The Platform Auth team’s goal is to support our ‘one customer identity’ vision by providing tools, processes, and expertise for our engineering teams to create a unified access management experience while simplifying and standardizing engineering patterns in the space. We are looking for engineers to join our growing team!
What you will be doing:
- Design and build the platform services that power authentication, authorization, and audit across ClickHouse Cloud. This includes a unified RBAC/ReBAC service, token issuance and session handling, and the SDKs that product teams embed to make authorization decision.
- Model permissions and access control primitives (resources, roles, relationships, policies) that work across ClickHouse, SQL Console, ClickPipes, and HyperDX. Ship the libraries and APIs that other engineers build against.
- Implement protocol-level support for SAML, SCIM, OIDC, OAuth2, and MFA/passwordless flows. Own the integrations that make enterprise SSO and provisioning work end to end.
- Build the audit and authorization-decision telemetry pipeline so every access decision is observable, queryable, and surfaceable to customers.
- Partner with product engineering teams to migrate bespoke per-product auth implementations onto the shared platform, and design APIs that make adoption straightforward.
- Carry the platform on-call rotation and own production reliability for systems on the critical path of every customer request.
What you bring along:
- Minimum 4+ years building production backend systems at scale. Comfort with at least one systems language (Go, Rust, C++) and one application language (TypeScript, Python).
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing an authentication or authorization service. Examples include building a token issuer, an OIDC or OAuth2 provider, a policy engine, a permissions model, or an FGA/ReBAC system in the style of Zanzibar, OpenFGA, SpiceDB, or Cedar.
- Working knowledge of SAML, SCIM, OIDC, and OAuth2 at the protocol level and are able to implement them.
- Experience designing APIs and SDKs that other engineers depend on, with strong opinions on what makes them adoptable.
- Experience operating distributed systems at scale, including caching strategies, consistency tradeoffs, and multi-region concerns.
- Familiarity with identity vendors (Auth0, WorkOS, AWS/GCP/Azure IAM) as building blocks you've extended or integrated into a larger platform.
- Strong production debugging instincts and a high bar for systems that are easy to develop against.
Bonus:
- You've built or contributed to a Zanzibar-style authorization system, or run an OpenFGA or SpiceDB deployment beyond the demo.
- You've designed a multi-tenant permission model that survived real customer requirements like custom roles, hierarchies, delegation, and ABAC attributes.
- You've shipped an SDK that product teams across an org actually adopted, and have opinions about why most internal SDKs fail.

About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer to join the OEX Mobile Growth team — a pure mobile team sitting at the intersection of engineering rigour, consumer growth craft, and product instinct. This is not a feature delivery role. You will sit upstream of requirements, shape initiatives alongside product and business stakeholders, and own the engineering end-to-end on growth bets that move real metrics for millions of users. The ideal profile combines a solid engineering foundation, hands-on growth experience serving mobile users, and the conviction to bring proposals, not just execute them.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the full engineering lifecycle of mobile growth initiatives - from shaping the brief with product and business through to production launch and iteration.
Build and optimise growth systems - including funnel instrumentation, referral mechanics, acquisition loops, and experiment frameworks — directly serving the mobile user base.
Collaborate closely with Product Manager, Business Development, and local market teams across multiple regions to translate commercial goals into concrete, data-backed engineering proposals.
Apply AI coding tools actively in your workflow to accelerate development, improve code quality, and bridge across tech stacks where needed.
Drive technical decision-making on growth infrastructure, articulating trade-offs clearly and defending or revising your positions based on evidence.
Mentor engineers on the team and help establish a culture where engineers bring solutions, not just responses.
What We Look For In You
8+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production-quality systems at scale.
Hands-on growth engineering experience — funnel optimisation, experiment frameworks, acquisition or referral systems — in a consumer-facing (ToC) product context.
Understanding of mobile users: how they behave, what drives retention and conversion, and how mobile-native growth mechanics differ from web.
Actively uses AI tools as a core part of your engineering workflow — not just for code generation, but for building repeatable workflows and bridging across stacks.
Outspoken and proposal-driven: you come to the table with a point of view, push back when you disagree, and bring data and a counter-proposal rather than just flagging concerns.
