What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
About the role:
We are seeking an exceptional Director of Product to lead our Financial Incentives team. This role will report to the Head of Product. Your team owns the financial layer that drives world-class engagement amongst Garner members and steers them to top-performing providers by making Garner the most convenient and affordable way to pay for healthcare.
You will lead 3-4 teams responsible for the member-facing incentive experience, our portfolio of payment mechanisms (card, HRA, HSA contributions, direct provider payment, and emerging alternatives), employer-facing plan design and coverage policies, and the core platform that adjudicates claims, moves money, and reports on it. Today, Garner reimburses $100M+/yr and growing in patient bills annually: you will be responsible for making that experience delightful for members, trusted by employers, and resilient at scale.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
Own the strategy and roadmap for Garner’s Financial Incentives portfolio, spanning the member incentive experience, the suite of payment mechanisms (card, HRA, HSA, direct provider payment), employer-facing plan design and coverage policies, and the underlying claims adjudication, payments, and ledger platform.
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product management team (4 PMs and growing) and develop the next generation of PM leaders at Garner.
Act as Garner’s internal and external-facing executive-level subject matter expert on financial incentives, payment mechanics, and the operational systems that move money reliably at scale.
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Clinical, and GTM teams to ship trusted, mission-critical products.
Define the metrics that matter and rally the organization around them.
Make sharp prioritization decisions across a portfolio with high regulatory complexity, high customer expectations, and significant 0-to-1 product surface area still to build.
The ideal candidate has:
8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years managing and developing product managers.
Demonstrated experience building and shipping financial products at scale — payments, ledgers, card programs, consumer financial experiences, or other money-movement systems.
Deep expertise in at least one of payment infrastructure (rails, settlement, reconciliation, ledger) or consumer financial products (card, rewards, reimbursement, HSA/HRA-like instruments) at scale.
Track record of leading both 0-to-1 product development and the scale-up of production systems, comfortable building net-new platforms and improving systems already moving real money.
Strong technical fluency—can credibly engage engineering on system design, data models, APIs, and reliability tradeoffs.
Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to drive alignment with executives, internal teams, and external partners.
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
What you'll get here:
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
Compensation Transparency:
The target base salary range for this position is $323,000 - $379,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. Garner’s mission is to transform the healthcare economy, delivering high-quality and affordable care for all.
We are fundamentally reimagining how healthcare works in the U.S. by partnering with employers to redesign healthcare benefits using clear incentives and powerful, data-driven insights. Our approach guides employees to higher-quality, lower-cost care, creating a system that works better for everyone. Patients achieve better health outcomes, employers spend healthcare dollars more effectively, and physicians are rewarded for delivering exceptional care rather than performing more procedures.
Garner is one of the fastest-growing healthcare technology companies in the country. Our products are trusted by the most sophisticated employers and providers in the industry, and we are building a team of talented, mission-driven individuals who are motivated to make a meaningful impact on healthcare at scale.
About the role:
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to lead our Employer Experience team, the team responsible for building our employer-facing benefit experience. This role owns both the external-facing experience and internal systems and tools that support how Garner’s employer clients interact with and experience the Garner benefit. This includes our client and broker-facing Garner Portal, our invoicing and eligibility systems, and a suite of internal applications operated by the Implementations, Integrations and Finance teams. This role reports to the Head of Product.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
Own Garner’s external-facing employer experience strategy and roadmap, including development and expansion of the Garner Portal.
Drive development of internal revenue and eligibility data products that enable teams across Garner to perform analytics based on Garner’s membership and revenue.
Partner with product, engineering, operations, legal, and finance to enable 0-to-1 employer-facing products and use cases. Example projects include designing a broker-facing product enabling them to gain insight into the performance of their customers, or building a data warehouse product enabling innovative provider and plan analytics.
The ideal candidate has:
5+ years of Product Management experience, including at least one role owning a technical or financial product end-to-end.
Strong systems thinking and detail orientation. You instinctively look for edge cases and reason from first principles about how systems can fail
Strong technical background, with experience owning financial or data systems at scale.
Superb written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for engineering, business, and external stakeholders.
Deep AI fluency, using AI daily to run analyses, build prototypes, and automate workflows. You pride yourself on staying at the bleeding edge of what’s possible.
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
What you’ll get here:
The target salary range for this position is $222,000 - $245,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Technical Service Operations Lead (TSO Lead) who is operationally driven, collaborative, analytical, and a strong communicator to join our Global Technical Operations (GTO) team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to help coordinate incident response alongside cross-functional teams, identify trends and patterns in production issues, improve how we communicate with partners during incidents, and drive continuous improvement through post-incident reviews.
Strong incident management experience, ITIL knowledge, and observability/monitoring expertise are essential, along with experience in technical operations, SRE, or NOC environments supporting high-availability platforms in the gaming industry. The ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English — both written and verbal — across technical and executive audiences will be key to your success in this role.
