An overview of this role
As the
Manager, Professional Services Engineers
, you will manage a team that works directly with customers to deliver installation, migration, training, and advisory services across the full GitLab platform. In this role, you will be accountable for the performance, development, and day-to-day management of a team of Professional Services Engineers based across Europe, helping them deliver high-quality outcomes in a remote, asynchronous environment.
You will partner closely with Technical Architects and Professional Services management to enable consistent delivery across implementation projects, migrations, and statement of work engagements. This is a people-first role with meaningful technical depth. You will step in hands-on with your team when needed while also building the operating rhythm, team culture, and delivery approach that help the broader practice scale. You will also work closely with cross-functional partners to improve utilization, customer satisfaction, and delivery execution.
In your first year, you will help strengthen team capability, improve delivery consistency, and create the conditions for a high-performing services team across the region. This is an opportunity to manage a team doing technically complex, customer-facing work that directly helps customers realize value from GitLab.
Some examples of our projects:
Leading a team of Professional Services Engineers through end-to-end GitLab implementation and migration engagements for enterprise customers across Europe
Partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Architects to support statement of work scoping and align the right technical resources to customer needs
What you’ll do
Lead and manage a team of Professional Services Engineers, supporting their growth, performance, and day-to-day delivery across customer engagements.
Develop team members through regular 1:1s, coaching, feedback, and career conversations that help them grow their technical and consulting skills.
Own delivery outcomes across your team’s portfolio, including implementations, migrations, advisory services, and statement of work engagements.
Monitor project health, identify delivery risks early, and step in directly or escalate when needed to keep customer work on track.
Partner with Technical Architects, Engagement Managers, Sales, and Customer Success to plan, scope, resource, and support successful services engagements.
Track team utilization, customer satisfaction, and escalation trends, and use those insights to improve team performance and operational effectiveness.
Act as a senior escalation point for complex customer situations, helping guide resolution while maintaining a high bar for service quality.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Professional Services processes, tooling, knowledge sharing, and delivery standards across the broader organization.
What you’ll bring
Significant experience leading and developing high-performing technical teams in a customer-facing environment.
A strong technical foundation in software delivery, DevSecOps, platform engineering, or a related area, with the ability to engage credibly in technical discussions.
Experience managing or supporting professional services, implementation delivery, migration programs, or technical consulting engagements for enterprise customers.
Proven ability to navigate customer escalations, balance competing priorities, and drive clear outcomes in complex situations.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners such as Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Architects.
A delivery mindset focused on accountability, quality, and measurable results rather than activity alone.
Comfort working in a fully remote, asynchronous organization with strong written communication and organizational skills.
Alignment with GitLab’s values and the ability to lead with transparency, trust, and a focus on team development.
On the
Professional Services
team at GitLab, we help customers adopt the platform in ways that fit their technical goals and operating environment through technical delivery, guidance, and enablement.
As part of this organization, we focus on hands-on delivery work across customer engagements across EMEA. We work closely with a sister team of
Technical Architects
, along with cross-functional partners across the business, to support strong project execution and customer outcomes. We are building a high-quality services practice grounded in technical excellence, customer focus, and continuous improvement. This is a good fit for someone who enjoys leading experienced technical practitioners, improving how services are delivered, and helping customers succeed through meaningful, complex work.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a GTM Recruiter to join our truly global Talent team at ElevenLabs — a role that’s strategic, high-impact, and deeply collaborative. You won’t just fill roles — you’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle for our Go-to-Market (GTM) org, partnering with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations to hire exceptional talent that drives our business forward.
This isn’t a conventional recruiter role — you’ll work alongside GTM Sourcers and hiring leaders to define role strategy, design world-class candidate experiences, and deliver outstanding hires across global markets. You’ll help shape what it means to build elite GTM teams in a fast-moving AI company.
If you’re energized by ownership, creative problem-solving, and building recruiting systems that scale — and if you care deeply about quality, speed, and candidate experience — this role is for you.
WHAT YOUR DAY MIGHT LOOK LIKE
- Full-cycle recruiting for a broad range of GTM roles, from early-stage hires to strategic senior leaders in Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.
