE
Notion is shaping the future of Go-To-Market, and as a Solutions Consultant (SC), you’ll bring that future to life by building alongside customers and turning their biggest challenges into measurable outcomes. As a customer-facing, quota-carrying SC, you’ll bring together technical fluency and commercial ownership to grow your book of business. You’ll build pipeline with BDRs, engage key stakeholders, lead discovery, co-build workflow solutions live with customers, and guide opportunities through close. You’ll connect each solution to a clear business case and stay engaged through adoption, expansion, and renewal so customers realize the value of what they buy.
You’ll partner with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists while maintaining clear ownership of customer relationships, opportunity momentum, and next steps. If you’re a builder who loves to sell—and want to work at the intersection of AI, productivity, and enterprise—this is the role.
WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE
- Create pipeline across your book of business. Build target-account plans with BDRs and initiate outreach to priority stakeholders to generate qualified opportunities, alongside BDR-sourced pipeline.
- Own opportunities from first conversation through close. Lead discovery, qualify business needs and urgency, align stakeholders, shape the solution and business case, and drive the evaluation and commercial decision. Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope, credits, and implementation path.
- Design and validate workflow solutions that deliver measurable value. Map current- and future-state workflows, co-build solutions live in Notion, and define realistic scope, success criteria, and an implementation path. Translate customer needs and validated outcomes into a clear business case, commercial recommendation, and decision path. Treat discovery as an opportunity to build and validate.
- Orchestrate the right partners while maintaining ownership. Engage BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists at the right moments, with clear context and asks, while owning opportunity momentum, customer communication, and next steps.
- Drive customer value and commercial growth after signature. Partner with Outcomes Architects, guide the initial path to value with a clear adoption plan, on onboarding and ongoing multi-workflow adoption, and own expansion strategy and renewal planning. Stay accountable for translating credits sold into credits consumed, and surface risks or expansion opportunities as customer workflows mature.
SKILLS YOU’LL NEED TO BRING
- Commercial ownership and pipeline generation. You can demonstrate how you created or advanced business, influenced customer decisions, and owned measurable outcomes. Relevant experience may come from quota-carrying sales or adjacent customer-facing roles.
- Technical fluency and builder mindset. You are comfortable building live in software and can demo, co-design, and troubleshoot with a customer without needing a specialist in the room.
- AI fluency. You are excited about AI, build with new tools, and continually learn new ways of working.
- Discovery, qualification, and value articulation. You can uncover customer needs, map workflows, qualify business impact and urgency, and translate what you learn into commercial outcomes, adoption plans, and clear success criteria.
- Agency, urgency, and learning velocity. You set clear goals, take initiative, learn from customer interactions, and apply those learnings to improve outcomes. You bring new ideas and workflows to customers and make complex problems easier to solve.
- Complex customer engagement. You can lead multi-stakeholder interactions and navigate procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
- Fluency in English and French.
NICE TO HAVES
- Full-cycle B2B software sales experience or solutions engineering experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota across new-logo acquisition and expansion motions.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit-based commercial proposals.
- Prior experience selling to mid-market and enterprise accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
- Experience in a shared account ownership model, partnering with a post-sale or Customer Success team as part of an integrated customer motion.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

The AI orchestration of your wildest imagination.
n8n is the open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI. We give technical teams the freedom of code with the speed of no-code, so they can automate faster, smarter, and without limits. Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact.
Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we’ve:
- Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders
- Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects
- Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation
That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
We're looking for seasoned Product Designers who thrive in ambiguity and challenging problem spaces.
n8n is a powerful, flexible technical tool, which means the problems you tackle as a designer are complex. Your design decisions must account for diverse user workflows, technical constraints, and how changes impact the entire platform. To thrive here, you will need to love talking to users, understanding technology, and reducing complexity and scope.
You'll be embedded in a product squad alongside a product manager and around three to five engineers, owning the user experience for your area end to end. Our design team is small but growing, so you'll shape the craft bar and the culture, not inherit them.
We're hiring designers across the following teams:
- Enterprise (two roles - Governance & Observability, and Licence & Billing): You've worked on technical B2B platforms. You've designed for scale, governance, and collaboration across teams, including permissions, environments, observability, and failure modes included and you're comfortable making deeply complex systems feel coherent and simple.
- Adore - Adoption & Retention: You have exceptional product sense and can connect disparate elements into a coherent whole. You'll take something complex, with many moving parts, and make it make sense - shaping what the visual layer of n8n becomes next. Experience with data visualisation is welcome; deep technical expertise isn't required.
