From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we're delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we're building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It's an exciting time to join us: we're creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
About the Role
Fivetran and dbt Labs are building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We're looking for a senior software engineer to join our Orchestration team, which owns the control plane layer of the dbt platform — the scheduler, execution harness, and results processing.
You'll own the design and delivery of features end to end, working across high-throughput APIs and data models to make them faster, more reliable, and more capable. You'll write and review designs, raise the quality bar in code review, use the latest AI tools, and collaborate closely with product and QE to deliver work that scales.
Technologies You'll Use
Python, Rust, GraphQL, Postgres, Snowflake, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, GCP, Datadog
What You'll Do
Design and implement features and performance improvements across the Orchestration team's services — the scheduler, execution harness, and results processing
Develop, maintain, and test high-quality, maintainable code, and optimize critical paths for performance
Write technical designs for feature-level work, actively seek feedback, and clearly explain the trade-offs of your decisions
Participate in and review technical designs and pull requests, providing constructive feedback to the team
Improve test coverage with comprehensive unit tests and refactor code to drive down tech debt
Troubleshoot and debug production issues, and follow up on incidents with post-mortems and mitigation plans
Break features into tasks, structure and execute your own project plans, and contribute to sprint and feature planning
Collaborate with product managers, QE, customer support, and peers to deliver the best product with high quality, performance, and scalability
Participate periodically in the on-call rotation, and be mindful of security throughout your work
Use AI tooling — IDE assistants like GitHub Copilot, coding agents like Claude Code, and conversational AI — to accelerate development and to author and review SDLC artifacts such as TDDs, PRDs, post-mortems, and test plans
Skills We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in the software industry with a passion for solving complex software engineering problems, including designing and building backend services and reusable components from the ground up
Experience working with distributed systems and cloud computing concepts
Demonstrated ability to write well-structured, performant, and well-tested code
Ability to independently lead feature-level software and design work that satisfies project requirements, and to clearly explain design trade-offs
Can identify design flaws in existing systems and propose improvements
Experience with code reviews, design, troubleshooting, and testing
Proficiency in a modern backend or systems language such as Python, Java, C++, or C#
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with continuous integration tooling such as BuildKite, and familiarity with observability tools like Datadog or Grafana is a plus
Fluent in using AI code assistants and coding agents to generate and investigate code, and conversational AI (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) to research, author, review, and synthesize SDLC artifacts
Bonus Skills
Experience in data processing (ETL, ELT) and/or cloud-based data platforms
Experience building or working with metadata, catalog, lineage, or discovery/search systems
Experience with GraphQL APIs and high-throughput, multi-tenant data services
Familiarity with the analytics engineering workflow and the dbt ecosystem

About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Financial Systems Analyst who will drive the transition from manual, repetitive legacy work to more accurate, streamlined, and automated models, dashboards, and data feeds. Your work will change from week-to-week and month-to-month as you partner with FP&A to redesign how the team plans and forecasts, build new dashboards, and train AI agents to do the tedious stuff automatically. We need someone who combines financial acumen with technical know-how — translating model assumptions and drivers into the right long-term solution, whether that's a Pigment model, a Python script, or an AI agent. You'll also own the trustworthiness of the numbers Finance leaders rely on, building systematic data-quality checks and partnering with the Data/Analytics Engineering team to resolve upstream data issues. And because a fix that only you can maintain isn't really a fix, you'll document your models clearly enough that analysts without a Pigment or Python background can self-serve basic changes — empowering the team with tools that completely solve problems without manual workarounds.
This is a full-time position based out of our Bangalore office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
Technologies You’ll Use
Pigment, BigQuery, NetSuite, Omni, Sigma, Claude Code
What You’ll Do
Partner directly with FP&A business partners across Sales & Marketing, R&D, and G&A to understand how each team plans, forecasts, and reports today, then work together to identify manual, repetitive Finance work that Pigment integrations, Python scripts, and AI agents can streamline and automate.
Own the end-to-end build of new and migrated Pigment models — data blocks, formulas, workflows, dashboards, and views — turning fuzzy business asks from FP&A into technical solutions people actually want to use.
Collaborate on the design and maintenance of our Pigment architecture, ensuring we avoid a tangled mess of metrics, dimensions, and boards and keep our tools easy-to-navigate.
Team up with your peers on the Finance Systems team to build durable integrations between Pigment, BigQuery, and other finance systems, so the data everyone needs shows up accurately and automatically instead of through manual workarounds.
Put systematic data-quality checks in place — reconciliations, change monitoring, variance alerts — so business partners can trust the numbers without manual effort.
Document what you build clearly enough that a Finance analyst with no Pigment or Python background can self-serve basic changes.
Loop in the Data/Analytics Engineering team when a request needs a new data connection or you find an upstream data problem.
