ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
The role
Mistral is building a sovereign AI cloud. Our inference platform already serves production traffic at scale. We are hiring a Lead Product Manager to own the inference portfolio within our Cloud & Inference organization.
You'll set strategy, write specs, sit with customers running production traffic, and work across our inference, infrastructure, and go-to-market teams to deliver real customer impact. Example problems you may work on include figuring out the next inference product we should launch to help our customers scale their AI workloads or how we cut fraudulent free-tier usage without adding friction for legitimate users.
You will work on state of the art infrastructure, in close collaboration with our science and research engineering teams. Your job is to turn that infrastructure into products that AI-native startups and enterprises pay for, integrated with our developer platform Studio.
You will operate as an individual contributor first — taking end-to-end ownership of complex and significant product lines — while building the foundation for the inference PM team as the portfolio grows. The size and shape of the team reporting into the role will be defined together with the VP Product once you're in place; from day one the expectation is hands-on product leadership, not people management.
You will be the first PM fully dedicated to inference and the most senior product hire in the space. You will report to the VP Product - Cloud & Inference, and work day-to-day with our inference engineering teams in the US and Europe.
What you'll do
- Strategy and vision: define the vision, strategy, and annual goals for the inference portfolio, aligned with customer needs and company objectives. Benchmark the managed-inference field and pick where we win.
- Roadmap and execution: own the full lifecycle for serverless inference, dedicated endpoints, and adjacent services. Prioritize, ship, measure, iterate. Economics: own adoption, revenue contribution, and gross margin for your products. Treat cost-per-token, unit economics, and capacity tradeoffs as product decisions, and partner with GTM, Finance and Marketing on pricing, packaging, and launches.
- Customers: spend real time with AI-native startups and enterprises running advanced production workloads. Turn their constraints, like latency, throughput, compliance, and cost, into roadmap choices.
- Engineering partnership: work daily with inference engineering and the cloud infrastructure teams behind our data centers on capacity planning, scheduling, routing, and reliability.
- Research and open source: track open-source inference advances and emerging model architectures, and turn them into performance and efficiency gains for the product.
- Team building: as the portfolio scales, help shape and grow the inference PM team — hiring, mentoring, and setting the product bar.
What we're looking for
- Deep product experience in tech and infrastructure with a track record of bringing inference, cloud infrastructure, or large-scale distributed systems to market. You have built robust, at-scale AI infrastructure first-hand.
- An engineering background before moving into product management.
- You have taken an infra or inference product from early stage to material revenue and adoption, owning complex and significant product lines end to end.
- Player-coach disposition: you lead from the front — hands-on product work now, with the range and appetite to build and coach a team as we scale.
- Fluency in the economics of the business: gross margin, unit economics, and the tradeoffs behind token pricing and GPU capacity.
- High ownership and a strong bias for action. You prototype with AI coding tools, write your own specs, and unblock yourself without waiting for engineers or designers.
- Low ego, comfort in ambiguity, and credibility with executives, engineers, and customers alike.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Team
We are looking for an experienced Manager, Tax Technology to lead tax platform projects for Wolt and Deliveroo within our growing Tax Team. As Wolt and Deliveroo onboard onto the global unified tax platform and a single tax calculation engine (Vertex), this role owns the functional tax leadership that turns business and VAT requirements into configured, tested, live capabilities, and leads the offshore Wolt & Deliveroo implementation team delivering that work day to day. As DoorDash continues to grow its international footprint, we are looking for a candidate with deep, hands-on experience in VAT regimes who can lead a team, collaborate cross-functionally, and own the delivery of tax features and new-platform feature / new-market / new-partnership launches across Wolt and Deliveroo.
About the Role
You will report to the Senior Manager of the Tax Calculation Platform & Mx Operations and lead tax platform and business projects for Wolt and Deliveroo. You will manage a team to deliver day-to-day VAT configuration and testing, and partner closely with Tax Engineering, the Wolt and Deliveroo Tax teams, Tax Product, and other stakeholders — gathering business and VAT requirements, translating them into tax-system functional requirements for configuration and testing, and reviewing Technical Design Documents (TDDs) to provide functional tax expertise back to Tax Engineering.
