We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a strategic, data‑driven leader to shape the future of scaled customer success at Ramp. This role will design, operationalize, and lead programs that activate, retain, and grow 50% of Ramp’s micro‑SMB customers who don’t receive white‑glove 1:1 support, blending strategy, systems, and people leadership to drive impact at scale.

We're a team of 170+ across 26 states and 7 countries, headquartered in New York City.
Our Risk & Compliance team is hiring a Senior AML Analyst who will improve the effectiveness, resilience, and scalability of our financial monitoring program. You will own Lithic's AML and financial crime monitoring program at the SOP and monitoring-engine level, and you will be the person who turns our agentic monitoring and investigation tooling into realized, defensible capacity. This is an ownership role, not purely a queue-based execution role: you’ll certainly handle escalations, exceptions, and perform population sampling, but the goal is routine, documented volume is increasingly absorbed by automation, and you own the design, tuning, and exception handling that sit around it.
What You’ll Do:
Own and continuously improve the AML and financial crime transaction monitoring SOPs, keeping them aligned to current regulatory requirements, evolving typologies, and operational reality
Own the feedback loop into Lithic's monitoring engine: partner with your Analytics, Engineering, and Product peers to evaluate alert logic, assess rule and scenario effectiveness, and tune thresholds to reduce false positives while preserving coverage
Lead the testing, deployment, and tuning of agentic transaction monitoring and investigation solutions, including documenting the investigative context the tooling needs to produce repeatable, examiner-ready output
Investigate complex suspicious activity independently and prepare high-quality SARs and UARs; own escalations and the judgment-heavy cases automation cannot close unattended
Supervise and quality-check alert review and investigative output, including AI-assisted output, so decisions hold up to bank partner and regulatory scrutiny
Synthesize monitoring performance data, operational trends, and emerging financial crime risks into actionable program insights, and define and influence AML KPIs and KRIs
Lead governance preparation for relevant oversight forums and support bank partner and exam-readiness deliverables
Train and mentor analysts on investigations, money laundering typologies, and the agentic tooling, so program knowledge scales beyond any one person
What you'll bring:
3+ years of AML/BSA and transaction monitoring experience in fintech, payments, or a bank-partnered environment
Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end AML programs or work streams with limited guidance, including authoring and maintaining SOPs and preparing governance materials
Deep knowledge of money laundering typologies and emerging financial crime trends, with the ability to investigate complex activity and prepare high-quality SARs and UARs independently
Hands-on experience evaluating alert logic and assessing or tuning transaction monitoring rules and scenarios for effectiveness
Comfort working with AI-assisted or agentic tooling, including how to test, tune, document, and defend AI-assisted decisions to bank partners and regulators
Self-starter who can create structure where none exists and knows when to escalate and collaborate
Strong written and verbal communication
Solid grasp of the BSA/AML regulatory framework (USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC and sanctions, SAR requirements)
Nice to Have:
CAMS or CFE (preferred, or willing to obtain)
Experience deploying or tuning AI, automation, or agentic tooling in a compliance or investigations context
Experience with OSINT tooling and SQL or Snowflake for investigative data retrieval
Card issuing, payments, or fintech experience with exposure to sponsor bank relationships
Background in high-risk verticals (MRBs, crypto-adjacent businesses, or similar)
The annual US salary range for this role is $65,000 - $120,000 plus equity. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Lithic and will be narrowed during the interview process based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
This is a remote position. However, candidates must be located in the United States. We do not offer visa sponsorship or assistance.
Benefits for Full-Time US Employees:

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
We are hiring a Principal Engineer to help define the technical direction for core product experiences at 1Password.
This is a senior individual contributor role for an engineer who can translate ambitious product strategy into systems that scale technically and operationally. You will drive architecture, engineering standards, and technical direction across the product ecosystem, working across client applications, distributed services, data platforms, and shared infrastructure to build experiences that are secure, reliable, performant, and maintainable. This is not a role scoped to a single team or subsystem. The expectation is organization-level technical leadership: shaping how Product Engineering approaches complex cross-cutting problems, guiding long-term architectural investments, and establishing the technical patterns and operational standards other teams build against.
You will operate across the full lifecycle of product engineering work, from architecture and system design through production operations and long-term evolution. Success in this role requires balancing product velocity with engineering durability, making pragmatic technical tradeoffs, and driving alignment across teams with different priorities and constraints.