- n8n Labs: As a Product Designer, you'll own discovery end-to-end, spotting the riskiest assumptions, running the research, and turning findings into decisions without waiting on a brief. You move fast, cut scope without losing what matters, and you're hands-on enough to build and ship your own prototypes, including using AI tools to get there quicker. You've got product and business judgment, not just craft; you can spot an opportunity and make the case for it. Founder or co-founder experience is a helpful signal but not a requirement.
Team assignment is confirmed at the offer stage and may be subject to change as the team structure evolves.
🎯 Regardless of the team, your main goal will be to lead end-to-end product design on complex workflows that elevate n8n's user experience, ship measurable outcomes, and raise the quality bar across our platform. To do so, here are your responsibilities:
End-to-end product design
- Lead the full design process for your team, from discovery to polished delivery, collaborating closely with PMs and engineers.
- Consistently ship high-quality, visually cohesive designs that improve the overall UX at every release.
- Work effectively on complex features and understand the underlying technology.
- Take ownership of complex, multi-faceted problems and drive them to completion with initiative and autonomy.
Research, feedback, and UX quality
- Own the direction of research for your team, decide when it's needed, choose the right methodology, and take the initiative without waiting to be told.
- Champion the user by running interviews, usability tests, and research to inform critical product and business decisions.
- Master the feedback loop by gathering, synthesizing, and acting on input while giving actionable critique to elevate teammates' work.
- Balance speed and quality in an MVP-driven environment, navigating ambiguity while maintaining a high bar.
Systems thinking and platform coherence
- Design in systems, integrating solutions into the broader n8n platform and safeguarding the product's big picture.
- Account for edge cases, constraints, and interaction details so users never end up in impossible states.
- Collaborate across teams and designers to ensure consistency and quality across shared patterns and components.
Strategy, impact, and innovation
- Shape team strategy by influencing planning, prioritization, and scope with a strong design perspective tied to KPIs.
- Explore and adopt AI and automation tools to push the boundaries of design practice and AI-powered workflows.
Senior or Staff?
We're open at both levels, and we'll calibrate with you during the process. At Senior, you own your squad's design end-to-end and ship work that raises the bar for your area. At Staff, you do that, and your influence reaches beyond your own squad - you shape patterns other designers build on, and you take on the problems that span teams. Both are hands-on: this is not a step away from the craft.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-haves
- 🎨 Product design excellence: You're proficient across product design, UX, UI, and qualitative research, delivering polished, detail-oriented work.
- 🧠 Technical mindset: You collaborate effectively with engineers and understand how software is built, including common web technologies. You don't need to write code, but you do need genuine curiosity about what's happening underneath - APIs, webhooks, data structures and how workflows actually execute.
- 🧭 Ownership & delivery: You've shipped end-to-end features in smaller teams or startups and can drive complex problems to measurable outcomes.
- ⚡ Fast, focused execution: You operate at high speed in an MVP-driven environment, balancing quality and velocity amid ambiguity.
- 📈 Outcome orientation: You use research and metrics to inform decisions and consistently deliver solutions that enable team KPIs.
- 🤝 Feedback & collaboration: You're open and non-defensive in critique and provide actionable feedback that raises the team's bar.
- 🧪 Curiosity for AI: You're enthusiastic about AI and innovation, actively exploring new tools and approaches to advance the craft.
- 📅 Experience level: You have 5+ years in product design with demonstrable impact on shipped products.
Nice-to-haves
- 💻 Front-end fluency: You can prototype using HTML/CSS/JavaScript, with or without AI coding tools, and can collaborate effectively with engineers on the result.
- 🧩 AI & automation domain: You've designed AI or automation products; familiarity with n8n is a plus.
- 🔁 Process improvement: You proactively refine team rituals and workflows to increase effectiveness.
- 📚 Continuous growth: You invest in your craft and are motivated by creating tangible product and company impact.
- 🔎 Discovery frameworks: You know methodologies like Continuous Discovery or Shape Up.
- 📊 Data-informed design: You're comfortable with metrics, A/B testing, or SQL to guide decisions.
- 🚀 Entrepreneurial drive: You've built startups or side projects that show initiative and creative problem-solving.
Why join us?
At n8n, your work won't disappear into a slide deck. You'll lead high-impact design across core product surfaces, shaping AI-powered workflows, enterprise governance and billing, and how people discover and adopt n8n, from discovery to delivery. You'll join a fast-growing, Europe remote-first company where autonomy, experimentation, and craft matter, partnering closely with PMs and engineers to ship real outcomes to a passionate global community.

Welcome to OLX
We're building marketplace sustainable ecosystems that millions of people depend on every month – to buy and sell cars, find homes, land jobs, and trade secondhand goods. It's commerce that matters: safe, smart, and environmentally responsible.