The primary focus of this position is end-to-end delivery of VAT tax solutions across the Wolt and Deliveroo platforms — new product, market, partnership launches and legislative changes, roadmap alignment with Wolt and Deliveroo's international expansion, and day-to-day leadership of the team executing that delivery — with an understanding of how data flows from upstream systems through the tax engine to downstream reporting. Rather than handing off requirements to the Vertex Center of Excellence team, you will apply your own Vertex knowledge to help influence the functional design and determine the specific Vertex configuration a solution requires. Familiarity with US sales and use tax, food and beverage, and retail tax context is valuable for alignment with the broader platform.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
Lead tax platform and business projects across the Wolt and Deliveroo platforms, including new product, market, partnership launches, and legislative changes.
Gather business and VAT requirements and translate them into tax-system functional requirements for configuration, testing and delivery.
Review BRDs, PRDs, and TDDs for VAT tax-system implications and provide functional tax expertise back to Tax Engineering.
Define testing requirements and oversee validations across unit, integration, E2E, shadow, and post-launch phases.
Align tax engine priorities and the integrated delivery plan with the Wolt and Deliveroo international market roadmaps, and represent tax platform status updates to Tax and Engineering leadership.
Trace VAT-relevant data from upstream systems through Vertex to downstream reporting and compliance.
Serve as the senior functional tax leader for Wolt and Deliveroo, escalating risk and driving cross-functional alignment across Tax, Product, Engineering, and Data.
Manage and develop a team supporting this area, allocating workload, establishing QA checkpoints, and providing structured knowledge transfer on complex processes.
We’re excited about you because…
You have 8+ years of indirect tax or indirect tax technology experience, with several years working directly in VAT regimes.
You are familiar with VAT tax requirements and can translate them into system requirements.
Hands-on experience implementing or configuring Vertex O Series, and ability to review Vertex configurations and testing documentation and provide feedback.
Hand-on experience implementing or configuring ERP tax integration (e.g. Netsuite) with Vertex tax engine.
Experience with multi-country VAT implementations and EU VAT compliance; familiarity with non-US indirect tax regimes more broadly is a plus.
Demonstrated people-leadership experience, including managing, coaching, workload delegation, and quality oversight.
You can review technical design documents and provide functional tax expertise to engineering and product.
You have familiarity with US sales and use tax, food and beverage, and retail tax context.
You understand how tax data flows from upstream transaction systems through a tax engine to downstream reporting, including both in-house systems or ERP system integration flows.
Program or project management experience across dependent teams, including building plans, milestones, and dependency maps, and driving them to completion.
Comfort operating cross-functionally and building trust with partner teams without always holding formal authority over their roadmaps.
Experience in use of SQL or Snowflake for data self-serve, issue investigation or testing validation.
Experience in use of API testing tools like Postman, SOAP UI and ability to read XML and JSON logs.
Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or Computer Science degree.
You are fluent in leveraging multiple AI tools on the market (e.g., Claude Cowork, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor) on a daily basis across all of your assigned tasks, and you actively look for creative ways to apply them to enhance processes and create efficiency gains.
Nice to Haves
Familiarity with Marketplace Facilitator laws.
Experience managing offshore teams across time zones.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About Beneficial Deployments:
Beneficial Deployments ensures AI reaches and benefits the communities that need it most. We partner with nonprofits, foundations, and mission-driven organizations to deploy Claude in education, global health, economic mobility, and life sciences — focusing on raising the floor for those who need it most.
About the Role:
We're looking for an Applied AI Engineer to join our Beneficial Deployments team, focused on maximizing the impact of Claude in the life sciences. Our goal is ambitious: accelerate scientific progress from R&D through translation by an order of magnitude. That means making Claude the go-to tool for the life sciences ecosystem from early discovery in academia to paradigm shifting biotech to reimaging pharma pipelines — and building the technical infrastructure to back that up.
