Location: Berlin
Workplace: Hybrid
OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Taxfix recently launched its first products and services for self-employed people and
small and medium businesses in Germany. The B2B motions these products
need to scale have to be built from the ground up, with support from central
growth and channel experts: acquisition and onboarding, lead generation and
nurturing, sales, retention and expansion. In this role, your mandate is to
find, test and scale what works.
You own SE and SMB growth marketing end to end for Germany. You start from an
insight you found yourself and pick the few opportunities worth the time and
money. Before launch you set the success, kill and scale criteria and what done
means. Then you run the work yourself, or hand it to the expert best placed to
run it, read the result and decide whether to scale, iterate or kill.
Central specialist teams carry the established work, and you collaborate with
them: paid acquisition, CRM, marketing data and MarTech. You decide which
channels, segments and messages to test, and you build the growth loops nobody
at Taxfix has run yet. You work with the B2B product team, the B2B commercial
lead, Product Marketing and our Creative Studio.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Find the opportunities worth running. Turn customer conversations, sales
calls, funnel data and what you observe in the market into hypotheses and
experiments for SE and SMB growth. Rank them and run them. Pivot when an
experiment fails, and scale quickly when it works.
- Build multi-channel strategies. Build an experimentation engine, and use
its results to shape the multi-channel strategy for awareness and demand
capture across Taxfix's new B2B products. Central growth teams and channel
experts carry parts of the mix.
- Design how each product reaches its customers. For each growth loop,
decide the ICP segment to focus on, the channel and the message to test, how
the user flow and experience fit the loop, and the plan for scaling after the
first positive signals.
- Plan it, then run it yourself. Set success, kill and scale criteria before
launch. Build the prototype, landing page, content, onboarding flow or nurture
sequence with your own hands where that is fastest, and bring in central
experts where they do it better.
- Build B2B motions from zero to one. Acquisition and onboarding flows, lead
generation and nurturing, the handover to inbound sales, retention and
expansion loops. Several of these exist nowhere at Taxfix today.
- Read the results and make the call. Separate signal from noise at B2B
volumes, where samples start small. Decide to scale, iterate or kill, and turn
the read into recommendations for Product and commercial leadership.
- Use AI as an operating and growth advantage. Use AI to 10x your
effectiveness and your outcomes. Build your own prototypes, applets and tools
for the opportunities you run, and apply AI to discovery, analysis, content,
experimentation and repeating workflows.
- Steer budget where the evidence is thin. You hold the mandate to plan and
allocate budget for new B2B motions and growth loops.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Strategist and operator in one person. You pick the opportunities and you
run them, to the standard you planned them to. Given the choice, you ship a
first version this week over polishing a plan for a month.
- 5+ years in B2B go-to-market. 5+ years of experience in B2B
go-to-market, growth, strategy or another go-to-market function, including
ownership of a product or business outcome.
- Zero-to-one experience. You took a new product, category, platform or
business line from the first growth-loop tests, through scaling, to a
multi-channel playbook.
- Close to the customer. You naturally stay close to our customers, talk to them, listen to sales calls and use customer insights to inform your decisions.
- Data literacy. You can define and interpret acquisition, activation, adoption,
retention, pipeline, conversion, revenue and product-usage metrics, and you
turn what you find into a decision.
- Agility and speed. You try new ideas all the time. When one fails, you
pivot. When one works, you move to scale it. Shifting priorities and tight
deadlines don't throw you off.
- Curious about B2B growth and AI. You follow the people and sources moving
both fields, and you can name what you took from them into your own work.
- Knowledge of the German market, ideally of how self-employed people and
small businesses buy. Fluent German is a big plus, not a must.
WHY TAXFIX?
- A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.
- Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions.
- A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like.
- Employee stock options for all employees—because everyone deserves to benefit from the success they help to create.
- 30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours.
- A generous learning budget to support your personal and professional development and guidance from our internal L&D experts.
- Work from abroad for up to six weeks every year. Just align with your team, and then enjoy your trip.
