About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Join Anthropic's Customer Success team as an AI Outcome Manager in a high-impact role driving AI adoption across our Financial Services segment. As an AI Outcome Manager for FSI, you'll be the strategic partner and a trusted advisor to our most complex customers with a portfolio spanning Banking, Insurance, Asset & Wealth Management, and Data Providers — helping them harness the full potential of all our Claude capabilities - Claude Enterprise, Claude Code, and API.
You'll work with organizations across diverse sub-segments that are transforming their businesses with AI technology. Developing genuine partnerships with customers, gaining a deep understanding of their business objectives, strategic direction, AI vision, and technical needs. You'll draw on both your business acumen and technical expertise to serve as a strategic advisor throughout their journey with us.
In partnership with the broader account team you will help customers identify the right Claude capabilities for their specific business objectives, working closely with them to provide best practices and guidance while supporting them as their usage (consumption & seat based) grows and evolves.
Your role focuses on helping customers scale their usage effectively, drive model and use case optimizations, implement change management strategies, and maximize the value of their investment through expanded use cases across their organization. The insights you gather from your customers will directly inform our research priorities, product development, and go-to-market strategies — making you a key voice in shaping how we build and deliver ongoing value as a business.
Responsibilities:
Build trusting, strategic relationships with key customer decision makers to understand their business and objectives, identifying opportunities for optimization and expansion
Become an expert in Anthropic's products across API, Claude Code and Claude for Enterprise, understanding the technical nuances and best practices for each to guide customers to the right solutions
Leverage your deep knowledge of the customer and their industry vertical to proactively drive usage planning, understanding current and future consumption/adoption and how it creates realized value for the customer
Monitor usage patterns and identify optimization opportunities, proactively addressing underutilization across both consumption-based (API) and seat-based (Claude for Enterprise / Claude Code) products to drive full value from contracted commitments
Serve as the customer's thought partner, enhancing their knowledge of Claude products by socializing Anthropic's product roadmap, driving awareness on new products and engaging Product PMs
Document and quantify customer value realized through business outcomes, ROI, and impact metrics to build compelling internal business cases for continued and expanded investment
Identify potential use cases and lines of business not currently onboarded, partnering with customers and Sales to discover new applications for Claude across different departments, teams, and workflows
Develop and execute change management strategies to drive end-user adoption and maximize value within customer organizations, including Train the Trainer programs, Center of Excellence development, and organizational enablement
Own the customer experience across their lifecycle — managing comprehensive account and success plans grounded in the customer's business objectives, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews, and serving as the primary conduit between the customer and Anthropic
Develop scalable engagement strategies and playbooks for your Industry portfolio, balancing high-touch strategic accounts with efficient coverage models to maximize impact across all customers
You may be a good fit if you have:
6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Engineering
Experience working with enterprises in Financial Services
Deep understanding of FSI regulatory, risk, and compliance needs
Technical fluency with ability to understand and articulate AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns across a set of diverse stakeholders—from developers and product managers to executives and end users
Experience driving success across both consumption-based and seat-based business models, with understanding of different expansion levers and success metrics for each
Strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities and translate them into actionable expansion plans
Proven track record managing a portfolio of accounts while maintaining strong relationships and driving measurable outcomes
Cross-functional collaborator who represents the customer in a positive, proactive manner, rallying everyone around paths forward that solve customer needs
Passion for AI and interest in responsible development of advanced systems
A knack for bringing order to chaos and an enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality—you're a true team player

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Senior Electronics Engineer
- Location: Warsaw, Poland
- Department: Engineering
- Reports to: Engineering Lead, AOCS Hardware
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Office
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
You design and own the embedded electronics that give ICEYE’s spacecraft the ability to sense their environment, make decisions, and act, safely and reliably, in orbit. Working closely with firmware and systems engineers, you take hardware from first schematics through bring-up, verification, and on-orbit support, always looking for ways to make the next design more robust than the last.
Your job will be to work closely with production teams, operations teams, and software teams to ensure smooth and performant operation of our Attitude and Orbit Control Systems in development and deployed environments. Expect to be involved in the complete lifecycle of the system - from design phases of next-generation architectures to maintenance and optimization of existing systems we and our customers operate.
We move fast. At ICEYE, you are expected to understand the whole system - not just your slice of it - and to iterate quickly. Designs you work on today can be launched to orbit within months, not years. This is an environment where your decisions carry real weight and your work becomes tangible faster than almost anywhere else in the industry.
You will have a direct impact on mission success as the performance and reliability of our AOCS electronics directly affect the operational capabilities we deliver to our customers and the overall performance of our fleet.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.

- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, or another relevant discipline.
- 5+ years developing electronics (schematic and layout) using Altium Designer and/or Mentor Graphics PADS.
- Strong experience in digital and embedded control electronics, including microcontroller/FPGA interfacing (ADC, PWM, GPIO), sensor and actuator interfaces, and protection circuitry (overcurrent/overvoltage detection, fault handling, safe-state transitions).
- Experience designing serial communication hardware (e.g. I2C, SPI, UART, RS485, CAN), including proper isolation and protection.
- Working knowledge of high-speed and low-speed parallel interfaces relevant to embedded systems (e.g. JTAG, Ethernet, DDR/SRAM, Spacewire), as needed for the platforms you support.
- Ability to work closely with firmware engineers to define hardware interfaces and develop joint verification test cases.
Nice to haves:
- Experience designing and testing high-reliability, safety-critical, and fault-tolerant systems.

The Role
We're looking for a Business Development Manager to lead go-to-market for AI Mosaic, one of our exclusive pioneering technologies, launching soon.

This is not a passive role. It's hands-on, outward-facing, and revenue-driven. You own the pipeline end to end: from first outreach to closed deal.
What You Will Do
Own go-to-market and new revenue for AI Mosaic as it moves from launch into growth.
Identify, qualify, and close new business across studios, platforms, content networks, and technology buyers, with a focus on Japan.
Own the full sales cycle: outbound, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close.
Build and manage a healthy pipeline with clear stages, forecasts, and accountable ownership.
Represent AI Mosaic at industry events, conferences, and client-facing meetings.
Translate a complex technical product into clear, commercial value for each buyer.
Create and deliver pitch decks, commercial proposals, and business cases tailored to different audiences.
Work with leadership to define target segments, pricing angles, and go-to-market priorities.
Coordinate internally with product, engineering, and legal to scope, structure, and land deals.
Contribute best practices, market signals, and key findings to the company's knowledge base.
What We Are Looking For
Native or fluent Japanese, with confidence in negotiations and senior-level business conversations in the Japanese market.
Proven experience working with the Japanese market, with an existing understanding of how business gets done and deals get closed there.
Solid B2B experience in business development or sales within tech, media, or platform-driven businesses, with a track record of closing deals.
Ability to represent a complex technical product and translate it into clear buyer value.
Proactive in sourcing new opportunities, clients, and markets, without waiting for inbound.
Comfortable attending industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Strong sense of ownership over pipeline, follow-ups, and revenue outcomes.
Bonus Points
Working English for internal collaboration with a global team.
Experience in streaming platforms, tech, media, or the Japanese content industry.

