Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
At Figma, we're building tools that help teams design, build, and ship better products together. Figma Make enables teams to go from prompt to production code, and the Figma agent is a purpose-built design agent that edits files directly on the Figma canvas.
We're looking for a deeply technical product leader to lead the four teams responsible for Figma's Roundtripping area: Code Context, Design to Code, Code to Design, and Code Platform. You'll manage and grow a team of Product Managers while partnering closely with engineering, design, data, and research leaders.
This team builds the products and platform capabilities that help design and code move fluently together. You'll set the strategy for improving connecting customer codebases to Figma.
This is a full-time role that can be held from our New York hub or remotely within the Eastern US time zone.
What you'll do at Figma:
Lead the product aspects of the four teams driving Figma's Roundtripping area - Code Context, Design to Code and Code to Design, and Code Platform
Set vision, strategy, and goals for how design and code stay in sync at Figma
Own Design to Code and Code to Design workflows end to end, including quality measurement, improvement, and discoverability
Guide the development of the code-context systems and translation primitives that power agentic workflows and round-tripping between design and code
Manage and develop three Product Managers, hire the team's open Product Manager role, and establish a high bar for product management craft
Partner with leaders across engineering, design, data, and research to make technical product decisions and serve needs across Figma's product suite
Establish a strong operating cadence across the area and own adoption goals for MCP and Design to Code/Code to Design workflows
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
3+ years of experience managing Product Managers, with a proven track record of hiring, calibrating, and developing talent
Deep experience shipping developer tools and AI products - has run evals, owned annotation pipelines, and made real ship/no-ship calls on model behavior
A track record of setting strategy and executing on major initiatives in environments with deep technical and product ambiguity - and rallying an org around a bold, unproven bet
Experience working with enterprise customers to understand their workflows and turn that into shipped product
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and written communication with technical depth; credible in engineering reviews and with senior stakeholders
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the role
Fivetran + dbt Labs is hiring a Senior Manager to lead the Product Design team responsible for dbt Labs. This role reports to the Director of Product Design.
This is an exciting time to join! As Fivetran and dbt Labs come together, you will help shape a coherent product experience, guide the design team through change, and influence the future of AI-powered data products. You will join a strong and talented design organization whose members care deeply about their craft, the practitioners they serve, and one another.
This is a people management and product leadership role for a design leader who wants to shape technical data products at scale. You will manage and develop a team of product designers, shape the UX strategy for dbt products, and partner with Product and Engineering leaders to define how data teams build, transform, govern, and trust their data. You will lead through strategy, coaching, direction, and cross-functional partnership.
What you'll do
Lead the dbt product design team
You will manage and coach a team of product designers who work across dbt platform and CLI-based products. Designers own the full design process from problem definition and research to UX/UI and partnering with eng/PM through delivery. You will build a culture where designers feel supported, challenged, and empowered to do thoughtful, high-quality work for deeply technical users. You will set clear expectations, give actionable feedback, support career growth, and create the conditions for strong design craft.
Own UX strategy for dbt
You will define and drive UX strategy across dbt’s product experience. You will identify the highest-impact experience opportunities, connect design priorities to product outcomes, and partner with Product and Engineering leadership as a strategic peer in roadmap and product direction conversations.
Provide design direction for technical data products
You will set direction for design work across complex workflows used by technical practitioners. You do not need to be an engineer, but you do need enough technical fluency to understand the domain, evaluate tradeoffs, and partner credibly with engineering leaders. You should be comfortable discussing data workflows, ELT, analytics engineering, developer tools, and infrastructure-oriented product experiences.
Shape AI and agentic product experiences
You will lead design strategy for AI-powered and agentic experiences within dbt. This requires more than adding AI features to existing workflows. You will help the team design systems that make AI assistance understandable, useful, and safe for high-stakes technical work. As dbt builds experiences where both humans and AI agents interact with the same data infrastructure, you will also think about how product surfaces need to work for both personas.
Help integrate Fivetran and dbt Labs design
You will play an important role in co-creating a unified product experience and design culture. This is a change-leadership role. You will partner with the Director of Product Design to merge systems, processes, and culture. You will help designers navigate a new organizational context, build strong cross-functional relationships, and create clarity during a period of product and company evolution.
Build an AI-native design operating model
You will operationalize AI across the design lifecycle (from research synthesis and ideation to prototyping, documentation, and design QA). You will establish shared workflows, quality standards, and review practices that help the team move faster without compromising product quality or consistency. In partnership with the Director of Product Design and Product and Engineering leadership, you will also define cross-functional standards for when AI-generated work requires design review, ensuring clear expectations for human oversight, quality, and continuous improvement.
What we're looking for
Required experience
You have 8+ years of product design experience and at least 5 years managing product designers.
Strong people management skills, including coaching, performance development, direct feedback, and team culture building.
Strong cross-functional leadership with Product, Engineering, Research, Data, Marketing, and executive stakeholders.
Deep care for craft, with a leadership style focused on direction, critique, strategy, and coaching rather than acting as the primary IC designer.
Designing for, or leading teams that design for, technically complex products such as ELT, data infrastructure, analytics engineering, developer tools, cloud platforms, data governance, observability, or adjacent enterprise infrastructure products.
Designing AI-powered or agentic product experiences. You understand the difference between a lightweight AI feature, a copilot, and an agentic workflow.
Experience operationalizing AI workflows for product design teams that goes way beyond AI prototyping. You have defined how designers use AI across the design lifecycle and have established the workflows, standards, review practices, and quality thresholds needed to make AI-assisted work effective at team scale.
Owning UX strategy for a meaningful product area. You can show how your design strategy influenced product direction, not just how your team delivered screens.
Strong technical fluency. You can reason about complex systems, understand engineering constraints, and discuss tradeoffs with Product and Engineering partners.
Experience designing for expert technical users such as data engineers, analytics engineers, software engineers, platform teams, or security teams.

