We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
We're building AI-native development practices into how this team works at a foundational level. That means infrastructure design needs to account for a new kind of collaborator: AI agents that generate, deploy, and operate software. The Staff Infrastructure Engineer on this team will keep systems running, define what safe, observable, AI-assisted infrastructure operations look like in practice, and set the standard for how the broader engineering organization follows.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
The Billing Platform Engineering team owns the systems that make Docker's commercial model real. You'll work on problems like:
- How do we design infrastructure that makes AI-generated deployments safe to ship and easy to roll back?
- How do we instrument billing systems so that failures — billing miscalculations, entitlement gaps, payment errors — are detected immediately and unambiguously?
- How do we build infrastructure that scales with usage-based billing workloads without manual intervention?
- How do we make the developer experience on this team faster and more reliable — local environments, CI/CD pipelines, deployment tooling?
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and evolve the infrastructure supporting Billing Platform services: compute, storage, networking, CI/CD, and observability
- Design and maintain IaC (Terraform) for billing system infrastructure on AWS; set module patterns and standards for the team
- Build and own observability systems — metrics, logging, alerting — with a focus on billing accuracy and payment reliability
- Define deployment patterns and runbooks that work well in an AI-agent-assisted development workflow: clear rollback procedures, safe promotion gates, automated validation
- Partner with software engineers on service design — bringing infrastructure constraints and operational requirements into the conversation before code is written
- Identify systemic risks and drive improvements that span team or organizational boundaries
- Lead incident response for billing system issues. This role may require participation in an on-call rotation to provide support outside of standard business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Mentor engineers across the team; your technical judgment should raise the floor for everyone
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years in platform, infrastructure, or SRE roles supporting production SaaS systems at scale
- Deep AWS expertise: ECS or EKS, RDS (Postgres preferred), networking, IAM, cost management — you've operated these systems under real load and real incidents
- Expert-level Terraform; you've designed reusable module patterns and set standards others follow
- Experience building and owning observability stacks (Datadog, Grafana, or similar) at an organizational level — not just using them
- Strong familiarity with CI/CD systems — Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent — including pipeline design and developer experience ownership
- Kubernetes at an operational and architectural level
- A track record of identifying systemic risks and driving improvements that span team or organizational boundaries
- Security-first mindset: threat modeling, blast radius analysis, least-privilege by default, audit trails as a design requirement
- Strong written English; at Staff level, written communication is how you scale your influence across teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
WHAT SETS YOU APART
You don't wait for problems to be handed to you — you find them, frame them, and drive the solution. You've operated at a scope where your decisions affected multiple teams or systems, and you know how to build consensus and move work forward without direct authority. You've thought seriously about what infrastructure needs to look like when AI agents are generating and shipping code — safe deployment patterns, strong observability, clean rollback — and you want to help define that standard here. Experience with billing, payments, or financial systems infrastructure is a meaningful plus.
WHAT TO EXPECT
FIRST 30 DAYS
You will ship code in your first week. We run an agent-first development workflow — infrastructure changes start with a plan, specifications are written before generation, and every change is reviewed before it merges — and onboarding is no exception. You will get hands-on with the infrastructure supporting Billing Platform services early, shadow on-call, and build a clear picture of the system before you start making bigger changes. By the end of 30 days you will have shipped real work and know where the most important problems are.
FIRST 90 DAYS
You will have taken ownership of one or more infrastructure components and delivered an improvement from design to production with measurable impact. You will be an active participant in deployment and reliability discussions, bringing infrastructure constraints and operational requirements into the conversation early — before code is written. You will be a full participant in the on-call rotation and have begun shaping the team's technical direction.
ONE YEAR OUTLOOK
You will be the team's trusted authority on billing infrastructure. You will have driven meaningful improvements to observability, deployment safety, or platform reliability — and your work will be directly visible in the resilience and correctness of systems that handle real financial transactions for millions of Docker users. You will have helped define what AI-agent-assisted infrastructure operations look like done right, and that standard will be visible beyond this team.
Docker considers sponsorship on a case-by-case basis based on business needs.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Notion is building the operating system for knowledge work, and we want people to be able to do substantive knowledge work from their phone.
