How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a FP&A Manager to join as the analytical backbone of our Finance team. This is a strategic finance role: you'll own the financial model, run forecasting cycles, define the KPI framework, and produce the dashboards and finance packs that leadership and the board use to steer the business. Working alongside the Head of Finance, you'll partner with commercial leads on budget ownership and spend decisions, support investor reporting and fundraising, and collaborate with our Business Systems Lead to shape the data infrastructure. You'll have a seat in strategy discussions and real influence over how we think about growth - if you've spent a few years in FP&A at a B2B SaaS company and want more ownership and impact, this is it.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
MODELING & FORECASTING
- Maintain and evolve the company’s financial model end to end: P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and headcount plan
- Run monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles, including reforecast vs. budget variance analysis
- Build scenario and sensitivity analyses to support business decisions - revenue segmentation, cohort analysis, pricing, hiring, opex, international expansion
REPORTING & KPIS
- Own the KPI framework: define, track, and report on the metrics that matter across the business
- Tie the financial model directly into business rhythm, monthly and quarterly goal steering with commercial leads
- Build and maintain management dashboards in collaboration with the Business Systems team
BUSINESS PARTNERING
- Partner with department heads on budget ownership, headcount tracking, and spend variance
- Translate financial data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for non-finance stakeholders
- Steer the month-end close process across the business and coordinate with our external accounting firm
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–5 years in FP&A or strategic finance at a high-growth B2B SaaS startup or scale-up - you’ve worked closely with commercial teams and understand how software businesses operate
- Strong financial modeling skills - you build models from scratch, not just maintain templates. Excel is your home turf
- Experience with investor reporting, board materials, and fundraising support
- Comfortable as a power user of BI tools and dashboards (Chartmogul, Looker, Power BI, or similar)
- An exceptional communicator who can present numbers to non-finance stakeholders and turn data into decisions
BONUS POINTS
- Previous IB or VC analyst experience
- Experience with multi-entity setups or US business context (we’re expanding internationally)
- Python or SQL skills for querying data from other systems
WHAT WE OFFER
- Exciting and challenging work with real impact and ownership at one of Europe’s fastest-growing Series A startups
- A strategic seat at the table, you’ll be in the room where decisions are made
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
- Regular team events and off-sites
- Paid Meal & Uber home when working late
- The most beautiful office space and work environment in Berlin

Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Taxfix is continuously evolving its business model for scalability in the context of a subscription-driven revenue base. This shapes how we plan, forecast, and measure the business, and it makes revenue planning one of the most interesting places to work in FP&A right now.
As Senior Financial Analyst in the FP&A team, you will take care of the company topline model and help shape a scalable revenue planning landscape. You will report to the Senior Director of FP&A and work closely with Product, Marketing, Monetization, Data, and Accounting, with regular exposure to the Senior Leadership team.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the company topline revenue model: design, maintain, and continuously improve it, with clear accountability for forecast accuracy.
- Lead the redesign of the revenue modeling landscape toward a scalable, and auditable structure with a single source of truth.
- Build subscription economics into planning: recurring revenue, subscriber growth, retention and churn cohorts.
- Own scenario and what-if modeling for budgeting, pre-budgeting, and long-range planning, translating business questions into quantified options.
- Drive alignment of key KPI definitions across Finance, Data, and Accounting, contributing to a single company-wide KPI glossary.
- Deliver revenue insights and analysis for Board materials and investor reporting.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Monetization on pricing decisions, growth cases, and ROI assessments.
- Set modeling standards within FP&A and provide technical mentorship to junior analysts.
- Drive automation of recurring planning and reporting workflows, leveraging planning tools (Pigment) and AI-enabled solutions.
YOUR PROFILE:
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or a highly analytical role, ideally in a high-growth or subscription-based business; consulting or investment banking backgrounds welcome if combined with hands-on modeling ownership.
- Proven track of owning mindset of company-level revenue or topline model, not just contributing to one.
- Deep familiarity with subscription metrics: recurring revenue, cohorts, LTV, churn, retention, and customer acquisition economics, beyond high-level financial KPIs.
- Demonstrated experience simplifying or rebuilding complex legacy models into scalable structures.
- Hypothesis-driven mindset: you form a view, test it against data, and defend it with senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills; able to translate stakeholders input into scalable model structures with model output designed for management and Board audiences.
- Expert in Excel and Google Sheets; experience with planning tools (Pigment a strong plus) and cloud-based finance systems.
- SQL is a strong plus; Python, R, or BI tools are welcome.
- Confident with financial statements and accounting principles, able to link revenue drivers to P&L outcomes.
- Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members is a plus.
WHY TAXFIX?
- A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.
- Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions.
- A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like.
- Employee stock options for all employees—because everyone deserves to benefit from the success they help to create.
- 30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours.
- A generous learning budget to support your personal and professional development and guidance from our internal L&D experts.
- Work from abroad for up to six weeks every year. Just align with your team, and then enjoy your trip.
- Plenty of opportunities to socialise as a team. In addition to internal meetups, our international team hosts regular get-togethers—virtually and in person when possible.