If you’re passionate about driving operational excellence and platform reliability at scale and love ensuring the reliability and uptime of commerce and payment solutions that game developers and players depend on, we would love to hear from you!
ABOUT US
Xsolla is a global commerce company with robust tools and services to help developers solve the inherent challenges of the video game industry. From indie to AAA, companies partner with Xsolla to help them fund, distribute, market, and monetize their games. Grounded in the belief in the future of video games, Xsolla is resolute in the mission to bring opportunities together, and continually make new resources available to creators. With more paths to profits and ways to win, developers have all the things needed to enjoy the game.
For more information, visit xsolla.com.
Responsibilities:
Serve as Incident Commander for major incidents — coordinating cross-functional response teams, driving investigation, making escalation decisions, and ensuring incidents are resolved within SLA targets.
Own all incident communications: draft and send clear, timely updates to senior leadership, Customer Success, and partner/customer contacts throughout the incident lifecycle, and manage customer-facing status page updates (status.xsolla.com).
Facilitate blameless Post-Incident Reviews (PIRs) for major incidents — leading root cause identification, assigning corrective actions with clear owners and deadlines, and tracking them to closure.
During non-incident periods, proactively analyze incident trends, recurring issues, and production bugs — identify patterns, create Problem tickets, and report findings and recommendations to product and engineering teams on a regular cadence.
Enforce the incident management framework across the organization, including the severity model, priority matrix, SLA targets, escalation procedures, and deployment readiness gates.
Oversee and mentor the Operations Engineer on your shift — coaching on triage, investigation, runbook execution, and documentation quality while conducting regular knowledge transfer sessions to build depth across the service portfolio.
Produce shift handoff reports and deliver regular operational reporting: incident trends, KPI performance (MTTD, MTTA, MTTR), SLA adherence, proactive detection rate, and repeat incident analysis.
Audit service catalogue completeness on a regular cadence and govern JIRA Service Management workflows for incident, PIR, and problem management.
Cover for the Operations Engineer role during absences, breaks, or surge incidents. Participate in weekend on-call rotation for major incidents.
Qualifications:
Previous experience working at a gaming company is required — you understand the pace, player expectations, live operations dynamics, and the operational demands of the gaming industry.
6+ years of experience in incident management, SRE, NOC leadership, or technical operations in a production environment supporting high-availability, high-transaction systems.
Proven incident management experience — coordinating multi-team response, making real-time escalation decisions, and communicating with executive stakeholders under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English — ability to draft clear, concise executive updates at 3 AM under pressure, facilitate blameless PIRs, present operational metrics to senior leadership, and communicate incident status to customers and partners with clarity and professionalism.
Strong ITIL foundation — understanding of incident, problem, and change management lifecycles with practical experience implementing or operating ITIL-aligned workflows.
Technical depth across the observability stack — ability to read and interpret logs, traces, and metrics in Datadog (or equivalent: Grafana, Splunk, New Relic). Understanding of APM, SLOs, error budgets, burn-rate alerting, and synthetic monitoring.
Hands-on experience with incident tooling: Datadog, PagerDuty or OpsGenie, JIRA or JIRA Service Management, Slack, and Confluence.
Analytical mindset — ability to identify trends, patterns, and recurring issues from incident data and translate them into actionable recommendations for product and engineering teams.
Experience with SLA/SLO-driven operations where MTTD, MTTA, and MTTR are measured, reported, and improved.
Comfort with 24x7 shift-based operations as part of a follow-the-sun model with handoff overlaps. Weekend on-call (rotating) for critical severities is required.
Nice to Have:
Experience with customer/partner-facing incident communications and status page management.
Experience with or strong interest in AI/ML-assisted operations: anomaly detection, alert correlation, predictive alerting, automated remediation, or self-healing automation.
JIRA Service Management administration experience: workflows, SLA timers, automation rules, queues, and permissions.
Familiarity with Datadog Service Catalog, scorecards, and SLOs — especially burn-rate alerts and multi-window SLOs.
Experience building an operations function from scratch — defining processes, writing runbooks, establishing governance cadences.
Background in Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred), microservices architecture, or distributed systems.
ITIL certification (Foundation or higher) is a plus but not required.
Benefits
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes unlimited Flexible Time Off, Gym membership, monthly train ticket and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. By investing in professional development through training and educational opportunities, we ensure that our team thrives both personally and professionally.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Research Productivity organization builds the infrastructure and systems that accelerate research across Anthropic, including the tools that help our research process get faster and more effective over time. We're looking for an experienced software engineer to join us as we scale this infrastructure at a moment when both demand and scope are growing extremely quickly.
This team operates like a startup within a startup. You'll be a strong fit if you like thinking from first principles, iterating fast on infrastructure, and tackling reliability and scalability challenges head-on as the products built on top of your systems evolve underneath you.
