Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the team
The Value Proposition & New Benefits team owns what our core value proposition for subscription should be, and the new benefits that bring it to life. We sit within the wider Subscription EMEA org, whose vision is to create the world's leading membership programme in local commerce, delivering unprecedented value and a world-class experience to members.
The role
We're looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to own strategy and execution for new benefits within Subscription. This is a hybrid strategy/build/run role: you'll define what to launch, then work cross-functionally to get it shipped and measure whether it's working. You'll be expected to move fluidly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution — this is not a role where strategy stops at a slide deck.
Typical problems you'll own:
What new benefits should we launch for Subscription — which ideas are worth pursuing, and what's the business case for each?
How do we prioritise and sequence a pipeline of benefit ideas against limited engineering, design, and operational capacity?
How do we define success for a new benefit before launch — what does a good outcome look like, and what would tell us to kill it?
Once live, how is a benefit actually performing — impact on acquisition, retention, frequency, and member satisfaction — against its cost to serve, and what does that tell us to do next?
How do we take a benefit from a small pilot to a scaled, steady-state feature, and what needs to be true operationally for that to work?
What you'll do
Own the strategy and roadmap
for new benefits within Subscription — build the analysis, the business case, and the plan, and drive it through to execution.
Cross-functional delivery
— partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, and Finance to take benefit ideas from concept to launch, without formal authority over any of them.
Build and prioritise the benefit pipeline
— evaluate a stream of ideas (experiential, use-case specific, or otherwise), size their potential impact and cost, and decide what's worth building next.
Track ongoing performance
— maintain visibility into each live benefit's impact on acquisition, retention, frequency, and satisfaction against its cost to serve, flagging when something needs attention.
Scale what works
— take benefits from small pilots to steady-state features, defining the operating model, reporting cadence, and processes needed to run them sustainably.
Bring outside-in perspective
— track what Uber One, DashPass, Wolt+, Just Eat and Amazon Prime are doing with membership benefits, and translate what's relevant into Deliveroo's context.
Communicate to senior stakeholders
— write clear strategy documents and present recommendations, trade-offs, and results to leadership.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in strategy & operations, strategy consulting, or business operations — ideally with exposure to marketplaces, subscription/membership businesses, or consumer tech.
Commercial acumen
: strong understanding of marketplace dynamics and subscriber value; comfortable building a business case and owning a set of P&L-adjacent metrics.
Analytical rigor
: comfortable interpreting data and experiment results to make a clear business call — you'll partner with Data Science on the "how" and "so what."
Bias for action and ownership
: able to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous problems ("what should we build, and how will we know it worked?"), and to drive execution personally rather than just recommend.
Cross-functional influence
: track record of aligning senior stakeholders and diverse functions (Product, Eng, Finance, Marketing) around a shared plan in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication — able to distill complex trade-offs into a clear recommendation for leadership.
Nice to have
Multi-market experience across EMEA
Background in a subscription, loyalty, or membership business (delivery, e-commerce, fintech, or otherwise).
Benefits (Deliveroo standard — adjust per market)
Free Subscription
Up to 5% matched pension contributions
Equity / share awards eligibility
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with tenure, plus 1 day paid volunteering leave
Funded private healthcare (core plan), with option to add family
Wellbeing perks: on-site gym / discounted gym membership, GymPass access
Enhanced parental leave from day one
Learning & development budget and access to RooLearn
Cycle to Work / Season Ticket Loan schemes
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
At Deliveroo, we know that a great workplace reflects the world around us and that true diversity and inclusion make us stronger, more creative, and better at what we do. We’re committed to fostering an environment where everyone can do their best work and feel they belong.
We believe in equality of opportunity and welcome candidates from all backgrounds regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, socio-economic background, religion, or belief.
If you have a disability or long-term health condition and need support to apply for one of our roles, or require any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, you’ll have the opportunity to let us know once you’ve submitted your application. We’ll share details on how to request support so we can ensure you have a fair and equitable experience.
If you’re excited about making a real impact in a fast-moving marketplace and growing your career alongside ambitious, supportive teams, we’d love to hear from you!

