ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Technical Consultants are on the frontlines working to establish partnerships with Ramp customers, and act as a liaison between customers and our internal technical teams. You'll be partnering with Customer Activation & Account Management teams to identify, prioritize and build financial solutions for new and existing customers so that Ramp continues to scale with their needs.
You will act as the technical and financial subject matter expert for our customers, and design solutions that address the customer's needs through Ramp and partner integrations. You will partner with Post-Sales teams to drive Product, Design and Engineering teams' roadmaps to evolve Ramp to better serve our customers at scale and offer increasingly higher value to the customers.
You will define the customer's financial & technical success criteria from onboarding through activation and expansion. You will represent Product, Design and Engineering externally and will operate with deep conviction and understanding of Ramp's technical capabilities. The role requires technical skills necessary to understand and educate on robust accounting features, and integrate them across all the touchpoints and surface area of a customer.
This role is specifically focused on Enterprise and Strategic Enterprise customers running SAP S/4HANA, supporting large, complex organizations with multi-entity environments, advanced ERP integrations, and highly customized financial workflows.

- Collaborate with onboarding specialists and implementation leads to support technical workstreams, ensuring faster time-to-value and customer success
- Work with customers to problem-solve technical hurdles and propose effective product implementations with a deep understanding of S/4HANA integration and configuration options
- Participate in technical discovery to understand customer S/4HANA environments and workflows, and recommend best-fit Ramp architecture including when and how to use Ramp's API
- Be a subject matter expert across SAP S/4HANA and Ramp's accounting integration capabilities, partnering with Sales, Product and partners to advocate for integration development aligned with customer needs
- Troubleshoot S/4HANA integration blockers and guide customers through complex configuration decisions
- Contribute to internal documentation and tooling that scales Ramp's ability to support S/4HANA integration use cases across a growing customer base
- Influence Ramp's product roadmap by channeling S/4HANA customer pain points and feedback to the Product and Engineering teams
WHAT YOU NEED
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field
- 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally in a SaaS or fintech environment
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working with SAP S/4HANA, including finance modules, integration patterns, and enterprise deployment models
- Deep familiarity with S/4HANA finance and accounting workflows, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and cost center management
- Comfort working with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture and being able to explain those concepts to finance and operations stakeholders
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Design on enterprise-driven gaps, influencing roadmap decisions that unlock scale across Ramp's largest customers
- Advise on non-standard S/4HANA implementations and edge cases, balancing customer needs with long-term platform scalability and supportability
- Strong communication skills: able to translate complex technical solutions into business value and guide customers toward scalable approaches
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Anthropic's enterprise business is growing fast, and the systems that turn a closed deal into recognized revenue are scaling to keep up. Quote-to-cash spans configure-price-quote, contracting, order management, provisioning, billing, and revenue recognition, and the work to evolve it crosses engineering, GTM systems, finance, legal, and operations teams.
We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to own the planning and execution rhythm across these teams, drive the highest-priority cross-team programs end to end, and give leadership a single coherent view of priorities, dependencies, and progress.
Responsibilities
Build and run the cross-team planning and operating cadence for quote-to-cash: a shared roadmap, clear DRIs, sequenced dependencies, and a single source of truth on priorities and status for engineering and finance leadership
Drive the highest-priority cross-team programs end to end, from scoping and tradeoff decisions through delivery, across engineering, GTM systems, deal desk, order management, accounting, and legal
Own the SOX readiness program for quote-to-cash systems: gap closure, control design and evidence collection, and coordination with internal audit
Manage technical dependencies across the stack: CPQ, contract data model, provisioning automation, billing platform, and the integrations between them
You may be a good fit if you
Have 6+ years of technical program management experience, with a track record of building cross-functional programs from scratch in ambiguous environments
Have technical depth in enterprise systems integration: CPQ, ERP, billing, and provisioning platforms, the data flows between them, and the tradeoffs between configuring SaaS and building custom
Have run compliance or audit-readiness programs (SOX, SOC, or similar) and understand how control design, evidence collection, and engineering delivery fit together
Can build trust with engineers, finance and accounting partners, sales operations, legal, and executives, and translate between them
Thrive when the operating model itself is still being defined and see shaping it as part of the job
Strong candidates may also have
Background in revenue operations, order-to-cash, billing platform, or finance systems product management
Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, contract lifecycle management, or marketplace provisioning (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Deadline to Apply:
None, applications will be received on a rolling basis.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$290,000
—
$365,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.