- Partnering closely with GTM leadership to refine role requirements, set hiring strategy, and identify key success signals that elevate quality of hire.
- Collaborating with GTM Sourcers to build and execute strategic sourcing plays, including market mapping, talent pools, and targeted pipelines across regions.
- Designing and managing candidate pipelines across global time zones with a focus on efficiency, transparency, and high-touch experience.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, providing market insights, role benchmarks, and data-driven recommendations.
- Representing ElevenLabs externally — every interaction with candidates is an opportunity to bring our brand and values to life.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in full-cycle GTM recruiting, ideally in high-growth technology environments (we’d love to see ~3+ years, but impact > years). Specifically we’d like to see experience recruiting for quota-carrying roles, sales background a plus.
- A track record of closing high-caliber talent in Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, or Revenue Operations.
- Comfortable managing high volume, complex roles with multiple search priorities - while maintaining high quality and urgency.
- Strong partnership skills — you influence hiring leaders with clarity, data, and operational rigor.
- Exceptional communication — you craft compelling role narratives and maintain excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Thrives in fast-paced, remote-first environments and collaborates seamlessly across teams and time zones.
- You know what great looks like, whether from building Revenue teams at standout tech companies or from your own experience carrying a number and winning in sales
Bonus:
- We’re especially excited about candidates with regional specialization or experience recruiting in one or more of these high-growth markets:
- Middle East
- Having deep networks, language capabilities, and cultural fluency in these regions is a strong plus as we continue expanding our global GTM footprint.
- Additional bonus points for:
- Data fluency — tracking and improving recruiting metrics and operating with an analytics mindset.
- A builder’s mindset — you iterate, experiment, learn patterns, and refine GTM hiring playbooks.
- Arabic language is plus

- Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to improving chat processes, communication quality, and commercial results

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

Why Join Exadel
We're an AI-first global tech company with 25+ years of engineering leadership, 2,000+ team members, and 500+ active projects powering Fortune 500 clients, including HBO, Microsoft, Google, and Starbucks.
From strategic advisory and AI solutions to digital transformation, we partner with enterprise leaders to solve complex business challenges, unlock opportunities, and build what's next.
What powers it all? Our people are ambitious, collaborative, curious, and constantly evolving.
About the Role
You will be joining the growing UK arm (London-based) of our US-based Advisory business, where you will help shape the direction of the practice and execute our ambitious plans to scale our strategy consulting capabilities.
As a Lead Strategy Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor and front door to Exadel, where you'll work directly with senior client leaders, often at the C-suite level, helping them clarify their business goals, uncover opportunities, challenge assumptions, and define the outcomes that matter most. We believe great consulting doesn't begin with a predefined problem or solution. It begins with curiosity, asking the right questions, understanding what keeps clients up at night, and looking beyond their initial requests to determine what they are ultimately trying to achieve.
You'll help clients set strategies that evaluate the right combination of people, processes, operating models, experiences, data, and technology to achieve their goals. This may involve improving business performance, developing new capabilities, addressing operational challenges, or enabling broader transformation.
And once the strategy is defined, you won't simply hand it off. You'll work alongside our broader delivery teams to help turn strategic direction into tangible outcomes, ensuring solutions work for the people and organizations they are intended to serve.