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
- Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Electronics)
- Location: Munich, Germany
- Department: Global Supply Chain
- Reports to: Engineering Operations Manager
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Office/On-site
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
THE MISSION OF THE ENGINEERING SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER (ELECTRONICS)
As our Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Electronics), you'll join our fast-moving Global Supply Chain organization and work closely with our hardware engineering teams as they design and build electronic systems on tight and shifting timelines.
You'll be an active part of our engineering projects, helping to execute them and staying ahead of supply. That means identifying long lead items and critical components as early as possible in the process, and securing them before they become bottlenecks for testing and builds. When lead times, allocation or a late design change threaten a prototype schedule, we need you to act. Our development cycles are fast and iterations are constantly occurring since we thrive on pushing the technology for the best.
You'll also be a key link between Engineering and Production. You'll communicate R&D supply chain risks and the critical components you've identified to Production, so nothing comes as a surprise at handover. Your work supports the success of every engineering prototype iteration and at the same time prepares Production for rollout and mass production.
This role suits someone who is proactive by nature, with a solution driven mindset and a deep understanding of electronics, PCB manufacturing and hardware prototyping, who is comfortable with ambiguity and acts before problems arrive rather than waiting for them. How quickly we get from concept to working hardware in orbit, and then into production, depends on how well this role is done.

About the role
We're looking for a
Senior Product Analyst
to become the independent analytical voice of our Matching & Relationships team. You'll work across several closely connected product areas - spanning matchmaking, messaging and AI-assisted user experiences - and help us answer the questions that matter:
are we moving in the right direction, and where do we invest the least effort for the greatest impact?
This isn't a role about building pretty dashboards. It's about designing rigorous experiments, challenging assumptions with data, and turning numbers into decisions. If you believe in the craft of real analytics - not just prompting an AI for a chart - and you like being the person who keeps the team honest with the data, you'll feel at home here. You'll partner directly with the product managers behind each area and report to the Head of Product, who cares deeply about analytics and will be a highly engaged collaborator.
What you'll do
Design and run product experiments end to end
- form hypotheses, define test duration and required sample size, assess whether the expected result is achievable, evaluate A/B tests and determine statistical significance.
Unify metrics across our product areas
into one coherent picture, cascading them from our core company metric (MAP) down to the drivers of acquisition, retention, reactivation and churn.
Be the independent analytical check
on whether the team is moving in the right direction - grounding decisions in data rather than intuition.
Find the highest-leverage growth opportunities
- where the smallest effort delivers the biggest effect on key metrics.
Track whether we're winning in the numbers
- connect metrics to goals, estimates and costs, and flag early when we drift off course.
Generate, prioritize and validate hypotheses
("what would happen if…?") together with product managers.
Investigate anomalies and metric deviations
, get to the root cause, and raise the alarm on product issues before they grow.
Calibrate our work against corporate goals
and challenge the flood of initiatives with a clear, numbers-based point of view.
Improve our analytical processes where you see room - we're an open team and we act on good ideas.
What we're looking for
Must-have:
4+ years in product analytics
, ideally at a product with large data volumes.
A degree in
mathematics, engineering or a related technical field.
Strong command of
mathematical statistics and probability theory
, applied in practice.
Proven, hands-on experience
designing and running A/B tests
— including sizing, significance and interpretation.
Fluency in
SQL and Python
; comfortable with data extraction, processing and visualization (Superset a plus).
Deep understanding of
product and marketing metrics
— LTV, CPA, Retention, CR — and how they connect to the business.
Product thinking
— you see the user behavior behind every metric.
High autonomy and ownership
— you find the growth points yourself and see them through to impact.
Critical thinking
— you question the data and the decisions around it, and cross-check your conclusions.
Clear communication
— you back arguments with numbers, explain the complex simply, and structure findings around a clear recommendation and estimated impact.
Nice to have:
Experience with products where data and causal inference are central -
social products, dating, gaming, or two-sided marketplaces (B2B + B2C).
Hands-on experience with
recommender systems.
Background at a
data-rich, high-volume product.
What do we offer
REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full-time.
Vacation 28 calendar days per year.
7 wellness days per year (time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave.
Bonuses up to $5000 for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company.
50% payment for professional training, international conferences, and meetings.
Corporate discount for English lessons.
Health benefits. According to the paychecks, if you are not eligible for corporate medical insurance, the company will compensate you with up to $ 1,000 gross per year per employee. This can be spent on self-purchase of health insurance or on doctor’s fees for yourself and close relatives (spouse, children).
Workplace organization. The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years.
Internal gamified gratitude system: receive bonuses from colleagues and exchange them for our merchandise, team building activities, massage certificates, etc.
Sounds good? Join us now!
The initial pay level or pay range for this role will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process and before the commencement of employment.

