About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Team
The Platform Hiring Team (PHT) is building a centralized, technology-enabled hiring engine for repeatable, high-volume roles across supported DoorDash, Deliveroo and Wolt businesses.
You'll join Platform Hiring Operations, PHT's business-facing team. This team owns demand, market context, and pipeline health: translating business needs into hiring plans, keeping stakeholders ahead of risk, and clearing blockers before they reach the execution team.
About the Role
You'll own business readiness, attraction, and pipeline health for Courier hiring across the business, a new area for Platform Hiring. You'll translate business needs into hiring plans, validate demand against strategy and cost, coordinate Marketing and sourcing partners, activate roles when requirements are complete, and monitor progress against hiring dates.
As the senior business-facing partner for Courier, you'll advise business leaders on hiring strategy, market conditions, timing, location, quality, and delivery trade-offs using funnel and talent-market evidence. When pipeline volume declines, you'll coordinate targeted sourcing interventions and ensure the execution team has sufficient pipeline. You'll proactively coordinate blockers across onboarding, background checks, training capacity, HR, and local operations.
You'll also identify recurring friction and work with the Platform Hiring Manager and PM Team on scalable improvements, automation, and AI adoption.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will
Own the end-to-end business partnership for Courier hiring, from demand validation through pipeline health and hiring delivery.
Establish and continuously improve the Platform Hiring operating model for a new hiring area.
Collect, validate, and translate hiring demand against workforce strategy, timing, market conditions, and cost expectations.
Set up approved headcount and role requirements in the active hiring platform.
Own relationships with Marketing, Employer Brand, sourcing, and relevant operational partners to build an effective top-of-funnel strategy.
Use historical funnel performance and talent-market data to establish the sourcing and application volume required for delivery.
Activate roles with the Platform Hiring team and maintain clear handoffs, service expectations, and priorities.
Monitor pipeline health, conversion, drop-off, and hiring dates, providing proactive business updates and surfacing risks early.
Advise business leaders on hiring strategy, attraction, market conditions, location, timing, quality, and delivery trade-offs using funnel and talent-market evidence.
Deploy targeted sourcing interventions or coordinate specialist sourcing support when pipeline volume declines.
Coordinate across operations, HR, Workforce Planning, Marketing, Learning and Development, onboarding, and other partners to resolve hiring dependencies.
Own market and business exceptions that require context beyond the standard platform workflow.
Support approved candidate-facing exceptions, including local-language communication, offer delivery, or low-volume work, while maintaining the standard platform workflow wherever possible.
Identify recurring friction and bring evidence, volume, impact, and recommended solutions to the Platform Hiring Manager and PM Team.
Identify automation and AI use cases, adopt approved solutions, and track their impact on manual work, decision speed, and hiring delivery.
Build the foundations, documentation, processes, and stakeholder relationships that can support a future dedicated Courier hiring capability as the business scales.
Maintain accurate portfolio documentation, decisions, risks, and source-of-truth reporting.
Create clear, structured business documentation, including process documentation, recommendations, and stakeholder updates that enable effective alignment.
Use a process improvement mindset to identify root causes, simplify ways of working, and continuously improve the hiring operating model (experience with Lean Six Sigma principles would be a bonus but not a must).
Use data analysis to identify trends, diagnose funnel and operational issues, and translate complex data into clear insights and compelling stories for business stakeholders.
We're excited about you because
You have 6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, high-volume hiring, recruiting operations, or a consultative program/business partnership role.
You have 3+ years of experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders across functions and organizational levels.
You have experience translating complex or evolving demand into hiring plans and advising business leaders on hiring strategy.
You are comfortable operating in an environment where the operating model is still being established and requirements can change as the business develops.
You have experience using hiring data, funnel performance, and market insights to challenge assumptions and recommend action.
You demonstrate strong business judgment and can balance speed, quality, cost, candidate experience, and operational constraints.
You communicate clearly and proactively, particularly when surfacing risks, trade-offs, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
You can build effective cross-functional partnerships across Operations, HR, Workforce Planning, Marketing, Employer Brand, and Learning and Development.
You have experience driving process improvements, automation, or scalable ways of working.
