THE MISSION OF THE SENIOR RADIO FREQUENCY ENGINEER
As Senior RF Engineer, you will be at the heart of designing and advancing the next generation of ICEYE's satellites — pushing the boundaries of what small sensing satellites can achieve. Working closely with cross-functional engineering teams, you will own the design, testing, and continuous improvement of satellite RF and microwave hardware, from PCB design and component selection to link budget analysis and advanced measurements. When things go wrong, you will be the one to diagnose why — conducting root-cause analysis and providing hands-on technical support for an ever-expanding fleet of operational satellites in orbit.
WHO ARE WE?
ICEYE delivers space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to governments and allied nations. This includes sovereign and turnkey ISR missions leveraging ICEYE's world-leading synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite technology, as well as access to data from the world's largest SAR satellite constellation. As a trusted partner for defense, intelligence, security, and maritime domain awareness, ICEYE's near real-time data creates a tactical advantage for mission-critical operations. ICEYE operates internationally with offices in Finland, Poland, Spain, Japan, the UAE, Greece, Germany, and the US. The company has more than 900 employees, inspired by the shared vision of improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will work closely with engineers from other domains to design a new generation of satellites and ensure continuous improvements of them.
- Your responsibilities will include designing and testing satellite RF hardware, tackling the challenges inherent in the new space engineering approach, and pushing the boundaries of what small sensing satellites can achieve.
- You will also be involved in the design of both passive and active microwave systems, and provide technical support for our expanding fleet of satellites. If you're ready to take on these exciting challenges, we’d love to have you on board.

Full-time Senior AQA Engineer (Fullstack) in the Cyprus office - a certified Great Place to Work®.
We are developing a social trading platform and are looking for a strong automation engineer who will build end-to-end test coverage across all product layers, with a primary focus on native mobile applications (iOS / Android) and web. This is a role with real autonomy — you will not be "just another QA in the team," but the person who defines quality standards and gradually builds a process where code physically cannot be pushed to production without passing tests.
Currently, there are no automated tests for the mobile applications at all — you will be responsible for building automation from scratch and establishing the surrounding processes.
Reporting to:
QA Lead
Responsibilities:
Design and develop a mobile automation framework from scratch for native iOS and Android applications
Develop and maintain the backend automation framework (API testing)
Cover critical social trading user scenarios: trade copying, deposits/withdrawals, trading account operations
Extend test coverage at the web and API levels
Integrate tests into CI/CD: execution on every commit, pipelines, reporting
Establish pre-commit quality gates using Git hooks (husky / pre-commit) — mandatory test execution before code reaches the repository
Execute tests on real devices, emulators/simulators, and cloud device farms
Drive automation culture: introduce stabilization/automation iterations to prevent coverage degradation over time
Candidate profile:
Mobile
Experience building mobile automation frameworks from scratch for iOS and Android
Native drivers: XCUITest (iOS) and Espresso / UiAutomator2 (Android)
Appium 2.x/3.x as a cross-platform tool for native / hybrid / mobile web
Strong hands-on experience with Android Studio (ADB, emulators) and Xcode / Simulator
Experience running tests on real devices and cloud farms (BrowserStack)
Understanding of mobile app architecture, locator strategies, gestures, and testing under different network conditions
Understanding that mobile tests are more logically maintained within the application repository rather than as a separate project in another language
Languages and Frameworks
Strong Java skills (modern versions); solid understanding of OOP
Kotlin and Swift knowledge is a plus
Test runners and assertions: JUnit 5, test data generation with Instancio / JavaFaker
Web / API
UI automation with Playwright (Java), Page Object Model, stable locators
API automation: REST Assured, REST API and authorization handling
Understanding of flaky tests and retry strategies
Data Handling
Databases: MariaDB / MySQL, state validation via SQL / JDBC
Test data setup and cleanup
CI/CD and Processes
Build management with Gradle, custom tasks for different test suites
CI/CD: GitLab CI / Jenkins, integrating automated tests into pipelines