Skills We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in financial systems, FP&A, or analytics engineering, with hands-on work in an EPM platform (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, or similar) — or an equivalent analytics-engineering background (SQL, dbt, Python) with a strong interest in moving into EPM/finance systems work.
Proven experience using AI agents/LLM tooling to automate finance workflows.
Ability to sit with a Finance stakeholder, listen to a messy description of “how we currently do this,” and come back with a well-scoped technical plan.
Working proficiency in Python — or willingness and ability to learn via Claude Code or Codex.
Strong SQL skills and comfort working in a cloud data warehouse (BigQuery or similar).
High attention to detail — this role will work on models that inform real business decisions, so the ability to audit models and build intuition on outputs matter as much as speed.
Strong communication skills — able to explain a data discrepancy or a modeling trade-off to someone without a systems or data background.
Bonus Skills
Prior experience inside an FP&A or corporate finance function (not just building tools for one from the outside), ideally supporting a Sales, R&D, or G&A finance function specifically.
Prior experience building a Sales Capacity/Planning model or a Supply Chain model in Pigment, Anaplan, or another similar planning platform.
Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Sigma, or Omni.
Experience with dbt or another data-transformation framework.

About the Role
Fivetran and dbt Labs are building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We're looking for an engineering manager to lead our Metadata team, which owns the metadata layer of the dbt platform: the discovery API, catalog, lineage, and run history services that let customers understand, trust, and act on what their data is doing.
You'll own technical excellence and delivery of a single team, from evolving high-throughput APIs and data models, to hardening reliability and latency for enterprise and single-tenant customers, to shipping new discovery and catalog capabilities in close partnership with product. You'll set direction, review designs and code, remove roadblocks, and grow the engineers on your team through coaching, feedback, and clear career development.
What You'll Do
Lead and grow a team of software engineers, owning hiring, onboarding, coaching, career development plans, and regular 1:1s and check-ins
Own project delivery for your team against the quarterly plan, and be accountable for the reliability and performance of the services you own (e.g. uptime and latency targets)
Review technical designs and code, and provide feedback grounded in a deep understanding of the Metadata product area and architecture
Drive the team to address technical quality — incidents, bugs, tech debt, and post-mortems — within SLA and metric targets
Partner with product and business stakeholders on planning, and maintain a realistic, prioritized feature and project backlog with a high completion rate
Contextualize and communicate the engineering vision and strategy to your team, and share the team's work and business impact with adjacent teams
Ensure engineering processes (e.g. FDLC) are implemented and consistently followed
Delegate effectively and build autonomy and a positive, high-trust culture within the team
Address performance issues and conflict promptly and fairly
Ensure your team uses AI tooling — IDE assistants like GitHub Copilot, coding agents like Claude Code, and conversational AI — to accelerate development and to author and review SDLC artifacts such as TDDs, PRDs, post-mortems, and test plans
Skills We're Looking For
Experience managing and growing a software engineering team (ideally a customer-facing product development team); including hiring, coaching, and running a full performance and career-development cycle
Strong technical foundation with the ability to review designs and code and make sound architectural trade-offs in a distributed, cloud-based systems environment
Track record of delivering complex projects on schedule while holding the team to high standards of quality, reliability, and performance
Experience owning production services and driving operational health — incident response, on-call practices, tech-debt reduction, and meeting SLAs
Ability to plan and prioritize with product partners, maintain a realistic backlog, and drive high sprint and quarterly completion rates
Communicates clearly and effectively across the team and with adjacent teams and stakeholders; keeps people well informed
Fluent in using AI code assistants, coding agents, and conversational AI (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) to support the software development lifecycle, and able to establish those practices across a team
Bonus Skills
Experience building or operating metadata, catalog, lineage, or discovery/search systems
Experience with GraphQL APIs and high-throughput, multi-tenant data services
Familiarity with the analytics engineering workflow and the dbt ecosystem
Experience supporting enterprise or single-tenant customers with strict reliability and latency requirements

What you'll do
Build and maintain tools, applications, and workflows that support demos, workshops, trials, and internal test environments.
Expand the Demo Architect Portal to improve automation, self-service, and scalability for field teams and partners.
Provision and support infrastructure that enables hands-on customer experiences across
GitLab.com

Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Account Executives, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Operations, UX, and Engineering to understand needs and deliver practical technical solutions.
Learn and document go-to-market workflows (e.g., how teams run demos/workshops/trials) and automate the steps that waste time.
Create technical workshop assets and enablement content that support pre-sales and technical selling for individual contributors.
Advise on sales opportunities when specialized technical demo support or custom solutions are needed.
Improve the presenter experience by reducing manual setup work and making demo workflows easier to use and repeat.
