Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
At Figma, we're building tools that help teams design, build, and ship better products together. Figma Make enables teams to go from prompt to production code, and the Figma agent is a purpose-built design agent that edits files directly on the Figma canvas.
We're looking for a deeply technical product leader to lead the four teams responsible for Figma's Roundtripping area: Code Context, Design to Code, Code to Design, and Code Platform. You'll manage and grow a team of Product Managers while partnering closely with engineering, design, data, and research leaders.
This team builds the products and platform capabilities that help design and code move fluently together. You'll set the strategy for improving connecting customer codebases to Figma.
This is a full-time role that can be held from our New York hub or remotely within the Eastern US time zone.
What you'll do at Figma:
Lead the product aspects of the four teams driving Figma's Roundtripping area - Code Context, Design to Code and Code to Design, and Code Platform
Set vision, strategy, and goals for how design and code stay in sync at Figma
Own Design to Code and Code to Design workflows end to end, including quality measurement, improvement, and discoverability
Guide the development of the code-context systems and translation primitives that power agentic workflows and round-tripping between design and code
Manage and develop three Product Managers, hire the team's open Product Manager role, and establish a high bar for product management craft
Partner with leaders across engineering, design, data, and research to make technical product decisions and serve needs across Figma's product suite
Establish a strong operating cadence across the area and own adoption goals for MCP and Design to Code/Code to Design workflows
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
3+ years of experience managing Product Managers, with a proven track record of hiring, calibrating, and developing talent
Deep experience shipping developer tools and AI products - has run evals, owned annotation pipelines, and made real ship/no-ship calls on model behavior
A track record of setting strategy and executing on major initiatives in environments with deep technical and product ambiguity - and rallying an org around a bold, unproven bet
Experience working with enterprise customers to understand their workflows and turn that into shipped product
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and written communication with technical depth; credible in engineering reviews and with senior stakeholders
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Render's mission is to eliminate the undifferentiated work that goes into building software products by offering an easy-to-use, powerful cloud platform for developer teams of all sizes.
We are scaling rapidly. Our customers have created hundreds of thousands of services on our platform, and the numbers continue to accelerate. Our customers trust us to deliver a secure, reliable and performant cloud — this is our top priority as a company.
By joining us at an early stage, you will design and build the cloud platform you've always wanted for yourself, and make decisions that will shape our product and company, directly impacting developers around the globe.
Render builds and operates our own networking stack end-to-end. We leverage open source and industry-standard technologies, modifying and extending the core components to meet the unique reliability, performance, and scaling demands of our platform.
We are looking for engineers with deep specialization in network infrastructure, particularly with experience in edge/ingress networking and Kubernetes networking internals.
Areas of focus include scaling and evolving our traffic routing and load balancing systems; advancing Kubernetes and Linux networking components to support large-scale, zero-downtime operation; and exploring networking for Render’s next-generation compute platforms.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own Render's core network infrastructure across multiple data centers and cloud providers. Shape how networking evolves as Render rapidly scales.
- Design and build customer-facing networking capabilities that give users greater flexibility in how their services connect, communicate, and how traffic is routed.
- Investigate complex networking issues across the stack, from the kernel and data plane to distributed systems and edge networking.
- Drive performance and reliability improvements through systematic profiling and tuning.
- Partner with engineers across the company to build a platform that is stable, predictable, and secure.
- Participate in our on-call rotation. Help continuously improve how we detect, respond to, and learn from incidents.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 6 years of experience building and operating large-scale networking or infrastructure systems.
- Experience with Kubernetes networking internals (e.g. kube-proxy, CNI plugins, service routing) or similar container networking technology.
- Experience with Linux networking internals (e.g. routing, netfilter/iptables/nftables, conntrack) in production environments.
- Experience building and operating traffic routing systems (e.g. load balancers, ingress, proxies) at scale.
- Strong experience designing, debugging, and operating distributed systems.
- Experience planning and executing high-risk changes with minimal downtime.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience with eBPF or advanced Linux kernel networking.
- Experience developing systems in Go or similar languages that interact with low-level OS and networking primitives.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the role
Fivetran + dbt Labs is hiring a Senior Manager to lead the Product Design team responsible for dbt Labs. This role reports to the Director of Product Design.
