Job Summary
We are seeking a high-energy, hands-on Business Development Manager to lead a team of four specialists while maintaining an active presence on the front lines of sales. This is not a "sideline" management role; it is a position for a true sales leader who thrives on coaching, analyzing data, and closing deals. You will be responsible for driving accountability, optimizing outbound campaigns, and ensuring the team consistently hits aggressive revenue goals within the staffing and recruiting industry. If you are an expert at turning raw data from tools like Apollo and Aircall into actionable sales strategies, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Performance: Manage, coach, and mentor a team of four Business Development Specialists, conducting weekly 1-on-1s and sales meetings to drive KPI accountability.
Sales Strategy & Optimization: Analyze outbound campaign performance (reply rates, meetings booked, and conversions) to refine messaging, target personas, and outreach sequences.
Data-Driven Coaching: Utilize Apollo, Aircall, and CRM analytics to diagnose underperformance, review call recordings, and lead role-play sessions to improve the team's objection handling and discovery techniques.
Personal Production: Lead by example by maintaining a personal pipeline and closing a minimum of one new deal per month.
Pipeline Management: Monitor CRM discipline to ensure all prospects, opportunities, and agreements are accurately tracked and forecasted.
Discovery & Closing Support: Join team discovery calls to assist in uncovering pain points, identifying decision-makers, and advancing prospects toward signed agreements.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing or supervising a Business Development or Sales team.
Proven experience in the BPO, RPO, or Direct Staffing industry is mandatory.
Expert-level proficiency in outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email sequencing, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose why a campaign or representative is underperforming using specific data metrics.
Mastery of the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, objection handling, and closing.
Ability to create and implement performance recovery strategies when KPIs are not met.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on value-based selling.
Advanced experience with Apollo, Aircall, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Familiarity with multi-channel sales sequencing tools and advanced CRM reporting.
Experience developing custom sales training modules and rebuttals for the staffing industry.

WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
In 365 days we shipped 305 releases — roughly five years of work at most companies. New models, features and workflows land every week, and each one has to be explained to millions of users in a way that makes them understand it, want to try it, and remember it.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Writing about releases, features and updates for our blog, guides and newsletters;
- Translating product context into language users actually understand;
- Working cross-functionally — inside CX, and with the product and marketing teams;
- Shaping how Higgsfield sounds: the words we use about ourselves, how we're read, how we're remembered.
YOUR MUST HAVES
- English C1+ — the language you think in, not the one you translate into;
- Real craft with text in English and Russian: you write from scratch, edit for different audiences, and feel rhythm. You can write simply and you can write densely. You understand structure and know how words move people;
- A nitpicker, in the best sense: you see a weak sentence and can't leave it. You notice where a paragraph sags, where an analogy doesn't hold, where cutting three words makes it stronger;
- A-player mindset: ownership, speed, taste, and genuine interest in AI;
- Comfort with the pace — releases ship weekly and the writing has to keep up.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience writing for a tech, SaaS or AI product;
- Background in product documentation, developer content or technical writing;
- Familiarity with the GenAI landscape and the tools creators actually use;
- Experience working alongside product teams rather than downstream from them.
THE DEAL
- Competitive salary in USD, reviewed as you grow;
- On-site role in our Almaty office;
- Access to Higgsfield products and the AI tools we use internally;
- Breakfast, lunch and good coffee on us;
- Full-time position with high ownership and growth potential.