Experience in fintech / trading / payment products

ABOUT VOODOO
Founded in 2013, Voodoo is a tech company that creates mobile games and apps with a mission to entertain the world. Gathering 1,000 employees, 7 billion downloads, $1b+ revenues and over 200 million active users, Voodoo is the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in terms of downloads after Google and Meta. Our portfolio includes chart-topping games like Mob Control and Block Jam, alongside popular apps such as BeReal and Wizz.
ROLE
SILs are Voodoo's internal consulting team, reporting to the Chief of Staff. You are dropped into the company's most important operational problems with a simple mandate: fix them. You work hands-on with leaders across gaming, apps, growth, and central functions — with the access of an insider and the toolkit of a top consultant.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Improve internal processes — diagnose broken or slow processes, redesign them, and implement the fix (not just recommend it).
- Help leaders improve their operations — embed with studio, publishing, or functional leaders to raise the performance of their teams: KPIs, organization, tooling, ways of working.
- Run tactical projects — scoped 4–12 week projects: market analysis, cost reviews, post-mortems, integration work, tooling rollouts.
- Fix internal issues of many types — ambiguous, cross-team problems nobody owns; you own them until they're solved.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–6 years at a top strategy consulting firm (MBB, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Kearney, Advancy, EY-Parthenon), in M&A/transaction services, or in a high-performing BizOps/strategy team of a scale-up.
- Structured problem-solver with strong analytics (advanced Excel/Sheets; SQL a strong plus).
- Doer mentality: implements solutions, works autonomously, handles several workstreams.
- Strong interpersonal skills — able to win the trust of leaders quickly without formal authority.
- Top academic background (business or engineering).
- Fluent English (French is a plus).
- Passion for games/consumer apps a plus.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Consultant-style variety with operator-style impact — and no travel or sales.
- Direct exposure to Voodoo's leadership; fast track to operational leadership roles internally.
- Competitive package.
BENEFITS
- Swile Lunch voucher
- Gymlib (100% borne by Voodoo)
- Premium healthcare coverage SideCare, for your family 100% borne by Voodoo
- Wellness activities in our Paris office

Our portfolio includes chart-topping games like Mob Control and Block Jam, alongside popular apps such as BeReal and Wizz.
ROLE
You will work directly with Voodoo's CEO as a force multiplier on the company's highest-stakes topics. This is an operating role, not a support role: you own outcomes on strategic projects, incubate new ventures, keep the company's operating rhythm sharp, and lead a small team of Special Project Managers who act as Voodoo's internal consulting force.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Run strategic projects with the CEO — frame the problem, drive the analysis, align leaders, and push to execution on topics spanning M&A, market expansion, monetization, and organization.
- Explore and launch new ventures — assess opportunities beyond the current portfolio, build the business case, assemble a founding team, and get v1 to market.
- Manage company routines — own the operating cadence: leadership meetings, business reviews, OKR/goal cycles, board preparation; make sure decisions get made and followed through.
- Drive the SPM team — recruit, staff, and coach a team of internal consultants deployed on the company's most pressing operational problems; own prioritization of their portfolio.
- Be the CEO's proxy — represent him in meetings, unblock cross-functional issues, and surface what he needs to know before it becomes urgent.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 6–10 years of experience combining top-tier strategy consulting (Engagement Manager / Project Leader level at MBB), or M&A/PE, and operating experience in a hypergrowth tech company (BizOps, strategy, GM, or founder).
- Track record of leading cross-functional projects at C-level with measurable business impact.
- Entrepreneurial: has built something from scratch (venture, business line, market launch).
- Strong analytical and financial fluency — comfortable with a P&L, unit economics, and data.
- Exceptional communication: crisp, top-down, comfortable challenging senior leaders.
- Low ego, absolute discretion, and stamina for a fast pace; obsessive about follow-through.
- Top-tier academic background
- Fluent English (French is a plus); Gaming/consumer-app affinity a plus.

We are looking for a passionate gamer with strong on-camera presence to join our creative team as the face and force behind our UGC-style advertisements. In this role, you'll act in hook-driven concepts, gameplay commentary, reaction videos, skits, and testimonials.
You need to be comfortable on camera, skilled in fast-paced video editing, and sharp enough to analyze competitor strategies. Working closely with our marketing and post-production teams, you'll brainstorm, film collaborative content, and deliver high-performing ads designed to drive game installs — if you know exactly what makes a gamer stop scrolling on TikTok or Reels, we want o hear from you.
Main Responsibilities
- Independently record high-quality, authentic UGC-style video ads for our portfolio of games. This includes gameplay commentary, reaction videos, skits, testimonials, and "hook-driven" direct response concepts.
- Translate this research into actionable insights and present weekly "trend reports" and new creative proposals to the broader marketing team.
- Coordinate with other team members or influencer peers to plan and execute collaborative recordings (e.g., multiplayer sessions, duets, "versus" challenges, and synchronized reactions).
- Take full ownership of editing your raw footage into a near-final product. This includes pacing cuts, adding trending audio/sound effects, basic text overlays, and subtitles within platforms like CapCut or Premiere Pro.
- Act as the primary liaison between creative ideation and our advanced post-production/localization team.
- Prepare clear, organized project files and briefs for the production team when creatives require high-end Motion Graphics, complex VFX, or localization into multiple languages.
- Review final outputs from the production team to ensure the original creative vision was maintained during the polishing phase.
Requirements
- A strong portfolio of UGC video content, preferably within the gaming or tech space (links to TikTok/Reels/Shorts handles - required).
- A genuine passion for video games (mobile, PC, or console) and a deep understanding of gaming culture, memes, and community language.
- Strong skills in mobile editing apps (CapCut) and/or desktop software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut). You can turn raw footage into an engaging video quickly.
- Ability to look at other ads not just as a viewer, but as a strategist analyzing why they work.
- Excellent ability to articulate creative concepts to the team and provide clear feedback to post-production artists.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced performance marketing environment where priorities shift based on data.
What We Offer