Strong cross-functional communication — comfortable working with Product Manager, Business Development, and local markets to align on goals and hold the line on engineering quality.
Data instincts: you think in funnels, know how to instrument what matters, and use metrics to drive decisions.
Nice-To-Haves
Mobile development experience in iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) — or backend experience building growth systems that serve mobile apps directly (e.g. growth APIs, attribution pipelines, notification infrastructure).
Experience with Rust or other systems languages — especially candidates who have recently migrated from mobile-native stacks and are building fluency in backend tooling.
Depth in mobile attribution and MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, SKAdNetwork).
ASO operational experience (App Store Connect, Google Play Console).
Experience building referral systems, k-factor mechanics, or anti-fraud layers.
Background in fintech, crypto, or regulated consumer financial products.
Experience operating across US, EEA, and APAC markets.
A/B experiment framework ownership at meaningful scale.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
Reports to: Engineering Manager
Location: Remote US
Compensation Range: $200,000 to $220,000 base plus bonus and equity
What You’ll Do:
The Huntress team is looking for an innovative and highly motivated Staff Software Engineer with excellent problem-solving and communication skills to join our Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM) team. ISPM is a new frontier of security, with the vast majority of breaches in 2026 beginning with identity compromise. ISPM moves compromise prevention “further left”, ideally preventing more identities from being breached by encouraging better hygiene in everyday actions. In this role, you will build scalable solutions to emerging threats in a rapidly evolving landscape. In many cases, you will work on problems nobody has solved before, with no existing template, so the ability to learn quickly and think outside the box is critical. You will work across the stack, building new UI one day, scalable data models and event ingestions the next, then wrapping up the week with automated detectors to alert customers and our Security Operations Center to suspicious activity.

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
ABOUT NORTH
North is Cohere's agentic AI platform: it securely deploys AI agents and automations inside an organization's own infrastructure, combining generative and search models with customizable integrations to drive productivity at scale.
OVERVIEW
North is only as valuable as the systems it can reach - CRM, ITSM, productivity suites, data warehouses, knowledge stores, and identity. You'll own that integrations surface end to end.
It’s a dual mandate: own the integrations themselves (prioritize, ship, and drive adoption) and build the underlying platform capabilities they depend on when those don't yet exist.
OUTCOMES
- Family of integrations that are adopted and driving customer value, measured by usage and retention.
- Reusable, platform-level capabilities and a developer and partner on-ramp that scale across use cases.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define the integration ecosystem strategy for North - roadmap, catalogue priorities, and partner posture - anchored to customer demand and revenue.
- Own North's integrations end to end, and partner with strategic customers to define transformative, integrations-based workflows.
- Derive generic, platform-level capabilities (connector framework, auth and identity, tool-use, data sync, permissioning) where they don't yet exist, partnering with the core-experience team on shared work.
- Collaborate with forward-deployed engineering to define how to evolve integration work into reusable product, to scope, sequence, and build it.
- Define the developer and partner experience (APIs, SDKs, plugin model, docs) and instrument analytics to track adoption, time-to-stand-up, and retention.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years in product management on platform / API, integrations, or developer / ecosystem products.
- Track record shipping integration, connector, or platform products with real impact on adoption, expansion, or retention.
- Experience working directly with high-stakes customers and ecosystem partners.
- Technical fluency with APIs, auth, data models, and integration architecture; comfortable with first-party vs. partner vs. self-serve tradeoffs.
- Analytical and metrics-first, and a strong cross-functional collaborator across engineering, design, and field / deployment teams.
- Experience with AI-first product management.
- Bias for shipping and iterating.
- Experience with a least a few domains of: Agentic AI, LLMs, Automation, Productivity, Enterprise security and compliance.
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.
- Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health.
- RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme.
- 100% Parental Leave top-up for up to 6 months, for either parent.
- Annual enrichment benefits:
Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit.
Education & learning stipend for conferences, courses, and coaching.
- 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!)
- Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite.
HOW AND WHERE WE WORK:
- Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon.
- For those in the office: a daily lunch program, plenty of snacks, and regular community and social events.
- For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city.
- Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly.
If any of the above doesn’t line up exactly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
We strive to create an inclusive work environment for all; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities. Should you require any accommodations during the recruitment process, please submit an Accommodations Request Form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/12a6IrLdF3kI2nonKSr4tiFuz18rLQbaeYV-JM9L4o9Q/edit, and we will work together to meet your needs.