We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
About the role:
An indispensable component of Clipboard's marketplace is its workplace customers. The Account Manager ensures the continued success of the partnership between Clipboard and its workplace partners, working to deliver an optimal experience at every level of their organizations. The job encompasses being a resource to workplaces when issues arise, liaising with building- and corporate-level contacts, and keeping abreast of a litany of important business metrics for each account.
Your week will be balanced between high-touch customer engagement and internal account strategy, with a laser focus on net revenue retention. You are an avid problem-solver, a strategic communicator, and a diligent executor who can navigate complex relationships to sharpen your business acumen.
Responsibilities:
- Manage & grow your portfolio: Own a book of business with accountability for "Same-Store Shift Postings" (SSSP, which measures utilization) and "Same-Store Net Revenue" (SSNR, which measures profitability). In your pursuit of driving those numbers higher, you will identify churn risks, mitigate issues, and proactively uncover opportunities for commercial expansion.

- Extreme ownership: The buck stops with you, no matter what anyone else did or did not do. You're self-reliant, and can get things done in the chaos that is an early-stage startup scaling quickly.
- Extreme curiosity: You ask "why" 3-5 times in a row for the same problem, digging and digging and not being satisfied until you truly understand the root cause.
- Scrappiness: You look for ways through problems and refuse to let obstacles derail your progress. You bring solutions instead of asking ‘what should I do?’
- Fast-paced: You thrive on moving quickly and are highly adaptable to a market that evolves quickly.

1. Application (where you are now!)
2. Case study
3. Interview 1 with a hiring manager

Specifically, we’re looking at how you interpret written context, navigate ambiguity, and identify opportunities independently. This ensures our first conversation is grounded in your actual work style rather than just a resume walkthrough.
Qualifications:
- Relationship management experience not required but strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to try / lack of fear
- Bachelor's Degree
Benefits:
- Do great work that matters for customers who could really use your help

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Every dollar Anthropic earns and every dollar it spends on compute has to reach the books correctly, and the volume grows with Claude usage. That data comes from across the company and from partners: usage and billing, compute, infrastructure assets, leases. Products and pricing models keep launching, and each one adds another path into the books. Our goal is a continuous close with zero material issues, with audit-grade controls.
You’ll build the platform that gets us there: one front door for every finance event, an append-only ledger, and an accounting engine that posts each event exactly once. This is a distributed systems problem with an unusually high correctness bar. The system has to be right to the cent, replay cleanly and explain any number as of any date, at that volume. You will shape its architecture. Its users include Claude agents, which read and write through the same APIs and controls as people.
You’ll work closely with SWEs in Billing, Compute and Infra on shared contracts and APIs, and with product owners, finance operations and internal audit to turn accounting and controls requirements into designs. You don’t need a finance background. If you have built backend systems where correctness matters, we will teach you the domain.
Responsibilities
Design and build the front door into finance and its governed contracts: APIs for apps and agents, an event bus for systems that publish, adapters for vendor apps and reports, data-quality gates, and processing that posts every event exactly once, with replay and backfill
Drive the build of the accounting ledger and engine: an append-only ledger with idempotent posting, a rules framework that turns business events into journal entries, translation into the ERP, and period locks
Design and build the SDKs and frameworks that finance apps and agents build on
Build controls into the platform as code: immutable audit trail, maker-checker, scoped access and segregation of duties
Build and run the production services that other engineering teams call in real time, such as the tax and collections services in the billing flow, and own their reliability: uptime, latency, throughput and correctness targets agreed with those teams
Shape the platform’s technical direction: architecture, engineering standards and design reviews
Minimum qualifications
Strong backend engineering in a statically typed language such as Go, Java or Rust, or Python at scale
Experience designing and running high-volume, event-driven systems (publish/subscribe, streaming) with idempotent processing, replay and backfill
Experience designing relational data models and writing SQL for complex, versioned data
Experience designing APIs, SDKs and service-to-service integrations used by other teams
Experience building systems with auditability, access control or compliance requirements
Experience turning requirements from non-engineering partners into technical designs
Strong written and verbal communication, including design docs
Preferred qualifications
10+ years of experience
Experience building developer platforms or paved paths
Experience with streaming systems such as Pub/Sub or Kafka
Experience building with LLMs and agents, including MCP
Built a ledger, sub-ledger, billing or payments system
Familiarity with accounting concepts: double-entry, journal entries
Familiarity with internal controls and audit concepts: audit trails, segregation of duties, change management
Exposure to ERP or financial systems, such as Workday Financials
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Lead and grow a team of engineers: hire, coach and hold a high bar for engineering quality
Own delivery of the front door for finance events and its governed contracts, and the accounting ledger and engine, so every event is posted exactly once and can be traced back to its source
Be accountable for the production services that other engineering teams call in real time, such as the tax and collections services in the billing flow