Work closely with our product team, leaders, and customers to help design and develop features that make Fivetran the one-stop shop for data activation.
Mentor early-career engineers, perform thoughtful and constructive code reviews, advise on best practices, provide project-level leadership, operate across teams, departments, and time zones.

Anthropic is growing fast, and recruiting is one of the highest-leverage functions in the company. We’re constantly investing in systems and processes to support our rapid scale and enable our recruiters and hiring teams to be more efficient. The current technology stack is built and operated by several teams across third-party platform configuration, custom internal tooling, analytics and forecasting, core people systems, and an AI tooling layer.
We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to own the planning and execution rhythm that connects these teams, drive the technical interconnection of the systems, and give Recruiting leadership a single coherent view of priorities, dependencies, and progress.
You’ll help evolve how recruiting functions through the use of Claude, connecting that work to where the broader company is going. That includes building the bridge between recruiting and company-wide roadmap and headcount planning so we're staffing proactively rather than reacting.
This is a first-of-its-kind role at Anthropic. It sits within the centralized Technical Program Management organization and partners directly with Recruiting and People leadership. Part of the job will be to help us figure out the right long-term model for TPM support for the People org.
Responsibilities
Build and run the cross-team planning and operating cadence for recruiting technology: a shared roadmap, clear DRIs, sequenced dependencies, and a single source of truth on priorities and status for Recruiting leadership
Drive the highest-priority cross-team programs end to end, from scoping and tradeoff decisions through delivery, across teams that don't share a reporting line
Lead the technical interconnection work: integration across third-party platforms, internal custom tooling, and the data and analytics layer so information flows cleanly end to end
Partner with engineering and AI teams to bring Claude deeper into the recruiting workflow, balancing speed of adoption with the controls and human-in-the-loop design that make it trustworthy
Connect recruiting to company-wide planning: build the link to roadmaps across the business so headcount needs are visible early and recruiting can staff proactively
Own build-vs-buy and vendor evaluations where they cross team boundaries, including the security, contract, and integration tradeoffs that come with them
Establish the program infrastructure: governance, status reporting, risk tracking, and the escalation paths that let leadership make tradeoffs quickly
Help define the durable model for TPM support in the People organization, including scope, headcount, and reporting structure
You may be a good fit if you
Have 6+ years of technical program management experience, with a track record of building cross-functional programs from scratch in ambiguous environments
Have driven planning and execution across teams that don't share a reporting line, and are comfortable influencing without authority
Have technical depth in systems integration: APIs, data flows between SaaS platforms, and the tradeoffs between configuring third-party tools and building custom
Have worked with or close to recruiting, people, or HR technology and understand how an ATS, HRIS, scheduling, and analytics stack fit together
Can build trust with engineers, recruiters, analysts, and executives, and translate between them
Are genuinely excited about using AI to change how a core business function works, and curious about what recruiting looks like when frontier AI is in the loop on every step
Thrive when the role itself is still being defined and see shaping it as part of the job
Strong candidates may also have
Background in recruiting operations, people analytics, or HR tech product management
Experience integrating AI or LLM-based tooling into operational workflows
Familiarity with headcount planning, workforce planning, or connecting business roadmaps to hiring plans
Experience teaching partner teams how to work with technical program management when the function is new to them

We're looking for experienced engineers to build and scale the database infrastructure that powers Claude's products and Anthropic's research. As a Software Engineer on the Databases team, you'll architect and operate the systems that let millions of users interact with Claude while also supporting frontier AI research workloads.
You'll help set the database strategy for Anthropic: designing systems that handle billions of API requests, building storage that runs cleanly across GCP, AWS, and a range of deployment models, and creating the reliable data layer that lets research move fast.
The Databases team spans three areas: the core database platform (data plane and control plane), data movement (migrations, backfill, and change data capture), and caching. We're hiring across all three.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the technical direction for database solutions used across Product and Research
Design and implement database solutions that scale to support millions of users across Claude's product ecosystem
Build and scale database systems through 100x+ growth while maintaining reliability and performance
Build the database platform that lets Anthropic engineers ship without thinking about databases or scaling.