You'll work directly with flagship research partners like Howard Hughes Medical Institute and The Allen Institute, embedded in their scientific workflows. This isn't consulting from the outside — you'll be building alongside their engineers, prototyping agents that fit into real research pipelines, and developing the ecosystem-level tooling (MCP servers, benchmarks, reusable agent skills) that extends Claude's usefulness across the broader life sciences community. This role will be part of the founding Beneficial Deployments applied AI team focused on bringing more of life sciences closer to the frontier and be responsible for building with our partners.
Responsibilities:
Partner deeply with flagship life sciences research institutions — understand their scientific workflows end-to-end, build hands-on with their engineering teams, and help take projects from early exploration to production systems integrated into how they do science day-to-day.
Develop reusable ecosystem infrastructure, like MCP servers for domain-specific data sources (genomics platforms, literature databases, experimental repositories), instruments, scientifically-grounded benchmarks, and agent skills that other institutions can adopt without starting from scratch.
Identify what's actually hard about deploying AI in life sciences (heterogeneous data, auditability requirements, the prototype-to-trust gap) and feed those findings back to product, engineering, and research.
Create technical content and documentation that lets partners self-serve, so what works for one institution can scale globally without the same level of hand-holding.
You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have:
4+ years as a Software Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or technical founder — with production experience shipping systems that real users depend on.
Deep research experience in life sciences, biomedical research, or scientific computing. Bonus if you've studied genomics, neuroscience, or drug discovery specifically and are comfortable getting deeply technical with academics.
Experience building LLM-powered tools or applications: prompting, context engineering, agent architectures, evaluation frameworks.
Builder credibility from shipping production code as a software engineer, forward-deployed engineer, or technical founder.
A scrappy mentality–comfortable wearing multiple hats, building from scratch, driving clarity in ambiguous situations, and doing whatever it takes to further the mission.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$280,000
—
$320,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the role
Anthropic's Legal Tech engineers play a specialized and critical role in keeping Claude at the frontier. Partnering closely with counsel, we provide custom infrastructure and guidance for complex, novel technical matters, empowering teams across the company to continue meeting our legal obligations as we innovate.
As a Senior+ Software Engineer on our Legal Tech team, you'll build dedicated, highly secure, and reliable cloud environments and data processing and storage capabilities at speed and scale. You will own your scope end to end: from raw requirements all the way through to large-scale production systems that satisfy legal invariants and unlock new possibilities. The systems you build won't just be dependable and scalable; they'll be interpretable and auditable, demonstrating to skeptical audiences exactly how they worked and why results can be trusted.
You'll be an essential member of a collaborative team, working together to solve difficult problems against fixed deadlines. You will own internal customer relationships as well: you'll gather, prioritize, and coordinate needs from colleagues on Privacy, Security, Research, and/or Infra as well as Legal, to ship the right capabilities on the right timelines. You'll act as a trusted advisor: clearly explaining technical concepts and constraints to inform legal decisions, and proactively designing new approaches to prevent classes of problems. Your infrastructure expertise will directly empower our business to calibrate and manage risk, innovating faster thanks to systems that build in legal considerations.
Key responsibilities
Build and operate dedicated cloud infrastructure, storage, and data pipelines for specialized workloads that can't run on general-purpose systems
Design architectures with excellent security, privacy, reliability, scalability, and auditability baked in
Partner with a wide range of internal customer teams to translate requirements into sound approaches and realistic ETAs
Deliver against fixed deadlines
Support complex and novel legal requests on controlled infrastructure, with verifiable chain of custody
Pair with engineering teams across the company to extend existing infrastructure to support new workflows and/or legal requests
Work with nontechnical stakeholders to clarify their needs through responsive, easy-to-follow dialogue
Minimum qualifications
Experience designing, building, and operating highly trusted infrastructure and data systems in production, including owning architectural decisions
Experience working across large, complex, multi-team environments, including in stacks and code you don't own
Ability to take ownership of a cloud account and secure it end to end (networking, storage, identity, encryption, least-privilege provisioning, etc.) on AWS and/or GCP
Ability to translate legal and privacy requirements into sound technical designs and implementations that teams are excited to adopt
A habit of verifying rather than assuming: designing checks for invariants and plainly naming what isn't proved
Self-directed in a high-change environment, and comfortable resequencing quickly when new needs emerge
Clear communication with nontechnical stakeholders, and an understanding of their needs
Preferred qualifications
Software engineering experience with an infrastructure, data, privacy, and/or security focus
Proficiency with large-scale data tooling, such as distributed processing, lakehouse table formats, and/or query engines

Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the role
We are looking for a State and Local Affairs Lead to engage with state and local governments in the Western United States, advancing AI policy, legislation, and regulation that supports Anthropic's mission of ensuring that the world safely makes the transition through transformative AI.
