ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
ABOUT THE TECH, MEDIA & TELECOM TEAM
- We work with some of the world's most influential and recognizable companies, from global telecommunications providers and leading media brands to technology platforms that power businesses worldwide.
- We build agents for the moments that matter, helping our customers rise to the occasion when service disruptions, major product launches, or global events like the World Cup https://www.linkedin.com/posts/claybavor_at-sierra-we-are-very-proud-to-have-partnered-share-7491200202284945410-Bg79/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop&rcm=ACoAABYjELMBZfjrg-wrv53M1tVXGe93FF3eTww drive millions of customer interactions.
- We bring Sierra’s Horizon https://sierra.ai/product/horizon vision to TMT by building agents that transform the entire customer relationship:
- Telecommunications: Turn one of the most frustrating customer experiences into one of the most personal, with agents that understand each subscriber, optimize their plan and savings, anticipate opportunities to add value, and earn their loyalty over time.
- Media: Turn every subscription into an ongoing, personalized relationship, with agents that help each subscriber get the most from their experience through the right content, offer, plan, and support from their free trial through retention.
- Technology: Bring the white-glove customer experience traditionally reserved for the largest enterprise accounts to every customer, helping them adopt the product, discover new ways to get value, expand their usage, and successfully renew.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an Agent Strategist https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-strategist-your-phd-in-applied-ai, you own how Sierra’s AI agents come to life for our customers — from first pilot to a production agent handling thousands of conversations a day. You sit at the intersection of product, building agents and customer-facing work, and stay just as close to the technology as you are to the people you build for. You transform a customer’s thorniest, highest-stakes problems into agents that measurably move their business.
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-development-life-cycle. Take agents from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, and evaluation, to launch and continuous iteration in production — translating business goals into an agent that outperforms, and tuning relentlessly until it’s the best version of itself in the real world. You’ll have real ownership and autonomy over the outcome.
- Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders. Sit shoulder-to-shoulder with our customers’ executives, understand what success actually means to their business, and shape the AI strategy that gets them there.
- Partner with the customer’s working teams day to day. Run working sessions, troubleshoot the agent as issues come up, and make the calls that keep the build on track for launch.
- Directly impact product. Surface unmet needs from your customer work, and feed them back to research and platform to shape where Sierra goes next.
EXAMPLE PROJECTS
These are the kinds of projects strategists on our TMT team work on:
- Scope and launch a subscription-retention agent for a telecommunications or media company, then tune it to save more at-risk customers while preserving trust and brand voice.
- Launch a top-of-funnel sales agent for a telecommunications provider that qualifies prospects, recommends plans and devices, and converts interest into new subscriptions.
- Build a new-subscriber onboarding agent that activates service, ports numbers, configures devices, and reduces early-life churn.
- Create a proactive, long-running agent that detects service or account issues, reaches out across channels, and manages resolution before the customer contacts support.
- Develop a media growth agent that drives content discovery, trial conversion, plan upgrades, and subscription renewal.
- Partner with Product to develop capabilities for TMT-scale traffic, including low-latency voice, multilingual experiences, proactive communications, and resilient performance during major launches or service events.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Customer obsession. Genuine energy being in front of customers — understanding their business and needs, thriving in complex organizations, and building trusted relationships.
- Communication. Clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic problem-solving in ambiguity. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to break down complex problems, spot risks early, and adapt as things change fast.
- Technical aptitude. Comfortable engaging directly with technical concepts — reading API documentation, understanding data models and system architecture, and following engineering tradeoffs in a design discussion.
- Ownership and delivery. A track record of running multiple complex, high-visibility projects at once and driving them to outcomes.
- Interest in telecommunications, media, and technology. Experience in telecom, streaming and digital media, enterprise or consumer technology, or subscription businesses — and familiarity with customer care, billing, identity, content, or technical support systems — is a strong plus.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production — hands-on with the tools behind them (eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, prompt engineering) — working closely with technical counterparts.
- You’ve been a founder, founding team member, or operator — you know how to balance craft, ownership, and speed.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience — and/or an MBA or comparable experience at the intersection of technology and business.