About the company:
KIEFER is building Greece's integrated AI ecosystem. From renewable energy infrastructure and AI systems to robotics and enterprise applications, we connect the technologies that power Europe's intelligent future. Founded in 2014, KIEFER has delivered 600MW+ of energy projects and is now developing sovereign AI infrastructure, enterprise AI products and physical AI systems for Greece and Southeast Europe.
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Sales Director to own the commercialization of KIEFER's AI, Robotics, and Operational Intelligence stack directly with major utilities, grid operators, and energy conglomerates in Greece and the broader EU market.
You will act as the bridge between KIEFER's advanced AI engineering and the operational realities of the energy sector - a highly technical, strategic sales role that requires peer-to-peer credibility with utility COOs, CTOs, and Heads of Innovation.
This is not a generalist SaaS sales role. You should be comfortable navigating long, complex procurement cycles and public tenders, translating AI and robotics capability into operational and financial ROI, and bringing market reality back to the CEO and Product team to help sharpen product-market fit.
What you will do
- Build and close a high-value pipeline of enterprise deals across the Greek and SE European energy sector (e.g., DEDDIE, IPTO, PPC, Mytilineos, HELLENiQ Energy)
- Translate KIEFER's AI, robotics, and Sovereign AI Data Center capabilities into concrete operational and financial ROI for grid operators
- Navigate complex procurement cycles, public tenders, and regulatory requirements (NIS2, EU AI Act, DORA) inherent to critical-infrastructure sales
- Partner closely with Engineering and Product Architecture to run a technical pre-sales motion, opening doors and setting the strategic frame while the team proves technical capability
- Act as the voice of the energy market back to the CEO and Product team, helping refine PMF based on real utility pain points (SCADA integration, substation inspection, edge compute)
- Own account planning and relationship management for KIEFER's most strategic energy accounts, including the existing DEDDIE/IPTO relationship
What you will need
- 10+ years selling complex, high-value technical solutions directly to utilities, grid operators, or large energy conglomerates
- Deep understanding of grid infrastructure, substation operations, EMS/ADMS, SCADA, and industrial automation protocols (e.g., IEC 61850)
- Familiarity with the regulatory landscape for European critical infrastructure (NIS2, EU AI Act, DORA, data sovereignty, on-premise/air-gapped deployment)
- Proven track record closing 6-to-7-figure enterprise deals through long, multi-stakeholder procurement cycles (technical, legal, procurement, C-suite)
- Peer-to-peer credibility with utility COOs, CTOs, and Heads of Innovation
- Based in Athens, with willingness to travel regularly across SE Europe
Nice to have
- Existing relationships with DEDDIE/HEDNO, IPTO, PPC, Mytilineos, HELLENiQ Energy, or comparable SE European utilities/energy conglomerates
- Experience navigating EU AI Act or DORA compliance in a commercial context
- Background bridging Energy EPC and technology/AI commercialization
- Experience selling robotics or industrial automation (e.g., inspection, edge compute) alongside software
- Prior exposure to sovereign, on-premise, or air-gapped AI infrastructure deployments
What is there for you
- Impact - sell the core intelligence layer that will define how national critical infrastructure operates for the next decade
- Access - report directly to the CEO and work alongside top-tier strategic advisors
- Unfair advantage - sovereign GPU infrastructure and strategic partnerships with NVIDIA, and Unitree
- Ownership - build and scale the sales motion for KIEFER's energy vertical across SE Europe
- Category - be at the forefront of Europe's shift toward Autonomous Operations and sovereign AI infrastructure
- Culture - direct CEO access, high autonomy, low bureaucracy

Location: Espoo
Workplace: Hybrid
Role highlights:
- Senior Satellite Industrialization Engineer
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Industrialization Systems / Global Manufacturing Organization (GMO)
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Office / Hybrid
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
Why this role matters:
As a Senior Satellite Industrialization Engineer, you'll do the hands-on technical work that moves satellite designs toward industrial maturity (MRL 8-9). You'll contribute to the DFM/DFX design standard, act as a technical reviewer at design-review gates, and help define the production line, automation, and facility requirements behind them. Your depth in RF, optical, or broader satellite systems keeps that work grounded in what a real satellite design actually requires.
Who We Are
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Contribute to the DFM/DFX standard: help develop and maintain design rules, tolerancing guidance, and material/process selection criteria.
- Support the design-review gates your team is involved in: help define gate criteria and participate as a technical reviewer.
- Support the definition of industrialization requirements beyond the design standard: production line design requirements, automation requirements, and facility requirements for satellite and subsystem manufacturing.
- Work with Engineering, AIT, and Production teams to gather the input needed to define these requirements against real design and production constraints.
- Support coordination with ICEYE's Global Manufacturing Infrastructure team on the detail needed to implement line, automation, and facility requirements at each site.
- Build and maintain manufacturability and industrialization tooling: checklists, scorecards, and templates that design and production teams actually use.
- Help track the target metrics that satellite and subsystem designs are measured against as they move through MRL stages.
- Support the interface with the Manufacturing Engineering function, helping capture field and design friction and translate it into standard updates.
What we’re looking for
Must haves:
- Hands-on design or systems engineering background in satellite hardware, with depth in RF, optical, or broader satellite subsystems.
- Solid understanding of how design decisions affect manufacturability, tolerancing, integration, and test outcomes.
- Comfortable doing the technical work of building and maintaining standards, gate criteria, and tooling, under the direction of the function's lead.
- Experience working alongside Engineering, AIT, or Production teams to gather technical input.
- Strong communication skills, able to translate technical design detail into clear standard and tooling content.
Nice to haves:
- Prior exposure to DFM/DFX practices, design-review gates, or producibility standards in aerospace or comparable hardware environments.
- Experience contributing to production line, automation, or facility requirements for hardware manufacturing.
- Familiarity with cleanroom environments and EGSE/MGSE.
- Experience in a multi-site or scale-up manufacturing environment.
Application Process
- Talent Acquisition Interview