A great native app is what makes that possible. On Android, that means Notion should feel like it was built for the platform: fast to open, smooth to scroll, and reliable offline or on a spotty connection. We’re investing in a more native foundation for how people read, write, and edit in Notion. That lets users capture ideas in the moment, find answers across their workspace, manage tasks and projects, and work with teammates, with the speed, polish, and dependability people expect from the best apps on their phone.
As an Android engineer, you’ll help build that native foundation, from how pages render and how people write and edit, to the navigation and app chrome people use every day, like Home, Search, and Inbox, along with the shared frameworks the rest of the app is built on. You’ll work across the Android stack, with chances to dig into our shared Rust layer and the AI tools we use for mobile development. Along the way, you’ll pair with experienced product and mobile AI engineers to find what slows the team down, try new Android capabilities, and help decide what ships in the app.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Ship the core Notion experience on Android: Build and polish the surfaces people use every day—opening and reading pages, writing and editing, navigating the app, and the Home, Search, and Inbox tabs—on a native Kotlin and Jetpack Compose stack that is fast to open, smooth to scroll, and dependable offline.
- Build with product and design, and iterate fast: Partner with product managers and designers to turn ideas into shipped features, then use feedback and data to make them better. Use AI coding tools and agents to build, test, and investigate faster, while you stay accountable for review, validation, and quality.
- By the end of your first year, own a core product area: Take a core part of the Android app, like Home, Inbox, or a piece of the editor, from idea to launch, and shape it into an experience that helps people do their life’s work from their phone.
- Make the app feel fast and reliable: Find and fix issues in startup time, scrolling, typing latency, crashes, and memory use across the surfaces you own, and add the tests and monitoring that catch regressions before users do.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
- Solid Android fundamentals: You’ve built and shipped Android apps, through work, internships, or your own projects, and you’re comfortable with modern Android—Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines/Flow, and Gradle. Experience with a large, modular codebase is a plus.
- Care for native UI and performance: You enjoy making UI feel fast and smooth, and you’re curious about things like custom text rendering, complex lazy lists, or rich-text editing. Experience with performance profiling, realtime collaboration, or offline sync is a plus.
- Product instincts: You care about how the app feels to use, not just how it works. You sweat the details of interactions and polish, and you use feedback and data to decide what to build next.
- Thoughtful problem-solving and clear communication: You build a clear picture of the problem before jumping to a fix, you can explain trade-offs in writing, and you ask for help early when you’re stuck. Experience moving a hybrid or web-based surface to native, or building something from 0→1, is a plus.
- AI-native, end-to-end engineering practice: You use AI tools and agents as real collaborators, framing tasks clearly, reviewing generated changes, testing behavior, and designing workflows that make the broader team more effective. Web experience (TypeScript, React, Node) is welcome but not required.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $168,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $100B in annualized spend flows in and out of 50,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp builds software that moves real money, from bill payments and corporate cards to reimbursements, accounting integrations, and travel. Our customers rely on us to keep their operations running: invoices get paid, books get closed, and finance leaders can trust the data behind every decision.
In this role, you will be the person who spots where customers are getting stuck and drives issues to a clear resolution. You will learn a complex product deeply enough to troubleshoot across payments, bank linking, accounting syncs, and card programs, then partner with teams across Engineering, Risk, Product, and Partnerships to get problems solved. This is not script-based support. You will triage, investigate, and make high-signal judgment calls throughout the day.
You will thrive in this role if you are a systems thinker and deeply customer obsessed. Support is the baseline. How you think about improving processes, tools, and outcomes is what sets you apart.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be the voice of Ramp's Customer Support. You'll spend your day engaging with customers, primarily via live calls, email, and chat.
- Diagnose across a broad product surface. Ramp isn't one product — it's payments, cards, travel, accounting integrations, and more. You'll need to understand how they connect and where they break.
- Operate with an ownership mindset, managing escalations end-to-end. You take full accountability for every ticket you handle. When an issue crosses team boundaries — risk, engineering, product, partnerships — you route it correctly, follow up, and make sure the customer isn't left waiting. You'll work across Zendesk, internal tooling, and Slack-based escalation workflows.
- Build and shape AI tools, not just use them. Ramp is building AI into CX operations. You'll use AI-powered research tools and proprietary tools like Glass daily, provide direct feedback on what's working, and play an active role in how these tools evolve. You're not just a user — you're a builder. We are all builders at Ramp.