Architect data storage solutions that operate across GCP, AWS, first-party deployments, third-party deployments, and other environments
Develop database infrastructure that serves both product and research workloads with different performance characteristics
Build data movement infrastructure (migration tooling, backfill, and change data capture pipelines) that safely consolidates and moves data across the organization
Design and operate caching infrastructure, including CDC-driven cache invalidation, that keeps Anthropic's hottest paths fast and correct
Partner with product and research teams to understand data requirements and build infrastructure that accelerates their work
Optimize database performance, reliability, and cost efficiency at scale
Make build-vs-buy decisions for database technologies
Minimum Qualifications
Significant experience as a software engineer building and operating production database or storage systems
Deep knowledge of distributed database architectures and OLTP systems at scale
Proficiency with SQL and at least one major relational or distributed database engine (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Spanner, CockroachDB, DynamoDB)
Track record of leading large, complex infrastructure projects as an engineer or tech lead
Ability to balance moving quickly with the reliability needs of production systems
Strong technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years building and scaling database systems, with 3+ years leading large-scale projects or teams
Experience scaling databases through periods of rapid growth at high-growth companies
Experience operating Spanner, CockroachDB, TiDB, AlloyDB, or other globally distributed SQL databases in production
Experience with Redis, Temporal, vector databases, or async job processing frameworks
Experience with change data capture (Debezium or similar), large-scale data migration, or streaming data infrastructure
Experience building multi-cloud or hybrid cloud database solutions
Knowledge of database orchestration and automation at scale
Contributions to database internals, storage engines, or related open source projects
Note: Prior AI/ML infrastructure experience is not required. We value deep infrastructure and database expertise from any domain.
Deadline to apply:

The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000
—
$485,000 USD

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We're looking for experienced engineers to build Anthropic's cache layer as a managed service from the ground up. The Caching team is part of the Databases organization and owns the systems that keep Anthropic's hottest paths fast and correct: a managed Redis fleet, client libraries used across the company, and CDC-driven cache invalidation that solves one of distributed systems' hardest problems the right way.
This is a foundational role on a small team with outsized leverage. Every millisecond you take off a hot path is multiplied across every Claude request. You'll set the technical direction for caching at Anthropic, from the data plane to the developer experience, and you'll work closely with product and research teams to make caching something engineers get for free rather than something they have to think about.
Key responsibilities
Drive the technical direction for caching infrastructure used across Product and Research
Design, build, and operate a managed Redis fleet that scales to support millions of users across Claude's product ecosystem
Build client libraries and developer-facing abstractions that make correct caching the default for Anthropic engineers
Design and operate CDC-driven cache invalidation that keeps cached data consistent with source-of-truth databases
Architect caching solutions that operate across GCP, AWS, first-party deployments, and other environments
Optimize latency, hit rates, reliability, and cost efficiency on Anthropic's hottest paths
Build observability and tooling that makes cache behavior easy to understand and debug
Partner with product and research teams to understand access patterns and build infrastructure that accelerates their work
Make build-vs-buy decisions for caching technologies
Minimum qualifications
Significant experience as a software engineer building and operating production distributed systems
Deep knowledge of caching architectures, including invalidation strategies, consistency tradeoffs, and failure modes
Experience operating Redis, Memcached, or similar in-memory data stores in production
Proficiency in at least one systems programming language (e.g., Go, Rust, Java, C++) or Python at scale
Track record of leading large, complex infrastructure projects as an engineer or tech lead
Ability to balance moving quickly with the reliability needs of production systems
Strong technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred qualifications
10+ years building and scaling distributed infrastructure, with 3+ years leading large-scale projects or teams
Experience building managed infrastructure platforms or internal services consumed by many engineering teams
Experience with change data capture (Debezium or similar) or streaming data infrastructure
Experience operating Redis Cluster, Valkey, ElastiCache, Memorystore, or similar managed offerings at scale
Experience designing client libraries or SDKs for internal infrastructure
Experience scaling infrastructure through periods of rapid growth at high-growth companies
Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud deployments
Contributions to caching systems, database internals, or related open source projects
Note: Prior AI/ML infrastructure experience is not required. We value deep infrastructure expertise from any domain.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
The CDN Content team is responsible for serving all content that flows through Vercel's global CDN — static assets, optimized images, incrementally regenerated pages, partially prerendered shells, and everything in between — to billions of requests for millions of developers. Our focus is performance: ensuring content is served globally as fast as possible. Caching plays a big role in making that happen, and the team operates a multi-tier caching architecture spanning in-process caches, regional cache services, and object storage across 20+ regions.
As a Software Engineer on the team, you'll take on well-scoped projects with real production impact and grow into owning larger pieces of the system. The work spans the serving path end to end, and everything ships through careful, progressive rollouts validated with production data. You'll learn how a planet-scale CDN works from engineers who built it.