We may use AI-enabled tools to screen and assess applicants against the criteria for this position. This helps our recruiters identify potentially qualified candidates, but it doesn't limit the applications our recruiters may review or consider.
Beware of Scams: Cohere will never ask for payment or third-party services (e.g., CV writing) as part of our hiring process. All legitimate roles are listed on the Cohere careers page and LinkedIn only, with all communications from Cohere employees coming from an @cohere.com or @cw.cohere email alias. About the Role

Securities financing — familiarity with securities financing and stock lending operations is a strong plus.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Inference organization serves Claude to millions of users and enterprise customers with the speed, reliability, and efficiency that frontier AI demands. We build across GPUs, TPUs, and Trainium, and the complexity of our development environment grows with every platform we add. We're looking for a Staff engineer to be the technical lead for Inference Developer Productivity: the team that makes every engineer in the org dramatically more effective at building, testing, and shipping inference software.
This is a senior IC role with broad technical ownership. You'll set technical direction for the team's toolchains, workflows, and feedback loops, and you'll be the one making the hard calls on architecture, prioritization, and tradeoffs across heterogeneous accelerator platforms. You'll pair with the team's Engineering Manager, who owns hiring and people development, while you own the technical roadmap and drive the work. You'll also partner closely with Anthropic's central Infrastructure org, where company-wide developer productivity lives, to make sure Inference's multi-accelerator reality is well served without duplicating effort.
This role is for someone who has been the technical anchor on a platform or infrastructure team before, who thinks in systems and feedback loops, and who gets real satisfaction from the moment another engineer stops fighting their environment and starts shipping.
Key responsibilities
Set technical direction for Inference Developer Productivity, owning the architecture and roadmap for toolchains, dev environments, and CI/CD across GPU (CUDA), TPU, and Trainium platforms
Be the technical owner of accelerator toolchain management: compilers, drivers, libraries, frameworks, kept current, compatible, and well-tested so Inference engineers focus on model serving instead of environment archaeology
Design and build infrastructure for efficient accelerator usage during development, including devbox environments, pre- and post-land validation automation, and shared tooling that reduces the cost of working across heterogeneous hardware
Define and instrument productivity metrics for the Inference org, building the dashboards and alerting that surface regressions early (smoke tests red for extended periods, build times creeping up, toolchain breakages) and drive them to resolution
Proactively hunt down bottlenecks, toil, and friction across Inference engineering workflows, then design and build the systems that eliminate them
Act as the technical counterpart to Anthropic's central Infrastructure org, aligning on shared developer productivity initiatives, contributing Inference-specific requirements, and making the call on build vs. adopt
Mentor engineers on the team through design review, code review, and direct collaboration, raising the technical bar without owning headcount
Minimum qualifications
8+ years of software engineering experience, with significant time as the technical lead or anchor on an infrastructure, platform, or developer productivity team
Deep background in systems engineering, build/test infrastructure, or ML infrastructure, with the ability to go hands-on with toolchain issues, CI/CD pipelines, and developer workflow optimization
Experience owning toolchains or development environments for compute-intensive workloads (ML training or inference, HPC, large-scale distributed systems)
Real depth in at least one accelerator ecosystem (CUDA/GPU, TPU, or Trainium/AWS Neuron) and genuine appetite to learn the others
A track record of defining and using engineering metrics to drive improvement: you've built dashboards, set SLOs on developer workflows, or led initiatives that measurably improved engineering velocity
Experience driving technical alignment across organizational boundaries, advocating for your team's needs while contributing to shared infrastructure
Strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to influence technical direction without formal authority
Preferred qualifications
Experience with ML compiler toolchains (XLA, Triton, NeuronX) or accelerator driver/firmware management at scale
Background building or running shared development environments (devboxes, remote development, ephemeral environments) for hardware-dependent workflows
Experience with CI/CD systems at scale, particularly for workloads involving accelerator hardware
Familiarity with Kubernetes-based development and job scheduling environments
Prior tech lead experience on a developer productivity or platform engineering team at a fast-growing AI/ML company
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$405,000
—
$485,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