As a Product Manager, Technical, you will own and be responsible for building a world class support experience for Anthropic's customers and the Product Support team. You will partner with Product Support Operations, AI Support, Billing, Fraud, and Product Engineering teams to build the systems that decide how Anthropic's users get unblocked when something goes wrong, and how what they report turns into product fixes, in partnership with the product teams that own the experience. Claude will be the primary operator of that support experience.
Partner with Product Support Operations, AI Support, and product engineering teams to own the systems behind the support experience end to end: the path from a recurring support driver to a shipped product fix, the Claude-based AI support layer that handles most inbound volume, and the tooling that helps human agents resolve what’s left quickly and accurately. .
Your north star is fewer support cases per user, and whole categories of cases eliminated, even as the product grows. The best outcome is a case that never gets opened because the product problem behind it was found and fixed. Everything in the support experience is in scope. You decide where to start.
You'll define the end-to-end experience Claude delivers: diagnosing a billing failure, resolving it or escalating it, recognizing when the same failure is showing up across many customers, filing the bug with repro steps and a proposed fix, getting that to the engineering team that owns the driver, following up with the customer to confirm the issue was actually resolved, and confirming the category actually goes away once the fix ships.
You will define and own the strategy and roadmap for the support-to-product feedback loop, including the escalation paths for billing, fraud, and high-visibility cases, and the metrics that show whether contact rate is falling.
Responsibilities
Deeply understand the needs of Product Support Operations, AI Support, Billing, Fraud, and the product engineering teams that own support drivers, from specialists handling enterprise escalations to engineers who need a support case turned into a reproducible bug they can fix.
Define and iterate on the support-to-product loop: how a case is classified, how recurring drivers are surfaced in near real time with case examples and recommended fixes, how each driver gets a named owner, and how we confirm the fix decreased case volume. Own the metrics behind it: inbound case volume by driver, drivers fixed at the root, and time from first case to shipped fix, alongside the response-time and CSAT targets Product Support Operations already runs on.
Own the customer's experience of getting unblocked: how quickly a user reaches a resolution and how little friction they hit on the way, whether Claude resolves the case or hands it to a specialist.
Minimize the blast radius of novel issues. New models and product changes will keep creating new drivers no one can predict; catch each one at its first reports, assess impact, and get the fix prioritized while the affected group is still small.
Partner with engineering and data science to build the systems that scale with Anthropic’s growth: Claude as the first responder, the data pipeline behind driver detection, and the tooling that lets Claude hand a diagnosed case to the right team.
Drive product strategy and roadmap for the in-house Claude support layer, including what Claude resolves on its own, what it escalates and to whom, and how far it goes toward filing and fixing the underlying product issue itself.
Own the trade-off framework between intake reduction, response time, cost, and quality, making transparent prioritization decisions about which drivers get fixed first and communicating them clearly to Product Support and senior leadership.
Build conviction about what support looks like when Claude is the primary operator, and translate that into a roadmap that gets Anthropic there ahead of the volume curve.
You may be a good fit if you have
7+ years of product management experience, with deep exposure to support systems, customer operations tooling, billing or payments, or internal platforms that serve operations teams
Experience taking technical platform products from infancy to scale: you've built something from the ground up and grown it to serve demanding internal or external engineering customers
Track record of building products that balance the needs of multiple personas, and of making prioritization trade-offs between them and communicating them clearly
Ability to internalize complex technical systems (case routing, billing and payments flows, LLM-based agents, data pipelines) and translate that understanding into a comprehensive product vision
Fluent across functions: you're equally credible reading a failed-payment trace with engineers, walking a specialist through why a driver got deprioritized, and explaining intake trends to leadership
A strong thesis on how AI changes support: you've thought deeply about what happens when the agent that answers the case can also diagnose, file, and fix what caused it, and you want to build that
Experience scaling an LLM-based product or experience from prototype to real volume, and a clear view of what breaks on the way: quality drift, cost, latency, and user trust
Scrappy and resourceful: you do what it takes to get things done in a fast-moving environment
Strong candidates may have:
Built or scaled the systems behind a high-volume support operation for consumer or developer products: case data pipelines, driver analytics, or LLM-based support agents.
Shipped an LLM-based support or operations agent in production and understand the trust, escalation, and quality-measurement problems that come with it.
Defined and operationalized contact-rate or case-deflection metrics, and a point of view on how those metrics change when the fix ships in the product instead of the help center.
Scaled through hypergrowth in support-heavy environments (consumer subscriptions, developer platforms, or fintech).
Experience getting product and engineering teams to own support drivers, with proven evidence of driving ownership through clear evidence and product quality.