This is an exciting time to join! As Fivetran and dbt Labs come together, you will help shape a coherent product experience, guide the design team through change, and influence the future of AI-powered data products. You will join a strong and talented design organization whose members care deeply about their craft, the practitioners they serve, and one another.
This is a people management and product leadership role for a design leader who wants to shape technical data products at scale. You will manage and develop a team of product designers, shape the UX strategy for dbt products, and partner with Product and Engineering leaders to define how data teams build, transform, govern, and trust their data. You will lead through strategy, coaching, direction, and cross-functional partnership.
What you'll do
Lead the dbt product design team
You will manage and coach a team of product designers who work across dbt platform and CLI-based products. Designers own the full design process from problem definition and research to UX/UI and partnering with eng/PM through delivery. You will build a culture where designers feel supported, challenged, and empowered to do thoughtful, high-quality work for deeply technical users. You will set clear expectations, give actionable feedback, support career growth, and create the conditions for strong design craft.
Own UX strategy for dbt
You will define and drive UX strategy across dbt’s product experience. You will identify the highest-impact experience opportunities, connect design priorities to product outcomes, and partner with Product and Engineering leadership as a strategic peer in roadmap and product direction conversations.
Provide design direction for technical data products
You will set direction for design work across complex workflows used by technical practitioners. You do not need to be an engineer, but you do need enough technical fluency to understand the domain, evaluate tradeoffs, and partner credibly with engineering leaders. You should be comfortable discussing data workflows, ELT, analytics engineering, developer tools, and infrastructure-oriented product experiences.
Shape AI and agentic product experiences
You will lead design strategy for AI-powered and agentic experiences within dbt. This requires more than adding AI features to existing workflows. You will help the team design systems that make AI assistance understandable, useful, and safe for high-stakes technical work. As dbt builds experiences where both humans and AI agents interact with the same data infrastructure, you will also think about how product surfaces need to work for both personas.
Help integrate Fivetran and dbt Labs design
You will play an important role in co-creating a unified product experience and design culture. This is a change-leadership role. You will partner with the Director of Product Design to merge systems, processes, and culture. You will help designers navigate a new organizational context, build strong cross-functional relationships, and create clarity during a period of product and company evolution.
Build an AI-native design operating model
You will operationalize AI across the design lifecycle (from research synthesis and ideation to prototyping, documentation, and design QA). You will establish shared workflows, quality standards, and review practices that help the team move faster without compromising product quality or consistency. In partnership with the Director of Product Design and Product and Engineering leadership, you will also define cross-functional standards for when AI-generated work requires design review, ensuring clear expectations for human oversight, quality, and continuous improvement.
What we're looking for
Required experience
You have 8+ years of product design experience and at least 5 years managing product designers.
Strong people management skills, including coaching, performance development, direct feedback, and team culture building.
Strong cross-functional leadership with Product, Engineering, Research, Data, Marketing, and executive stakeholders.
Deep care for craft, with a leadership style focused on direction, critique, strategy, and coaching rather than acting as the primary IC designer.
Designing for, or leading teams that design for, technically complex products such as ELT, data infrastructure, analytics engineering, developer tools, cloud platforms, data governance, observability, or adjacent enterprise infrastructure products.
Designing AI-powered or agentic product experiences. You understand the difference between a lightweight AI feature, a copilot, and an agentic workflow.
Experience operationalizing AI workflows for product design teams that goes way beyond AI prototyping. You have defined how designers use AI across the design lifecycle and have established the workflows, standards, review practices, and quality thresholds needed to make AI-assisted work effective at team scale.
Owning UX strategy for a meaningful product area. You can show how your design strategy influenced product direction, not just how your team delivered screens.
Strong technical fluency. You can reason about complex systems, understand engineering constraints, and discuss tradeoffs with Product and Engineering partners.
Experience designing for expert technical users such as data engineers, analytics engineers, software engineers, platform teams, or security teams.

We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Why this role?