You're comfortable with dashboards, workflow automation, continuous improvement, and light program management (most relevant tools Greenhouse ATS and Fountain AI).
You are comfortable creating business facing documents and turning complex information, analysis, and recommendations into clear, concise materials for senior stakeholders.
You are comfortable working with data, performing analysis, and using data storytelling to communicate insights, trends, risks, and recommendations to different audiences.
How success is measured
Courier demand is validated, prioritized, and activated with complete and accurate information.
Hiring plans and pipeline requirements are aligned with business needs, market conditions, and agreed hiring dates.
Pipeline volume and conversion remain sufficient to support delivery commitments.
Business leaders have clear, timely visibility of hiring progress, risks, blockers, and required decisions.
Sourcing interventions are targeted, evidence-based, and effective.
Recurring operational friction is identified and converted into scalable improvements.
Manual work declines through documented improvements, automation, AI adoption, and effective platform usage.
The Courier hiring operating model becomes increasingly scalable, predictable, and ready to support future growth.
Processes are continuously improved using evidence, root cause analysis, and a structured approach to reducing waste, friction, and unnecessary complexity.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We spend significantly on Meta, Google Ads and TikTok, and those platforms optimise only as well as the conversion data we send them. Signal quality is a performance lever for us, not a maintenance task. In this role, you’ll own how conversion events reach every ad network, whether they arrive complete and on time, and whether a change we make actually improves campaign performance. You'll work at the intersection of performance marketing, tracking implementation and privacy, partnering with Marketing, Product, Data Engineering, and directly with representatives from Ad Networks.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Marketing & signal optimization — Partner with ad platform representatives to improve conversion signals, assess platform changes, investigate signal-related performance issues, and design measurement approaches for signal/tracking experiments.
- Ad network S2S integrations — Design and maintain conversion pipelines for ad networks with support from the Data Engineering team. Ensure timely, deduplicated, and high-quality signal delivery.
- New ad platform onboarding — Set up and launch integrations with new ad platforms, covering conversion signal delivery and reporting data feeds for Marketing
- GTM management — Manage GTM releases across multiple web properties. Design event architecture for data layers.
- Signal quality & monitoring — Monitor Meta EMQ, pixel and CAPI diagnostics, deduplication, Google Ads conversion diagnostics, Enhanced Conversions, click ID capture, and offline conversion uploads. Build monitoring and alerts for errors, latency, coverage, and discrepancies.
- UTM & Attribution — Maintain UTM parameters and campaign naming conventions and ensure correct attribution.
- Reporting & analytics — Build ad-hoc and monitoring reports for conversion values, bidding performance, signal delivery, and funnel metrics. Define Signal Engineering metrics.
- Marketing datasets — Build and maintain custom marketing performance datasets
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 4+ years of experience in ad tech, martech, digital measurement or marketing technology
- Hands-on with Google Tag Manager, both client-side and server-side
- Experience with conversion APIs — Meta CAPI, Google's equivalent, or similar — and server-side event delivery
- Strong understanding of browser-side and server-side tracking, and what breaks in each
- Hands-on knowledge of at least one ad platform, including campaign types, bidding strategies and conversion setup
- Comfortable working operationally with data and SQL — able to query it, diagnose issues and verify signal quality without depending on an analyst
- Experience partnering with performance marketing/user acquisition stakeholders and ability to explain complex measurement concepts to performance marketers in plain language
- English at B2 or above, written and spoken — you'll hold relationships with Meta and Google representatives directly
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with value-based bidding, predicted LTV, or conversion value optimisation — especially for subscription products
- Understanding of privacy, consent management and GDPR-compliant tracking
- Familiarity with incrementality and holdout testing (Meta or Google Conversion Lift, geo-experiments) to validate whether signal changes actually moved performance
- Background in high-growth consumer subscription, e-commerce, marketplaces or gaming
- Experience with Google Tag Gateway or first-party serving setups

With 500+ people across hubs in Cyprus, Ukraine, Poland, Spain, and the UK, we combine the scale of a market leader and the drive of a team that's just getting started.