- Client-facing consulting, solutions, or strategy experience in a technically complex environment.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

ABOUT THE RETAIL TEAM
- Sierra is partnering with a large and growing number of retailers - spanning apparel and beauty, grocery and big-box, home and auto, consumer services, marketplaces, and consumer technology. Our agents help millions of shoppers and members every day: tracking and returning orders, finding the right product, booking services, and resolving issues in each brand’s own voice.
- Retail is also where AI agents go beyond support to generate revenue. From product discovery and personalized recommendations to cart recovery, win-back campaigns, and in-store support that turns unanswered store calls into visits and sales, our team is redefining what an agent can do for a brand’s top line - not just its cost line.
- Join us to transform how the world’s most-loved consumer brands engage their customers - and help build technology that makes shopping more personal, effortless, and delightful for everyone.

EXAMPLE PROJECTS
These are the kinds of projects that strategists on our team have worked on recently:
- Launch an order management agent for a national apparel brand — order lookup, cancellations, returns, and exchanges — then hill-climb containment and CSAT week over week.
- Partner with Product to build a shopping agent that plugs into a retailer’s existing search and recommendation systems to guide product discovery — turning the support channel into a revenue channel.
- Stand up an in-store support voice agent for a big-box or grocery retailer, answering the stock-check and store-info calls that largely go unanswered today and converting them into store visits and sales.
- Design a booking, payments, and outbound agent for a consumer services brand operating hundreds of locations.
- Help a marketplace handle order status and buyer–seller disputes at enormous scale.
- Launch outbound campaigns — cart recovery, win-back, churn saves, and subscription renewals — across voice and SMS.

ABOUT THE FINANCIAL SERVICES TEAM
- Our financial services customers span systemically important banks, neobanks committed to building more delightful banking software (1 in 3 of the world's leading banks use Sierra!), insurers that provide protection for life’s most challenging moments, vertically integrated ecosystems like Rocket Companies, and more. The decisions we make impact millions of end customers and billions of dollars in economic activity.
- Our financial services team partners closely with these organizations to set their AI strategies and build modern tools that carefully handle moments when a person’s private anxiety meets an institution’s procedural muscle - the instant before a family learns whether they are pre-approved for a mortgage; the claustrophobic half hour after someone notices a fraudulent charge; the frustrating experience of losing a card and needing to order a new one.
- Sierra’s Financial Services team is transforming the customer experience and building technology that makes the industry more accessible, human, and affordable for everyone.

- Partner with product on a net-new capability — a new agent architecture or self-service tooling — using a live customer as the design partner.

At WHOOP, we're on a mission to unlock and inspire performance for life. WHOOP empowers members to perform at a higher level through a deeper understanding of their bodies and daily lives.
WHOOP is hiring a Staff Electrical Engineer to play a critical technical leadership role in the development of our next-generation wearable platform. As part of the Hardware Engineering team, you will develop a deep understanding of electrical system behavior through rigorous test, characterization, analysis, and hands-on debugging, then translate those insights into architecture, schematic, and design improvements. This is a hands-on player-coach role for an engineer who combines deep electrical expertise with exceptional systems thinking and technical judgment. You will manage and develop a small team of electrical engineers while remaining deeply engaged at the bench—defining the highest-value technical questions, designing experiments to answer them, interpreting complex data, and driving the resulting design decisions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead electrical system characterization and technical investigations, developing a deep understanding of system behavior across power, mixed-signal circuitry, digital interfaces, sensing, noise, timing, and other critical performance areas
- Define and execute experiments that efficiently answer complex engineering questions, isolate variables, identify root causes, and expose interactions across electrical subsystems and the broader product
- Translate characterization results and system insights into actionable architecture, schematic, component, layout, firmware, and system-level design improvements
- Drive resolution of complex electrical and cross-functional technical issues, using first-principles analysis, bench measurements, device telemetry, and structured experimentation to move from symptoms to root cause
- Build scalable characterization and analysis methods using Python, MATLAB, or equivalent tools to improve test coverage, automate analysis, identify trends, and accelerate engineering learning cycles