You will help evolve the next generation of 1Password’s product architecture, including the responsible integration of AI capabilities into core product experiences. Security and privacy by default, cross-platform consistency, operational resilience, and enterprise-scale reliability are foundational requirements that must be reflected in every architectural decision.
If you want to build systems used daily by millions of individuals and hundreds of thousands of businesses, and solve engineering problems where distributed systems, reliability, usability, security, and intelligent automation all matter simultaneously, this is that role.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- You have designed and operated large-scale distributed systems where reliability, scalability, maintainability, and operational excellence matter.
- You have deep experience driving architecture and technical direction across multiple teams, organizations, or product domains.
- You have strong systems-thinking instincts and can reason effectively about platform boundaries, distributed systems constraints, developer ergonomics, and long-term technical sustainability.
- You have experience building customer-facing product systems across clients, APIs, distributed services, cloud infrastructure, and data platforms.
- You have experience building or scaling event-driven systems, microservices architectures, or shared platform infrastructure in production environments.
- You have practical experience integrating AI or ML capabilities into production applications and understand the engineering tradeoffs involved in introducing AI into trust-sensitive product experiences.
- You have strong instincts for privacy-preserving and security-conscious system design, including thoughtful handling of telemetry, user data, permissions, and auditability.
- You are effective at driving alignment across teams with different incentives, priorities, and technical perspectives.
- You communicate clearly with engineers, executives, and cross-functional partners, and can explain complex technical tradeoffs in practical terms.
- You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping organizations make durable technical decisions before every variable is known.
Bonus points for:
- Experience in identity, authentication, authorization, secrets management, enterprise security, or trust-oriented product domains.
- Experience building large-scale event-driven or multi-region distributed systems in cloud environments.
- Experience building cross-platform applications or shared platform architectures at scale.
- Experience with developer platforms, internal engineering frameworks, CI/CD systems, or large-scale infrastructure modernization initiatives.
- Experience integrating LLMs or AI-assisted workflows into customer-facing SaaS applications.
- Experience with endpoint trust, browser or extension security, enterprise administration workflows, or device posture systems.
- Experience mentoring engineers and raising the engineering bar across organizations through technical leadership and operational excellence.
What you can expect:
- Define architecture and technical direction for core product capabilities spanning clients, distributed services, data platforms, and shared infrastructure.
- Establish engineering standards and reusable architectural patterns for scalable, maintainable, and resilient product systems across Product Engineering.
- Drive long-term technical strategy across critical product areas, balancing immediate delivery needs with scalability, operational excellence, and platform sustainability.
- Partner closely with Product, Design, Security, Privacy, Infrastructure, and Data teams to ensure technical decisions support both customer outcomes and long-term operational durability.
- Guide how AI-powered capabilities are integrated into customer-facing product experiences, ensuring systems are reliable, observable, operationally safe, and aligned with customer trust expectations.
- Define engineering expectations for AI-enabled product systems, including evaluation frameworks, rollout safety, telemetry, fallback behavior, auditability, and operational controls.
- Establish shared platform capabilities and infrastructure patterns that allow teams to build product features consistently across clients, services, APIs, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Influence and drive key architectural decisions around distributed systems design, event-driven architectures, synchronization models, scalability, performance, reliability, extensibility, and platform interoperability.
- Help teams navigate difficult technical tradeoffs, unblock large cross-functional initiatives, and reduce systemic engineering complexity across the organization.
- Raise the operational bar for production systems through stronger reliability practices, observability standards, incident readiness, performance analysis, and engineering discipline.
- Mentor and influence engineers across the organization through technical leadership, architecture reviews, design guidance, and hands-on problem solving.
What success looks like:
Success in this role means Product Engineering can scale product development without sacrificing reliability, maintainability, security, or customer trust. That includes:
- Durable architectural patterns that enable teams to move faster with less duplication and lower operational overhead.
- Product systems that scale reliably across platforms, enterprise environments, and growing customer complexity.
- Engineering teams making more consistent technical decisions with clearer standards and stronger shared foundations.
- AI-powered product experiences that are useful, measurable, trustworthy, and operationally safe.
- Reduced systemic friction across development, delivery, observability, and cross-team coordination.
- Stronger operational resilience, including improved reliability, debuggability, rollout safety, and incident response readiness.
- Technical investments that improve long-term engineering velocity instead of creating organizational drag or platform fragmentation.

