ABOUT VOODOO
Founded in 2013, Voodoo is a tech company that creates mobile games and apps with a mission to entertain the world. Gathering 1,000 employees, 7 billion downloads, $1b+ revenues and over 200 million active users, Voodoo is the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in terms of downloads after Google and Meta. Our portfolio includes chart-topping games like Mob Control and Block Jam, alongside popular apps such as BeReal and Wizz.
ROLE
SILs are Voodoo's internal consulting team, reporting to the Chief of Staff. You are dropped into the company's most important operational problems with a simple mandate: fix them. You work hands-on with leaders across gaming, apps, growth, and central functions — with the access of an insider and the toolkit of a top consultant.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Improve internal processes — diagnose broken or slow processes, redesign them, and implement the fix (not just recommend it).
- Help leaders improve their operations — embed with studio, publishing, or functional leaders to raise the performance of their teams: KPIs, organization, tooling, ways of working.
- Run tactical projects — scoped 4–12 week projects: market analysis, cost reviews, post-mortems, integration work, tooling rollouts.
- Fix internal issues of many types — ambiguous, cross-team problems nobody owns; you own them until they're solved.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–6 years at a top strategy consulting firm (MBB, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Kearney, Advancy, EY-Parthenon), in M&A/transaction services, or in a high-performing BizOps/strategy team of a scale-up.
- Structured problem-solver with strong analytics (advanced Excel/Sheets; SQL a strong plus).
- Doer mentality: implements solutions, works autonomously, handles several workstreams.
- Strong interpersonal skills — able to win the trust of leaders quickly without formal authority.
- Top academic background (business or engineering).
- Fluent English (French is a plus).
- Passion for games/consumer apps a plus.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Consultant-style variety with operator-style impact — and no travel or sales.
- Direct exposure to Voodoo's leadership; fast track to operational leadership roles internally.
- Competitive package.
BENEFITS
- Swile Lunch voucher
- Gymlib (100% borne by Voodoo)
- Premium healthcare coverage SideCare, for your family 100% borne by Voodoo
- Wellness activities in our Paris office

Our portfolio includes chart-topping games like Mob Control and Block Jam, alongside popular apps such as BeReal and Wizz.
ROLE
You will work directly with Voodoo's CEO as a force multiplier on the company's highest-stakes topics. This is an operating role, not a support role: you own outcomes on strategic projects, incubate new ventures, keep the company's operating rhythm sharp, and lead a small team of Special Project Managers who act as Voodoo's internal consulting force.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Run strategic projects with the CEO — frame the problem, drive the analysis, align leaders, and push to execution on topics spanning M&A, market expansion, monetization, and organization.
- Explore and launch new ventures — assess opportunities beyond the current portfolio, build the business case, assemble a founding team, and get v1 to market.
- Manage company routines — own the operating cadence: leadership meetings, business reviews, OKR/goal cycles, board preparation; make sure decisions get made and followed through.
- Drive the SPM team — recruit, staff, and coach a team of internal consultants deployed on the company's most pressing operational problems; own prioritization of their portfolio.
- Be the CEO's proxy — represent him in meetings, unblock cross-functional issues, and surface what he needs to know before it becomes urgent.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 6–10 years of experience combining top-tier strategy consulting (Engagement Manager / Project Leader level at MBB), or M&A/PE, and operating experience in a hypergrowth tech company (BizOps, strategy, GM, or founder).
- Track record of leading cross-functional projects at C-level with measurable business impact.
- Entrepreneurial: has built something from scratch (venture, business line, market launch).
- Strong analytical and financial fluency — comfortable with a P&L, unit economics, and data.
- Exceptional communication: crisp, top-down, comfortable challenging senior leaders.
- Low ego, absolute discretion, and stamina for a fast pace; obsessive about follow-through.
- Top-tier academic background
- Fluent English (French is a plus); Gaming/consumer-app affinity a plus.
WHAT WE OFFER

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The Role
Nebius is hiring a Senior Director of GSI and Regional SI Partnerships to build and scale our global systems integrator program from the ground up. This is an infrastructure-first alliances role: we are looking for a leader who deeply understands AI cloud, inference, and high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure, and who has a proven track record of turning that infrastructure into services-led, repeatable solutions that partners sell and deliver to enterprise clients worldwide.
The strategy is deliberately two-fold. On one side are the marquee, long-tail global systems integrators — the strategic, higher-effort relationships that compound into durable, large-scale revenue over time. On the other are the fast-moving, AI-native systems integrators and emerging AI consultancies — the short-tail, quicker-to-win partners who can source and land opportunities far faster than the traditional GSIs. We need a leader who can build and balance both motions, and who already has the relationships and instincts to activate the AI-native ecosystem quickly.