- Ship improvements, not just flag them. When you notice a process gap, a missing SOP, or a knowledge base article that's sending associates down the wrong path, you don't just raise it — you have the autonomy to roll up your sleeves and fix it. Leverage AI to solve problems, build automations, and improve the systems around you. The best people in this role make the whole team better.
- Communicate with precision and empathy. Our customers are financially sophisticated. You need to explain what's happening, what you're doing about it, and what they should expect — clearly and without filler.
WHAT YOU NEED
- You're a systems thinker: you don't just solve the ticket in front of you, you ask why the problem exists and how to prevent it from happening again.
- You actively use AI tools — Claude, Notion AI, research and workflow tools — and can demonstrate how you've applied them to get real work done. This is a hard requirement.
- You're fast-moving while holding yourself to a high bar for execution: you balance speed, accuracy, and thoroughness in every interaction.
- You can hold a technical conversation about how systems connect (APIs, bank integrations, accounting software) even if you're not writing code.
- You manage competing priorities without dropping things. When you have 15 open issues across 4 internal teams, nothing falls through.
- You write clearly and concisely. You can explain a payment reconciliation issue to a CFO without jargon.
- You're comfortable on the phone. Many interactions start there.
- You have a demonstrated track record of exceeding key performance standards, including CSAT, QA, and speed-of-service metrics.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building workflows or automations using AI tools, not just prompting
- Familiarity with accounting workflows (AP/AR, GL, reconciliation) or ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage)
- Background in payments infrastructure (ACH, wire transfers, card networks)
- Track record of working somewhere that shipped product fast and expected CX to keep up
WHY BE A CX ASSOCIATES AT RAMP
- Cross-functional exposure from day one. You work directly with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams — not siloed into a support queue.
- AI tools and unlimited access. Unlimited tokens, proprietary AI tools like Glass, and a culture that expects you to use them to move faster and build smarter.
- Career growth that you own. Grow within CX, explore other functions internally, or carve out a path that doesn't exist yet. If you're invested, we're invested.
- Culture that's different from a call center. Team events, in-person offsites, and a genuine commitment to building a team people want to be part of.

Team members will work a set 40-hour/week schedule designed to support customer needs outside US business hours. ABOUT THIS JOB
We're looking for a Head of Marketing Strategy & Operations to run the business side of marketing. Our marketing team went from two people to 25 this year, organized around four functions: product marketing, brand and consumer, enterprise, and growth. This is the first operations hire on that team. You'll own the marketing budget with Finance, run our planning cycle and operating cadence, keep hiring aligned with the plan, and partner directly with the CMO on how marketing sets priorities and tells its story to the executive team and the board.
It's a role for someone who has sat close to a CMO and a CFO, likes turning ambiguity into a plan people can execute, and is comfortable building the function themselves before building a team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Budget & Financial Operations
- Own the marketing budget end to end with Finance: allocation across teams and channels, tracking against plan, forecasting, variance flags, and the tradeoff conversations that follow
- Build the layer of visibility leadership needs (spend by team, channel, and program) on top of the spend-tracking tools we already have, so decisions get made with numbers
- Run quarterly, half-year, and annual budget planning, and make marketing's case to Finance and the executive team
- Own marketing's vendor and agency contracts end to end: evaluations, procurement, renewals, and a clear view of what we pay for and why
Planning & Operating Cadence
- Own marketing's planning cycle: translate company goals into marketing objectives, OKRs, and resourced plans, and keep them current as priorities shift
- Bring a point of view. Pressure-test plans, frame the tradeoffs, and help the CMO decide where marketing places its bets
- Design the lightweight processes and internal tools (planning, intake, reporting) that let a 25-person team operate like a much bigger one
- Run the operating rhythm for the marketing leadership team: meetings, all-hands, team-wide readouts, agendas, decisions, and follow-through
- Keep the marketing functions connected so plans, launches, and budgets move together
Executive Partnership
- Partner directly with the CMO on board materials, executive readouts, and strategy documents. Own first drafts and make them data-backed and on-message
- Extend the CMO's reach across the team: surface risks early, chase decisions to closure, and keep priorities clear week to week
- Represent marketing in cross-functional planning with Finance, Sales, and Product
Hiring & Org Operations
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and marketing leads on headcount planning, requisition tracking, and interview process, and keep hiring plans aligned with budget and org design