- Partner closely with Electrical, Firmware, Mechanical, Systems, Software, and Manufacturing teams to define requirements, evaluate tradeoffs, and improve end-to-end system performance, reliability, and manufacturability
- Manage and develop a small team of electrical engineers, setting technical priorities, creating clear ownership, providing mentorship and design review, and helping engineers grow while maintaining a high bar for technical execution
- Remain hands-on with schematic and circuit design, prototype bring-up, debugging, and design iteration, directly contributing to critical design changes where needed
- Establish rigorous validation approaches and success criteria that build confidence in electrical system performance across operating conditions, unit-to-unit variation, and product use cases
- Travel up to 15% domestically and internationally to collaborate with partners, suppliers, and contract manufacturers
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience, with demonstrated technical leadership and ownership of complex electrical or embedded systems
- Deep electrical engineering fundamentals across mixed-signal circuit design, power management, digital interfaces, signal integrity, and debugging of highly integrated systems
- Exceptional hands-on test, characterization, and debugging skills, with the ability to use experimentation and data to understand complex system behavior and drive meaningful design changes
- Strong experience with schematic capture and PCB design/review using ECAD tools such as Altium or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to lead ambiguous, cross-functional technical investigations, mentor other engineers, and drive complex engineering decisions to closure
- Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.

About the Company
Rain is the global stablecoin payments platform for enterprises, neobanks, platforms, developers, and AI agents. Our technology allows partners to move, store, and use stablecoins instantly and compliantly through global payment cards, rewards, on/offramps, wallets, and cross-border rails. As both a Visa and Mastercard Principal Member, Rain issues cards that work at more than 175 million merchant locations in over 220 countries and territories. Built natively for stablecoins and trusted by more than 100 organizations worldwide, Rain delivers secure, scalable infrastructure that makes money move freely and instantly around the world.
You will have the opportunity to deliver massive impact at a hypergrowth company backed by some of the top investors in fintech, crypto, and SaaS. In January 2026, we closed a $250M Series C led by ICONIQ, valuing Rain at $1.95B, with Sapphire Ventures, Norwest, Galaxy Ventures, Dragonfly, Bessemer Venture Partners, FirstMark, Lightspeed, and Endeavor Catalyst also participating. If you're curious, bold, and excited to help shape a borderless financial future, we'd love to talk.
Our Ethos
We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.
Rain operates around the world and services global businesses and platforms with embedded financial products and services. We work with some of the biggest businesses in the world and serving them means servicing their end users around the world. Getting there usually means expanding our licensing coverage either through direct force projection or through strategic partnerships. Once we’re in a market this work transitions to getting our products and services up and running to ship local products.
Market Expansion is a high impact, small, SWAT-like team that owns launching local financial products in each of our target geographies. We like to work in person and we work on every market Rain decides to enter. As part of this team, you will go exotic places, meet exotic people, and build exciting products.
The team is, by definition, heavily cross functional requiring team members to work with Product, Legal, Compliance, and Go To Market.
We are accountable for the outcome, not for the project plan. The model is deliberately temporary in each market. A launcher deploys into a market, launches the product, hires and hands over to a local GM, and moves to the next one.
A market launch is a complex project that runs 3 to 12 months, touches around twelve cross functional capabilities and more than ten internal functions.
If you want a clean, independent role inside one function, this is not for you. If you want to be personally accountable for making an impact on one of the fastest growing financial technology companies, keep reading.
What you’ll do
- Be Global: Spend significant time, in person, in each market you launch.
- Be Autonomous: Own a market launch end to end, from the point the entry decision is made to the point the business runs without you.
- Operate Across the Company: Work with our legal team to manage the local regulatory and legal processes for licence expansion or transfer where we go direct.
- Define and execute the operationalization strategy for each market, meaning the specific decisions about how Rain's technology, team and systems get deployed in the local market.
- Identify and solve blockers to quick market launch.
- Coordinate and drive a 100 day plan for each market, including the workstream owners, the sequencing, the reporting cadence, and the escalation path when a workstream slips.