About Hyperskill
An international EdTech company with a mission to boost global progress by empowering everyone with the skills of tomorrow. We offer computer science learning products across two formats — self-study and instructor-led bootcamps — serving learners internationally.
The Role
We're looking for a Business Lead — an entrepreneurial owner who will take full responsibility for the company: find and scale a working growth model, own the P&L, drive the product, and lead the team. You will own the business end-to-end: revenue, product, team, financial results, and run the company autonomously within the agreed strategy and budget.
What you'll do
Find and scale a working growth model. Test hypotheses across channels, monetization, and product; identify what drives revenue and scale it.
Own P&L and maintain self-sustainability. Revenue, costs, margin, unit economics.
Set and achieve growth targets. Revenue, acquisition and retention of paying learners.
Drive product and priorities. Roadmap, key bets, monetization experiments.
Build and develop the team. Manage the team day-to-day, set goals, drive performance, and hire as the company grows.
Requirements
Relevant experience — full responsibility for a business end-to-end (P&L, product, team, outcomes), ideally a small company or startup.
Strong financial literacy — P&L, unit economics, forecasting, margin, cost control.
Experience finding and scaling a growth model (growth and/or 0→1).
Data-driven decision-making.
Team management experience (small teams).
Expertise in the market Hyperskill operates in — education, technology, AI.
Fluent English for an international environment.
AI-native approach to daily work.
Strong Plus
Former startup founder / co-founder — you've been through the full cycle, learned from mistakes, and are ready to develop an existing project.
EdTech / educational products experience.
We Offer
Work from Anywhere. Full-time, 100% remote from anywhere in the world.
Flexible schedule with consideration for team syncs.
Global Contract. Contractor agreement with a US-registered legal entity.
High Upside Comp. Base salary in USD + revenue sharing and equity tied to revenue growth milestones.
Professional Trajectory. Full ownership of the Hyperskill business, scaling toward Partner / CEO as the company grows.
Location: Berlin Office; Poland; Germany; Ireland; United Kingdom; Spain
Workplace: Remote
The AI orchestration of your wildest imagination.
n8n is the open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI. We give technical teams the freedom of code with the speed of no-code, so they can automate faster, smarter, and without limits. Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact.
Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we’ve:
- Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders
- Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects
- Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation
That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build n8n's Deal Desk function from scratch, AI- and automation-first: intake, approval workflow, and pricing guardrails.
- Advise Sales on deal structure and pricing to protect margin without slowing down the sales cycle.
- Maintain a simple set of discount and pricing rules that Sales can apply on their own, without escalating every deal.
- Run a monthly and quarterly deal war room to keep deal velocity high, especially around month-end and quarter-end close.
- Handle contract redlines and non-standard terms directly, keeping most negotiations out of Legal's hands.
- Build a redline clause library of accepted and rejected language, so AI can suggest fallback terms on routine deals.
- Automate approvals and quoting in CPQ, and use AI to triage incoming requests and flag which deal changes actually need re-approval.
- Own Salesforce data quality and executed-contract hygiene for every deal.
- Support Customer Success on non-standard renewal and expansion structuring.
- Coordinate security and compliance requests (DPA, SOC 2, security addenda) between Sales, Security, and Legal.
- Report monthly on deal desk performance: cycle time, discounting, and exceptions.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 📈 Deal desk knowledge: You have in-depth experience developing and operating a deal desk function, not just executing a process someone else fully designed.
- 📐 SaaS commercial fluency: You have a strong understanding of SaaS pricing models, revenue recognition and ARR reporting principles, and enterprise contract structures.
- ⚖️ Contract negotiation and redlining: You can negotiate and redline order-form-level terms directly with a customer and know when to involve Legal.
- 🛠️ CPQ/ Salesforce hands-on: You've configured and operated both a CPQ and Salesforce yourself, not just used what someone else set up.
- 🤖 AI-native working style: You default to AI and automation in your own work, with concrete examples of deal or approval workflows you've automated.
- 🤝 Stakeholder management: You have outstanding communication skills and can influence and manage complex stakeholders such as Sales, Legal, RevOps, and Finance.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🏗️ 0-to-1 builder: You've spun up a deal desk or similar function from the ground up, defining the underlying processes and policies yourself.
- 🔧 Modern CPQ/billing exposure: You've worked with Salesforce CPQ or modern platforms like Hyperline or Solvimon.
- 🧩 Product curiosity: You're curious about n8n and ideally have already successfully built a workflow.
n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
We can sponsor visas to Germany; for any other country, you need to have existing right to work.
Our company language is English.
You care about diversity and inclusion? We do too!