What you'll bring
Experience engaging with customers in technical pre-sales, consulting, or similar roles, guiding them through solution design and evaluation.
Proficiency with the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including modern DevSecOps practices, continuous integration and continuous deployment workflows, and the application of Generative and Agentic AI within software delivery.
Hands-on experience with GitLab or comparable source control, continuous integration and continuous deployment, and collaboration platforms, and the ability to map platform capabilities to customer use cases.
Practical knowledge of cloud computing concepts and related technologies, with the ability to discuss deployment, security, and operations options with technical teams.
Ability to lead technical evaluations such as proofs of concept or proofs of value, contribute to tenders or audits, and design and run workshops or value stream assessments.
Clear technical communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messages for practitioners through to senior business and technical decision makers.
Fluent Mandarin language skills are required for this role, with the ability to engage stakeholders from C-level executives through to end-user buyers confidently. This role covers markets where Mandarin is essential to effective customer engagement, primarily Singapore and Taiwan.
Skill in building trusted relationships, listening with empathy, and acting as a customer advocate to internal teams such as Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.

Salmon is a technology-driven financial company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines.
7M+ app downloads. 2M+ monthly active users. 7,000+ partner stores. US$310M+ raised from top-tier investors.
Here, you get real ownership from day one, high standards, and direct communication. You'll work alongside a team that combines deep local knowledge and experience scaling regulated financial companies from scratch.
If you want to solve complex problems at scale and directly impact how millions of people access and manage money, come build with us.
Southeast Asia's fintech moment starts here.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll build and own Salmon's Frontline Employees Database — the internal system that runs HR and operational processes for around 4,000 frontline employees.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Start with Frontline DB, which brings together employee and candidate profiles, access and account data, time-off information, shift planning, and selected operational results — with a backlog of initiatives across development, integrations, data mapping, documentation, and process improvement.
- Own solutions end to end: dig into the business need, clarify requirements with stakeholders, propose a practical approach, and turn it into a working MVP.
- Work directly with HR, Operations, People Partners, and Support, and over time extend scope into integrations with HiBob, Ashby, and other internal systems.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Design, build, and maintain automation and integration workflows in n8n.
- Develop and improve PostgreSQL data structures for custom internal solutions.
- Build internal applications, forms, and user interfaces in Retool.
- Integrate HR and enterprise systems through REST APIs, webhooks, and other integration methods, with custom logic in Python and/or JavaScript.
- Test, troubleshoot, document, and maintain what you build — and handle internal support requests for existing tools and workflows (about 20% of the role).
- Grow MVP solutions into reliable internal products as processes and needs evolve.
WHAT MAKES YOU A STRONG FIT
- Hands-on experience with n8n, Make, or another low-code automation platform.
- Confident SQL skills and experience with relational databases — you can query, validate, and interpret data independently.
- Experience with Retool or another platform for building internal applications and forms.
- Working knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript for scripting and automation.
- Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and common integration patterns, plus a basic grasp of testing, debugging, and error handling.
- A proactive working style — you read incomplete requirements, make reasonable technical decisions independently, and know when to escalate — with good English for working with international stakeholders.
WHAT WE OFFER
Build what's next in Southeast Asian fintech.
OWNERSHIP AND FLEXIBILITY
- Stock option plan — four-year vesting with a 25% cliff after the first year
- Hybrid-first, with fully remote work available for eligible roles and core collaboration hours from 12:00 to 19:00 Manila time (UTC+8)
- Company-provided tools and equipment
- Office in Bonifacio Global City, Manila — a modern, walkable district at the centre of the Philippines' growing tech scene
HEALTH AND TIME OFF
- Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits
- Access to an internal mental health support specialist
- 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days
- 105 days of paid maternity and paternity leave for employees relocating to Manila
RELOCATION AND FAMILY SUPPORT
- Relocation support for you, your family — including flights, two weeks of accommodation, visas, paperwork, and logistics
- Reimbursement of eligible pet relocation expenses
- USD 2,500 per year for flights home
- Baby and family stipends for employees relocating to Manila: USD 1,000 per month for each child under two and USD 500 per month for each child aged two to 18