- Identify and hire the key local roles, usually a country lead and their first two or three hires, and ramp them up / coach them through the first few weeks at their roles.
- Detect what is missing before it becomes a problem. Additional licences, gaps and remediations that nobody has scoped.
- Own and improve the playbook.
You are likely to succeed if you have:
- Background: roughly 5 to 7 years of experience in strategy consulting, private equity operations, or an operating role in a regulated fintech or payments business.
- Communication skills: you can independently write high-quality formal documents, and represent Rain in high-stakes meetings (e.g., with regulators, investors, partners, customers…).
- Business and tech acumen: can work through complexity across different workstreams (e.g., pricing, tech, legal, compliance) identifying what matters in a context full of noise.
- Project management experience: you have driven complex projects to completion, particularly when task owners don’t directly report to you.
- Practicality and effectiveness: you get things done quickly despite challenges, and are able to deliver a high amount of output when required.
- Intellectual curiosity: you are eager to go deep into technical topics, particularly when the response is not obvious.
- Desire to travel: you are interested in spending significant time in person in the target markets to launch the product, hire a local team, and solve problems.
- Location: you are based in New York or Madrid, or have a willingness to relocate.
- Languages: you speak native / fluent English.
Bonus attributes:
- Direct experience with regulatory approval processes, market expansion, post-merger integration, on either side of the table.
- Experience in payments, card issuing, e-money or banking, whether at an operator, a regulator, an adviser or a network.
- Having expanded a business into a new geography, including taking a product or a programme live in a new jurisdiction.
- Knowledge of the payment / crypto regulatory landscape for payments and digital assets.
- Familiarity with stablecoins and how onchain tech interacts with traditional payments.
- Additional languages, particularly Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese or Arabic.
- Experience building a function from scratch, including hiring the team who came after you.

BUILD YOUR ENTERPRISE SALES CAREER AT N8N
n8n is growing rapidly at the intersection of AI, automation and enterprise software. More than 1.7 million active builders use n8n each month, and we’re scaling our enterprise business as more organisations look for ways to connect AI with the systems, data and workflows that run their businesses.
We’re building our SDR team in Berlin and looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join us.
You’ll partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives to break into some of the largest organisations in the DACH region. This isn’t about maximising email volume. You’ll take a thoughtful, account-based approach: researching strategic companies, identifying the right stakeholders, understanding their priorities, and creating relevant conversations around automation and AI.
If you’re succeeding in an SDR/BDR role and want greater exposure to enterprise selling, strategic account planning, technical buyers and a genuine path towards AE, this could be a great next step.
WHY N8N?
🚀 Serious momentum. n8n has grown rapidly into a major player in workflow automation and AI, with more than $100M in ARR, 1,400+ enterprise customers, and a $5.2B valuation following strategic investment from SAP.
📈 Build towards AE. We want the SDR role to be a platform for your next step. High-performing SDRs can develop through our structured SDR → AE programme, with live deal exposure, discovery and MEDDPICC coaching, call reviews, and opportunities to take greater ownership of real opportunities alongside experienced AEs.
✏️ Learn enterprise selling. Work alongside Enterprise AEs on account strategy, stakeholder mapping, messaging, discovery and opportunity creation - gaining exposure to how complex enterprise deals are built from the start.
🤖 Sell where the market is going. You’ll engage technical and executive buyers around AI, automation and some of the most important technology challenges businesses are tackling today.
⚡Use AI to sell smarter. Experiment with AI, n8n and modern sales technology to research accounts, understand buyers, personalise outreach and improve how you work. You don’t need to be an engineer - but you should be curious about technology and excited to learn.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build enterprise pipeline: Prospect into a focused set of strategic accounts and create qualified opportunities.
- Develop account strategies: Partner with Enterprise AEs to identify priority companies, stakeholders, challenges, use cases and engagement strategies.
- Research your prospects: Understand the business and technical priorities of stakeholders across IT, DevOps, SecOps, Engineering and related teams.
- Create outreach that gets attention: Develop thoughtful, personalised messaging tied to real account priorities rather than generic sequences.