What You'll Do
Lead client engagements, shaping opportunities, Problems & Solutions
Own consulting workstreams and engagements end-to-end, accountable for quality, timelines, budgets, and client outcomes
Lead workshops, asking thoughtful, sometimes challenging questions to uncover what clients are truly trying to achieve, rather than simply accepting their initial problem statement or proposed solution
Identify underlying challenges, root causes, and opportunities that may not be immediately apparent, helping clients focus on the outcomes that will create the greatest value
Help clients define what success looks like and translate their goals into strategic priorities, actionable recommendations, and practical roadmaps
Develop Executable Strategies
Develop client strategies and own strategic roadmaps grounded in business realities and focused on measurable outcomes, including revenue growth, customer experience, operational efficiency, risk reduction, and business performance
Evaluate strategic options across people, processes, operating models, experiences, data, and technology, including AI where it can deliver meaningful value
Lead business case development, quantify opportunities, and confidently present investment recommendations to client leadership and finance teams
Work with Exadel's broader advisory, design, data, AI, and engineering teams to ensure strategies can be translated into tangible solutions
Build Client Relationships & Grow the Business
Build trusted relationships with senior client decision-makers, developing a deep understanding of their business, priorities, and evolving needs
Recognize emerging challenges and opportunities where Exadel can deliver additional value, helping shape new engagements and long-term partnerships
Support proposals, pitches, business cases, and solution development for new opportunities
Contribute to thought leadership that helps organizations navigate evolving business challenges, strategic opportunities, and the role of emerging technologies
Help Shape Our Consulting Practice
Contribute to the development and evolution of consulting frameworks, methodologies, and reusable approaches that strengthen our ability to deliver client value
Help build and scale our strategy consulting capabilities, influencing how we engage clients, shape opportunities, and deliver outcomes
Mentor and coach other consultants, strengthening their strategic thinking, problem-solving, and client leadership skills

Executive presence and stakeholder leadership:
Confidence engaging directly with senior executives, including C-suite leaders, building trust, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and influencing strategic decisions
Commercial and business acumen:
The ability to connect business goals to financial and operational outcomes, quantify opportunities, build credible business cases, and confidently discuss revenue, margin, cost, risk, and return on investment
Human-centered thinking:
Strong empathy, creativity, judgment, and an understanding of how people, organizations, and technology interact. You recognize that successful strategies must work for the people they affect
AI and technology fluency:
Curiosity about emerging technologies and hands-on experience using AI to enhance your own work. You understand where AI can create value, recognize its limitations, and are comfortable collaborating with technical teams without needing to be an engineer yourself

About the job
The Keet engine team works on the core that makes Keet tick: connecting peers, replicating data, syncing rooms, and keeping calls and file transfers fast and reliable across every kind of network. We're looking for an organized, curious
Junior Project Manager
to help keep that work moving.
You'll work closely with a globally distributed team of senior engineers, help turn priorities into clear plans, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks between releases. This is a great role for someone early in their career who wants to grow into technical project or product management in a deeply technical, open-source environment.
Responsibilities
Track engine work across sprints and releases, keeping issues, milestones, and roadmaps current
Run or support stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives across time zones (mostly async)
Coordinate between the engine team, Keet app/UI developers, and QA so dependencies are visible early
Write clear status updates, release notes, and meeting summaries
Help triage bug reports and user feedback, and route them to the right engineers
Spot risks and blockers early and help the team resolve them

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Wolt is a technology company that makes it easy to discover and get the best of your city delivered to your door. Founded in Helsinki in 2014 and now part of DoorDash, we operate in 30+ countries, connecting customers with local restaurants, grocery stores and retailers through our app and delivering it all through courier partners.
Three groups make that marketplace work: the customers who order, the courier partners who deliver, and the merchants who sell. This role sits on the merchant side. Merchant Operations owns the support experience for our restaurant, grocery and retail partners, covering everything from onboarding and menu management to the day-to-day operational issues that come up while they're trading. That support is delivered through a combination of internal Wolt Operations teams and external BPO partners.
What you’ll be doing
As part of our Merchant Operations team, the Content, Training & Quality (CTQ) Manager plays a key role in making sure that the people who support our merchant partners know exactly how to do the work, and do it consistently. This is a global role: your audience is both our external BPO agents and our internal Operations team across 30+ Wolt countries.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Content Ownership:
Build and maintain the process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge-base articles behind Merchant Operations workflows. Consolidate what exists today into one coherent, findable, and trustworthy source, and keep it current as processes change.
Training Design & Delivery:
Organise, facilitate, design and/or deliver onboarding and upskilling programmes for internal operations teams and external BPO agents — live sessions, workshops, and self-serve modules in Cornerstone. You'll apply sound instructional design: define what someone needs to be able to do, build the shortest path to getting them there, and measure whether it worked.
Stakeholder Management:
Work across operations team leaders and process owners to understand how each process actually runs, align on what "correct" looks like, and drive adoption of new or updated ways of working. You will influence without direct authority, which makes this a core part of the role rather than an add-on.
