An overview of this role
The AI Transformation Owner drives the end-to-end AI agenda for the field organization, translating emerging AI capabilities into concrete enablement roadmaps, field use cases, and org-level strategy. You will partner closely with product and engineering teams to pilot and scale AI solutions, own the operational transformation plan needed to embed AI into day-to-day field workflows, and establish the governance framework that keeps AI adoption safe, compliant, and aligned with company standards. This is a hands-on role for someone who can move from strategy to execution without heavy oversight.
This role reports to the Vice President, Enablement & AI.

AI Enablement Roadmap:
Own and continuously evolve the roadmap for AI-driven enablement initiatives, prioritizing based on field impact, feasibility, and alignment with broader Enterprise AI team and strategy..
AI Field Use Cases:
Identify, scope, and execute on high-value AI use cases for the field (e.g., deal support, prospecting, content generation, guided selling, skills, change management), working with stakeholders to define success criteria and measure impact.
AI Field Champions:
build relationships with champions in the field organization to activate power-usage and drive peer-led adoption; track this adoption (e.g., usage, proficiency, behavior change) with our AI Ops Specialist and Enablement Analyst.
Ops Transformation Plan:
Design and drive the operational plan that turns AI pilots into scaled, repeatable processes, coordinating across enablement, ops, and technical teams to remove execution bottlenecks.
AI Governance:
Influence and lead governance standards for AI tool adoption in the field, including data usage, risk review, tool vetting, and alignment with company-wide AI policy.
What You’ll Bring
Mid-Senior Experience:
Several years of experience in enablement, sales operations, or a related GTM function, with a track record of owning initiatives end-to-end.
AI Solutions Experience:
Direct experience evaluating, piloting, or deploying AI tools or solutions in a business context, with a solid technical understanding of how they work and where they add value. Act as the field's primary advocate for AI tools (e.g., AI-assisted prospecting, call intelligence, forecasting copilots, RFP/proposal generation).

Proven ability to work closely with product and engineering teams, translating field needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
Self-Sufficiency:

A builder's orientation toward new technology — curious about what's possible, willing to experiment, and able to separate genuine opportunity from hype.

The Tech Operations Specialist keeps the field organization's AI tooling running smoothly day to day. Utilization & Tracking:
Monitor usage of AI tools across teams, build simple reporting to track adoption trends, and flag underutilized or underperforming tools to stakeholders.

- Data parsing & pipelines
- Dashboards & reporting
- Funnel analysis
- Insight & hypothesis generation
YOU MAKE SURE:
- The growth team always knows what's working, what's not, and why

- Parse, clean, and structure data from multiple sources: product, marketing, and payments.
- Own ETL processes.

- Generate and prioritize hypotheses that could increase our reach and revenue.
- Turn analysis into clear, human-readable recommendations: visualize data for humans, not for other analysts.
- Flag inconsistencies, broken tracking, or incorrect assumptions early, and drive fixes.
Enabling the Growth Team
- Answer the team's data questions fast, so growth managers can move without waiting.
- Help design experiments and measure their results honestly.
- Automate repetitive workflows:
- Data collection
- Reporting
- Dashboard refreshes

You should have:

- Resourcefulness, responsibility, and an ownership mindset: you get things done.
- Clear written and spoken English, B2+ level.
Backgrounds that often do well:
- Data or marketing analytics with strong execution bias
- Growth Ops / BizOps people
- Early startup analysts who built reporting from scratch
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
This role is not a fit if you:
- Wait to be told what to analyze
- Prefer building models over driving decisions
- Need perfect data before you can say anything useful
- Are uncomfortable presenting findings and pushing back
- Want predictable 9–5 workdays
HIRING PROCESS
- Screening call (30 min)
- Hiring-manager screen (30 min)
- Business case (1 hour)
- Take-home with real-shaped data (7 days, ~10–12 hours of work)

THE OPPORTUNITY:
As our People Intelligence/Apps Technical Product Manager within the People Strategy & Insights team, you'll be a critical part of developing our agentic enablement platform and responsible for building and shipping the People applications that power how we hire, develop, and grow our team — from workforce planning tools to AI-augmented performance and org design solutions.