At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
THE MISSION
The Foundry is ClickUp's internal AI innovation lab — embedded inside GTM Systems and accountable for turning AI capabilities into production-grade, internally deployed products that make every GTM function faster and smarter. We build the infrastructure that powers AI-first work across Sales, Marketing, Post-Sales, and Revenue Operations.
As the Senior Software Engineer on this team you will own the technical delivery of our MCP server platform, agent orchestration layer, and internal tooling — shipping production systems used daily by hundreds of ClickUp employees, and scaling your own throughput by treating AI tools as first-class engineering collaborators.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
MCP SERVER PLATFORM
- Design, build, and operate Model Context Protocol servers that expose CRM, ticketing, analytics, and communication data to AI agents across the GTM stack
- Implement Okta PKCE authentication flows and RBAC policy enforcement so agents access only the data they're authorized to touch
- Maintain deployment infrastructure on AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, API Gateway) and contribute to GCP workloads where applicable
- Own observability: structured logging, distributed tracing, latency SLOs, and on-call runbooks for every production server
AGENT ORCHESTRATION & AI-NATIVE PRODUCTS
- Build and maintain multi-step autonomous agents that execute end-to-end GTM workflows — lead qualification, deal room assembly, onboarding automation, support triage, and more
- Architect prompt engineering frameworks, tool-call schemas, and agent evaluation harnesses that make AI behavior predictable and auditable
- Integrate with LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock AgentCore) and maintain version-pinned, cost-tracked model configurations
- Deliver AI-powered internal applications (web apps, CLI tools, Slack integrations) that non-technical GTM stakeholders use without friction
GTM PLATFORM ENGINEERING
- Own full-stack feature delivery across TypeScript/Node.js backends and React/TypeScript frontends for internal tooling
- Write Python automation scripts, ETL pipelines, and data transformation layers that feed GTM analytics and AI context
- Collaborate with Systems Engineering and GTM Engineering teams on cross-cutting API standards, data contracts, and integration patterns
- Conduct code reviews, establish engineering standards, and actively mentor junior engineers toward higher leverage
AI-NATIVE DEVELOPMENT PRACTICE
- Use AI coding assistants (Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) as primary engineering accelerators — not supplements — to ship at a pace that punches above a single engineer's weight
- Document AI usage patterns, prompt templates, and agentic workflows so the team's collective throughput compounds
- Stay current on MCP protocol evolution, agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, custom), and emerging LLM capabilities; bring back what matters
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with production systems
- Expert-level TypeScript and Node.js — idiomatic, typed, testable server-side code
- Strong Python — automation scripts, data pipelines, and scripting for AI/ML tooling
- Meaningful AWS deployment experience: Lambda, Bedrock, ECS/Fargate, API Gateway, IAM, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch
- Demonstrated experience integrating with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or equivalent) and shipping AI-powered features to real users
- Solid foundation in REST API design, OAuth 2.0 / OIDC authentication, and secure credential management
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CDK, or SAM), and cloud cost awareness
- Clear written communication: design docs, ADRs, and runbooks that others actually read
- Track record of using AI tools (LLM assistants, copilots, agentic workflows) as a genuine productivity multiplier — not a gimmick
STRONGLY PREFERRED
- Hands-on experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) — building servers, defining tool schemas, or operating multi-server agent environments
- GCP experience (Cloud Run, BigQuery, Cloud Functions) to complement AWS work
- Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM API integration work — understanding GTM data models is a significant advantage
- React or Next.js front-end capability to ship internal dashboards and tooling without hand-offs
- Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks: LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom orchestration patterns
- Experience in a GTM Systems, RevOps, or Sales Engineering context
- Okta / identity provider integration work (PKCE flows, SCIM, token management)
HOW WE OPERATE
The Foundry runs on three principles that every team member is expected to embody:
- Ownership — You own the full lifecycle of what you build: design, delivery, observability, and iteration. We don't have a separate ops hand-off.
- Velocity — We ship to production in days, not quarters. AI tools are how we maintain that pace without sacrificing quality.
- Atomicity — Every deliverable is a discrete, composable unit — an MCP server, an agent, an API. Nothing we build requires everything else to work.
WHO THRIVES HERE
This role is a strong fit if you are genuinely excited to work at the intersection of AI infrastructure and internal product — not just as a user of AI, but as someone building the layer that makes AI useful for an entire go-to-market organization. You are comfortable with ambiguity, you default to shipping, and you see every piece of internal tooling as a product that deserves operational discipline.