Build the Quality Framework
: Establish our quality assurance approach from the ground up, together with the Operations team — defining what gets checked, how it's scored, and how often. Then close the loop by translating what the checks surface into the next round of content and training improvements.
Continuous Improvement & Scale:
Proactively identify where unclear process, content, or training is driving errors, rework, or long handling times, and close those gaps before they become escalations – staying close enough to the work, through quality reviews, agent feedback and performance data. You’ll design CTQ for reuse and consitency across 30+ countries and multiple delivery partners rather than rebuilding market by market, while leaving room for genuine local differences.
Our humble expectations:
Experience
: 3–5 years in operations, learning & development, process enablement, or customer support — preferably in a marketplace, e-commerce, delivery, or other fast-paced operational environment. We're open on background: what matters is that you've built content and training for people doing repeatable operational work.
Content & Training:
Demonstrated experience creating operational content (SOPs, process documentation, knowledge-base articles) and designing and delivering training to distributed, multicultural teams. Formal instructional design or adult learning knowledge is a strong plus.
Analytical Mindset:
Comfort working with quality and performance data to spot where processes are breaking down and prioritise what to fix first.
Ownership:
Ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment, set your own starting point, and drive changes through to adoption without close direction. Mess doesn't paralyse you — you sequence a clean-up, make concrete decisions on the best available data, and get on with it.
Teaching Instinct:
You're a natural simplifier who'd rather write three clear pages than fifteen thorough ones, and you adapt how you teach to the audience in front of you — including stakeholders more senior than you. You build trust quickly with operational teams and can get busy people to give you what you need.
Bonus points
Experience with BPO or outsourced operations teams, or setting up a quality assurance framework from scratch.
What we offer
A blank page, not a maintenance job.
A global quality assurance framework doesn't exist yet — you'll build it from the ground up with the Operations team, and consolidate scattered documentation into something people actually trust and use.
Genuine global scope at IC level.
Your work reaches internal Operations teams and external delivery partners across 30+ countries, with exposure to the wider DoorDash network.
Measurable impact.
This isn't content that disappears into a wiki — you'll see handling times, error rates, and agent confidence move as a direct result of what you build.
Real autonomy.
You set the roadmap and decide where to start. No one looking over your shoulder.
Career growth in a fast-moving sector.
A dynamic environment at the centre of delivery and e-commerce, with room to grow as the function you're building matures.
Salary package and benefits
, plus discounts on Wolt orders.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

At Adapty, we make it easy for mobile apps to manage in-app purchases and paywalls. We power 20K+ apps, process $3B+ in subscriptions every year, and have been growing fast for the last four years. Our mission is simple: make apps rich.
We are a team of 210+ passionate, product-driven people who love solving big challenges. Backed by top investors like 500 Startups and Surface Ventures, we are building one of mobile's fastest-growing SaaS companies and aiming for number one worldwide.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
In 2025 we doubled, from 95 to 200 people. Today we hire fewer roles, but more senior ones, and every single hire moves the needle. We have built a hiring system we believe in: a clear profile for every role, structured interviews, real-life cases and culture fit assessment on every final. Now we need recruiters who make it run every day, go out and find people who raise the bar, and close them fast.
You will own a portfolio of roles across Adapty, from engineering and product to marketing and sales, working directly with hiring managers and founders.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own your vacancies end to end: from intake with the hiring manager to an accepted offer. Every search starts with a clear profile and ends with the right hire.
- Hire the best people, fast. Run a tight process and keep Time to Offer low without lowering the bar.
- Proactively bring top talent to Adapty. Map the market, run direct outreach and build pipelines instead of waiting for inbound.
- Partner with hiring managers and drive alignment. Challenge the brief when it's wrong, keep feedback loops short, and push back when the data says so.
- Run structured interviews and assess candidates against our values and the role's competencies.
- Keep ATS clean and data-driven: scorecards, rejection reasons and pipeline updates.
- Help improve how we hire: share what works, fix what doesn't, and make the process faster and better.
ABOUT YOU
- You have 3+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting, ideally at a fast-growing tech or SaaS company.
- You have closed Senior and Lead roles through direct sourcing, not only inbound or agencies.