What We're Looking For
How would you like to shape the product experience behind a portfolio of apps already generating hundreds of millions in ARR, growing 100% year over year — in one of the world's largest categories that still remains wide open? You'll have real cross-functional authority to shape the experience across Welltech's app portfolio — YogaGo, Muscle Booster, WalkFit — as we relaunch all three on a new, shared tech stack, building the foundational capabilities (onboarding, personalization, content discovery, and more) right, once, in a way that lets every app experiment and innovate faster than it could alone.
Reporting to the Head of Product, you will own product development for the shared capabilities that power all of Welltech's apps — from the first moment someone opens the app, through the identity, personalization, and content systems that shape everything they do next. You will be responsible for both large step-change product innovation and continued, high-velocity incremental feature development, helping deliver real value to millions of users.
Our culture encourages collaboration, transparency, passion, innovation, and having fun through continuous self-improvement, learning, and actively sharing feedback to constantly improve performance. You will move fast and are used to driving yourself and your teams in a quickly changing environment. You will challenge the norms and address innovation at pace and at scale. You will be comfortable with ambiguity, prototyping your own ideas — AI-assisted where it helps — before handing them to engineering to build for real, and you'll address challenges in a systematic, proactive manner to find solutions that increase customer value and happiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the moment that matters most — the onboarding and activation experience across YogaGo, Muscle Booster, and WalkFit — as all three relaunch on a brand-new shared tech stack. You're not inheriting legacy decisions; you're making them.
- Build it once, make it great everywhere — define how shared capabilities like welcome experience, content discovery, and personalization get built as reusable foundations, not duplicated three separate times across three separate teams.
- Turn hunches into proof — design and run experiments focused on activation (getting people to their first workout) and reactivation (winning back the ones who drifted away). You'll always know what's actually working, not just what feels right.
- Reimagine how content gets discovered — push beyond long-form-only browsing into modular, quick-access experiences that meet users where they are, not where the content library assumes they'll be.
- Grow a team that grows with you — manage and mentor a small product team, and build the kind of day-to-day partnership with marketing and engineering leadership that makes big ideas actually ship.
- Prototype before you pitch — build working prototypes yourself, AI-assisted where it helps, so ideas get tested in
Required skills:
- A proven track record building and scaling direct-to-consumer, mobile-first products — ideally somewhere that lived and died by retention, not just downloads
- Real experience working alongside performance marketing — you understand what it's brilliant at, and exactly where product has to pick up the slack
- A track record of shipping features that measurably moved activation, engagement, or retention — not just shipped, but proven
- Sharp communication and stakeholder instincts — you can bring marketing and engineering into the same room and actually get alignment
- Comfortable enough with AI tools to turn a rough idea into something tangible on your own — you don't need to wait for engineering to know if a concept has legs
- A background forged in scale-up or startup environments, where you're energized by speed, experimentation, and metrics — not slowed down by them

👋 A LITTLE ABOUT US
We’re building the best platform for authoring, publishing, and maintaining world-class docs. Close to 40,000 sign-ups per month, over 100k Monthly Active Users, used by 2M+ people and thousands of teams like Zoom, FedEx, Nvidia, Snyk, and Google. We’re profitable, backed by P9 Capital, Notion Capital, and Fly VC, and our amazing team is spread across 15 countries in North America, Europe, and Asia.
👩💻THE ROLE
We see Support at GitBook as a key function to strengthen customer trust. Every conversation is a chance to shape the product and make our support model more scalable. As a Technical Support Specialist, you’ll help technical teams document and share what they know with GitBook. You’ll answer product questions and troubleshoot issues with custom domains, integrations, APIs, SSO/SAML and bugs. You’ll use your knowledge of Git and DNS, and your ability to read logs across platforms to track down problems. You’ll keep first-response time, resolution time, and CSAT on track and share recurring feedback with Product and Engineering to improve GitBook. You'll turn what you learn into insight that shapes our roadmap, reduces friction and helps customers succeed long-term.
🫶YOU WILL BE VALUED FOR
- Technical foundations: You know Git, GitHub/GitLab, SAML SSO, DNS and web fundamentals such as caching and redirects.
- Developer fluency: You’re comfortable reviewing code, testing APIs and understanding OpenAPI specifications to support customers using our Integrations Platform.
- AI forward thinking: You’re familiar with AI and LLM tools (including MCP) and keep up with new developments. You bring ideas for automation, self-service and smarter workflows.