This role is not a fit if you need heavily defined requirements before starting work, prefer long planning cycles to iterative delivery, or view AI tools as optional extras rather than core to how you operate.
Equal Opportunity Employer
ClickUp is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.

The Role
We’re looking for a
Network Software Engineer (NetSWE)
to build software that makes network operations safe, scalable, and boring — even as we launch new data centers and expand fast. This is not a “write scripts for configs” role: you’ll build the tooling and services that sit between the network core (switches/ports/VLANs, traffic processors) and the cloud platform on top, using open source where it fits and building the missing pieces where it doesn’t.
Your responsibilities will include:
Build and maintain services and tooling that automate the network lifecycle: day-0 provisioning, day-N changes, drift detection, and operational verification
Make network changes safe and transparent: CI/CD workflows, diff/review tooling, staged rollouts/rollbacks, audit trails, and guardrails
Develop observability systems that scale across many sites: telemetry pipelines, signal quality, and tooling that shortens incident investigations
Close “last mile” gaps between the network and the platform: integrate source-of-truth data, expose APIs, and build reliable automation around it
Collaborate closely with network engineers and SREs to turn real operational pain into product-quality tooling
We expect you to have:
5+ years of professional software engineering experience (or equivalent practical background)
Strong coding skills and ownership mindset: you can ship and operate reliable services
Proficiency in
Go
or readiness to switch;
Python
is also welcome (other languages can be useful for OSS debugging/fixes)
You don’t have to be Network expert
but we expect you to have interest in infrastructure and/or network
It will be an added bonus if you have:
Background in networking (ex-network engineer, CCNP/education, DC networking exposure) or strong interest and proven ability to learn fast
Experience building automation/infra tooling: CI/CD, IaC, testing/staging environments, or “network-as-code” style workflows
Low-level networking / datapath experience: eBPF/XDP, DPDK, kernel networking, traffic processing systems
Experience designing high-load services and observability platforms (metrics/logs/traces, alerting, regression detection)
Contributions to open source or experience extending/debugging OSS components in production environments
We expect Staff Engineers to :
Manage large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders
Break down complex tasks and guide both their own work and that of more junior colleagues
Be experts in specific technologies and write high-quality code that can serve as a reference
Assess task priority and focus on high-impact work, avoiding low-value efforts
Have strong architectural thinking and contribute to system design
Be involved in hiring and actively contribute to interviews
Be willing to share knowledge and mentor others
Benefits & Perks:
Competitive compensation
Career growth and learning opportunities
Flexibility and ownership
Collaborative and innovative culture
Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
International environment and talented teams
What's it like to work at Nebius:
Fast moving - Bold thinking - Constant growth - Meaningful impact - Trust and real ownership - Opportunity to shape the future of AI
Pay Transparency
We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, the level at which the candidate is hired, and geographic location, consistent with applicable law.
Base Compensation Range

About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Staff Mobile Engineer to join our P2P & Fiat team, where you will own the mobile engineering for OKX’s peer-to-peer trading and fiat payment experiences across multiple markets. This is a high-ownership role sitting at the intersection of mobile engineering and cross-border payments—you will work closely with compliance, legal, and regional business teams to build localised, regulation-aware payment flows for users across Southeast Asia, LATAM, MENA, and beyond.
You bring deep familiarity with P2P trading mechanics, cross-regional fiat payment integrations, and the compliance considerations that govern them. You are also fluent in AI-assisted development and bring the discipline to build, maintain, and continuously improve your own AI engineering workflows.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the mobile engineering for P2P trading flows, including trading channel mechanics, payment methods, and end-to-end buy and sell transaction journeys.
Build and maintain cross-regional fiat payment integrations, including local bank transfers, e-wallets, and third-party PSP integrations across markets such as Southeast Asia, LATAM, and MENA.
Ensure mobile payment flows and user data handling comply with local and international regulatory requirements, including KYC tiers, transaction limits, and regional compliance constraints.
Collaborate closely with compliance, legal, product, and regional market teams to translate local regulatory requirements into reliable, user-friendly mobile experiences.
Drive technical decision-making on payment architecture, clearly articulating trade-offs across delivery speed, maintainability, and compliance.
Apply AI coding tools actively in your workflow—not only for code generation, but also to build and maintain repeatable personal AI development workflows.
Mentor engineers on the team and contribute to a culture of ownership, technical rigour, and high engineering standards.