Intetics Inc.
, a global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Go Application Architect
to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis.
What You will do:
- Translate ambiguous business requirements into a clear, well-structured technical architecture;
- Design distributed and microservice-based systems that are scalable, fault-tolerant, and maintainable;
- Make and justify architectural trade-offs (performance vs. complexity, consistency vs. availability, build vs. buy);
- Design robust API contracts (REST/gRPC) with versioning and backward compatibility in mind;
- Architect data storage strategies across relational and non-relational databases, including schema design and query optimization;
- Design event-driven and asynchronous flows using message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS);
- Anticipate scalability and reliability risks before they become production incidents, and design systems that account for load, failure modes, and observability from the start;
- Produce clear architecture documentation (ADRs, technical specs, diagrams) that both engineers and business stakeholders can follow;
- Guide and mentor development teams on best practices, code quality, and Go idioms without formally managing them;
- Communicate technical decisions and trade-offs effectively to Product Owners, Solution Architects, and other non-technical stakeholders;
- Evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks and assess their fit for the team's technical roadmap;
- Balance hands-on coding with architectural oversight — staying technically credible while enabling other engineers to execute.
Requirements
- 7+ years of overall software development experience;
- 4-5+ years of hands-on, production-level experience with Go, including deep understanding of goroutines, channels, context, memory model, and concurrency patterns;
- Higher education in Computer Science (software development, etc.);
- Extensive experience working with AI and the process of implementing/configuring it within a team;
- Experience in fintech, banking, or other regulated/high-compliance domains;
- Proven experience designing distributed, microservice-based, and/or high-load systems;
- Strong expertise in API design (REST and/or gRPC), including versioning and backward compatibility;
- Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) — schema design, query optimization, transactions;
- Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS) and event-driven architecture;
- Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes);
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices;
- Golang (design of scalable, distributed backend systems);
- Concurrency patterns in Go (goroutines, channels, sync primitives);
- System design for high performance and maintainability;
- CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g. GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.);
- Understanding of system design principles: scalability, fault tolerance, security, observability (metrics, logging, tracing);
- Strong communication skills — ability to explain architectural decisions to both technical teams and business stakeholders;
- Experience conducting architecture reviews and writing design documentation (ADRs, technical specs);
- Readiness to work from 9 till 18 CEST;
- Readiness to practical task (live coding in Go) during the interview with the client.
Would be a plus:
- Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, ClickHouse) or caching layers (Redis);
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and cloud-native architecture patterns;
- Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) or Event-Driven Architecture;
- Prior experience in a formal Architect, Staff Engineer, or Principal Engineer role;
- Familiarity with additional languages (Java, Python, C++) for cross-team collaboration;
- Experience integrating AI/LLM components into production systems;
- Contributions to open-source Go projects or internal frameworks/libraries;
- Experience with SRE practices (SLI/SLO, error budgets, incident response);
- Relevant certifications (AWS/GCP/Azure architecture certifications).