We are on a mission to build machines that understand the world and make them safely accessible to all. Data quality is foundational to this process. Machines (or Large Language Models, to be exact) learn in similar ways to humans, by way of feedback. By labelling, ranking, auditing, and correcting model output, you will improve Large Language Models' performance for iterations to come, thus having a lasting impact on Cohere's technology. We are hiring Generalist professionals with broad backgrounds that span multiple consumer-facing or personal domains.
This is a judgment-driven role, not passive data entry. You will review, assess, and provide structured feedback across a broad and evolving range of tasks, evaluating, stress-testing, and improving our models on English-language data spanning multiple modalities (text, image, and structured formats such as JSON, CSV/TSV, and Markdown). This is a great opportunity for professionals with strong analytical skills to contribute to high-impact annotation projects.
Please Note: This is a part-time independent contractor position available within Canada only. We seek candidates who can commit to 16 hours per week at a CAD $30/hour contract rate. This role is BYOD 💻 (Bring Your Own Device, laptop). This position is remote.
As an Data Annotation Specialist, you will:
- Evaluate and rank model outputs: Complete preference and comparison tasks, assessing which responses best conform to project guidelines for accuracy, helpfulness, tone, and safety, and writing clear justifications for your judgments.
- Stress-test and break models: Probe models adversarially to surface failure modes, unsafe behavior, and capability gaps, and document reproducible cases that engineering and research teams can act on.
- Create datasets: Author high-quality prompts, responses, and exemplars to build training and evaluation datasets, following detailed specifications and editing machine-written or human-written outputs to standard.
- Build and apply rubrics and taxonomies: Contribute to the design of grading criteria and rubrics, then apply them consistently to produce structured, high-quality annotations across task types.
- Annotate and correct multimodal data: Label, audit, and rectify inaccuracies across text, image, and structured data, maintaining a high standard of data integrity and accuracy.
- Calibrate and maintain consistency: Participate in calibration exercises and inter-annotator agreement checks to align on standards, and flag ambiguous or uncovered edge cases rather than guessing, since a single misjudgment replicated at scale degrades a model.
- Adapt to experimental work: Take on new and evolving task types as project needs shift, applying sound judgment in areas where guidelines are still being developed.
- Report on model performance: Surface and communicate quality and performance trends in model and agent behavior, giving cross-functional partners clear, well-evidenced feedback on where models succeed, fail, and degrade.
You may be a good fit if you have:
- 1+ years of experience in AI data annotation, LLM evaluation, content moderation, research, or a related analytical role, with exposure to quality assurance, and/or preference ranking.
- Experience applying detailed guidelines to complex and often ambiguous content, with strong contextual and sociocultural judgment, sensitivity to nuance, tone, and register, and the ability to reason well in cases where there is no single correct answer.
- Comfort with ambiguity: a willingness to flag unclear or uncovered edge cases rather than guess, and to work productively on novel, experimental tasks whose definitions are still evolving.
- A sharp, curious eye for inconsistencies, subtle errors, and model failure modes, including the instinct to probe models adversarially and surface where they break. Familiarity with how large language models behave, such as hallucination, sycophancy, and instruction-following gaps, is a plus.
- Excellent command of written English and strong reading comprehension, with the ability to clearly justify your evaluations, including why an output is correct or incorrect, high-quality or low-quality, and to write clear prompts and exemplars that explain your reasoning. Bonus points if you are fluent in another language!
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, with the ability to maintain consistency across high-volume and monotonous tasks.
- Comfort working with annotation platforms and structured formats such as JSON, CSV/TSV, Markdown, XML, and YAML.
- Strong execution in a remote environment, including good time management, comfort using new tools, and the ability to work independently in a global, asynchronous team.
Candidate Journey
- Initial Screening: Our Talent Team will review your application.
- First Assessment: If selected to move forward, you’ll receive a multiple-choice assessment by email.
- Second Assessment: Candidates who achieve a passing score will be contacted by a member of our team to complete a more comprehensive assessment focused on their area of expertise.
- Video Screen: If selected to move forward, you’ll have a short video call with a member of our Operations Team.
- Final: Selected candidates will receive an Independent Contractor Agreement.