- Prospect across channels: Engage prospects through email, phone, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Lead early-stage discovery: Understand business needs, technical environments, priorities, urgency and potential fit with n8n.
- Continuously improve: Use Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, AI tools, coaching and performance data to sharpen your approach.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for someone with a strong SDR foundation who wants to develop into an excellent enterprise seller.
You’ll likely be a good fit if you have:
- SDR or BDR experience in B2B SaaS, software or technology
- Experience generating pipeline through outbound prospecting within mid- market or enterprise accounts
- A strong sales track record against your targets
- Fluency in German (C1 level- fluent or bilingual)
- Confidence engaging senior business and technical stakeholders
- A thoughtful approach to account research, personalisation and qualification
- Curiosity about technical products, automation and AI
- Resilience, consistency and ownership of your results
- The ability to work from our Berlin office three days per week
Bonus points if you have: experience prospecting into technical audiences; familiarity with buying committees, Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo or MEDDPICC; experience using AI or automation in your own sales workflow.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Success here is about quality, not just activity.
You’ll build a deep understanding of your accounts, identify the right stakeholders, create messaging that earns attention and generate qualified enterprise opportunities that can turn into meaningful revenue.
Along the way, you’ll build experience in enterprise account strategy, technical selling, discovery, AI and automation, and complex B2B sales - giving you a strong foundation for the next stage of your career.
INTERESTED?
You don’t need to meet every requirement to apply.
If you have a strong foundation in outbound sales, you’re curious about technology, and you’re excited by the opportunity to help build n8n’s enterprise business while developing towards your next step in sales, we’d love to hear from you.
n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
We can sponsor visas to Germany; for any other country, you need to have existing right to work.

We believe change is constant and our team moves forward as one, with a culture of problem-solving where every employee is empowered and supported to challenge tradition and create solutions. Our mission is simple: to make self-custody accessible and give people the keys to their own financial futures. If you want to make a true impact, we want you to join us at Ledger.
At Ledger, we’re proud to be the global platform for digital assets and Web3, with over 20% of the world’s crypto assets secured through our Ledger devices. With our headquarters in Paris, and offices in Vierzon, Grenoble, Montpellier, London, Portland, Geneva, Zurich and Central Singapore, we have a team of around 600 professionals developing a variety of products and services to enable individuals and companies to securely buy, store, swap, grow and manage crypto assets – including the Ledger hardware wallets line with more than 7.5 millions units already sold in 200 countries.
The mission of the Senior Product Manager - Earn is to own and grow one of Ledger Live's core value pillars: helping millions of users put their crypto to work safely, directly from self-custody. You will define and drive the roadmap for Earn - spanning staking, stable yield savings, and partner-powered yield products - turning Ledger's security promise into a real, recurring source of value for our users and for the business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Product Strategy & Vision: Defining the vision and driving the roadmap for the Earn scope, and translating it into a clear, prioritized quarterly plan that balances new yield opportunities, platform scalability, and user trust.
- End-to-End Ownership: Driving initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration — writing PRDs, defining success metrics, and partnering closely with engineering, design, and embedded software to ship features that work flawlessly on both the app and the device.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Using Mixpanel and other analytics tools to understand user behavior across the Earn funnel, identify drop-off points, and prioritize the roadmap based on evidence rather than opinion.
- Partner & Ecosystem Management: Partnering with yield and staking partners, negotiating rev-share terms, and evaluating new integrations to expand what “earning with Ledger” means for our users.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Acting as the central point of alignment between Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance — especially given the regulatory sensitivity of yield-generating products in crypto.
- Team & Stakeholder Communication: Producing sharp, decision-ready documentation (roadmaps, product vision docs, dashboards) that can be handed directly to leadership and collaborators without further editing.

How we work
Our aim is to keep doing so for many more years, if not decades. In order to be able to do so, we’ve defined a distinct way of how we’re working at Wooga, so that all relevant aspects intertwine and have a positive impact on the game. No matter if you’re part of a game team or support the success of Wooga as part of a central team, all 250+ employees from around the world can make an impact. We’re proud of the environment we’ve built, and believe you’ll enjoy working with some of the best people in the industry.