In this role, you will report to Anthropic's Head of Western State and Local Affairs and coordinate with our Policy leadership, Communications, and Legal teams. You will own Anthropic's relationships and legislative and regulatory work across many Western states, including a support role in California —engagement with state legislatures, governors' offices, attorneys general, state agencies, and local governments. You will travel regularly across the region.
Successful candidates will demonstrate a track record of political strategy and execution—with specific examples of how you have contributed to complex policy campaigns, built durable relationships with elected officials and community leaders, supported legislative and regulatory outcomes, and executed with accountability and focus in fast-moving environments.
Anthropic is equal parts research lab, policy think-tank, and technology startup. We care deeply about safe development of AI systems, and build partnership with governments through proactive, opinionated, substantive policy conversations. We recognize that our approach to AI policy is distinctive—grounded in honest assessment of technological trajectories and authentic concern for safe scaling—and we need a regional lead who can bring that positioning to life at the state and local level.
This role offers an opportunity to be part of building a high-impact state affairs operation at a critical moment for AI policy. You will be responsible for executing on strategic priorities across your region, building relationships with government stakeholders, and contributing to the broader state affairs function.
Key responsibilities
Serve as Anthropic's lead for state and local government affairs across many Western states, working in close coordination with the Head of Western States and other Regional State and Local Affairs Leads
Build and maintain relationships with state legislators, legislative staff, governors' offices, attorneys general, and state agency leaders across your region
Engage directly with local officials whose decisions affect Anthropic's work—mayors, city councils, county commissions, and economic development boards
Track state and local legislation and regulatory proceedings affecting AI and the technology sector, provide analysis and intelligence to inform company strategy, and represent Anthropic's positions
Build durable partnerships with local and regional organizations, including chambers of commerce, economic development groups, labor organizations, universities, and school districts
Represent Anthropic at legislative hearings, regional events, and public forums, including with audiences who are skeptical of AI
Work with the Communications team to develop clear, accurate messaging for regional policy campaigns
Translate Anthropic's technical research and policy positions into engagement strategies tailored to Western state political environments
Manage the outside advisors and registered lobbyists who support Anthropic's work in your region
Coordinate with Anthropic's policy, communications, legal, and executive teams to ensure that regional activity aligns with company-wide positioning
Minimum qualifications
Align with our mission and embrace the imperative of policy impact and change
Have experience in state and local government affairs, political strategy, or legislative roles, with demonstrated success contributing to legislative and regulatory outcomes
Have existing relationships with state and local leaders in the West, including legislators, governors' offices, attorneys general, or county and municipal officials
Understand how state legislatures and executive branches work—committee processes, legislative and regulatory procedures, and how to move policy forward—and understand where local authority begins and ends
Have a track record of executing on strategic objectives and delivering measurable outcomes in government affairs roles
Are prepared to travel regularly across the region
Preferred qualifications
Have 8+ years of experience in state and local government affairs, political strategy, or legislative roles
Have experience building partnerships with external organizations including chambers of commerce, economic development groups, labor organizations, and universities
Have exposure to technology policy or emerging technology regulation; you understand the unique challenges of navigating policy for rapidly evolving technologies
Demonstrate understanding of how to build coalitions and identify aligned constituencies to advance shared objectives
Can manage multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships across different states and adapt to different political environments
Can work well under time pressure and manage competing demands
Can translate complex technical topics into clear, accessible language for policymakers and residents alike
Have experience working with communications teams to develop effective messaging for policy campaigns
Are comfortable being honest about tradeoffs, including in rooms where people disagree with us
Are drawn to working with an organization that approaches AI policy with intensity and intellectual honesty

WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annualized revenue, 32M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Growth Marketer to own demand generation for our B2B and enterprise business.