As an independent contractor, you maintain control over how you complete your work and may work with multiple clients simultaneously, although we ask you to declare if any of these are with a direct competitor of Cohere and maintain IP confidentiality of the Cohere project. Independent contractors are not eligible for health benefits or other benefits provided to employees. Compensation for services is provided to contractors by contractors invoicing for services provided pursuant to the terms of our agreement with the contractor.
It is important to understand that as an independent contractor, continuous work is not guaranteed. The client-contractor relationship is fundamentally project-based, meaning engagements may be temporary, periodic, or intermittent based on our organizational needs and project availability. As an independent contractor, you should anticipate fluctuations in workflow and, therefore, compensation for services when Cohere does not require as many hours of services in a week.
Prospective candidates, please be advised: this role involves working with human-generated and model-generated tasks that may involve exposure to not safe for work (NSFW) text content as part of data annotation tasks, including explicit, offensive, or other inappropriate material.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, you’ll lead the design, delivery, and ongoing optimization of automation solutions for Tennr’s most complex customers — large-scale health systems, national provider groups, and enterprise partners. This is a highly technical, strategic, and customer-facing role that demands deep domain fluency, executive presence, and strong systems thinking.
You’ll own enterprise-scale implementations end-to-end: from pre-sale discovery and business case alignment to go-live and expansion. You’ll act as both a trusted technical advisor and a project lead, working closely with senior customer stakeholders and cross-functional teams at Tennr to ensure lasting success.
This role sits within a high-performance implementation pod and directly influences Tennr’s go-to-market and product strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations, from discovery to post-go-live
- Align cross-functional teams and manage project delivery, risks, and change
- Conduct operational audits to identify workflow gaps and automation opportunities
- Design scalable, configurable solutions using Tennr’s platform and APIs
- Reimagine processes with automation best practices, not just replicate legacy systems
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to shape solutions and delivery scope
- Maintain documentation, enable knowledge transfer, and improve internal delivery tools
- Support sales strategy, mentor junior team members, and influence product roadmap
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS delivery or solution design
- A degree or minor in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of APIs, systems integration, and technical architecture
- Proven ability to lead complex technical engagements with large enterprise customers
- Skilled at communicating technical concepts to both executive and technical audiences
- Experience navigating complex org structures and aligning cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on strategic, scalable solutions
- Business acumen and domain fluency — ideally in healthcare or similarly complex industries
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced, unstructured environments
- Demonstrated ability to mentor others and contribute to team-wide best practices
- High ownership mindset and urgency — proactive, resourceful, and impact-driven
Nice to Haves
- Familiarity with workflow automation, RPA, or enterprise integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Workato)
- Background in consulting, solution architecture, or technical customer success
- Experience in startup environments or scaling delivery functions
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure
- Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week
- Free lunch! Plus a pantry full of snacks.
BENEFITS
- Beautiful new office at 345 Hudson Street
- Unlimited PTO
- 100% paid employee health benefit options
- Employer funded 401(k) match
- Competitive parental leave

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The Infrastructure Acquisition Group
The Infrastructure Acquisition Group secures the land, power, and data center capacity that enables the Nebius AI Cloud. We identify where Nebius should grow next, structure the commercial agreements that make that growth possible, and partner across engineering, energy, finance, legal, and development to bring new AI infrastructure online.
We're a small, founding team building this function from the ground up across the Americas, leading the acquisition of colocation, build-to-suit, powered land, and other strategic infrastructure opportunities as one of the world's fastest-growing AI cloud platforms scales.
Examples of Problems We're Solving
Transform acquisitions into data center-ready projects.
A signed agreement is only the beginning. You'll lead development planning, utility coordination, permitting, consultant management, and infrastructure planning to prepare projects for successful delivery.
Keep development ahead of construction.
Coordinate engineering, utilities, municipalities, and development partners so projects remain ready for execution while commercial negotiations conclude and infrastructure requirements evolve.
Build a repeatable development program.
Help establish the standards, development governance, readiness gates, and project controls that will support AI infrastructure development across the Americas.
