ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an experienced AI Safety Engineer to drive the deployment and operationalization of automated moderation and guardrail systems that protect our platform and users across a multimodal space, with a particular focus on detecting and preventing abuse of ElevenLabs' free tiers. You'll work alongside a team of ML and full stack engineers to build production-grade safety infrastructure from the ground up.
This is a product ownership role where you'll be responsible for end-to-end technical execution of our safety systems, from architecture to deployment and monitoring. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Design and build scalable backend infrastructure for abuse detection, deploying AI/ML models into production systems
- Architect robust APIs, data pipelines, and service architectures supporting real-time and batch moderation workflows

- Partner with ML engineers to translate research models into production-ready systems and integrate them across our product suite
- Drive technical decisions and contribute vision to the safety roadmap on how the next generation of platform guardrails should be built for scale and precision.
REQUIREMENTS
- Direct experience tackling free-tier abuse, fraud detection, or fake-account / bot farming at scale
- 6+ years of backend software engineering experience building production systems at scale
- Strong production backend experience: distributed systems, APIs, data pipelines, and Python expertise (asynchronous Python, backend frameworks)
- Infrastructure & DevOps proficiency: cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), containerization (Docker/K8s), CI/CD pipelines
- Observability mindset with experience in monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and building observable systems
- Track record of taking products or systems from 0→1 with measurable impact, including deploying or working alongside ML/AI systems in production
Bonus:
- Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, or Integrity engineering experience
- MLOps experience: deployment, monitoring, and versioning of ML models
- Experience with SQL, data analysis tools, real-time streaming systems (Kafka, Redis), or event-driven architectures
- Familiarity with React or modern frontend frameworks

Financial control. Build the financial control function: approval and authorization procedures, spend controls, segregation of duties, and regular controls over cash, receivables, and payables.
Team and external partners. Manage in-house accountants and the outsourced accounting firm, define the division of work between them, and hold both to agreed deadlines and quality standards.
Compliance and operations. Oversee payroll, multi-state tax registrations and filings, statutory reporting, and audit readiness. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and payment processing operations.

ABOUT AVOCA
Avoca is transforming how home service companies engage with their customers. Our AI-powered conversational agents handle every high-value inbound call, from booking jobs, qualifying leads, and driving higher revenue, all at a speed and consistency unmatched by human call centers.
We're a Series B startup backed by Kleiner Perkins, Meritech Capital, General Catalyst, and other top-tier investors, with $125M raised and a $1B valuation. We grew 10x in 2025 and have scaled to 170+ employees in under two years across our NYC headquarters and Santa Barbara office.
In a $1T+ market where 85% of missed calls go to competitors, we're building the category-defining platform for AI-driven customer engagement, serving the largest brands in home services. With high-energy, in-office teams in both locations, every hire here has an immediate and visible impact.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our GTM Recruiter, you'll partner with the Head of GTM Recruiting to build out Avoca's commercial organization at one of the most pivotal moments in our growth. You'll own end-to-end recruiting across Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Marketing, and adjacent commercial roles, with the autonomy to shape how we attract, evaluate, and close talent as we scale.
This is a builder's seat. You'll inherit a foundation but have real ownership over candidate experience, sourcing strategy, and the systems that will define how Avoca hires for years to come. You'll work directly with sales and commercial leadership as a trusted partner, and report to our Head of GTM Recruiting.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run full-cycle recruiting across all GTM functions, holding a high bar on quality and speed while managing multiple searches in parallel.
- Identify and engage passive talent that isn't on the market yet, building relationships over weeks and months so that when the right role opens, the right person is already in conversation.
- Shape a candidate experience that becomes a competitive advantage, where every touchpoint reflects our culture, declined candidates refer their network, and our process itself is a reason people say yes.
- Craft authentic outreach and positioning that cuts through the noise of generic pitches and gets elite candidates to take the call.
- Partner with hiring leaders on intake, calibration, and closing strategy, influencing decisions with data and conviction.
- Build the operational backbone, from pipeline tracking, scorecards, sourcing playbooks, that lets us scale without sacrificing quality.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5-7 years in GTM recruiting at high-growth startups (agency backgrounds welcome), ideally early-stage experience.
- A track record of sourcing and closing top commercial talent, not just running process on inbound.
- Demonstrated ability to identify passive candidates and build long-arc relationships that convert.
- Strong stakeholder management: you can push back on a hiring manager and earn their trust at the same time.
- Comfort managing multiple reqs simultaneously with rigorous follow-through and organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ideally fluency in our core stack: Ashby, Noon AI, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Notion.
WHO YOU ARE
- Builder mentality: you see gaps in process and want to fix them, not flag them.
- Energized by inflection points and the ambiguity that comes with scaling fast.
- Thoughtful about candidate experience as a craft, not a checkbox.
- Self-directed and entrepreneurial, with strong instincts for prioritization.
- Collaborative and organized, with a high standard for your own work.
- Eager to work in person at our NYC office full time.
BENEFITS
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Company-sponsored 401(k) through Vestwell
- Flexible PTO plus U.S. federal holidays
- Company-wide off-sites
- Daily in-office lunch through Parkday
- Monthly wellness stipend
- Dinner covered when working late
- Commuter benefits and late-night rideshare
- Standing desks and workspace accommodations available on request
- All core tools and software provided
Compensation: The expected base salary for this role is $140,000-$180,000 with final compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications determined during the interview process. Avoca’s total compensation package includes base salary, bonus, equity, and a comprehensive suite of benefits and perks. Our Recruiting team will share the full details as you progress through our hiring process.
WHY AVOCA

