In 2026, we launched Computer, the defining product for the new era of agentic AI. Millions of people now use Perplexity to transform knowledge into action, and every action an agent takes is metered, budgeted, and settled through the billing platform this role owns.
As a monetization engineer at Perplexity, you'll own the abstractions that let product teams ship new SKUs, run pricing experiments, and convert users into paying customers, without needing to understand billing internals. The usage-based billing system this team owns is foundational to Perplexity Computer and our agentic products: metering every agent action in real time, enforcing credit budgets, and settling costs across entirely new interaction models. You'll work across subscriptions, usage-based billing, and enterprise contracts to ensure every revenue path is reliable, observable, and easy to extend.
Tech Stack: Python | Go | Stripe | PostgreSQL | AWS | Docker
WHY PERPLEXITY IS DIFFERENT
- Craftsmanship. We build high quality, tasteful products targeting both the AI native and AI curious.
- Ownership. You identify the problem, design the solution and ship it.
- Entrepreneurship. We think like founders, act with urgency, and hustle to deliver for each other and our users.
- Scholarship. Work among highly talented peers, pursuing knowledge and truth, upleveling ourselves, our teams, and our products.
- Partnership. We amplify each others' strengths, break down silos, and give selflessly to help our colleagues deliver excellence.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design, build, and own the billing platform and monetization systems that power Computer and every paid experience across Perplexity.
- Lead features end-to-end, from problem definition through technical design, implementation, and launch, including the billing API abstractions that let product teams ship new SKUs, pricing models, and monetization experiments with minimal friction.
- Build and operate the subscription, invoicing, and usage-based billing systems that serve millions of users across consumer and enterprise plans.
- Hill-climb on reliability: tiered SLOs organized by customer impact, proactive monitoring, and alerting to catch revenue-affecting issues before customers do.
- Partner closely with Finance, Data Science, Growth, Security, Support, and go-to-market teams to keep billing data accurate, auditable, and compliant, and to expand payment method coverage and optimize authorization rates globally.
- Build internal tooling that empowers Support and Finance to diagnose and resolve billing issues quickly.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Direct experience building or scaling billing, payments, subscription, or monetization systems.
- Deep familiarity with payment processors (Stripe, Square, etc.), including subscriptions, invoicing, disputes, refunds, and webhooks.
- Demonstrated experience and appetite for building in-house billing solutions that rival leading best-in-class buy options.
- Strong backend engineering skills in Python with the ability to reason about complex distributed systems.
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and making data-informed decisions to prioritize work.
- Strong product judgment, you translate user and stakeholder problems into simple, effective technical solutions.
- Self-motivated with strong ownership instincts, you ship major features ahead of schedule and drive improvements without asking for permission.
- Track record of cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Support, or Growth stakeholders.
- Genuine interest and adoption of AI products and willingness to learn quickly.
NICE TO HAVE
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with the Stripe APIs and SDKs.
- Experience with usage-based or metered billing models, especially metering agent actions, tokens, or other non-traditional units.
- Experience with Apple and Google Play in-app purchase billing.
- Familiarity with growth experimentation and PLG/self-serve SaaS monetization.
- Experience building platform constructs that support pricing experiments and A/B testing.
- Full-stack experience (our frontend is Next.js/React/TypeScript).
- Experience in a regulatory or compliance-heavy billing environment.
- Time spent at a fast-growing startup or on a high-ownership engineering team.

About the Role
The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is a deeply technical post-sales role focused on driving successful adoption of Azul Prime within a portfolio of strategic customers. Unlike a traditional TAM role, this position is hands-on and technical first. You will spend the majority of your time engaged with customer engineering teams on JVM performance tuning, troubleshooting, reliability engineering, and architectural guidance. Strong relationship skills matter, but it is technical credibility with developers, SREs, and architects that makes this role successful.
You will be trusted by Azul’s most important accounts to ensure that their mission-critical Java applications run on Prime with the best possible performance, stability, and cost efficiency. And you will serve as the bridge between customers and Azul’s engineering organization, feeding real-world insights back into the product.
What Makes This Role Different
Technical depth first. Expect to spend significant time reading thread dumps, GC logs, and flight recordings — not building slide decks.
Direct partnership with Azul engineering. You will work side-by-side with our runtime, GC, JIT compiler, and tooling teams on complex customer issues.
Ownership of technical outcomes. You own production adoption of Azul Prime within your accounts — from candidate application selection through successful rollout and ongoing optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Ownership
Own a portfolio of named strategic customers, with flexibility to engage additional high-value Azul Prime customers as opportunities arise.
Build and maintain deep, long-term relationships with technical stakeholders — SREs, Java developers, platform engineers, and architects.
Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Support on joint account planning, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
Technical Leadership
Serve as the primary technical advisor for Azul Prime across your accounts.
Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance tuning engagements for JVM-based applications running at enterprise scale.
Provide architectural guidance on reliability, scalability, latency, throughput, and cloud cost optimization.
Work with customers to identify and qualify candidate applications for Azul Prime, then partner with them through successful production deployment.
Product & Engineering Partnership
Collaborate with Azul’s runtime, compiler, GC, and tooling engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Channel structured, actionable customer feedback into Azul’s product and engineering organizations to help shape the roadmap.
Act as a senior point of technical escalation for high-severity issues within your accounts.
Enablement & Knowledge Sharing
Design and deliver customer-facing workshops, training sessions, and technical business reviews.
Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, runbooks, and reusable customer-facing assets for Azul Prime.
Share knowledge internally, mentoring peers across the TAM, Sales Engineering, and Support organizations.
Keep internal systems current with account activity, engagement notes, and customer outcomes.
Required Qualifications
12+ years in senior technical roles such as software engineering, SRE, performance engineering, or cloud/platform engineering.
8+ years in customer-facing technical roles (TAM, solutions architect, consulting engineer, or SRE with direct customer engagement).
Strong working knowledge of Java programming and JVM internals — garbage collection, JIT compilation, class loading, threading, and memory model.
Demonstrated experience tuning and troubleshooting enterprise-scale Java applications in production.
Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and apply structured problem-solving techniques.
Strong Linux fundamentals, including shell scripting and performance troubleshooting on Linux systems.
Hands-on experience with distributed systems, public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, and/or Azure), and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for audiences ranging from individual engineers to senior executives.
Based in North America and able to travel occasionally to customer sites (typically 10–20%).
Preferred Qualifications
Deep specialization in JVM performance tuning, GC behavior analysis, and low-latency Java applications.
Experience with observability and monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, Dynatrace, JFR, or similar APM tools).
Familiarity with microservices architectures and modern cloud-native Java deployment patterns.
Cloud platform certification (AWS, Azure, GCP) or SRE-related certifications.
Contributions to open-source Java projects or active participation in the broader Java technical community.
Experience using Jira and Confluence to raise bugs and maintain documentation.
Prior experience with Azul Prime, OpenJDK, HotSpot, or other commercial Java runtimes.
Why Azul
At Azul, you will work alongside a team of Java experts who genuinely love the platform, on problems that matter to some of the most demanding engineering organizations in the world. Our technology powers mission-critical Java workloads at massive scale, and our customers rely on us precisely because we go deeper on Java than anyone else. If you want your technical expertise to have outsized impact — and you want to be surrounded by people who share that passion — we would love to talk!

ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Web Experience Lead to own and shape the Peec AI website as a core part of our product and growth engine. In this role, you’ll oversee the entire web experience, from structure and UX to messaging, design quality, and performance, ensuring the site clearly communicates our product and converts visitors into engaged users. You’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, Growth, and Design to continuously improve key journeys across the site, drive organic traffic through strong SEO foundations, and build a world-class web presence that reflects the quality and ambition of the Peec AI product.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the Peec website end-to-end, shaping how the world experiences Peec from first impression to product signup
- Oversee all of our web presence, orchestrating structure, UX, design quality, messaging, and performance
- Increase organic traffic growth through SEO foundations, site structure, and content architecture
- Lead continuous iteration across key journeys: homepage, product pages, pricing, blog/docs, and landing pages
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Growth, and Design to ensure the website reflects Peec’s product quality and narrative
- Manage and coordinate designers and collaborators with high taste and clear direction
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience owning and evolving a website at a high-growth B2B SaaS company with a strong design bar
- Strong product and UX sensibility - you care deeply about navigation, clarity, storytelling, and user experience
- Comfort working hands-on in modern CMS and web tooling ecosystems (Webflow, Framer, headless setups, or similar)
- Experience with CRO, experimentation, analytics, and performance marketing-driven landing page workflows
- High taste and strong judgment - you know what good looks like and enforce high quality standards
- High ownership and proactive execution - you ship, iterate, and continuously raise the bar
BONUS POINTS
- Experience at companies known for exceptional web and product craft (e.g., Framer, Raycast, Linear, Notion)
- Strong product marketing instincts, translating positioning into world-class product pages
- Experience building scalable landing page systems for growth teams
- Background working with designers and agencies while maintaining strong internal direction
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Collaborative, high-energy in-office work environment
- Opportunity to make a significant impact and define a new market category

Peec AI is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
COMPENSATION
The base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $200,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors including the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, in accordance with applicable New York law.

Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that pairs remote work with top-tier talent. We help individuals from around the world connect with great companies that are looking for their specific skill set. Our mission is to provide great jobs to talented people, no matter where they are located.