About the Role
As a Development Manager, you'll lead the development of AI infrastructure projects across the Americas from executed agreement through construction readiness. Working within the Infrastructure Acquisition Group, you'll partner with Site Selection, Technical Due Diligence, Engineering, Energy, Finance, Legal, and Delivery to transform acquisitions into fully defined, development-ready projects.
This is a build-phase role on a build-phase team. Many of the development standards, governance processes, readiness gates, and project controls you'll use are still being written—in some cases, you'll help write them. We're looking for someone who can independently lead complex infrastructure developments while helping build the systems that make every future project faster, more predictable, and more scalable.
What You'll Own
Lead the development of AI infrastructure projects from executed agreement through construction readiness.
Own integrated development roadmaps, schedules, budgets, milestones, and the pre-construction risk register.
Coordinate permitting, entitlement, utility planning, infrastructure planning, and owner obligations.
Recommend Go / No-Go decisions as projects advance through key development milestones.
Deliver development-ready projects to the Delivery organization with complete documentation and minimized risk.
Development Planning & Governance
Lead development activities from executed agreement through construction readiness.
Develop and manage integrated development roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and key milestones.
Own the development budget, schedule, assumptions, and risk register throughout the pre-construction lifecycle.
Lead weekly development reviews and executive readiness meetings, and recommend Go / No-Go decisions as projects advance through key milestones.
Infrastructure & Utility Coordination
Coordinate infrastructure planning for electrical service, substations, fiber, water, sewer, stormwater, and transportation access.
Coordinate permitting, utility planning, entitlement activities, infrastructure planning, and owner obligations.
Partner with utility providers, municipalities, engineering teams, and consultants to validate executable development plans.
Ensure infrastructure assumptions are fully integrated into project budgets and schedules.
Construction Readiness
Establish development readiness criteria and project handoff standards.
Verify permits, utility agreements, infrastructure planning, owner deliverables, and development obligations are complete before turnover.
Deliver projects to the Delivery organization with complete documentation, defined scope, and minimized development risk.
Identify and resolve development risks before they impact construction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the primary development interface across Site Selection, Technical Due Diligence, Engineering, Energy, Finance, Legal, and Delivery.
Coordinate architects, civil engineers, environmental consultants, surveyors, permitting specialists, and other external partners.
Align internal stakeholders and external consultants to prevent scope, schedule, and cost drift throughout development.
What Success Looks Like
Transform acquisitions into data center-ready development projects.
Deliver predictable development schedules, budgets, and readiness milestones.
Identify and resolve development risks before they impact construction.
Build trusted relationships with utilities, municipalities, consultants, and development partners.
Help build the standards and processes the Infrastructure Acquisition Group runs on as it scales.
What You'll Bring
You're comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes where none exist. You know how to independently lead complex infrastructure developments while helping define how future projects should be executed.
8+ years of experience in data center development, industrial development, infrastructure development, land development, or mission-critical projects.
Experience managing permitting, entitlement, utility coordination, consultant management, and development planning activities.
Strong understanding of infrastructure development, owner's budgeting, development scheduling, risk management, and pre-construction planning.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across engineering, utilities, design, legal, and construction.
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting hyperscale data center or AI infrastructure development.
Experience with utility coordination, entitlement strategy, infrastructure planning, and owner's representation.
Experience with self-development or joint venture delivery models.
Professional Engineer (PE), PMP, or similar professional certification.
Why Join Nebius

This is an opportunity to help define how Nebius transforms acquisitions into development-ready AI infrastructure while helping build the function itself—the governance, development standards, readiness framework, and operating model that will support infrastructure investments across the Americas.
We're a small, founding team building this function from the ground up, leading the acquisition of colocation, build-to-suit, powered land, and other strategic infrastructure opportunities as one of the world's fastest-growing AI cloud platforms scales.
Examples of Problems We're Solving
Determine whether a site can actually support the AI infrastructure we're planning to build.
Lead multidisciplinary technical due diligence across geotechnical, environmental, civil, utility, and entitlement workstreams to determine whether a project is technically feasible before Nebius commits capital.
Build a repeatable technical due diligence program.
Help establish the standards, consultant network, playbooks, and review processes that ensure every infrastructure opportunity is evaluated consistently across the Americas.
Identify technical risk before it becomes commercial risk.