We do this with courage to innovate, commitment to outcomes, collaboration across 50+ nationalities and 7 markets, and a customer-led approach that puts real people first. Add a desire to win – and you get a culture that's ambitious, fast-moving, and built on trust.
Our brands – including AutoTrader, OLX, Otomoto, Property24, and more – are loved by millions. And we're backed by Prosus, one of the world's largest tech investors.
Join OLX and see how far you can go.
We believe the future of our products sits at the intersection of AI and design. Our ambition is to become an AI-native organization, where intelligent systems and human-centered design come together to create faster, smarter, and more meaningful customer experiences. We’re rethinking how products are built, how experiences are shaped, and how teams deliver impact.
A key part of this transformation is creating the right foundations and infrastructure to enable high-quality experiences at scale - where design systems, patterns, and workflows are structured, scalable, and AI-readable, unlocking new levels of speed, consistency, and innovation.
The role
We're looking for an AI-native Product Designer to join our Product Design team at OLX. Reporting to the Product Design Manager, you will be embedded in a product team and work at the intersection of design, code, and AI systems. You will use AI tools - including Lovable, Claude, and Cursor - as everyday instruments to prototype, iterate, and ship live product experiences. The output we expect is not static mockups: it's working artifacts that reach production with engineering pair-support. You will own your design decisions end-to-end and be accountable for the quality and impact of what you ship.
What responsibilities will you get when working with us?
Collaborate with product managers, engineers and data analysts embedded in your product team to conceptualize and ship user-centred solutions that create measurable value for our customers - taking end-to-end accountability for quality, trust, and performance from concept through production.
Connect your design decisions to business outcomes - translating commercial goals into design logic, defining success metrics, and running experiments that demonstrate measurable impact.
Use AI-native workflows to collapse the gap between idea and production, prototyping and iterating directly in code rather than through static handoffs.
Build working prototypes and production-ready components, test them with real users, and iterate fast - shipping to production with engineering pair-support.
Design and orchestrate AI-assisted interaction patterns, including multi-step flows and human-in-the-loop experiences, exercising strong design taste to critique and elevate AI-generated outputs.
Contribute to Nexus, our design system, by building and maintaining code components - not just static documentation - that can be used directly by engineering teams.
Run brainstorming sessions and design reviews with your design peers, communicating your design rationale clearly and with data to cross-functional stakeholders.
As a Product Designer at OLX, you will need:
3+ years of experience in UX/Digital Product Design, with a portfolio that showcases shipped work and live prototypes - not just static screens.
Demonstrated AI-native mindset: you already use AI tools (such as Figma Make, Lovable, Cursor, Claude, or equivalents) as a core part of how you design, prototype, and iterate.
Proficiency with code-assisted design: you can read and critique React/HTML through AI-generated outputs, and guide prompts to refine UI. OR fluent with no-code tools (Lovable) to ship directly without engineering handoff.
A solid grasp of user-centred design principles and the ability to apply them to fast-moving, iterative product development cycles.
Strong systems thinking: ability to design for probabilistic, AI-driven experiences and to consider the end-to-end product journey - not just individual screens.
Team spirit. You give generously and without the expectation of receiving in return. You support the best idea, not your idea. You're always happy to get your hands dirty to help your team. You’re reliable, honest, and transparent.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate design decisions and influence cross-functional partners.
A growth mindset: you prioritise learning and adaptability over mastery of any specific tool, and you thrive as the landscape evolves.
Strong sense of collaboration and the ability to give and receive candid feedback.
Proficiency in English for effective communication.
What can we offer you:
Join a European Product Design team with 70+ members
A permanent contract, competitive salary and annual bonus of 15% of your annual gross salary
Train and conference budget and free access to Udemy courses
Health insurance and life insurance
MacBook Pro or Windows Dell along with necessary accessories to make your work comfortable
100% remote work (and the possibility to work from our office in Barcelona)
Opportunity to create impact and push your design initiatives forward.

We’re hiring engineers to build the systems behind it: the platforms that let human expertise and AI work together at the quality our clients expect, and the labelling tools our research teams use to improve our models. You’ll own a scope in one of these areas:
- Human data platform: the labelling and evaluation platform research uses to continuously improve our models. You’ll ship new task editors, improve reliability, catch misuse and build the metrics behind higher-quality data pipelines.
- Core productions engine: the backend machine nobody sees but everybody relies on. You’ll build and maintain the services that run our production workflows, with room to lead projects.
- Editor platform: the professional editing tools our production teams work in. You’ll build in Rust, combining UI systems with a deep understanding of the underlying system.