- Standardize the basics across sub-teams (job descriptions, interview loops, scorecards) and help new leaders land well
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 10+ years in marketing strategy and operations, business operations, strategic finance, management consulting, or a similar role supporting a CMO, GM, or business unit leader
- You've owned a sizable marketing or departmental budget end to end and can talk about spend, forecast, and variance the way Finance does
- You've built or run a planning cycle (annual or half-year, OKRs) and an operating cadence for a leadership team
- You've drafted board or executive materials for a senior leader and know the difference between a readout and a narrative
- Experience with headcount planning and hiring operations alongside a Talent team
- You've run vendor evaluations and procurement alongside Finance and kept a clean view of contracts and renewals
- Comfortable as an individual contributor. This is the first ops hire; you'll do the work before you have a team
- You scope light and move fast. We plan in weeks, not quarters, and you build just enough process to keep a fast team aligned
- You build trust quickly, from individual contributors to the C-suite
- Bonus: you're comfortable building your own tools with AI. We use Replit to run Replit
This is a full-time role that can be held from our Foster City, CA office. The role has an in-office requirement of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Full-Time Employee Benefits Include:

ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp needs a highly organized operator to make immigration and mobility work feel clear, responsive, and scalable. This role will spend roughly half its time coordinating active cases and employee communications in tandem with an external counsel program with embedded services, and half building the workflows, dashboards, AI tools, and operational infrastructure that reduce manual work.
The Associate will operate within established policies, escalate legal or non-standard issues promptly, and streamline operations for scale.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
CASE COORDINATION AND EMPLOYEE SERVICE (~50%)
- Coordinate active immigration, work-authorization, relocation, and business-travel cases with employees, external counsel, vendors, and internal partners.
- Maintain accurate case trackers, deadlines, required documents, status updates, and handoffs from intake through completion.
- Give employees timely, compassionate, plain-language process updates; route legal questions, pathway decisions, and exceptions to counsel or the Lead.
- Surface cases at risk early and ensure the right owner has a clear next action.
- Support our external counsel’s embedded services by providing dependable operational support, case updates, and guidance within approved policies.
WORKFLOW, AI, AND OPERATIONS (~50%)
- Build and maintain centralized workflows, intake forms, templates, knowledge resources, and AI-enabled tools that streamline routine work.
- Own the immigration and mobility case tracker and dashboard: data quality, reporting, aging cases, key dates, operational metrics, and risk visibility.
- Turn recurring employee and stakeholder questions into approved self-service content and consistent communication templates.
- Test and document tools and automations with appropriate privacy, data-quality, and human-escalation controls.
- Identify recurring friction in cases, handoffs, and vendor interactions; bring specific improvement recommendations to the Lead.
PROGRAM AND VENDOR SUPPORT
- Prepare case trends, SLA performance, employee feedback, and unresolved risks for vendor/counsel meetings and QBRs.
- Follow through on vendor commitments and escalate missed deadlines, unclear ownership, and repeat quality issues.
- Keep playbooks, templates, and operational documentation current; help build team coverage and continuity.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 3+ years in People Operations, immigration operations, global mobility, employee lifecycle operations, or another high-detail service environment.
- Strong process-management skills, attention to detail, and proven ability to manage many deadlines without dropping follow-through.
- Hands-on experience improving a workflow with AI, automation, spreadsheets, dashboards, ticketing, or related tools.
- Clear, empathetic written communication and sound discretion with sensitive employee information.
- Comfort working within defined policies, recognizing risk, and escalating promptly.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience coordinating immigration, work authorization, relocation, or external counsel/vendor workflows.
- Experience building employee-facing guides, operational dashboards, or self-service tools.
- Familiarity with UK, Canada, or broader international employment processes.

By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a high-performing strategic finance professional to join our growing Product Finance team. Training is one of Baseten's fastest-evolving businesses and it won't be the last new product line we launch. You'll own the economics of Training end to end and be the finance owner for new products as they go from idea to launch to scale, partnering directly with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, and GTM leadership on the pricing, margin, and capacity decisions that shape each business. This is a builder role: much of what you'll own doesn't exist yet as a model, a dashboard, or a process.