You will own the strategy, architecture, and execution of Nebius's GSI motion globally, while building the regional structure to activate partners across AMER, EMEA, and APJ. You will combine partner strategy, solution and offering development, and hands-on execution, working shoulder-to-shoulder with sales, solution engineering, product, and marketing. This is a builder's role for someone who has operated in fast-moving, high-growth environments and can create frameworks, offerings, and playbooks where none exist. Travel is expected for executive meetings, QBRs, and key industry or partner events.
What You'll Do
Build the global GSI program and team.
Design and own the end-to-end partner framework — segmentation, prioritization, tiering, and engagement model — spanning both marquee global systems integrators and AI-native SIs and stand up the regional operating model to execute it consistently across priority markets.
Activate the AI-native SI ecosystem for speed.
Identify, recruit, and mobilize fast-moving, AI-native systems integrators and emerging AI consultancies as a short-tail motion that sources and lands opportunities quickly — a deliberate complement to the longer-cycle strategic GSIs.
Fit Nebius into partner services — and build new ones.
Map how the Nebius platform plugs into each partner's existing service portfolio, and co-build the reference architectures, accelerators, and repeatable offerings that turn it into revenue they can package, sell, and deliver at scale.
Develop senior and field relationships.
Build durable relationships across GSI sales, cloud/infrastructure, HPC, AI/ML, and industry practices — from practice leads and architects to executive sponsors.
Define commercial models.
Establish sell-with, resale, co-sell, and managed-service models with the governance, economics, and incentives that make each partnership commercially successful for both sides.
Drive joint pipeline and revenue.
Map target accounts, run co-sell motions, and secure Nebius inclusion in GSI pursuits to generate material, repeatable, GSI-influenced revenue and consumption.
Enable partner technical and sales teams.
Build the enablement, certification, and deployment blueprints that make GSI teams self-sufficient on the Nebius platform.
Launch joint go-to-market.
Partner with marketing on campaigns, events, and thought leadership focused on AI infrastructure and AI cloud.
Own the numbers.
Track and report GSI-influenced pipeline, revenue, and consumption, holding internal and partner stakeholders accountable to shared goals.
What You Bring
AI-, infrastructure-, and technology-savvy.
Deep, credible fluency across AI cloud and GPU infrastructure, IaaS/PaaS, Kubernetes, and modern AI/ML workloads — enough to earn the trust of partner architects and practice leads, see how Nebius fits into a partner's existing services, and help them build new services around it.
A track record building services and solutions with SIs.
You've built offerings, practices, and reference solutions around an infrastructure or platform product with systems integrators — not just managed a relationship, but created what partners take to market.
A dual network across GSIs and AI-native SIs.
You bring existing relationships with both the large strategic GSIs and the emerging, AI-native systems integrators and AI consultancies, and you understand how to work each — landing quick wins through the AI-native ecosystem while building the longer-term strategic partnerships in parallel.
Global programs and regional build.
Experience running global GSI or alliance programs and standing up the regional structures to execute across multiple geographies, accounting for local partner dynamics, delivery models, and incentives.
A builder's mindset.

What you’ll do
- Generate pipeline through high-volume, multichannel outbound: cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Research and map target accounts with multiple stakeholders, then build tailored outreach to senior leaders up to the C-suite
- Qualify prospects and book high-value meetings that convert into real opportunities for your Sales Executive partners
- Clearly articulate how Oyster’s global employment platform solves the problems your buyers face
- Run your book like a business: manage your pipeline, know your numbers, and keep finding smarter ways to work, including with AI
- Be the voice of the market, sharing buyer insight back to Sales, Marketing, and Product
What we’re looking for
- 6+ months as an SDR/BDR in B2B SaaS, with outbound prospecting as the core of your role (not primarily inbound)
- A track record of meeting or exceeding quota (meetings, SQLs, or SAOs), and you can walk us through your numbers
- Comfort with high-volume outreach across cold calling, email, and LinkedIn, and confidence on live calls with senior leaders
- Experience prospecting into accounts with multiple stakeholders, including the C-suite
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and at least one sales engagement platform or dialer (e.g. Salesloft, Outreach, Nooks)
- A genuine interest in remote work and the trends shaping the global workplace
You’ll thrive here if you are...
- Driven by a clear “why”: You’re motivated by more than money, whether it’s purpose, product, or your own growth, and it shows in how you show up every day.
- An owner: You take initiative, own your pipeline and your results, learn from mistakes, and find solutions instead of waiting for them.
- Always improving: You actively ask for feedback and put it into practice quickly. Here, that pays off: our Enablement team and BD leaders invest real time in coaching you.
- Resilient and persistent: You push through rejection, adapt your approach when something isn’t working, and keep the pipeline moving, and you’ll be surrounded by a team that does the same.
- A curious researcher: You dig into accounts, connect information from different sources, and use it to make your outreach sharper and more relevant.
- A team player with high standards: You lift your teammates up, celebrate team wins, and still hold yourself to a high bar on accuracy, organization, and results.
If you’re ambitious, curious, and ready to take the next step in your sales career in a global, high-performing team, we’d love to hear from you.