This is a team where infrastructure meets product: we work in close partnership with frameworks such as Next.js, bringing framework-defined infrastructure to life on Vercel's CDN, and the serving and caching behavior we ship directly shapes the performance and cost that millions of developers see. You'll develop strong instincts for distributed systems, careful production rollouts, and data-driven engineering.
If you're based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF or NY), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What you'll do
Build and improve the services behind ISR, PPR, and image optimization — working in Go, Lua, and TypeScript across the serving path.
Execute well-defined projects independently, from implementation through safe rollout (feature flags, shadow modes, progressive deployment) and post-ship validation.
Monitor and maintain your work in production: build dashboards, add metrics and alerts, and develop ownership of what you ship.
Contribute to the team's observability and testing surface — the dashboards, log views, and e2e test suites that keep a high-change system trustworthy.
Participate in the on-call rotation with support from senior engineers, and contribute to incident follow-ups that make the system more resilient.
Collaborate with teammates and partner teams (Next.js, CI/CD) through design discussions, code review, and pairing.
What you need
2+ years of experience building and operating backend services in production.
Proficiency in at least one of Go, TypeScript/Node.js, or a comparable systems language, and enthusiasm for working across a polyglot stack.
Solid understanding of HTTP and web fundamentals — caching headers, request/response lifecycle, what a proxy does.
You write code you're willing to operate: tested, instrumented, and documented.
Curious about how large-scale systems work, and motivated to dig into unfamiliar code and production data to figure things out.
A collaborative teammate who communicates clearly, asks good questions, and follows through reliably.
Bonus if you
Have experience with caching systems (CDNs, Redis/Memcached, application-level caches) at any scale.
Have AWS experience, particularly S3 or ElastiCache.
Have used Next.js or another modern web framework and understand rendering modes like SSR/SSG/ISR.
Have experience with observability tooling (Datadog, Honeycomb, or similar).
Have experience with Terraform or Kubernetes.

Meet Arago and the Aragonians Arago is an AI and computer hardware company whose mission is to drive the course of history forward. We do so by accelerating breakthroughs at the intersection of AI and semiconductors. Founded in 2024 by AI researchers and physicists with deep expertise in photonics, electronics, software, mathematics, and machine learning, Arago brings together a lean team of engineers and scientists from the world’s top companies and research labs. Composed of nine nationalities and operating from hubs in France, North America, and Israel, we believe in great science and fast achievements. Our work is guided by these core principles: Do great things: we deliver work we’re proud to sign our name to. High velocity: speed matters. We move quickly, one step at a time. One unit: we’re all in this together, with relationships grounded in trust, respect, and camaraderie. Arago is backed by executives from Apple, Arm, Nvidia, Microsoft, and Hugging Face, as well as prominent US and European deeptech venture firms and exited founders.
What you’ll do
As a Senior AI/ML Scientist, you will work at the intersection of modern AI models, numerical precision, and novel computing architectures. Your mission will be to develop the methods that allow AI models to run accurately, efficiently, and reliably on Arago’s computing system. This position combines strong quantization and “digital twin” aspects: understanding how frontier models tolerate reduced precision, defining the right numerical formats and quantization strategies, and building software representations of the processor to model the physical effects that impact AI model accuracy. This role is both scientific and practical. You will help shape the bridge between AI models and Arago’s hardware.
Required Skills and Experience
Background in mathematics, physics, computer science, or a related quantitative field. Strong interest and skills in applied mathematics and statistics. Strong experience with quantization of machine learning and AI models. Strong understanding of modern model architectures, including language models, diffusion models, video generation models, and/or world models. Experience studying the impact of numerical precision, noise, or approximation on model accuracy. Experience with inference performance optimization. Good knowledge of computer architecture, GPU architecture, or parallel computing. Ability to build rigorous experimentation pipelines and translate research insights into practical engineering decisions. GitHub profile with recent and relevant projects. Language: English at a proficient level. French is a plus.
Responsibilities
Develop Arago’s quantization strategy for modern AI models, including precision studies, numerical format exploration, and model-level techniques to preserve accuracy under constrained precision. Study the impact of analog noise on the performance and inference accuracy of machine learning models, including language models, diffusion, video generation, and world models. Develop simulation tools to model analog behavior with minimal computational overhead. Build and maintain Arago's internal experimentation pipelines for precision and performance studies on both physical and emulated prototypes. Act as a technical point of contact between clients and Arago: analyze, port, and optimize client models onto Arago hardware, balancing throughput and accuracy. Collaborate with the software and digital architecture teams to support architectural enhancements based on the operator content of frontier model architectures.