Work with Site Selection, Project Development, Engineering, and external consultants to identify development constraints early enough to influence negotiations, investment decisions, and project schedules.
About the Role
As a Technical Due Diligence Manager, you'll evaluate the technical feasibility of AI infrastructure opportunities across the Americas before Nebius commits capital. Working within the Infrastructure Acquisition Group, you'll lead multidisciplinary engineering due diligence across powered land and build-to-suit developments, partnering with Site Selection, Engineering, Energy, Legal, and Project Development to identify technical risk, assess development feasibility, and support investment decisions.
This is a build-phase role on a build-phase team. Many of the standards, playbooks, consultant relationships, and technical review processes you'll use are still being written—in some cases, you'll help write them. We're looking for someone who can independently lead complex technical due diligence programs while helping build the systems that make every future evaluation faster, more consistent, and more scalable.
What You'll Own
Lead multidisciplinary technical due diligence for powered land, build-to-suit, and other strategic infrastructure opportunities.
Define the scope of engineering, environmental, geotechnical, surveying, utility, and entitlement studies required to evaluate prospective sites.
Procure, manage, and coordinate external engineering and technical consultants from scope development through final recommendation.
Interpret technical findings and provide development recommendations supporting acquisition decisions.
Prepare technical due diligence summaries and present risks, constraints, and recommendations to executive leadership.
Technical Risk Assessment
Evaluate geotechnical conditions, environmental constraints, utility capacity, network connectivity and fiber access, entitlement requirements, constructability, and development schedules.
Identify technical risks that may impact project cost, schedule, or feasibility.
Recommend mitigation strategies and additional investigations where appropriate.
Quantify technical risks and communicate commercial impacts to Site Selection and Project Development.
Studies & Consultant Management
Define the scope of engineering, environmental, geotechnical, surveying, utility, and entitlement studies required to evaluate prospective sites.
Procure, manage, and coordinate external engineering and technical consultants from scope development through final recommendation.
Interpret engineering studies and translate technical findings into clear development recommendations.
Maintain technical documentation and due diligence records that support investment decisions.
Program Standards & Process
Apply Nebius' technical due diligence standards consistently across all projects.
Help develop and improve due diligence templates, consultant scopes, checklists, and review processes.
Capture lessons learned to strengthen future technical evaluations.
Build and maintain a trusted network of engineering and technical consultants.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Site Selection to evaluate new infrastructure opportunities and support acquisition recommendations.
Work with Project Development to transition technically viable projects into development.
Coordinate with Engineering, Energy, Network, Legal, Finance, and Delivery throughout the acquisition lifecycle.
Build trusted relationships with engineering firms, land-use attorneys, environmental consultants, and technical partners.
What Success Looks Like
Deliver timely technical recommendations that support investment decisions.
Identify development risks early enough to influence commercial negotiations and project strategy.
Establish consistent technical due diligence standards across the Americas.
Build a trusted network of engineering and technical consultants.
Help build the standards and processes the Infrastructure Acquisition Group runs on as it scales.
What You'll Bring
You're comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes where none exist. You know how to independently lead complex technical due diligence efforts while helping define how future evaluations should be performed.
5–10 years of experience leading technical due diligence, site development, civil engineering, land development, infrastructure design, or large-scale industrial projects.
Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering and environmental consultants.
Strong understanding of geotechnical investigations, environmental assessments, zoning, entitlements, utility coordination, permitting, and infrastructure development.
Ability to interpret engineering studies and translate technical findings into business recommendations.
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting hyperscale data center, AI infrastructure, or mission-critical developments.
Professional Engineer (PE), PMP, or similar technical certification.
Experience with large-scale infrastructure acquisition or development programs.
Knowledge of utility infrastructure, transmission, and power markets.
Why Join Nebius
The infrastructure supporting AI is being built now. This is an opportunity to help define how Nebius evaluates the next generation of AI infrastructure while helping build the function itself—the standards, consultant network, technical processes, and playbooks that will support infrastructure investments across the Americas. You'll work on some of the industry's largest and most complex AI infrastructure opportunities while helping shape the physical foundation of the global AI economy.