Location: USA - Austin (dbt)
From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
Customer Solutions Architect
About the role
The Customer Solutions Architect (CSA) is the primary post-sales technical owner for our existing customers, helping them get the most value from the combined Fivetran and dbt platform. Working alongside Account Executives (AEs) and Solutions Engineers (SEs), the CSA makes sure customers not only deploy successfully, but keep scaling and expanding their usage over time.
This role operates as a technical account manager and strategic advisor, bridging the gap between onboarding success and long-term growth. The CSA owns the technical narrative after go-live: monitoring an existing book of business, leading technical discussions, uncovering new data challenges, and guiding customers through architecture evolution, adoption, and expansion through live demos and technical workshops.
Unlike implementation-focused roles, the CSA is accountable for both retention and growth, and is measured on incremental ARR, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR). You will act as a trusted advisor, advocate, and accelerator, ensuring customers derive maximum value from their data investments while aligning their technical roadmap with the platform's capabilities.
Location:
Austin, TX (hybrid). This is a full-time position, and candidates must be located in Austin and able to work in the office two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday).
What you'll do
Customer Adoption and Value Realization
Own post-sales technical engagement across a portfolio of assigned Commercial and Enterprise accounts
Drive adoption, optimization, and ongoing usage of the platform, moving customers from initial deployment to sustained, scalable success
Educate customers on new products and features as they launch, and on existing capabilities they may not be using
Deliver enablement sessions, workshops, and best-practice guidance
Monitor account health signals (usage, performance, support trends) and proactively intervene to address churn or contraction risks, including running implementation reviews and healthcheck sessions
Expansion and Growth
Identify, validate, and execute expansion opportunities across business units, regions, and use cases, including opportunities to bring both Fivetran and dbt into an account
Translate customer initiatives into scalable data workloads and technical solutions
Partner with AEs to drive incremental ARR through structured expansion plays and a managed expansion pipeline
Lead technical validation of new workloads, including workshops and, where necessary, proofs of concept (POCs)
Replicate successful use cases across the organization to accelerate growth
Provide strategic input on the customer lifecycle and renewals process
Technical Strategy and Architecture
Define and maintain Enterprise Reference Architectures aligned to customer environments, ensuring architectural consistency and scalability across implementations
Guide customers on best practices for data pipelines, transformation, automation, and platform adoption
Maintain technical artifacts such as architecture documentation, design patterns, and knowledge bases
Stakeholder Engagement and Account Planning
Build and maintain strong relationships with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders, using stakeholder maps and multi-threaded engagement strategies
Run regular technical cadence calls, business reviews, and roadmap sessions
Contribute to Mutual Account Plans and own Mutual Success Plans, mapping whitespace opportunities across business units, subsidiaries, and use cases
Align customer technical strategy with business objectives and commercial plans
Internal and Partner Collaboration
Act as the technical orchestrator across Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Engineering, keeping delivery teams aligned with long-term expansion strategy
Advocate for customer needs internally, influencing the product roadmap and priorities
Collaborate with technology partners (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, GCP) to drive joint value
Help improve team processes, refine assets, and enable teammates through our knowledge-sharing loop
Thought Leadership
Contribute to and deliver external-facing content through live events, speaking engagements, blog posts, recorded tutorials, or other educational resources
Work closely with Regional and Product Marketing teams to support field and industry events
Support senior leadership in aligning field and industry requirements with the product roadmap, collaborating with Product and Product Marketing under their guidance.
What you bring
2+ years of experience in a post-sales, customer-facing technical role, such as Solution Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Success Engineer
Strong ability to own and drive customer outcomes after the sale, including adoption, renewal, and expansion
Solid technical background, with experience designing scalable data architectures, a firm understanding of modern data warehousing and the analytics stack, and SQL proficiency
Ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions and measurable outcomes
Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences, and a high degree of comfort presenting to diverse audiences
A proactive, self-sufficient, and highly organized approach to managing multiple accounts
Comfort operating strategically while also engaging in deep technical discussions
Ability to operate in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and think on your feet in customer conversations
A team-player mindset, both within the CSA team as we evolve our ways of working and in daily collaboration with AEs and SEs
Openness to travel: we value in-person relationship building, both internally and externally, and expect willingness to travel to events as needed
What Will Make You Stand Out
Hands-on experience with dbt; dbt certification is a bonus
SQL knowledge, with a working understanding of AI architecture, including LLMs, Knowledge Graphs, and RAG
Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, GCP)
Background in data integration, ETL/ELT, or replication technologies, plus experience with ancillary tools, APIs, and managing data infrastructure
Experience with workload-based or consumption-based sales models
Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and design patterns
Experience working with system integrators or technology partners
Technologies You’ll Use
Databases: SAP HANA, Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres
Data platforms: Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift
Products: Fivetran, dbt platform
Languages: SQL, Python, bash or PowerShell