Our GTM team already has sellers closing deals, creators producing cinematic content for enterprise audiences, and an email engine reaching thousands of prospects. Your job is to build the machine that feeds all of it: campaigns, funnels, and channels that turn attention into qualified pipeline. You are judged on pipeline and revenue influenced, not on clicks or impressions.
This is a hands-on operator role. There is no playbook to execute; you will be writing it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
GENERATE PIPELINE
- Plan, launch, and scale integrated campaigns across paid channels (LinkedIn, Google, X), retargeting, and content distribution that convert into qualified meetings.
- Build account-based programs on target enterprise accounts together with sales: the right message, to the right buyer, at the right moment.
BUILD THE B2B FUNNEL
- Own landing pages and conversion paths from first touch to booked meeting: copy, creative briefs, forms, routing, follow-up.
- Launch webinars, showcases, and campaign moments using the cinematic work our creators produce.
MEASURE, ITERATE, SCALE
- Own funnel metrics end to end: cost per meeting, conversion by stage, channel ROI, attribution. You pull your own numbers and tell an honest story with them.
- Run a constant experiment loop: test messaging, audiences, and channels weekly; kill what doesn't convert, scale what does.
- Build lightweight systems (Sheets, APIs, automation, AI tools) instead of doing the same work by hand every week.
RUN THE GTM LOOP
- Sync campaigns with our sales, email, and creative teams so every touch a prospect sees tells one story.
- Feed market signal back to product and leadership: what resonates, what objections repeat, where demand is forming.
YOUR MUST HAVES
- 3+ years in B2B growth, demand generation, or performance marketing at a SaaS or AI company.
- A measurable result you can walk us through: pipeline or revenue you generated, which channels drove it, and what part of it was yours.
- Hands-on paid channel experience (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) with real budget ownership.
- Full command of your data: funnels, attribution, dashboards. You don't wait for an analyst to tell you what happened.
- Excellent written English and strong copy instincts: you can write a landing page, an ad, and a nurture email yourself.
- AI-native: you use LLM tools daily and automate before you hire out.
- High agency, fast execution: you ship, iterate, and don't wait for perfect.
NICE TO HAVES
- ABM and marketing ops tooling: HubSpot or Salesforce, Clay, 6sense or similar.
- Experience marketing to enterprise and Fortune 500 buyers.
- Webinar or event program experience.
- Experience in creative tools, generative AI, or the broader martech ecosystem.
THE DEAL
- Competitive salary in USD.
- On-site role in our Almaty office.
- Relocation to Almaty from anywhere: we sponsor and process your work permit, cover your flights, and provide temporary housing while you settle in.
- Full-time position.
Location: Mexico City, Cuauhtémoc, Mexico
Working at Bitso
Bitso is Latin America's largest crypto-powered financial services platform. Bitso Business serves corporates,
liquidity providers, importers and exporters, credit companies and payment firms that move money across
borders and settle at scale. We are building the most recognized FX franchise for corporates in the region, on
rails that are faster and more transparent than the correspondent banking system they replace.
Your Purpose
The Senior Sales Executive owns a corporate portfolio end to end: sourcing, structuring, closing and growing FX
and cross-border payment relationships. This is a quota-carrying, individual-contributor role for someone who
has sold spot and forward FX, SPEI and mass-payment flows to treasurers and CFOs, and who is comfortable
explaining stablecoin settlement rails to a compliance committee the same week they quote a USD/MXN
spread to a trading desk.
Reports To
Head of Sales
Who You Are
Must have
10+ years of B2B sales experience in fintech, payments, FX or banking institutions, with a consistent record
of carrying and beating quota.