- You think in numbers: hires, Time to Offer, funnel conversion and trial retention. You know your own and can explain what you did to move them.
- You are a strong stakeholder partner. You can run an intake, challenge a hiring manager and drive alignment.
- You move fast and own your results. When a role gets stuck, you are the first to know and you come with a plan.
- You write and speak fluent English and Russian.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience hiring for mobile, app economy, fintech or dev tools.
- Hands-on experience with Ashby or another modern ATS, and with AI tools for sourcing and screening.
- Experience hiring across Europe and other remote markets.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
- Strong product with industry-best metrics. Adapty is among the top 5% fastest-growing SaaS companies.
- Exceptional compensation directly tied to your results.
- Direct communication and ownership. No bureaucracy, no politics, just impact.
- Flexible remote work. Join us from anywhere or work onsite in our Belgrade or London offices.
- Professional support. Language learning, sports, health insurance, laptop coverage, and more.
Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
We're looking for a Product Manager to own Pricing within our Growth team across Deliveroo and Wolt! This role operates across 40+ markets in EMEA, and sits at the heart of our marketplace: Our fee strategy directly shapes consumer conversion, order frequency, PnL outcomes - and connects deeply to rider earnings and merchant economics across the Globe. You'll be responsible for building a pricing strategy and experimentation roadmap that grows revenue and profitability sustainably, without compromising the customer experience.
This is a very high-visibility role. You'll partner closely with Leadership, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to design, launch, and iterate on pricing experiments across all markets, from delivery fee and service fee algorithms to 0-1 new ventures. You'll be expected to build a strong testing culture, translate ambiguous commercial questions into a rigorous experimentation agenda, and communicate results and trade-offs clearly to senior stakeholders.
About the Team
Our ambition is simple: make our platform an affordable, daily habit for all users.
The Pricing team builds the systems and experiences that touch every single order — from delivery options to promotions, fees, and entirely new pricing models. Operating across 40+ markets, our work sits at the intersection of customer value, growth, and marketplace economics.
Small changes at this scale can change how customers perceive us, how often they order, and the economics of the entire marketplace. We bring together consumer psychology, experimentation, data science, economics, and product craft to answer one deceptively difficult question:
How do we make every order feel like great value while driving sustainable growth?
What You’ll Do
Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of global pricing products.
Identify and launch major growth opportunities across affordability, conversion, frequency, revenue, and profitability.
Drive 0 to 1 big bets through validation, launch, then scale them 100X.
Partner deeply with Data Science and ML Engineering to design pricing algorithms, experiments, and scalable platform capabilities.
Develop hypotheses, launch experiments, interpret results, and turn learnings into product strategy.
Define the metrics and decision frameworks used to evaluate customer value, growth, and marketplace economics.
Communicate strategy, results, and tradeoffs to senior leaders across DoorDash.
What We’re Looking For
You might be a great fit if you:
Have significant product management experience building complex consumer, marketplace, growth, or monetization products.
Are deeply analytical and comfortable using experimentation and data to make high-stakes product decisions.
Are comfortable working closely with Data Science and ML Engineering on algorithmic or optimization problems.
Can turn ambiguous commercial questions into clear and executable product hypotheses and roadmaps.
Can operate as a “conductor” — aligning technical, operational, and business stakeholders and stitching together strategy, execution, and influence across teams.
Why Join Us?
At Deliveroo and Wolt, you’ll do work that matters, solving real-world problems in a three-sided marketplace that’s constantly evolving.
We’re food lovers, problem solvers, community builders and more, brought together by a shared drive to make things better. Working here you can expect to:
🔧 Solve meaningful problems at real scale Work on a complex, always-on marketplace that impacts millions every day.
🌱 See your impact, fast Ship, test and improve ideas quickly in a low-hierarchy, high-ownership environment.

Product Marketing turns Chainalysis innovation into customer value. We position our intelligence as solutions customers can understand and consume through our platform, shape how we commercialize them, and give GTM the stories and strategic assets to win.