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a Solutions Product Marketing Manager to define and own Baseten's up-market, enterprise, and industries go-to-market strategy. You'll build the playbook that helps Baseten win large, complex deals and the vertical go-to-market strategies that let us compete in Financial Services, and Health & Life Sciences, and the use cases that scale across all of them.
This is a highly cross-functional, largely greenfield role. You'll partner closely with the Industries sales team, product marketing, demand gen, and executive leadership to build on our enterprise go to market motion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Enterprise Deal Playbook & Buyer Enablement
- Build the enterprise deal playbook and full bill of materials (BOM) — pricing guides, one-pagers, TCO/ROI guides, landing pages, and event/field collateral — mapped to every stage of the buyer's journey
- Build the system for keeping every sales asset current — clear ownership, last-updated dates, and a refresh cadence
- Develop industry-specific event concepts featuring anchor customers and AI-native accounts to build credibility with target executive audiences
Vertical GTM & Industry Go-to-Market Kits
- Build vertical sales kits and ICP/positioning frameworks for priority industries
- Own industry-specific landing pages, messaging, and TCO guides, extrapolating from early AI-native accounts to larger enterprise targets
- Design and help launch ABM experiments in partnership with demand gen
Industries AE Enablement & Onboarding
- Design role-specific onboarding for Industries AEs, including certifications, customer-grounded scenarios, and async, refreshable content
- Build sales playbooks tied to real customer examples, and package assets into an AE-ready enablement motion (first call, competitive deals, legal/finance/procurement, TCO/ROI, self-hosted)
- Become a trusted partner to the industries team so onboarding and enablement stay grounded in what sellers actually need
REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years in product marketing, solutions marketing, or a related GTM function, ideally at a technical or infrastructure company
- Experience building enterprise or vertical go-to-market motions — ICP definition, buyer journey mapping, and full-funnel sales collateral
- Comfort translating technical, infrastructure-heavy concepts (inference, self-hosted deployment, TCO/ROI) into narratives for both technical buyers and non-technical stakeholders like legal, finance, and procurement
- Track record designing and running sales enablement or onboarding programs for technical sellers
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills — you can pull together sales, customer marketing, demand gen, and executives around a shared plan
- Comfortable owning execution as well as strategy: landing pages, decks, one-pagers, and written content, not just frameworks
- Thrives in ambiguity — this role is about building the enterprise motion from a fairly blank slate
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in (or a fast ability to ramp on) financial services, manufacturing/industrial, or health/life sciences
- Experience running or contributing to a Customer Advisory Board or executive champion program
- Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, inference, or developer tools
- Experience partnering with technology partners on co-marketing or joint events
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