Pay and benefits
Competitive cash compensation, with final package based on location, experience, and the pay of team members in similar positions. Meaningful stock option plan offered at the earliest stage of the company (included in the majority of full time offers). Relocation bonus and coverage of moving expenses for relocation within 20 minutes of the company’s location. Healthcare coverage (including family-friendly options), pension contributions, professional development support, and 25 days of PTO, in addition to public holidays. Ownership of a key technical domain, with significant vertical and/or horizontal growth opportunities, based on performance and individual drive. Reimbursement of 50% of the public transport subscription fee. A high-paced, multicultural (with 10 nationalities), and engineering-led environment.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a junior application security specialist to join a growing security team at Xsolla. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with senior specialists to identify, assess, and help remediate security vulnerabilities across our products and infrastructure.
You will be involved in day-to-day AppSec work - code reviews, vulnerability triage, threat modeling, and security testing. You are curious, detail-oriented, and eager to develop deep expertise in application security. You do not need to have all the answers, but you ask the right questions and follow through.
This is a strong learning environment. You will be exposed to real-world security challenges in a payment platform operating at scale, and supported by experienced security specialists who will help you grow.

Responsibilities
Triage Security Findings
- Assess incoming bug bounty reports and scanner findings. Evaluate validity, calculate real severity, and escalate appropriately with clear written summaries.
Assist with Vulnerability Assessments
- Participate in security assessments of web applications and APIs. Help identify and document risks in new features and existing systems.
Write Clear Security Documentation
- Document findings, reproduction steps, and remediation guidance in a way that engineering teams can act on.
Support Threat Modeling
- Participate in threat modeling sessions. Learn to identify trust boundaries, data flows, and attack surfaces in system designs.
Monitor Security Tools
- Help operate
SAST
,
DAST
, and dependency scanning tooling. Track findings, reduce noise, and support remediation workflows.
Support Code Reviews
- Review code for common vulnerability classes under guidance of senior specialists. Learn to identify security issues across PHP, Python, and Go codebases.
Stay Current
- Follow developments in the security community. Bring awareness of new vulnerability classes, CVEs, and attack techniques relevant to our stack.
What You Bring
Web Security Fundamentals
- Solid understanding of common vulnerability classes:
OWASP
Top 10,
CSRF
,
XSS
,
IDOR
, SQL injection, open redirect, authentication and session management weaknesses. You understand root causes, not just names.
Web and Browser Fundamentals
- Solid understanding of how web applications work: HTTP request/response cycle, client-server model, REST APIs, how browsers handle same-origin policy, cookies and their attributes, and
CORS
. This is the foundation everything else builds on.
Security Testing Tools
- Hands-on experience with Burp Suite or similar web application security testing tools. You have used them to intercept, modify, and replay requests — not just run automated scans.
Vulnerability Documentation
- Able to reproduce a vulnerability and write it up clearly: reproduction steps, proof of concept, and impact statement. Findings that engineering teams cannot reproduce or understand do not get fixed.
Secure Development Awareness
- Familiarity with foundational secure coding concepts: input validation, output encoding, parameterized queries, and least privilege.
Code Readability
- Ability to read and follow code in at least one language relevant to web security - PHP, Python, JavaScript, or Go. You don't need to be a developer, but you need to follow logic and spot security-relevant patterns.
Analytical Thinking
- You reason through problems methodically. You can explain not just what a vulnerability is but why it exists, how it is exploited, and what fixing it actually requires.
Clear Written Communication
- You write findings and summaries that are precise, reproducible, and useful to the engineers who need to act on them.
Curiosity and Initiative
- You dig into problems rather than stopping at the surface. When something looks wrong, you investigate before concluding
Nice to Have
Participation in bug bounty programs or
CTF
competitions;
Basic scripting ability for automation - Python or Bash;
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and where security tooling fits;
Exposure to cloud environments - GCP, AWS, or Azure;
Relevant coursework or certifications - eWPT,
CEH
, PortSwigger Web Security Academy progress, or similar entry-level credentials.
Xsolla operates across multiple time zones. Strong written communication is essential - you will need to document your work clearly so findings and context are not lost across handoffs. We value directness, intellectual honesty, and follow-through. If you do not know something, say so and find out. If you find something, explain it clearly and see it through to resolution.