The public sector is a priority growth segment for Chainalysis, spanning law enforcement, intelligence agencies, regulators and tax authorities. As digital assets become more integrated into the financial system, these organizations need the intelligence, tools and tradecraft to advance their missions—from shaping policy and enforcing the rules to disrupting illicit networks and protecting national security. This role connects Chainalysis capabilities to those mission priorities, with a clear, compelling story for agency leaders and operational teams.
As Senior Product Marketing Manager for the Public Sector, you will own how Chainalysis shows up in the market for these buyers. You will shape our intelligence, data, products, AI capabilities, and services into a differentiated customer story—one that connects to real workflows, urgent problems, and mission outcomes.
This is a role for a strong marketer and an exceptional writer. You can take a complex capability, a shifting market, or a fuzzy customer problem and shape it into a sharp point of view, a persuasive narrative, and practical tools that sellers and customers actually use. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing & Communications, subject-matter experts, and GTM Solutions & Readiness teams to make the story land in the market.
In this role, you’ll:
Position the value
- Define and evolve the public sector value narrative: what Chainalysis enables, why it matters, and why we are meaningfully different.
- Build messaging for priority buyer and user personas, from agency leaders to investigators, intelligence analysts, regulators and tax specialists.
- Create the narratives, proof points, and strategic assets that help sellers communicate differentiated value with conviction.
- Own public-sector competitive intelligence, translating market moves into clear offensive and defensive positioning for deal teams.
Turn value into solutions
- Partner with Product, R&D, Marketing & Communications, and subject-matter experts to translate innovation into compelling industry solutions, use cases, and sales plays.
- Lead go-to-market planning for launches, major releases, platform capabilities, and commercial offerings.
- Shape customer-facing value narratives for pricing, packaging, and usage-based commercial models, including business cases, operational value and mission impact.
- Bring a customer lens to product and market decisions: explain not only what a capability does, but how it advances the customer’s mission.
Win and learn in market
- Produce the strategic content that moves government opportunities forward: first-call decks, solution briefs, talk tracks, discovery frameworks, proof points, and sales plays.
- Partner with Product, Product Marketing, GTM & Enablement teams to scale the strongest narratives into field tools and enablement.
- Bring customer, field, partner, and competitive insight back into the work — sharpening positioning, converting market evidence into credible stories, and building repeatable use cases.
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- 5–8 years in product, solutions, industry, or B2B enterprise technology marketing, with experience marketing to public-sector customers across law enforcement, intelligence, regulatory or tax functions.
- A demonstrated ability to build positioning and messaging that changes how customers and sellers see a problem—not simply content that fills a library.
- Exceptional writing and editorial judgment. You can write crisp headlines, persuasive narratives, practical sales content, and executive-level messaging; you know the difference between jargon and precision.
- Strong understanding of public-sector buying journeys, decision-making processes and mission-oriented sales motions.
- The ability to connect technical capabilities to mission and operational value for both executive buyers and hands-on users.
- A collaborative self-starter, comfortable working across R&D, Sales, technical and revenue teams, and senior leaders to drive ambiguous, multi-stakeholder work forward independently.
Nice to have experience:
- Experience with blockchain, digital assets, or crypto-native financial infrastructure.
- Experience marketing AI-powered products, data platforms, intelligence products, cybersecurity, or risk and compliance technology.
- Familiarity with consumption- or usage-based pricing and packaging.
- Familiarity with investigative, intelligence, national-security, regulatory or tax use cases for intelligence and technology, and the policy developments shaping digital-asset markets.
You’ll thrive here if:
You can shape complexity into a story people remember and a sales conversation people can use. You write with precision, bring sound judgment to ambiguous problems, build for repeatability rather than one-off requests, and care about the quality of what reaches customers and the field.
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.
About Chainalysis
Chainalysis is the blockchain data platform, making it easy to connect the movement of digital assets to real-world services. Powered by deep blockchain data and AI, organizations can investigate illicit activity, manage risk exposure, and develop innovative market solutions built on the industry's most trusted blockchain intelligence. Our mission is to build trust in blockchains, blending safety and security with an unwavering commitment to growth and innovation.
You belong here.
At Chainalysis, we believe that diversity of experience and thought makes us stronger. With both customers and employees around the world, we are committed to ensuring our team reflects the unique communities around us. We’re ensuring we keep learning by committing to continually revisit and reevaluate our diversity culture.