Support internal teams that rely on demo or test infrastructure, helping keep those environments available and useful.
Troubleshoot urgent demo/workshop environment issues under pressure and communicate status clearly to stakeholders.
What you'll bring
Experience building software, systems, or internal tools that support technical users or business teams.
Ability to deliver production-grade software and automation with attention to reliability, maintainability, and documentation.
Ability to work across application development and infrastructure, with comfort navigating provisioning, automation, and service workflows.
Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools to shorten investigation time when something breaks.
Comfort communicating and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across Sales, Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, Marketing, UX, and Engineering.
Understanding of how to design and iterate on solutions for usability and repeatability, not just technical correctness, with awareness that the end user may be a seller or Solutions Architect.
Ability to operate independently in a remote, asynchronous environment, with willingness to travel periodically for team offsites and occasional in-person planning/whiteboarding sessions.
Exposure to technical demos, workshops, trials, or enablement assets, and/or interest in learning the pre-sales context; transferable experience from software engineering, site reliability engineering, systems engineering, solutions architecture, or similar technical paths. #LI-CM1

An overview of this role
As a New Business Solutions Architect, you’ll be a trusted advisor to GitLab prospects in the EMEA region, helping them understand how GitLab’s DevSecOps platform addresses both technical requirements and business objectives across the entire software development lifecycle. You’ll guide organizations through their digital transformation journeys, from planning through monitoring, using your technical expertise, understanding of cloud and modern software development practices, and strong customer empathy. Reporting to a regional Solutions Architect manager and partnering closely with New Business Account Executives and cross-functional teams, you’ll own technical evaluations (including proof of value initiatives and workshops), shape solution architectures, and serve as the voice of the customer back to Product Management. In your first year, you’ll focus on driving successful platform adoption, influencing revenue growth through solution selling, and building long-term, trust-based relationships that showcase GitLab’s differentiated position in an AI-driven DevSecOps landscape.
What you’ll do
Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation (including proofs of value) to show how GitLab’s AI-powered DevSecOps platform meets customers’ technical and business needs across the full lifecycle.
Drive the technical evaluation process as the Directly Responsible Individual, including solution design, POC/POV ownership, workshop design, and the technical components of tenders, audits, and value stream assessments.
Collaborate with New Business Account Executives and regional sales teams in EMEA to shape and execute account strategies that support new customer acquisition and expansion.
Build and deepen relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders, guiding them through GitLab-driven digital transformation and enabling them to become GitLab advocates.
Advise customers on modern software development, continuous integration, continuous deployment, security, and cloud practices, challenging existing approaches to improve return on investment.
Serve as the voice of the customer with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing by sharing feedback, use cases, and competitive insights that inform roadmap and positioning.
Maintain and extend your technical expertise in GitLab, DevSecOps, AI, and related cloud technologies, creating reusable examples, best practice guidance, and technical collateral for customers and partners.
Invest in your own growth and development through ongoing learning, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to continuously improve the impact of the Solutions Architect team.
What you’ll bring
Experience engaging with customers in technical pre-sales, consulting, or similar roles, guiding them through solution design and evaluation.
Proficiency with the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including modern DevSecOps practices and continuous integration and continuous deployment workflows.
Hands-on experience with GitLab or comparable source control, CI/CD, and collaboration platforms, and the ability to map platform capabilities to customer use cases.
Practical knowledge of cloud computing concepts and related technologies, with the ability to discuss deployment, security, and operations options with technical teams.
Ability to lead technical evaluations such as proofs of concept or proofs of value, contribute to tenders or audits, and design and run workshops or value stream assessments.
Clear technical communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messages for practitioners through to senior business and technical decision makers.
Skill in building trusted relationships, listening with empathy, and acting as a customer advocate to internal teams such as Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
Motivation to continuously develop professionally, including learning new technologies, deepening GitLab platform expertise, and applying transferable experience from related fields.
About the team
We, the Solutions Architect team, are part of GitLab’s Sales organization and serve as the technical counterpart to Account Executives, with this role focused on opportunities and reporting into a regional Solutions Architect Manager. Our mission is to help customers realize the full value of GitLab’s AI-powered DevSecOps platform by advising on architecture, running technical evaluations such as proofs of value, and guiding customers through their digital transformation. We work closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing, collaborating asynchronously across regions to share best practices, create reusable technical collateral, and act as the voice of the customer. An overview of this role
As a GTM Recruiter you'll help GitLab build the go-to-market teams that drive our growth. In this individual contributor role, you'll partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, Field Operations, Enablement and Ecosystems and own searches from intake through close. You'll build inclusive pipelines and use data and market insight to guide hiring decisions, while growing into a trusted talent advisor.