At Taxfix, we're building an AI-native company — and this role sits right at the heart of that mission.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Translate stakeholder needs into a prioritised People applications roadmap, balancing day-to-day operational demands with longer-term strategic initiatives and a clear build-vs-buy framework.
- Build and maintain integrations across the People tech stack — including HiBob, Ashby, Peakon, and Postgres — ensuring seamless data flows, strong data integrity, and reliable automation via n8n.
- Lead change management for new applications and features, creating documentation, training materials, and enablement sessions, then gathering feedback to iterate rapidly.
- Partner with PSI leadership, People Partners, Workforce Planners, and FP&A, while collaborating with IT and Engineering to ensure all solutions meet IT security and privacy standards.
YOUR PROFILE
- You bring 5+ years of experience in technical product management or a closely related role, with a proven track record of building and shipping internal tools end-to-end.
- You have hands-on experience building with AI tools such as Claude, GPT, or Google AI Studio, and you think naturally about how to design effective human-AI collaboration patterns.
- You are a curious PM that is not afraid to challenge the status quo in a pragmatic and constructive way.
- You are thinking in systems, understanding the economical aspect of internal processes and products and how those can create value.
- You are technically fluent, comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, SQL, and cross-system data flows, and you know when to bring in Engineering versus when to build it yourself.
- You have a product mindset: you manage roadmaps, prioritise ruthlessly, and deliver incremental value in fast-paced environments, all while keeping the end user's experience front and centre.
- You are highly proficient with no-code and low-code platforms, Notion, n8n, AppSheet, Google Cloud Apps, or similar, and you're comfortable designing data models that support complex business logic and reporting.
- Experience in People or HR tech, workforce planning, or org design is a strong plus, as is a background in high-growth startup or scale-up environments where ambiguity is the norm, not the exception.
WHY TAXFIX?
- A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.

Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
With flexible, distributed-first ways of working, you'll have the support to do your best work, wherever you are. As the
Lead Identity & Access Management Specialist
you will be the primary architect and team leader driving our cloud application security posture. Your mission is to balance business agility with absolute data protection across our sprawling SaaS ecosystem (including M365, Slack, Salesforce, etc).
In this role, you will bridge the gap between user enablement and risk management by owning Identity and Access Management (IAM), deploying SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) tools to prevent configuration drift, and governing the entire lifecycle of our business applications. Crucially, you will lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of IT engineers with a strong security mindset, fostering a collaborative culture rooted in automation and proactive risk reduction.
Your Impact:
By building and automating robust Identity pipelines:
You will design, configure, and maintain our Identity Providers (IdP) using SAML 2.0, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0. You will leverage SCIM to automate provisioning and ensure immediate, airtight offboarding to prevent orphan accounts.
By hardening our SaaS posture against configuration drift:
You will deploy and manage SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) tools. You will establish and enforce security baselines (such as CIS benchmarks) across our key tools, catching unauthorized administrative changes in real time.
By governing the security of third-party integrations:
You will audit, restrict, and manage OAuth permissions granted to third-party add-ons and AI extensions, ensuring our enterprise data remains inside approved boundaries.
By mitigating Shadow IT and assessing third-party risk (TPRM):
You will analyze CASB, proxy, and endpoint logs to discover unauthorized SaaS usage. You will partner with Procurement to assess the security profiles of new software vendors by auditing SOC 2 reports, ISO certifications, and CAIQ sheets.
By championing technical leadership and team growth
: You will build, mentor, and guide a dedicated team of IT professionals. By establishing engineering best practices, leading agile workflows, and promoting continuous learning, you will multiply your impact across the entire organization and cultivate the next generation of cloud security talent.
Your Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience in Cloud Security, IAM Administration, or IT Security Operations, including 1-2 years of experience leading, mentoring, or acting as a technical coordinator for other engineers.
Technical Skills:
Deep expertise in identity protocols: SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM.
Hands-on administration experience with modern IdPs (Okta or Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD).
Scripting capabilities in Python, PowerShell, or Bash to automate security workflows and interact with SaaS APIs.
Soft Skills: Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to explain complex security practices to non-technical stakeholders, combined with a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset and proven leadership capabilities to unblock and motivate team members.
Standout Qualities:
You hold an industry-recognized Cloud Security certification like CCSP or CCSK (Cloud Security Alliance).
You hold a specialized identity certification like Microsoft SC-300 or an Okta Certified Professional/Administrator credential.
You have direct experience deploying and running enterprise-grade SSPM or DSPM solutions (e.g., Wiz, AppOmni, Reco, or Defender for Cloud Apps).
Leadership Excellence: You have a proven track record of designing technical roadmaps, translating business objectives into actionable engineering sprints, and successfully leading a small-to-midsize IT or Security team through complex migrations or infrastructure overhauls.
Team Dynamics:
Reporting: You will report directly to IT Ops Lead, joining a team that values proactive protection and automated operations.
The Neighborhood: You will collaborate daily with IT Operations, HR Ops (for automated onboarding/offboarding workflows), Security, Procurement (for vendor assessments), and departmental leads across the company.
Our Work Style: We operate in a highly flexible, remote-friendly, and data-driven environment. We live in Wrike for project management, utilize Okta / Entra ID, and scripting (Python, PowerShell) for API-driven automation.
Our Philosophy: We follow a Zero Trust security approach. We believe in securing through smart automation and user education rather than simply "blocking" productivity tools.
Benefits & Perks:
25 calendar days of paid vacation
Sick Leave Compensation (5 Paid Uncertified Sick Days)
Parental Leave: 18 Weeks Maternity / 4 Week Paternity
2 Volunteer Days
Medical Insurance (Employees + Dependents)
Hybrid Working Model
School Allowance (Up to €600/month for school aged kids)
Simcard w/ Unlimited Internet Access for active employees
Office Lunch Allowance (via Wolt) on Wednesdays / Thursday