Our drivers: Speed, Focus, Ownership, and Impact, guide our working style at Wooga and help us make a deliberate choice to focus on what is important to us, while working towards a shared goal.
These drivers shape how we work together and what we expect from ourselves and our leaders.
We are seeking an analytical, enthusiastic marketing professional to join us as a Senior Customer Acquisition Manager. In this role, you will own the marketing budget for our games and partner with various teams to develop and execute a data-driven user acquisition and growth strategy. You will spend millions of dollars per month across multiple platforms in pursuit of Wooga’s user acquisition goals, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve performance through testing, experimentation, and innovation.
A key part of the role is to continuously develop and test new hypotheses across channels, audiences, creatives, and the user journey, turning insights and data into actionable experiments and scaling successful learnings. You will work closely with Creative Production, Product, Analytics, and other teams to develop and test new ideas that drive acquisition and overall game growth. In addition to managing UA campaigns, you will support the marketing team’s internal analysis pipeline, producing regular reports and insights for executive management and the wider marketing team.
About the role
Take responsibility for allocating our marketing budget for your respective networks. Participate in high-level strategic discussions on growing our games and determining the size and allocation of our budgets.
Develop and continuously evolve UA strategies through ongoing testing and experimentation. Proactively identify opportunities, formulate hypotheses, design tests, analyze results, and scale successful learnings across markets, platforms, and campaigns.
Collaborate internally with the User Acquisition team as well as externally with the Playtika organization to share knowledge and drive best practices across teams.
Advance our internal tools and processes using dedicated engineering and analytics resources.
Strengthen our relationships with advertising partners, including Applovin, Google, and others.
Identify and evaluate creative growth opportunities for global expansion.
Partner closely with the Creative Production team to develop, test, and iterate on creative concepts, translating UA insights and performance data into new creative hypotheses and opportunities.
Work closely with Product, Analytics, Ad Monetization and other teams to identify and test opportunities that can improve acquisition, conversion, retention, and overall growth.
Support game teams through structured experiments and advise Product teams on features and improvements that can positively impact user acquisition and growth.
Foster a culture of experimentation by continuously challenging existing approaches, bringing new ideas to the table, and turning insights into actionable tests.
About you
Relevant prior work experience in mobile games or apps (gaming experience is a big plus).
A professional background in quantitative analysis.
Up to date on current marketing trends, tools, and consumer behavior.
You can juggle multiple projects simultaneously, and use data to figure out what's actually working.
You proactively spot issues before they become problems, and don't wait around for someone else to flag them.
You bring your own ideas to the table, back them up with data, and know how to find consensus.
You are comfortable collaborating closely with people from different disciplines, prioritizing the best idea over being right.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Please note: Research has shown that some under-represented groups in the gaming industry (eg: women) tend to apply only if they meet every single requirement. Here at Wooga, the desire to learn and the willingness to solve problems are more important to us than your experience on paper. We encourage you to apply even if you do not think that you tick all the boxes - thinking outside of such boxes and embracing the diversity of mindsets and backgrounds is what we believe makes our teams thrive.
Our Promise
Shape the future! Challenge the status quo and team up with a diverse group of experts (over 50 nationalities!) working on crafting the world’s best games.
We offer a generous relocation package and home search support if you are not already located in Berlin. Did we mention that we also cooperate with Kindergartens?
Make use of a significant education budget and extra days off for self-development. Join our meet-ups, talks, brown bag lunches, internal trainings, workshops and many others.
Enjoy the pilates, mindfulness app, sports and transport subsidies. And a Purpose Day to donate your time to a worthy cause!
Did you know that German is the third most commonly taught language worldwide? Learn it too! We offer German language classes for you and your significant other.
With our hybrid work model you will work in the office with your teams twice a week, to encourage in-person collaboration and team bonding. The other three days you can choose if you want to work from home or from the office. We also offer 10 days a year to work from abroad.
At Wooga we are committed to providing a friendly, safe and welcoming environment for everyone who works here or with us, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion (or lack thereof) and game preferences. Be yourself, we like you that way!