About the Role
You will run the external audit calendar for our SOX 404 program as we scale toward an IPO. That means coordinating with our external auditors across the year, aligning testing windows with control owners, educating our control owners, and keeping requests and deliverables on schedule. You will also own SOX scoping and risk assessment cycles, deficiency tracking, and status reporting, and help roll out our GRC platform so the program runs from one system of record instead of spreadsheets. You will scale the program through AI-enabled workflows that reduce manual effort and speed up our SOX program.
This role reports to the Head of Business Controls and works closely with everyone on the SOX and Internal Audit team. This is an individual contributor role for someone who keeps a complex program on schedule, writes clearly, and makes the program simpler each cycle.
Key responsibilities
Own the annual SOX audit calendar, including interim and year-end testing windows, walkthrough schedules, and key deliverable dates agreed with external auditors.
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for external auditor requests. Triage, route, and track each request to closure, including PBC (provided-by-client) lists and evidence deliveries.
Coordinate auditor walkthroughs and fieldwork with process owners, control owners, and the SOX Testing team, so each control owner is asked for the same evidence once.
Track auditor findings, management responses, and deficiency follow-ups, and report status to Internal Audit leadership.
Prepare control owners and process owners for auditor sessions, and get evidence delivered on time without direct authority over them.
Lead the annual SOX scoping and risk assessment, including quarterly refreshes, and support the annual Fraud Risk Assessment, so the program has appropriate scope and coverage under COSO.
Monitor BP and IT SOX testing and report status to leadership and share status with external auditors
Lead work with the business to improve control documentation, including education of templates and SOX guidance.
Find optimization and automation opportunities across the SOX lifecycle through the use of AI.
Support the rollout of the GRC tool for SOX, including control libraries, workflows, evidence requests, and testing templates.
Define the data and reporting requirements the platform must meet, and test that it produces what the program needs.
Run the quarterly sub-certification process and report results to leadership
Own SOX program status reporting: dashboards and metrics for leadership, audit calendar progress, and deficiency and remediation status.
Own status reporting for the full SOX lifecycle: scoping and risk assessment, testing, deficiencies and remediation, segregation of duties (SOD), SOC 1 report reviews, the fraud risk assessment, and audit calendar progress.