- Customer empathy and clear communication: You listen carefully and explain complex issues simply both in writing and conversation with a friendly tone.
- Prioritization under pressure: You keep a busy queue moving with quick thoughtful replies while investigating deeper issues. You know when to switch focus or escalate.
- Systems thinking: You don't just solve tickets. You ask why they happened and how to prevent the next hundred.
- Remote collaboration: You troubleshoot with teammates, share what you learn and know when to work async or jump on a call.
- Autonomy and adaptability: You take ownership, try things, ask for help when needed and learn as the product and team evolve.
- Market curiosity: You follow how technology, AI, documentation and developer tools are changing and where GitBook fits. You dig into customer problems and bring ideas back to the team to improve our product, processes and customer experience.
🙌 WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING
- Solving high-impact technical problems: Triage, troubleshoot and debug customer problems, knowing what needs urgent escalation and what belongs in a bug report or roadmap discussion. Document complex issues with reproduction steps and relevant logs and work with Engineering to resolve them.
- Supporting customers: Help customers through our Helpdesk, Slack or Teams with everything from Authenticated Access and SAML SSO to monorepos and redirects. Ask follow-up questions to understand what they’re trying to achieve, help them get more from GitBook and build relationships where they feel comfortable sharing honest feedback.
- Turning support into product insight: Spot recurring bugs, friction points and feature requests. Quantify their impact, suggest workarounds and bring clear, evidence-based recommendations to Product, Engineering and Design.
- Shaping how we work: Help our small team improve how we prioritize, triage and automate support. You’ll work with evolving processes rather than a fixed playbook, take initiative with limited guidance and speak up with ideas and concerns.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Strategic WFM Analyst lives in the Core Workforce Management (WFM) Planning & Operations Strategy team and is responsible for owning centralized forecast, capacity planning, workforce cost optimization, and strategic headcount trade-offs across all lines of business (LOBs). Moving beyond traditional scheduling and intraday monitoring, this role acts as a high-judgment governance function, translating complex demand forecasts into defensible FTE, BPO, and overtime spend strategies, modelling capacity risks, and aligning executive stakeholders across Finance, Product, and Operations. You are exceptionally strong in WFM maths and financial analytics, exhibit deep strategic curiosity, navigate messy raw data effortlessly, and communicate recommendations with executive-level clarity.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Translating multi-LOB demand forecasts into monthly and quarterly capacity, headcount, and budget requirements.
- Modelling workforce and financial trade-offs across internal FTEs, BPO partners, overtime spend, bonus hours, productivity shifts, and shrinkage.
- Analyzing demand-funnel changes (e.g., product feature roll outs, AI bot deflection shifts) and quantifying their exact capacity and dollar blast radius.
- Partnering directly with Finance, Product, and Operations to validate baseline assumptions, enforce input SLAs, and align on staffing commitments.
- Drafting concise, decision-ready executive memos and Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) for Directors and leadership.
- Conducting deep-dive root-cause analyses whenever operational actuals deviate from capacity plans and establishing corrective action paths.
- Standardizing capacity planning frameworks, modeling templates, and operating standards across LOBs.
- Maintaining deep forecasting competency to audit models, challenge underlying assumptions, and provide seamless coverage across the broader central WFM engine.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strategic WFM Maths: Exceptionally strong quantitative background with deep expertise in WFM fundamentals (capacity modelling, Erlang, shrinkage, AHT, SLA/ASA trade-offs) and advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, SQL, or Python.
- Business & Financial Judgement: Demonstrated ability to connect operational queue dynamics directly to dollar exposure, hiring velocity, BPO costs, and SLA risk.
- Executive Communication: Superior strategic writing skills with a natural instinct to distil complex, multi-variable workforce analytics into scannable, 1-2 page decision memos.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Proven ability to establish governance frameworks, challenge bad assumptions with back tested data, and align Finance, Product, and Operations leadership without formal authority.
- Blank-Page Ownership: High comfort operating in ambiguous environments with incomplete data, verifiably isolating what materially matters without requiring step-by-step direction.
- WFM Analyst Profile: Strong core WFM domain expertise with a strategic/Ops spike, not a generalist and not a passive traditional scheduler.