- Plenty of opportunities to socialise as a team. In addition to internal meetups, our international team hosts regular get-togethers—virtually and in person when possible.
- Free tax declaration filing, of course, through the Taxfix app—and internal support for all personal tax-related questions.
- Have a four-legged friend in your life? We’re happy to have dogs join us in the office.

In this role you will report to our Head of Business Risk & Enablement and will partner with Product, Operations, Compliance and many other support and oversight teams to ensure that products and features are delivered “best-in-class” in a safe and sound manner. You will also be primarily responsible for the facilitation of non-financial risk management programs.

— Facilitate pre-launch and new activity initiatives/reviews, tracking items to closure and escalating where/when necessary
— Facilitate execution of risk self assessments and similar exercises within the non-financial risk frameworks
— Event/incident, issues, and remediations management - ensuring that incidents and issues are recorded and managed through to remediation in line with any and all relevant frameworks in the company
— Develop and enhance iteratively KPIs/KRIs to be monitored by yourself, product/process owners, and other stakeholders in order to mitigate risk
— Coordinate interactions and responses between Product and Operations teams vs. other stakeholders for audits, exams and similar reviews (internal and external)
— Engage and partner deeply with stakeholders across the organization including Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, etc.

— Bring a collaborative, problem-solving mindset to your work, have strong stakeholder management skills, and an ability to influence without direct authority
— Approach your work with a high quality bar and a strong sense of ownership - you see things through to completion, knowing when to be pragmatic vs. when not to settle
— Proficient with AI tools, or eager to get there, to drive efficiency in risk and controls work — a growth mindset is enough if you're not an expert day one.
Preferred Qualifications:
— Exposure to product or technology development lifecycles (e.g., involvement in pre-launch reviews, feature rollouts, or cross-functional builds) — doesn't need to be a formal PM background, just familiarity with how products move from idea to launch

Our salary and equity ranges are highly competitive within the SaaS and fintech industry and are updated regularly using the most reliable compensation survey data for our industry. About the company
Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We were the first company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries, and have since expanded into several other assets. We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto.
Founded by folks from Goldman Sachs Digital Assets Team, we’re backed by some of the best investors in the world including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global, and more. We are currently the leaders in the space in terms of AUM and are well capitalized to continue growing the firm. We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S.
About the role
We're hiring a Senior Product Manager, Platform Experience to own the customer-facing experience across the Ondo Finance App — the single interface through which users discover, understand, buy, sell, trade, and manage Ondo's products (Stocks, Treasuries, Portfolios, and more).
This role owns the quality and coherence of the end-to-end user experience, with a particular focus on retention, usability, and long-term customer value. You'll turn complex financial and blockchain infrastructure into simple, intuitive, and trustworthy product.
This is a senior, hands-on individual-contributor role. You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and other Product leaders to define strategy, prioritize opportunities, write clear requirements, and ship meaningful improvements. Our product management function is young and fast-moving — you'll help define it from the ground up, which makes this a high-ownership, high-visibility role.
Target Outcomes
A cohesive, high-quality core experience: Ondo’s customer-facing surfaces feel like one unified platform across products and workflows, with a consistent and intuitive experience across web and eventually mobile.
Simple, intuitive investing and trading workflows: Users can confidently buy, sell, trade, and manage their portfolios across experiences like limit orders, order books, DCA, notifications, transaction history, reporting, and tax workflows.
Financial complexity made accessible: Sophisticated concepts such as order books, bid/ask pricing, settlement, and onchain transactions are translated into clear, low-friction experiences without sacrificing the functionality sophisticated users expect.
Stronger retention and long-term customer value: The core product gives users compelling reasons to return, manage more of their financial activity through Ondo, and deepen their engagement over time.
Measurably better product performance: Clear metrics and feedback loops are established around usability, retention, adoption, and customer satisfaction, with insights consistently translated into product improvements.
Customer-informed product decisions: Qualitative research and quantitative signals shape prioritization, ensuring the roadmap addresses meaningful customer problems rather than relying on internal assumptions.