We’re building professional tools and core infrastructure, not consumer features. The work is mostly building, with little hand-holding. You’ll carve out your own scope and own the outcome.
Requirements
- Strong backend engineering experience, ideally in functional programming languages like Rust, with a full-stack focus on designing UI systems. You’ve shipped and run production systems end to end.
- Experience making systems reliable and scalable, such as internal platforms, workflow or task engines, or data pipelines. You take pride in the infrastructure nobody sees but everybody relies on.
- Comfortable switching between building a new tool or editor and hardening the platform underneath it, and keen to lead projects when the opportunity arises.
- Opinionated and able to defend your ideas, but know when to just grind. You’re happy doing the unglamorous work, and you’re hungry.
Bonus:
- Experience building editor or UI-heavy professional tools, with a systems-level understanding of what sits underneath.
- Experience with data labelling or annotation platforms, or managing crowdsourced workforces.

About the team
Payment Success Management (PSM) is a merchant-facing team that diagnoses and fixes payment performance problems. When a merchant's performance falls short of expectations or trails another payment provider, we find the root cause and close the gap. This role supports US-based merchants and works alongside our account managers and technical account managers.
How you'll make an impact
- Own merchant performance engagements from start to finish, typically about three months each: kickoff, diagnosis, fixes, A/B testing and reporting results.
- Dig deep into large, complex datasets to find the root cause of performance gaps. Merchants tell us there's a problem, not where it is.
- Turn your findings into hypotheses, run A/B tests and other experiments to prove them, and measure the uplift.
- Understand how our machine-learning optimization engine makes decisions. Spot patterns where it gets things wrong and work with our ML engineering team to fix them.
- Present your findings and results to merchants and non-technical stakeholders as a clear, persuasive story.
- Use automation and AI to make the team's day-to-day work more efficient.
- Share what you learn across teams. The problems we solve are rarely the same twice.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience using data to drive measurable results, such as revenue uplift, cost reduction or efficiency gains, in a role where you owned the metrics and the decisions.
- Strong SQL and Python skills for analysis. You should be confident checking your own queries, and any AI-generated code, for accuracy. You don't need to write production-quality code, and we'll teach you Go.
- Natural curiosity. You enjoy solving problems that don't have a ready-made answer.
- The ability to explain complex analysis clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Payments experience isn't required. We'll teach you everything you need in your first weeks.
- We'd love to hear from people with consulting backgrounds, where you linked client teams and technical teams, or startup backgrounds, where you owned and optimized things end to end.
Additional Information

Coordinate with Incident Managers during concurrent technical incidents to maintain a single, coherent narrative for the customer.
Own external escalation communications using GitLab's approved templates and cadence, and represent GitLab in high-stakes customer conversations where clarity and ownership influence retention.
Engage Sales, Customer Success, and executive stakeholders as needed, including executive-to-executive communication for Severity 1 and 2 events. Brief GitLab leadership with concise summaries that distinguish what's known, what's unknown, and next steps.
Lead post-escalation reviews and relationship repair plans, contribute corrective actions with named owners and due dates to postmortems, and hand the relationship back to the account's Customer Success Manager at resolution.
Partner with the Head of IM/EM to develop playbooks, communication templates, and process improvements based on patterns from escalations.
What you'll bring
Experience in enterprise technical support, customer success, or incident and escalation management at a business-to-business software-as-a-service or enterprise software company.
A track record of owning complex, multi-stakeholder escalations end-to-end, including executive customer engagements and structured resolution or account plans.
Executive-level written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical detail into plain-language updates for customers and GitLab leadership.
The ability to coordinate Engineering, Support, Product, Customer Success, and Sales under pressure without formal authority over those teams.
Calm, structured decision-making with incomplete information and the ability to provide a steadying presence in high-stress customer situations.
Proficiency with support and coordination tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Slack, and PagerDuty, or equivalent platforms.
Availability for on-call coverage supporting executive escalations as part of a globally distributed team.
Nice to have:
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation or equivalent certification; customer-facing experience with GitLab, development, security, and operations (DevSecOps), continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), or cloud-native products; experience with formal escalation or incident command frameworks; or AI-assisted support tools for triage, sentiment analysis, or resolution drafting.
About the team
The Incident & Escalation Management function sits within Support Engineering in GitLab's Enterprise Technology & AI (ETA) division. We operate a follow-the-sun model anchored in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Asia-Pacific, providing year-round, 24-hour coverage for enterprise customers. Our Escalation Managers work globally rather than within a single region, partnering with Incident Managers, Communications Leads, and regional Support Engineering leadership. You'll help shape our playbooks, templates, and standards as we scale.