Demonstrable experience selling FX - spot and forward - to corporate clients, including pricing
conversations with treasurers and trading desks.
Demonstrable experience selling SPEI and Mexican domestic payment flows, including mass payments and
collections.
Strong network among corporates, financial institutions or payment companies in Mexico.
Ability to structure complex, multi-product deals and navigate procurement, treasury, legal and compliance
in parallel.
Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
Fluency with CRM discipline and data-driven pipeline management.
Strongly desirable
Prior experience at a crypto exchange, digital-asset platform or blockchain-native company.
Working knowledge of Bitcoin, stablecoins and on-chain settlement, and the ability to explain them credibly
to a non-crypto CFO.
Experience with cross-border corridors involving the US, LatAm, Europe or Asia.
Exposure to regulated environments - IFPE, SOFIPO, VASP or equivalent licensing regimes.
Soft skills
Collaboration: works naturally with Trading, Compliance, Product, Operations and Legal - treats them as
partners in the deal, not obstacles to it.
Teamwork: shares intelligence, mentors less experienced sellers and contributes to team targets beyond
personal quota.
Performance under pressure: stays composed in volatile markets, live pricing situations and tight
settlement windows.
Ownership: operates autonomously, commits to numbers and reports honestly when they are at risk.
Clarity: communicates with precision in front of a CFO, a regulator or an internal committee.
What You Will Do
Commercial ownership
Carry and exceed an individual quota for FX volume, payment volume and net revenue across an assigned
corporate portfolio.
Build and maintain a disciplined pipeline in the CRM - accurate stages, next steps, close dates and a monthly
forecast within plus or minus 10%.
Originate new logos through outbound prospecting, industry networks, chambers of commerce, brokers and
referral partners.
Negotiate pricing, spreads, credit terms and commercial agreements in coordination with Trading, Treasury
and Legal.
Client management and structuring
Act as the trusted commercial counterpart to CFOs, treasurers, controllers and heads of payments at
corporates and financial institutions.
Diagnose client flows - currency pairs, corridors, volumes, timing, settlement constraints - and structure the
right combination of FX, SPEI, cross-border payments and stablecoin settlement.
Grow existing accounts through wallet-share expansion, new corridors and additional products; own
quarterly business reviews with top clients.
Coordinate onboarding with Compliance, Operations and Implementation so time-to-first-transaction is
measured in days, not months.
Market and product
Bring structured market intelligence back to the business: competitor pricing, bank behaviour, corridor
dynamics and regulatory shifts.
Work with Product to translate recurring client needs into roadmap input, and be an early voice on new FX
and payment capabilities.
Represent Bitso Business at industry events, panels and client forums in Mexico and the region.
Compliance and risk
Sell within Bitso's regulatory perimeter at all times; partner with Compliance on KYB, onboarding and ongoing
due diligence rather than working around it.
Escalate risk signals early and maintain complete, auditable records of client interactions and commercial
terms.
What we offer
A category-defining seat: Bitso is the largest crypto-powered financial platform in Latin America, and the
corporate franchise is the fastest-growing part of it.
Competitive base salary plus uncapped variable compensation tied to revenue and volume.
Direct access to the Head of Sales and FX business leadership, and real influence on product direction.
A regulated, compliance-first operating environment - you sell on solid ground.

We are looking for a Dev Manager to lead the engineering team responsible for integrations between our product and external systems, including the Integrations Store. You will combine engineering leadership with hands-on technical expertise to deliver secure, reliable integrations that fit our customers' workflows.
What you'll do:
Lead and develop a team of engineers, providing technical direction, mentoring, and regular feedback.
Own delivery outcomes within the agreed scope, provide practical estimates, and make capacity and priority tradeoffs visible.
Delegate ownership to engineers and, as the team grows, team leads; distinguish near-term delivery from long-term capability development. Keep the role to no more than three clearly defined focus areas, with team leads taking ownership as capacity grows.
Work with Product Management to define priorities, plan delivery, and translate customer needs into integration capabilities.
Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of integrations, including:
- Connectors to third-party applications and services.