You'll independently scope complex, multi-month projects, drive cross-org alignment through ambiguous problem spaces, and make the architectural decisions that shape how the infrastructure behind our research tooling gets built. You'll partner directly with research teams to understand their workflows, anticipate how their requirements will change, and design and scale infrastructure that can keep pace.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and scale infrastructure and systems that support rapidly increasing usage, where requirements and workload continue to evolve as the products built on top of them evolve
Independently scope and lead complex, multi-month engineering projects, from an ambiguous starting point through to a production system
Drive cross-organizational alignment on technical direction, working through ambiguous problem spaces with multiple stakeholders and teams
Make architectural decisions that shape the foundation of research infrastructure and tooling across Anthropic
Partner directly with researchers to deeply understand their workflows, then anticipate and design for how those needs will change
Iterate quickly, favoring pragmatic, first-principles solutions and fast feedback loops over heavy upfront design
Take ownership of the reliability and scalability of critical systems as load, usage, and complexity increase
Help set technical standards and best practices for the team, and mentor other engineers
Minimum Qualifications
Experience designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems or infrastructure in production
A track record of independently scoping and delivering complex, ambiguous, multi-month technical projects
Strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on coding ability
Experience making architectural decisions that other engineers and teams build on top of
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience driving alignment across multiple teams or stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
Strong candidates may also have
Experience building infrastructure or platforms specifically for research or machine learning workflows
Direct experience navigating the reliability and architectural challenges that come with rapidly scaling systems
Experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and infrastructure-as-code
Familiarity with the compute, tooling, and workflow needs of large-scale machine learning research
Experience operating in a startup or startup-like environment, i.e. a small, fast-moving team with high autonomy
Prior experience as a technical lead or mentor for other engineers
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$405,000
—
$625,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
As Lead Deployment Strategist on our founding office in Korea, you will bridge the gap between vision and execution, ensuring our customers not only see the potential of AI but realize its value in their operations. This role is a unique blend of strategic advisory and hands-on deployment leadership, spanning both presales and postsales phases. You will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, architecting AI solutions that drive transformation and delivering measurable business outcomes.
You will be embedded in our most strategic accounts, diagnosing business challenges, designing AI-powered solutions, and leading their deployment from concept to full-scale adoption. This role demands a rare combination of executive presence, technical credibility, and commercial acumen, with a focus on both winning and delivering high-impact AI initiatives.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Strategic Advisory & C-Suite Partnership
• Serve as the lead strategic advisor for a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients, building trusted relationships with executive leadership (CEO, CTO, CIO).
• Lead C-suite workshops to diagnose business drivers and co-create multi-year AI transformation roadmaps aligned with corporate strategy.
• Develop and present compelling business cases and proposals, articulating the ROI of AI adoption and the value of Mistral’s platform.
Presales: Shaping the Vision
• Partner with sales and product teams to identify and qualify opportunities, positioning Mistral’s solutions as the catalyst for enterprise transformation.
• Design tailored AI strategies and proof-of-concepts that address critical business challenges and demonstrate tangible value.
• Act as a subject matter expert in client engagements, ensuring our solutions are understood, trusted, and adopted.
Postsales: Driving Deployment & Adoption
• Own the end-to-end success of AI deployments, from strategic planning to operational integration, ensuring solutions are embedded into the customer’s core workflows.
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to execute deployment roadmaps and deliver measurable results.
• Navigate organizational complexity and drive change management to ensure seamless adoption and long-term success.
Commercial Growth & Thought Leadership
• Identify and cultivate expansion opportunities within accounts, connecting Mistral’s capabilities to new business challenges and driving commercial growth.
• Mentor junior strategists and contribute to the development of best practices, methodologies, and playbooks for customer engagement.
• Represent Mistral AI as a thought leader through speaking engagements, executive briefings, and industry contributions.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• You have 8+ years of experience in technical management consulting, enterprise technology, or a customer-facing strategic role, with a focus on AI/ML, data architecture, or digital transformation.
• You hold a degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, etc.)
• You are fluent in both English and Korean
• You possess a deep, practical expertise in AI/ML concepts, enterprise data architecture, and modern software development with hands-on development of AI solutions—enough to credibly engage with technical teams and executives alike.
• You have a proven track record of engaging and influencing C-suite executives, with the ability to navigate complex conversations and align AI strategies with business objectives.
• You excel at structuring ambiguous problems into actionable programs and thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
• You are equally comfortable in presales and postsales: shaping deals, designing solutions, and ensuring their successful deployment.
• You have experience managing high-value accounts, understanding deal mechanics, and building compelling cases for investment.
• You are a collaborative leader who can motivate cross-functional teams and drive results through influence, not authority.
We are looking for adaptable, low-ego team players who are passionate about turning AI vision into reality and delivering transformative impact for our customers.