Senior Director, Business Strategy & Planning
Reports to:
Vice President, Head of Operations
Position Summary
The Senior Director of Business Strategy & Planning will serve as a strategic operating partner to the Vice President, Head of Operations and lead the team responsible for establishing and running the business operating system for the Studio Business Group (SBG).
This leader will build and manage a high-performing Strategy & Planning team that creates an integrated view of business performance, organizational health, strategic priorities, portfolio considerations and emerging risks. The team will translate complex information from across the business into clear insights, recommendations and decision agendas for the Studio Business Group CEO and senior leadership team.
The role will own and continuously improve the executive operating rhythm, including business reviews, strategic planning, KPI reporting, risk management and leadership decision forums. Working across studios, Production, Finance, Technology, Development Strategy and other Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) partners, the Senior Director will connect strategy to execution and ensure leadership attention is focused on the organization’s most important choices.
This position requires a leader who can operate as both a senior strategic advisor and a hands-on builder: setting direction, developing talent and personally engaging in the most complex and high-impact work.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Strategy and Advisory
Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the Vice President, Head of Operations.
Develop and maintain a holistic view of Studio Business Group performance, organizational health, strategic priorities and enterprise risks.
Identify emerging issues, interdependencies and business trade-offs that require leadership attention.
Translate complex or ambiguous business questions into structured analysis, recommendations and decision options.
Prepare executive briefings, strategic narratives and decision materials for the Studio Business Group CEO and leadership team.
Support discussions related to organizational design, operating models, studio footprint, portfolio priorities and long-term investments.
Provide an objective enterprise perspective while balancing the needs of individual studios and functions.
Strategy & Planning Team Leadership
Build, lead and develop a small Strategy & Planning team.
Establish the team’s mandate, roles, operating model and ways of working.
Set clear priorities and ensure the team focuses on the highest-value strategic and operational needs.
Delegate work effectively while remaining personally engaged in complex executive-level analysis and decision support.
Coach team members in strategic thinking, executive communication, business judgment and cross-functional leadership.
Create a high-performing team culture grounded in accountability, curiosity, collaboration and sound judgment.
Assess future capability and resource needs as the Strategy & Planning function matures.
Business Planning and Operating Rhythm
Design, establish and manage the Studio Business Group’s integrated operating cadence.
Lead the planning and coordination of recurring business forums, including:
Management Review Process activities
Quarterly and periodic business reviews
KPI and performance reviews
Strategy and risk discussions
Annual and multi-year planning activities
Leadership decision and follow-up processes
Ensure executive forums are designed to drive decisions, accountability and action rather than simply report information.
Create clear connections among strategic priorities, operating plans, financial commitments and execution progress.
Establish processes to track decisions, actions and unresolved issues across leadership forums.
Business Performance and Insights
Build an integrated executive view of business performance, risks and opportunities.
Partner with Finance and functional leaders to establish meaningful KPIs and performance measures.
Lead the team in synthesizing quantitative and qualitative information from across studios and functions into actionable executive insights.
Identify patterns, business implications and areas requiring intervention or further analysis.
Ensure executive materials clearly communicate performance, risks, choices and recommended actions.
Raise the quality and consistency of analysis used in senior leadership decision-making.
Strategic Initiative Leadership
Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that span studios, functions or SIE organizations.
Establish clear objectives, decision rights, milestones and measures of success.
Assign members of the Strategy & Planning team to priority initiatives based on business need and individual capability.
Coordinate work across teams without assuming ownership that appropriately sits within existing functions.
Surface dependencies, resolve ambiguity and escalate issues when leadership decisions are required.
Ensure strategic initiatives are sequenced appropriately so the organization is not overloaded by competing demands.
Step into ambiguous or high-risk work where direct senior leadership involvement is required.
Cross-Functional Alignment
Build strong partnerships across Production, Finance, Development Strategy, Technology, Portfolio Management, HR and studio leadership.
Connect information and priorities across teams that may otherwise operate independently.
Support alignment between Studio Business Group priorities and broader SIE planning and operating rhythms.
Help clarify roles, ownership and decision rights when work crosses organizational boundaries.
Facilitate productive executive discussions around competing priorities and trade-offs.
Represent the Strategy & Planning function in senior-level cross-SIE planning and operating forums.
Leadership Expectations
The Senior Director will lead a small team while also operating as a senior individual contributor on the organization’s most consequential work.
The successful candidate must be able to move fluidly between:
Advising senior executives
Setting direction for the Strategy & Planning function
Developing and coaching team members
Leading complex cross-functional initiatives
Reviewing and elevating the quality of team output
Personally producing analysis and recommendations when the work is highly sensitive, ambiguous or strategically important
The role requires strong judgment regarding what to own directly, what to delegate to the team and what should remain with established functional leaders.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in business strategy, business operations, strategic planning, management consulting, corporate development, portfolio strategy or a related field.
Demonstrated experience leading and developing a high-performing strategy, operations, consulting or planning team.
Experience directly advising C-suite or equivalent senior executives and supporting complex enterprise-level decisions.
Proven ability to synthesize large volumes of complex information into clear insights and recommendations.
Strong business judgment and the ability to understand connections among strategy, operations, financial performance, organizational design and execution.
Experience designing or improving executive operating rhythms, planning processes or performance management systems.
Demonstrated success leading complex work across a highly matrixed organization.
Exceptional written, verbal and executive presentation skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and facilitation capabilities.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, challenge constructively and establish structure where limited structure currently exists.
Experience in gaming, technology, entertainment, media or another product development environment is preferred.
Measures of Success
Success in this role will be reflected through:
Improved quality, speed and clarity of executive decisions
A consistent and effective business operating cadence
Greater visibility into business performance, risks and strategic trade-offs
Stronger alignment across studios, functions and SIE partners
Clearer accountability and follow-through on leadership decisions
High-quality strategic insights and executive recommendations

Increased confidence from the CEO and senior leadership team in the organization’s strategy and planning capability