- An Integrations Store for discovering and managing available integrations.
- Data mapping, validation, and synchronization between systems.
- Authentication, authorization, and secure credential handling.
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and recovery from integration failures.
Guide technical decisions within the assigned domain from solution design through development and production rollout, coordinating cross-cutting architecture and security decisions with their designated owners.
Establish reusable integration patterns that handle retries, rate limits, duplicate events, and API version changes reliably.
Own automated pipelines for building, testing, validating, and deploying integrations.
Improve integration reliability, performance, and observability, and guide the team in resolving production issues.
Coordinate with other engineering teams and external partners to manage dependencies and compatibility.
Apply AI technologies where they improve integration development, testing, or support, with appropriate validation of outputs.
Requirements
What we're looking for:
Experience leading software engineers and owning the delivery and operation of production systems.
Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to contribute to technical problem-solving.
Excellent knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

Strong communication skills and the ability to align engineering work with product priorities.
Professional working proficiency in English for leading an English-speaking team and collaborating across functions.
Nice to have:
Experience writing automated integration and contract tests.
Proficiency in SQL.
Experience with runtime isolation and sandboxing for sensitive execution.
Experience in B2B SaaS, security, compliance, or data governance.
Experience building high-load products with numerous endpoints.
Experience maintaining integrations across multiple third-party API versions.

We are growing! We are currently looking to hire a
Director, Luxury Market Intelligence & Insights
.
About CXG:
Founded in 2006, CXG is a global customer experience company uniquely positioned at the intersection of data-driven retail performance, customer experience transformation, and operational execution across 200+ luxury brands worldwide.
The mission of our 270 collaborators is to help brands transform customer and employee experiences through tailored insights, strategy, and implementation.
We are passionate about delivering impact.
Our clients include the world's most admired luxury houses, and our solutions combine research, technology, and human expertise to elevate every customer interaction.
We are looking for a thought leadership expert with the editorial vision to spot what matters next, the conviction to shape CXG's point of view, and the writing talent to make it influential across luxury retail, beauty and cosmetics, watches and jewellery, automotive, and hospitality.
Context and role
Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will lead CXG's Thought Leadership and Market Intelligence functions. You will define the topics on which CXG should have a distinctive and credible point of view, turn CXG's proprietary data, expertise and market knowledge into original external content, and position the company ahead of emerging developments in customer experience, luxury and its priority verticals.
This is a hands-on role: you will research, analyse, write and produce content yourself, while mobilising expertise and data from across the business. You will be accountable for ensuring that every publication presents a recognisable CXG angle rather than simply reporting market developments or repeating established industry views. You will manage one Market Intelligence team member.
Thought Leadership Development
Define the thought leadership strategy and roadmap, including priority themes, target audiences, formats and a realistic publication calendar.
Drive and coordinate content creation across Practices, Solutions and Regions.
Work closely with Practices, Regions and Solutions to:
Push: scan for trends and hot topics and ensure CXG has a voice and perspective, commenting regularly on these subjects.
Pull: identify and collect new ideas and proposed topics from the relevant stakeholders, prioritise and incorporate them into the thought leadership roadmap.
Use market intelligence, CXG's proprietary data, internal expertise and client-facing insights to identify emerging topics early, develop a clear CXG point of view and decide where CXG can make a credible contribution to the conversation.
Research, interview internal experts, write and edit articles, perspectives and other thought leadership content directly. Challenge generic claims and ensure each piece advances a clear argument and is supported by credible evidence.
Ensure that analysis is methodologically sound, appropriately contextualised and presented without compromising client confidentiality.
Develop topics that connect expertise across Practices and Regions, while reflecting relevant differences between markets.
Thought Leadership Communication
Ensure relevant thought leadership pieces (e.g., perspectives, publications) are disseminated on a periodic basis.
Work with Marketing on the publication, distribution and promotion of content, while retaining ownership of the editorial strategy, substance, quality and consistency of CXG's point of view. In addition, collaborate with Marketing to maximise impact by communicating through the channels relevant to each market.