We encourage applicants across any race, ethnicity, gender/gender expression, age, spirituality, ability, experience and more. We are looking for someone that has experience working closely with the MFSA,obtaining license and running a Fintech business. This role will be hands on with the commercials and operations of the company, it will answer to the board and it will be up to the person to build a team around them.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
About the Role
The Site Reliability Engineering team at iCapital is fundamental to ensuring our platform delivers consistent, reliable service to our client base. Our services run on Kubernetes in AWS, and this role focuses on keeping them healthy in production.
We're looking for the hands-on engineer others turn to when production is broken and the cause isn't obvious. You'll troubleshoot across the full stack (the application, its containers, Kubernetes, and the underlying cloud infrastructure) and turn what you learn into lasting improvements: stronger reliability standards, safer rollouts, sharper alerts, and automation that prevents repeat failures. You'll rely on metrics, logs, and traces every day, but the heart of this role is diagnosing and fixing what they reveal.
Responsibilities
Act as a senior escalation point for complex production issues in Kubernetes-based services, leading hands-on investigation across application, container, Kubernetes, and AWS layers through to root cause.
Partner with the teams that own our cluster infrastructure to resolve platform-level issues, and feed what you learn back into reliability standards and improvements.
Define and implement reliability and operability standards for Kubernetes-based services, including resource sizing, health checks, scaling patterns, rollout safety, and baseline monitoring, as part of service onboarding.
Serve as Incident Commander or senior technical lead for high-severity incidents, lead postmortems, and drive systemic improvements through action items and measurable follow-through.
Turn recurring investigations into runbooks, diagnostic tooling, and automated remediation that shorten time to resolution and eliminate toil.
Coach engineers in systematic troubleshooting and Kubernetes best practices through reviews, game days, and knowledge sharing.
Define, implement, and iterate service level objectives (SLOs) and service level indicators (SLIs) that reflect customer and business expectations.
Standardize monitoring and alerting through “monitors as code” (Terraform preferred), including quality gates such as severity, ownership, and runbook links.
Operate and tune OpenTelemetry pipelines, including sanitizing data, managing cardinality, and enriching telemetry with consistent fields.
Maintain the infrastructure behind our monitoring stack, including Helm charts, ArgoCD ApplicationSets, Kinesis streams, Lambda functions, and Prometheus.
Participate in on-call rotations with a focus on improving reliability, reducing alert noise, and increasing signal quality over time.
What You'll Need (Must-Haves)
5+ years in SRE or related roles, with evidence of technical seniority across multiple services and teams.
3+ years of hands-on experience running and troubleshooting production workloads on Kubernetes, with a deep understanding of how Kubernetes schedules, connects, scales, and rolls out workloads.
Proven ability to independently diagnose complex failures in distributed systems running on Kubernetes, spanning application, configuration, resource, networking, and scaling issues, including cases where the root cause wasn't obvious.
Strong Linux and networking fundamentals, with the ability to troubleshoot below the container layer.
Strong production experience with AWS, including how cloud networking and access controls affect workloads running in Kubernetes.
Strong incident response skills, including leading retrospectives/postmortems and following through on systemic fixes.
Strong IaC skills (Terraform preferred), with examples of reusable modules, monitors-as-code patterns, or similar standardization work, and the coding ability to build automation and diagnostic tooling.
Track record of defining SLOs/SLIs and using an observability stack (such as Prometheus/Grafana, New Relic, Splunk, or similar) to drive decisions and find root causes quickly.
Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence engineering teams through standards, tooling, and practical guidance.
Nice to Have
Kubernetes certification (CKA or CKS) or equivalent depth.
Experience improving rollout safety and autoscaling behavior for Kubernetes workloads.
Familiarity with common data stores (Postgres, MongoDB, DynamoDB) and how they fail in distributed systems.
OpenTelemetry instrumentation experience at scale.
We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office four days, with the flexibility to work remotely one day (Friday).
Benefits
iCapital offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes a total compensation program consisting of competitive salary, annual performance bonus, and equity for all full-time employees; healthcare with 100% employer-paid health and dental insurance; and generous paid time off (PTO).