We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process.
Our approach to work
We recognize the power of both in person collaboration and remote work. Some roles are designated as remote-first, with an expectation that individuals work from their homes majority of the time, while others are designated as in-office roles, with an expectation of being on-site on a regular basis. We recognize that certain roles benefit from regular, in-person connection to support collaboration, team cohesion, and customer engagement.
For all roles, occasional travel may be required. This includes things like: department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events are typically held in varying locations across Canada, USA and/or EMEA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we offer
We believe in working hard, and rewarding that hard work through our benefits. While not an exhaustive list, here is a glance at what we currently offer:
Health and wellbeing
👶 Maternity and parental leave top-up programs
🩺 Competitive health benefits
🏝 Generous PTO policy
Growth and future
📈 RSU program for most employees
💸 Retirement matching program
🔑 Free 1Password account
Community
🤝 Paid volunteer days
🏆 Peer-to-peer recognition through Bonusly
🌎 Remote-first work environment
*Some roles in our GTM team are currently being hired for in-person hybrid work in Toronto and Austin. These roles will specify on the posting.

Our Story
At thinkcell, we create powerful software solutions that help professionals be more efficient and productive. Founded in 2002 and based in Berlin, our tools integrate seamlessly with Microsoft Office to help users create presentations, charts, and diagrams with ease. Our dynamic, international team values creativity, collaboration, and technical excellence.
What You Will Do
thinkcell is hiring a Customer Success Manager for our North America Account Management team in Denver. This is a new, program-building role focused on creating deeper engagement across roughly 20 of our largest customers, each with thousands of thinkcell users. You will build user communities and champion networks within those organizations, establish and maintain executive relationships, and expand the breadth of teams we reach. You will work in close partnership with the Account Manager who retains full commercial ownership of each account—you build the engagement and relationships that help create future commercial opportunities.
This is not a quota-carrying or account ownership role. You will not own renewals, revenue targets, or a book of business; your success will be measured by the strength of the customer programs you build, including active communities, developed champions, executive access, and broader engagement across each organization. You will be part of the North America Account Management team and collaborate closely with Customer Enablement and Solution Consulting in a tech-driven, startup-style environment backed by an established product.
Key Responsibilities
Stand up user communities inside assigned accounts: user groups, internal champion networks, practice-area forums
Find power users and develop them into champions through content, recognition, early access, and a direct line to our product team
Run the recurring programming that keeps a community alive between renewal cycles, from roundtables and showcases to office hours and onsite events
Map the executive landscape in each account and maintain the relationship plan with the Account Manager
Broker executive conversations: connect thinkcell leadership to the right customer executives and help orchestrate those meetings
Take us beyond the primary contact: map departments, find teams not yet using thinkcell, and open doors the Account Manager then works commercially
Track engagement depth per account and flag where we're single-threaded
Coordinate onsite engagements, workshops, and training programs with Customer Enablement and Solution Consulting
Keep stakeholder maps, engagement plans, and activity current in Salesforce
Your Profile
You have built customer programs: a user community, a customer advisory board, a champion program, or an executive engagement program.
6+ years of experience in customer marketing, customer advocacy, strategic customer success, or field engagement, ideally at an enterprise software company.
Bachelors degree
Proven ability to create outcomes in accounts you do not own: you influence and orchestrate, working through account owners rather than around them.
Strong executive presence, with the ability to build credibility with senior customer stakeholders and set up conversations for others to lead.
Strong program management skills, with the ability to run parallel workstreams across roughly 20 accounts without dropping threads.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and written communication skills in both virtual and in-person settings.
Comfortable using go-to-market tools such as Salesforce and Gong.
Willingness to travel periodically for onsite customer engagements, workshops, and executive meetings.
Appreciation of our product and a willingness to develop a strong understanding of thinkcell's capabilities and customer use cases. Previous experience with thinkcell is a plus.
Based in Denver with the ability to work on-site at least three days per week, Tuesday through Thursday.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
We believe in a human hiring process, every application is personally reviewed.
Our Values
As part of our team, you will embody and help shape the following principles that define us:
Forward Thinking:
We embrace change and challenge the status quo.
Ownership:
We take pride in our work and learn from our mistakes.
Customer First:
We prioritize delivering lasting value.

Compensation: thinkcell believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture. For this role, we anticipate paying an OTE of $130-$155k per year. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be dependent upon the key aspects of each case, which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any thinkcell variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance. thinkcell provides comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability leave, parental leave, paid time off and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
At thinkcell, we value diversity.