This role is ideal for someone with 5 to 8 years of experience across strategic finance, investing, and/or investment banking who wants broad exposure to company-building inside a fast-scaling AI infrastructure company. Experience at a usage-based company is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain cost-to-serve models for Training engagements across compute, delivery time, and reserved capacity
- Own Training pricing and recommend structures across committed engagements, usage-based pricing, and packaged offerings
- Track training capacity utilization and tie capacity plans to pipeline
- Run the monthly Training business review across bookings, utilization, margin, pipeline, and renewal and expansion trends
- Own the Training forecast and annual plan, including compute needs, unit costs, and multi-year P&L
- Partner with Product on new products from concept onward, building pre-launch business cases, cost-to-serve views, and go/no-go recommendations
- Set launch pricing and packaging for new products
- Define success metrics and scale criteria at launch
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics
- 5+ years of experience in strategic finance at a high-growth company, PE/VC investing, and/or investment banking
- Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills, including building unit economics or cost-to-serve models from raw usage and cost data
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations for executives
- Comfortable building from scratch and making decisions with incomplete data in a fast-moving environment
- Strong attention to detail with a bias toward ownership and execution
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High intellectual curiosity and interest in AI / infrastructure / developer tooling
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; familiarity with SQL or BI tools is a plus
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with GPU compute economics or cloud infrastructure
- Familiarity with how ML model training and fine-tuning work
- Experience with product-led growth economics, such as free tiers, credits, and conversion
- Experience pricing or launching a new product line
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.

You’ll be working directly with cutting-edge AI systems — evaluating outputs, identifying gaps, and helping improve how these systems behave in real-world scenarios. The work sits at the intersection of data quality, model evaluation, and human judgment, where your ability to think critically matters just as much as following guidelines.
We’re looking for people who are naturally curious about AI, comfortable forming opinions, and confident in contributing to conversations with teammates, leads, and stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback
Perform audit-based reviews of data and model behavior — identifying patterns, edge cases, and failure modes

What We’re Building
Honeycomb is a service for the near and present future, defining observability and raising expectations of what developer tools can do! We’re working with well known companies like HelloFresh, Slack, LaunchDarkly, and Vanguard and more across a range of industries. This is an exciting time in our trajectory, we’ve closed Series D funding, scaled past the 200-person mark, and were named to Forbes’ America’s Best Startups of 2022 and 2023!

Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live
our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
Little more about the team:
The Storage Team at Honeycomb is the backbone of our platform, responsible for the performance, reliability, and scalability of storing and querying billions of events. We design and own the architecture that powers correct and dependable query results — enabling every product experience from Metrics to Triggers and SLOs. As a senior engineer on Storage, you’ll work on high-impact systems where our customers may never see your code directly, but they’ll rely on it every time they use Honeycomb.
What you’ll do in the role:
Build and deliver high-quality solutions. You will design and implement solutions that power Honeycomb’s query and data storage infrastructure. Whether it’s improving query performance, evolving the Retriever service, or making our storage layer more reliable, you’re eager to jump in and add value where the team needs it most.
Scope and deliver projects independently. You’re comfortable breaking down complex storage and querying problems into achievable steps, surfacing trade-offs, and pulling in teammates when needed. You take ownership end-to-end — from design to production support — reducing toil and ensuring our systems deliver measurable customer and business impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners. You’ll work closely with Product Management and other engineering teams to connect technical solutions to product needs, from problem discovery through solution design and delivery. Much of our work is behind the scenes, but it enables every Honeycomb product experience, from Metrics to Triggers and SLOs.
Support our services in production. We believe in owning the software we build. Every engineer on Storage participates in on-call rotations, helps define team KPIs and SLOs, and proactively reduces toil by addressing reliability challenges before they reach customers.
Learn new ways to solve complex problems. As Honeycomb grows, so do the challenges of scaling our systems. You will explore new technologies, data storage techniques, and query optimization strategies to keep performance and reliability strong at scale.