Reliable end-to-end execution: High-impact product initiatives move effectively from discovery and problem definition through launch, measurement, and iteration, with strong coordination across Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.
A scalable foundation for Ondo’s product ecosystem: Core experiences and patterns are built to support new products and capabilities as Ondo expands, without creating a fragmented or increasingly complex customer experience.
Requirements
5+ years of product management experience, including owning customer-facing products from concept through launch.
A track record of building and shipping high-quality consumer or prosumer products, with a sharp instinct for intuitive, low-friction UX.
Experience with fintech, brokerage, investing, trading, payments, crypto, or other sophisticated financial products.
A working understanding of capital markets and financial product mechanics — trading, order books, execution, settlement, and liquidity.
Genuine, hands-on familiarity with crypto and DeFi products; a working knowledge of onchain financial primitives.
Strong analytical skills — able to define metrics, evaluate performance, and use data to drive prioritization.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to write sharp, well-reasoned PRDs and explain tradeoffs to both engineers and executives.
High ownership, strong organization, and comfort operating independently in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment — able to get the right people in a room, ask the right questions, and move things forward without top-down direction.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams without relying on formal authority.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Senior Business Assistant to join our Office of the CFO team, based in London. In this role, you’ll support the CFO in key leadership, board, and finance meetings by preparing materials in advance, documenting decisions and actions, and coordinating follow-through afterwards. It's a content-focused role: you'll need a genuine working understanding of finance to follow the discussion, not just log who said what.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Meeting Support & Follow-Through
- Join key meetings: Join meetings alongside the CFO — leadership, board, and finance-function meetings — capturing accurate notes and the decisions that come out of them.
- Own the follow-up: Turn discussions into clear, assigned action items and drive them to completion, chasing owners and flagging slippage before it becomes a problem.
- Track outstanding items: Maintain a live view of open actions and decisions across the CFO's meeting cadence, escalating blockers to the CFO directly.
Pre-Meeting Preparation
- Prepare pre-reads: Prepare pre-reads, briefing packs, and agendas ahead of key meetings, pulling together relevant background, data, and context.
- Coordinate stakeholder input: Coordinate input from stakeholders across Finance — Controllership, Tax, Treasury, FP&A — so the CFO walks in fully briefed.
- Anticipate what's needed: Proactively anticipate what the CFO will need for a given meeting, rather than waiting to be asked.
Finance-Literate Business Support
- Follow technical discussions: Apply a working understanding of financial concepts and terminology to accurately capture and summarise technical finance discussions.
- Sanity-check materials: Review financial reports, decks, and models before they reach the CFO, spotting errors, inconsistencies, or omissions.
- Partner across finance: Partner with Controllership, Tax, Treasury, and FP&A to gather the input and context needed for meetings and follow-ups.
Communication & Organisation
- Produce clear meeting notes: Produce clear, well-structured meeting notes and summaries, distributed promptly to attendees.
- Maintain a master tracker: Maintain a single source of truth for action items, decisions, and deadlines across the CFO's meeting cadence.
- Handle information with discretion: Manage confidential and sensitive business and financial information with sound judgement.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience as an EA, business assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives, ideally within a finance function.
- A working understanding of financial concepts and terminology (P&L, budgeting, forecasting) sufficient to follow and accurately summarise finance discussions.
- Excellent note-taking and written communication skills, able to turn meeting discussions into clear, actionable outputs.
- Strong organisational skills, with a proven ability to track and drive multiple action items to completion.
- Comfortable preparing pre-meeting materials, pulling together data and context from multiple stakeholders.
- High level of discretion when handling confidential business and financial information.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong proficiency with everyday productivity tools (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace).
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience supporting a CFO or finance leadership team specifically is a strong plus.
- Experience in a venture-backed, high-growth startup or scale-up is a plus.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Humanoid is seeking a Head of Solutions Engineering to turn customer operational needs into feasible, commercially compelling robotics solutions. Based in Boston, you will partner with the Commercial, Product, Engineering and Deployment teams to lead technical discovery, define customer requirements and build a clear path from initial evaluation to scaled deployment.