We are looking for an absolute weapon of an AI Creative Strategist and Editor. This is not a role for a traditional copywriter or a slow-moving agency editor. We need a "cracked" hybrid: someone who lives at the bleeding edge of AI generative tools, possesses the ruthless efficiency of a native direct-response video editor, and understands the deep psychology of brand world-building.
Your mandate is clear: I own the Shoot Day Scripts and the core vision. Once those are locked and the raw assets (or core ideas) are handed off, you take the wheel. You are a self-contained production pod. Half of your brain is a direct-response killer who thrives in the timeline; the other half is a visionary artist building an aesthetic universe. You take the brief and return with a massive volume of high-converting gold.
What You Will Do
The Handoff & Execution: Take locked Shoot Day Scripts, raw b-roll, and core hooks, and autonomously transform them into a fully built-out ad ecosystem. You require zero hand-holding in post-production.
Hardcore DR Editing: You are ruthless in the timeline (Premiere, CapCut, AE). You know exactly how to chop b-roll for maximum retention, sequence aggressive captions, and manipulate pacing to optimize thumb-stop ratios and click-through rates.
Rapid Hook Iteration: Take one winning concept or piece of raw footage and aggressively chop it into dozens of hook variants (A/B testing visuals, pacing, text overlays, and AI voiceovers) to crush CPA goals and combat ad fatigue.
Organic World-Building & "Art": Generate breathtaking, non-DR organic content designed purely to associate thoughts, feelings, and ideas with our brand. You use AI to create cinematic, highly aesthetic "art" that builds brand aura and commands attention without directly asking for a sale.
Mass AI Content Generation: Spin core concepts into dozens of high-fidelity ad variants using AI image, video, and voice generation to supplement and elevate practical footage.
VFX & Polish: Elevate both raw footage and AI generation with actual VFX, motion graphics, and sound design. You composite, blend, and fix artifacts so the final output looks premium, not plastic.
Requirements
DTC Native & Timeline Obsessed: You actually understand how e-commerce ads work. You don't just edit; you edit to convert. You know Eugene Schwartz/Ogilvy principles, pacing for TikTok/Reels vs. Meta, and how to build a high-converting funnel.
Top-Tier AI Proficiency: Master of tools like Midjourney, Runway Gen-2, Pika, ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, and ElevenLabs. You understand seed control, inpainting, and prompting at an advanced level.
The "Cracked" Mentality: You operate with extreme speed and autonomy. You experiment, break things, and deliver a volume of output that makes normal agencies look like they are standing still.
Dual-Threat Aesthetic Range: You possess the unique ability to pivot seamlessly. You can edit aggressive, tactical, fast-paced direct response ads one day, and switch to crafting moody, cinematic, emotionally resonant brand art the next.
VFX / Post-Production Mastery: Deep proficiency in Premiere and After Effects (Nuke is a plus). You know how to track, rotoscope, composite, and seamlessly blend AI generation with real-world b-roll.

With multiple awards to our name, Larian Studios is dedicated to creating best-in-class role-playing games. As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for a Writer to join the team and help us continue to craft the high quality games our fans expect.
At Larian, a Writer is not just a dialogue writer, but a storyteller, a scene designer, a collaborator, and at heart - a player. They work closely with other creatives to deliver the breadth and richness of agency that we want to experience in games, and to give players the choices that make them ask “Are they really going to allow me to do that?!” Only to discover that not only did we allow it, we built a whole alternative story path out of it.
Responsibilities
Write and test complex branching dialogues that have player agency throughout and fulfill the narrative requirements set by Design, Writing, and Narrative Leads and Directors
Create memorable and unique characters that are emotionally engaging to interact with, and fit the tone of the project - characters players want to spend time with, not just because a quest needs them to
Deliver shippable dialogue that meets the standard set by the Writing Director and Creative Director with minimal rounds of feedback and minimal intervention
Collaborate with other teams on the design and execution of situations with a focus on advocating for storytelling and character
Maintain, troubleshoot, and track dialogues as they move through the pipeline, communicating regularly with other teams to find solutions for dialogue issues and content needs as and when they arise
Write texts for in-game non-dialogue elements, including tooltips, item descriptions, journal entries, UI elements, and other ancillary texts
Liaise with other teams to answer questions regarding dialogue and story elements
Any additional creative tasks required to support the storytelling of the project deemed appropriate by your Lead, the Writing Director, or the Creative Director

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role:
Anthropic sits at the frontier of AI development, which makes us one of the most interesting targets in the world for nation-state and advanced criminal actors. The Threat Intelligence function within our Detection & Response team exists to make sure we see them coming. As a Threat Intelligence Engineer, you'll be a hands-on practitioner responsible for producing the actionable intelligence that drives our detections, hunts, and defensive priorities. You'll track the adversaries most likely to target a frontier AI lab, build the tooling and pipelines that turn raw indicators into operational defenses, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with detection engineers and incident responders to make sure intelligence actually changes outcomes. This is a builder's role on a small, high-leverage team — you'll have broad latitude to shape how threat intelligence is collected, analyzed, and operationalized at Anthropic.