What you'll do
Manage full-cycle searches for Account Executives, Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Sales Development, and Sales Operations, delivering against agreed recruiting goals and key metrics with accurate, timely documentation in Greenhouse.
Lead intake and kickoff conversations to align hiring teams on role scope, territory or segment, quota and ramp expectations, interview plans, and timelines, with senior team guidance as needed.
Partner with hiring teams on structured, equitable interviews with clear competencies and actionable feedback; challenge assumptions and escalate risks or blockers early.
Use talent-market research, compensation and on-target earnings (OTE) benchmarks, funnel metrics, and candidate feedback to shape search strategy and address hiring issues.
Assess sales candidates on track record, quota attainment, deal complexity, and experience relevant to GitLab's sales segments and approach.
Build research-based, diversity-focused sourcing plans that balance applicants, passive talent, referrals, internal talent, and targeted outreach.
Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience through disciplined pipeline management, proactive communication, timely feedback, and offer negotiations that clearly explain compensation and OTE.
Improve recruiting practices by sharing learnings and reusable resources, using artificial intelligence (AI) responsibly, and representing GitLab's mission, values, and culture.
What you'll bring
Intermediate-level recruiting experience, with a track record of owning full-cycle searches independently.
Sales or go-to-market recruiting experience, or a strong interest in learning sales segments, quotas, OTE, ramp time, territory design, and sales cycles.
Developing advisor skills: building stakeholder trust, influencing without authority, and managing hiring team expectations.
Experience building proactive, diversity-focused sourcing strategies and balanced pipelines.
A data-informed approach that turns funnel insights into practical actions.
Strong organization across multiple requisitions and clear written and verbal communication across time zones, with attention to detail and candidate care.
Experience with an applicant tracking system and recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, Metaview, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Insights, SeekOut, or comparable platforms; ability to evaluate AI-generated work, protect confidential information, and share responsible workflows with team members.
Technology or business-to-business (B2B) software recruiting experience is helpful, not required.
About the team

ABOUT YOUR TEAM
At Eneba, we're a team of passionate people on a mission to help everyone discover the joy of gaming. We move fast, think big, and value people who take ownership and make things happen.
As an Executive Assistant to our CEO, you'll be much more than someone who manages calendars and organizes meetings. You'll work closely with our Founders and leadership team, gaining a front-row seat to how business decisions are made and strategic priorities move forward.
One of the most important parts of this role is writing. We're looking for someone who has a natural talent for turning ideas into clear, engaging, and thoughtful communication. Someone who can understand the CEO's perspective, capture their tone of voice, and help communicate their thoughts effectively, both internally and externally.
If you're a strong writer, naturally curious about business, highly organized, and excited about working alongside ambitious leaders, we'd love to meet you!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the CEO's voice in writing. Draft and refine LinkedIn posts, internal announcements, company-wide messages, emails, and other communications on behalf of the CEO, ensuring they reflect their tone, perspective, and intended message.
- Turn ideas into impactful communication. Take rough thoughts, conversations, or key talking points and transform them into well-structured, engaging, and ready-to-use written content for different audiences.
- Act as a trusted partner to the CEO. Stay close to key business priorities, help coordinate strategic initiatives, follow up on important decisions, and ensure that ideas turn into action.
- Keep the CEO's day running smoothly. Manage calendars, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, prioritize daily workflows, and help the CEO stay focused on what matters most.
- Connect people and opportunities. Support communication and relationship-building with key stakeholders, business partners, Founders, and C-level executives.
- Bring structure to a fast-moving environment. Prepare meeting agendas, capture key takeaways, track action items, and ensure important follow-ups don't get lost.
- Handle sensitive matters with care. Manage confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Exceptional writing skills are a must. You know how to write clearly, creatively, and naturally, adapting your tone and style to different audiences and communication channels.
- Ability to capture someone else's voice. You can listen, understand the bigger picture, and turn another person's ideas into authentic, engaging written communication.
- Strong business understanding and curiosity. You're interested in how companies operate, how leaders make decisions, and how strategic priorities translate into everyday actions.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian, both written and verbal.
- Experience in a business environment, ideally in executive support, communications, project coordination, or a similar role involving close collaboration with senior stakeholders.
- Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills. You can juggle multiple moving pieces, stay on top of deadlines, and bring clarity to busy schedules.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset. You don't wait to be told what to do, enjoy figuring things out, and are persistent when facing challenges.
- Attention to detail and good judgment. You understand that even small details matter, especially when communicating on behalf of senior leadership.
- Adaptability and confidence in a fast-paced environment. You're comfortable with changing priorities, new challenges, and taking ownership.
- Confidence using office productivity tools and learning new systems.
- You hold a valid Category B driver's license.
- You're comfortable working 100% on-site from our Kaunas office.
SALARY