Initially, you will be the core individual contributor: personally visiting customer sites, designing solutions, developing technical proposals and creating the pre-sales material the Commercial team needs. As demand grows, you will establish and lead the Solutions Engineering function across the UK/EU, US and MENA, hiring and developing regional engineers while retaining direct involvement in strategic opportunities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Customer discovery and requirements:
- Lead customer site visits and operational assessments to understand workflows, volumes, layouts, materials, shift patterns and constraints; identify repeatable, high-value use cases for humanoid robotics.
- Align customer Operations, Engineering, IT, Safety, Procurement and executive stakeholders on the problem to solve and measurable success criteria, including throughput, availability, accuracy and human intervention.
- Build credible business cases and fleet-sizing models covering utilisation, labour assumptions, total cost of ownership, payback and sensitivity to performance and deployment ramp-up.
- Solution design and Product partnership:
- Define solution concepts, workflows, layouts, robot configurations, infrastructure and interfaces with customer systems such as WMS, MES, ERP and existing automation.
- Work with Product and Engineering to validate feasibility, distinguish demonstrated capabilities from development requirements, and agree capability gaps, owners, validation plans and realistic timelines.
- Translate customer demand into prioritised Product requirements, balancing commercial value, engineering effort and the potential to reuse capabilities across customers.
- Identify safety, cybersecurity and deployment compliance requirements, coordinating with the relevant specialists and documenting the actions needed for customer approval.
- Technical pre-sales and commercial enablement:
- Own the technical content of proposals, solution specifications, statements of work, RFI/RFP responses and customer technical due diligence, working with Commercial and Legal on commitments.
- Provide technical cost and resource estimates to support pricing, deployment planning and commercial risk assessment.
- Create and maintain the full pre-sales technical library: capability and performance evidence, use-case descriptions, technical presentations, reference architectures, layouts, integration guides, FAQs, demonstration assets, business-case models and requirements/SOW templates.
- Train Commercial colleagues and relevant partners to qualify use cases, gather the right site data and communicate approved technical capabilities consistently.
- Use operational modelling and simulation to assess suitability and deployment economics, including Humanoid AnalitIQ where appropriate.
- Validation, acceptance and deployment handover:
- Define the technical scope of demonstrations, proofs of concept and pilots, including baseline measurements, test conditions, resources, milestones, pass/fail criteria and the evidence required for acceptance.
- Work with Commercial to connect each evaluation to a measurable long-term business case and a credible path to larger fleet or multi-site deployment.
- Coordinate technical input to trials with Product, Engineering and Deployment; evaluate results, resolve gaps and translate learning into revised requirements and reusable material.
- Build and lead the global function:
- Define the Solutions Engineering operating model, ownership, technical review process and engagement with regional sales teams, Product, Engineering and Deployment.
- Develop a phased hiring and coverage plan across the UK/EU, US and MENA, aligned to pipeline value, opportunity complexity, travel demand and delivery capacity.
- Recruit, onboard, coach and lead regional Solutions Engineers, establishing consistent standards for discovery, solution design, technical documentation and commercial judgement.
- Establish the tools, CRM discipline, knowledge base and reporting needed to track requirements, feasibility decisions, proposal progress, technical risks and team performance.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 8+ years of proven experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales Engineering or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally within robotics, industrial automation or complex hardware solutions.
- Solid understanding of industrial workflows, automation systems and integrations with platforms such as WMS, MES and ERP.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience building business cases, ROI models, fleet-sizing estimates, TCO assessments and deployment cost models.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Commercial, Product, Engineering, Deployment and customer stakeholders to validate feasibility, manage technical risks and align on delivery commitments.
- Direct experience with humanoid robotics, autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), industrial robotics or AI-driven automation.
- Familiarity with operational modelling, simulation tools and robotics deployment economics.
- Experience scaling a Solutions Engineering or technical pre-sales function in a high-growth technology company.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and work closely with teams and customers across the UK/EU, US and MENA.