Thrive on collaboration. You enjoy pairing, reviewing code, and offering constructive feedback. You model strong ownership and help your teammates grow, while keeping conversations forward-looking and focused on business value.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Technical leadership in storage and querying. You’ve led the design of patterns and guidelines that improve performance and reliability, and you bring expertise in writing Go along with experience working on high-throughput or complex systems. Prior experience with database engineering is a plus, as is comfort with Kubernetes.
Curiosity and experimentation. You learn by digging in — individually, in pairs, or as a team. You ask questions to better understand complex systems, explore trade-offs, and believe in learning from incidents as a way to improve both technology and practices.
Focus on business outcomes. You tie technical decisions to customer and company impact, weighing whether work is necessary now or later, and considering how projects affect the broader business.
Strength in mentorship and teamwork. You guide engineers through code reviews and help spread knowledge across a team with diverse skillsets so that ownership of critical paths is shared, not siloed.
Resilience in collaboration. You thrive in a senior-heavy team, giving and receiving feedback with grace, and contributing to a culture where tough problems and hard conversations lead to better outcomes.
Execution with impact. You can scope and deliver complex, multi-team projects while balancing production realities, proactively reducing toil, and ensuring systems deliver measurable customer value.
Deep debugging expertise. You’re trusted to diagnose and resolve the toughest production issues across the stack, restoring reliability where others may be stuck.
Influence beyond your team. You multiply impact by sharing knowledge, guiding adoption of new technologies, and driving foundational work that benefits Honeycomb engineering as a whole.

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The LangSmith team owns and builds LangChain's core platform for observability, evaluation, and production reliability of AI systems. From tracing and annotation to run rules, evaluations, and beyond, this team owns LangSmith end-to-end. If you want to define what great AI observability looks like at production scale, this is where that work gets done.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Product Manager to own key parts of LangSmith. Building AI products is changing the way software teams work; LangSmith is the observability, evals and deployment platform that makes shipping reliable AI systems possible.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
This role sits at the intersection of user experience and production infrastructure. You'll partner with engineers to build features that feel intuitive while solving deeply technical problems: versioning complex prompt chains, debugging multi-step agent failures, or designing evaluation systems that scale from 10 to 10,000 test cases.
You'll work directly with customers — from early-stage startups shipping their first agent to enterprises running mission-critical AI systems — to understand where the platform breaks down and what capabilities unlock new workflows.
- Own the roadmap for a core area of the LangSmith platform.
- Work with customers to understand their challenges and define new product features.
- Work with engineering to define scope, make technical tradeoffs, and ship high-impact features quickly.
- Help shape product strategy alongside our founders and leadership team.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 3+ years of product management or engineering experience, ideally building developer tools, infrastructure products, or technical SaaS platforms.
- Deeply technical — you can hold your own in conversations about API design, system architecture, data pipelines, and debugging production issues.
- Bias toward action — you'd rather ship, learn, and iterate than build the perfect solution upfront.
- Strong written and verbal communicator who can align cross-functional teams around a shared vision.
NICE TO HAVE
- Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical background.
- Previous experience at a high-growth startup or developer-focused company.
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs, agents, or AI applications.
- Annual salary range: $180,000-$240,000
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
BENEFITS
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.

Overview
Welo Data is looking for sharp, curious, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Data Labeling Associate.
This is not a traditional annotation role.

Please only apply if you meet this location requirement.
What You’ll Do
Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback
Perform audit-based reviews of data and model behavior — identifying patterns, edge cases, and failure modes
Apply guidelines thoughtfully — and flag when they don’t reflect real-world scenarios
Contribute to improving evaluation frameworks, not just executing them
Identify trends in model performance and communicate insights clearly
Participate in team discussions, calibrations, and stakeholder syncs
Partner with leads and cross-functional teams to refine quality standards
Document findings in a clear, concise, and actionable way

1–2 years of professional writing experience with strong, structured writing skills
Ability to apply complex writing rules and guidelines consistently
Strong understanding of safety considerations in GenAI data delivery, with 2+ years of relevant experience
Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
Ability to make sound judgment calls in ambiguous situations
Naturally curious about AI, technology, and how systems behave
Comfortable speaking up, asking questions, and contributing ideas
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to stay consistent while working with evolving guidelines
Experience in data quality, QA, annotation, or analysis is helpful — but not required
