Follow and coach the software engineers of your squad
Start identifying our developers' key strengths and areas of improvement to help them grow
Solve proactively challenges the developers are facing
Lead Performance Reviews and Career Path assessments calibration
Work with the CPTO and the Engineering Director on maintaining your squad’s engagement
Within 6 months you will:
Share your best practices within the team
Create your own courses on the 360Learning platform
Suggest and implement process improvements in the squad
Maintain a good team spirit, for instance by organizing team-building activities (sync or async)
Ensure your team is able to ship valuable features, while maintaining the timing and the quality
Work with the product manager to define the product vision and set the technical direction for that part of our platform
Join cross-team initiatives (e.g. organizing Hackathons)
Within 12 months you will:
Share process improvements with all the squads, and help them implement these changes
Push for technical innovations in the squad and outside
Identify the career next steps of your team members and define an action plan to reach them
The Skill Set:
You have either formally or informally served as a tech lead/mentor/coach for a team of software engineers working on a Saas platform for 2+ years.