Responsibilities:
Research, track, and report on threat actors and campaigns targeting AI labs, cloud infrastructure, and the broader technology sector — producing timely, actionable intelligence for Security Engineering stakeholders
Build and maintain tooling and automated pipelines to collect, enrich, correlate, and operationalize indicators of compromise into our detection and alerting stack
Develop and execute intelligence-driven threat hunts across endpoint, cloud, identity, and SaaS telemetry, and turn findings into durable detections
Perform technical analysis of malware, phishing infrastructure, and attacker tooling to extract indicators, TTPs, and attribution signals
Partner with Detection Engineering and Incident Response to translate intelligence into detection rules, hunting hypotheses, and incident context in near-real-time
Curate and triage inbound intelligence from commercial feeds, open source, government, and trusted peer relationships — prioritizing what matters for Anthropic's threat model
Contribute to threat models and risk assessments that inform security architecture and defensive investment across the enterprise
Build and maintain external intelligence-sharing relationships with peer companies, ISACs, and government partners
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 5+ years of hands-on experience in cyber threat intelligence, threat hunting, or intrusion analysis at an organization facing sophisticated adversaries
Have deep, demonstrable knowledge of specific nation-state or advanced criminal threat actors — their tooling, infrastructure patterns, tradecraft, and targeting
Are a strong engineer: you write production-quality Python (or similar), have built automation and data pipelines, and don't need to hand requirements to someone else to get tooling built
Are comfortable performing malware analysis, infrastructure analysis (passive DNS, certificate pivoting, netflow), and log analysis to develop and validate your own findings
Have experience authoring detection logic (YARA, Sigma, Snort/Suricata, or SIEM-native queries) and understand what makes a detection durable vs. brittle
Can write clearly and concisely — your intelligence products are read and acted on, not filed away
Have an existing network in the threat intelligence community and a track record of productive bidirectional sharing
Strong candidates may have:
Experience defending cloud-native and research-heavy environments (AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, ML infrastructure, developer tooling and supply chain)
Prior work operating in a threat intelligence role tracking sophisticated or state-sponsored adversaries, where your analysis directly informed detection, threat hunting, and incident response
Experience applying LLMs or other AI tooling to accelerate intelligence collection, enrichment, and analysis
Public research, conference talks, or open-source tooling contributions in the CTI space
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000
—
$405,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Forward Deployed Infrastructure Engineer at Sierra, and a founding member of this function, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of customer deployments, while helping define how Sierra’s AI platform is deployed and operated across enterprise environments. You'll work directly with enterprise customers to architect, deploy, upgrade, and manage Sierra's AI platform infrastructure — ensuring every deployment meets their security, compliance, and operational requirements. In addition, you’ll establish the standards, tooling, and processes that make deployments scalable and repeatable, and partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success. This role will define how Sierra scales some of its most complex customer engagements.
- Own deployment architecture conversations and execution — designing and implementing deployment strategies across customer environments, including VPC configuration, permissioning, networking, and infrastructure provisioning.
- Manage the full infrastructure lifecycle for some of Sierra’s most critical customers: initial deployment, ongoing upgrades, scaling, and incident support.
- Develop and maintain deployment runbooks, upgrade procedures, and automation tooling to make operations repeatable and reliable.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure Sierra's platform is deployable and operable across diverse customer requirements.
- Work with customers' platform engineering, security, and DevOps teams to navigate their infrastructure constraints and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to scope infrastructure requirements during pre-sales and onboarding, translating customer needs into concrete deployment plans.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 4+ years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, platform engineering, or solutions architecture roles — with significant time spent on customer-facing deployment work.
- Deep experience with AWS services, Terraform, container orchestration, and cloud networking (VPCs, IAM, DNS, load balancing).
- Track record of managing deployments in customer-owned cloud environments, including navigating security reviews, compliance requirements, and change management processes.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity with enterprise stakeholders — from platform engineers to CISOs — and turn infrastructure conversations into actionable deployment plans.
- Strong operational instincts: you think about upgrades, rollbacks, monitoring, and failure modes from the start, not as an afterthought.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and collaborating across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
EVEN BETTER…
- Hands-on experience with Go services, GraphQL APIs, or LLM infrastructure in production environments.
- Past experience at an early-stage company where you built deployment operations, playbooks, and tooling.
- Familiarity with observability and incident management in distributed systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or similar).
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline design, deployment automation, or infrastructure self-service tooling for enterprise customers.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
- Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized
- Discretionary benefit stipend giving people the ability to spend where it matters most
- Free alphorn lessons
These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.