Track the reach, engagement and qualitative response generated by CXG's thought leadership, as well as relevant business enquiries influenced by published content. Use the findings to refine the roadmap.
Shape and host or contribute to CXG's podcast "The Luxury Edit", working with internal experts and guests to develop topics, prepare interviews and turn conversations into useful content.
Develop the content and key messages for CXG-hosted events and external conferences, panels and talks; act as a CXG speaker where appropriate; and work with internal experts to prepare other CXG speakers and turn the company's point of view into compelling presentations and discussion topics.
Look for and test new thought leadership formats (e.g., interactive reports, data visualisations, short-form video, newsletters, social-first content) to broaden reach, engage new audiences and keep CXG's content distinctive.
Identify and build collaborations with conferences, specialised industry magazines and universities (e.g., content partnerships, guest articles, co-branded publications, joint research, guest lectures, speaking slots) to extend CXG's visibility and credibility with target audiences.
Market Intelligence
Keep abreast of market and competitive developments and ensure relevant findings are communicated across CXG.
Translate these findings into clear implications for CXG's strategic priorities, client conversations, commercial opportunities and external thought leadership.
Contribute market intelligence, evidence and relevant CXG perspectives to priority proposals and client deliverables, working with Practices, Solutions and Regions to strengthen the quality and relevance of the final output.
Manage and develop the Market Intelligence team member, setting clear priorities and reviewing the quality and usefulness of their work.
Competitive Analysis
Develop and continuously update a list of CXG competitors.
Research competitor performance, including revenues and market share where reliable information is available.
Identify and assess the impact of new competitors' offerings.
Review competitors' thought leadership, influence and presence.
Identify gaps in the conversations competitors are leading and opportunities for CXG to establish a distinct position.
Industry Analysis
Research and review clients' developments (e.g., new strategy, launch of new product or service, restructuring, M&A, key managerial appointments).
Track public financial announcements (e.g., quarterly and annual earnings).
Monitor developments in luxury, retail, customer experience and adjacent sectors; distinguish lasting shifts from short-lived topics and explain their implications for CXG and its clients.
Publish the weekly "This Week in Luxury" news brief and issue timely flash updates when significant developments require immediate attention, such as financial announcements, major transactions or leadership changes.
Internal Dissemination and Application
Synthesise research and findings into concise, actionable outputs tailored to the needs of relevant internal stakeholders. Feed findings into the Thought Leadership roadmap.
Proactively bring relevant market signals to Practices, Regions and leadership early enough to inform decisions, client conversations and potential cross-practice opportunities.
Disseminate new thought leadership across CXG and equip Practices, Regions and client-facing teams with the key messages and supporting materials needed to use it in client conversations and commercial activities.
Requirements
What will you bring along?
Proven experience developing thought leadership, editorial content or insight-led communications in a consulting, research, customer experience, retail or luxury environment.
Excellent English writing and editing skills, with a portfolio demonstrating original, well-argued, evidence-led articles or publications written personally. If possible, include examples that turn proprietary research, data or specialist expertise into a distinctive point of view. Additional languages (e.g., French, Mandarin) are a plus.
Strong oral communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to represent CXG as a speaker at conferences, panels and client events.
Proven ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders across functions and regions without direct authority.
An established network or demonstrated ability to build partnerships with media, conference organisers, academic institutions or industry bodies.
Comfort working with quantitative data and research methods, and the ability to translate data into clear, credible narratives and visualisations.
Ability to define and track content performance indicators and use them to refine editorial priorities.
Strong research and analytical skills: able to assess sources critically, connect market signals and form a clear point of view rather than simply summarise trends.
Familiarity with AI-assisted research and content tools, used with appropriate rigour.
Sound knowledge of luxury, retail and customer experience, and curiosity about how these sectors are evolving across markets.
Ability to interview senior experts, challenge ideas constructively and turn specialist knowledge into accessible, credible content.
Comfort working independently in a remote setting, managing an editorial roadmap and delivering finished work without a large production team.
Experience managing or coaching at least one team member.
Confidence preparing and hosting interviews or podcasts is a plus.
