Who You Are:
You are a seasoned, execution-focused Technical Program Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings structure to ambiguity. You are comfortable operating across time zones and functions, partnering with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to drive high-quality delivery—ideally within financial services or retail-facing platforms.
You own the operational side of software delivery, including intake, prioritization, tracking, and stakeholder coordination. You ensure work is clearly defined, appropriately scoped, and consistently progressing. You proactively surface blockers, drive follow-ups, and maintain visibility across teams on the progress of all deliverables for your team.
You have the technical depth to understand how systems connect and where risks emerge. While not hands-on coding, you can engage in architecture discussions, navigate dependencies, and confidently represent technical progress to both engineers and business stakeholders.
You are equally comfortable leading complex, multi-team initiatives and diving into execution details, operating with urgency and independence, and can confidently represent globally distributed teams at the executive level.
Based in India you play a key role in bridging teams across New York and India, enabling consistent communication and execution.
What You’ll Do:
Act as a key execution partner to the India-based Head of Galaxy Retail (G1) and NY-based Head of Data supporting multiple engineering teams (20–30 developers across New York and India)
Serve as the central point of accountability for execution across both Retail Engineering and Data Engineering, aligning business priorities with technical delivery
Ensuring requests are captured, clearly defined, scoped, and prioritized
Maintain a real-time view of team resourcing, priorities, and delivery progress, identifying conflicts, risks, and gaps early
Drive structured execution across time zones, partnering closely with tech leads to maintain consistent delivery rhythms
Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality in your day-to-day work
Contribute to improving delivery standards and operational maturity across the Technology organization
What We’re Looking For:
7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, with direct involvement in engineering-led delivery
Strong track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple engineering teams and time zones
Proven ability to manage intake, triage requests, and define scope and priorities with technical stakeholders
Experience tracking resource allocation across teams and proactively identifying capacity risks or gaps
Demonstrated ability to drive execution—organizing work, following through, and unblocking teams
Ability to engage deeply with technical systems, architecture, and dependencies without being hands-on coding
Experience in digital assets and financial markets, including experience delivering technology initiatives in retail finance environments
Prior experience as a software engineer or in a hands-on technical role using databricks is a plus
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus
Company-paid health and protective benefits for employees and their eligible dependents
Free virtual coaching and counseling sessions
Opportunities to learn about the Crypto industry
Smart, entrepreneurial, and fun colleagues