This is an inbound, transactional, high-volume business (40k leads per year), international and B2C, with an average basket of €7K.
Reporting directly to the COO, you'll lead a team of 4 Sales Managers handling around 15 Sales Executives and 25 seasonal employees, with full ownership of your team's recruitment and the whole Sales cycle.

Challenging the Sales approach we've had for the past 10 years
Managing potential geographical and segment expansion
Assessing where AI could be wisely introduced in our Sales cycle.
You'll shape the strategy, own the execution, and measure the impact.
🛟 What floats your boat
You will be responsible for the following:
Defining and executing the human-led Sales strategy, from first contact to closing, to reach your revenue objective. Lead generation stays out of your scope.
Leading, mentoring, and growing a team of 4 Sales Managers, setting clear objectives aligned with company goals and building a culture of accountability, constant feedback, and raising the bar.
Ensuring the quality and delivery of recruitment by collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team.
Managing the Sales side of potential business expansion into new geographies like the U.S. or segments like luxury yachting.
Introducing AI into the dealflow when relevant.
Managing your P&L according to budget.

8+ years of experience in Sales, ideally in a B2C, e-commerce, or consumer tech environment.
5+ years of experience managing a team and driving performance through coaching, prioritisation, and clear goal-setting.
A first experience of managing managers.

Data-obsessed and analytically rigorous: comfortable building and reading dashboards (Tableau or equivalent) to report on your line of business with accuracy.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate effectively with Tech, Marketing, and Business teams while minimising dependencies.
Full proficiency in English is required.
🌊 Bonus points (great to have, never a dealbreaker)

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The Infrastructure Acquisition Group
The Infrastructure Acquisition Group secures the land, power, and data center capacity that enables the Nebius AI Cloud. We identify where Nebius should grow next, structure the commercial agreements that make that growth possible, and partner across engineering, energy, finance, legal, and development to bring new AI infrastructure online.
We're a small, founding team building this function from the ground up across the Americas, leading the acquisition of colocation, build-to-suit, powered land, and other strategic infrastructure opportunities as one of the world's fastest-growing AI cloud platforms scales.
Examples of Problems We're Solving
Transform acquisitions into data center-ready projects.
A signed agreement is only the beginning. You'll lead development planning, utility coordination, permitting, consultant management, and infrastructure planning to prepare projects for successful delivery.
Keep development ahead of construction.
Coordinate engineering, utilities, municipalities, and development partners so projects remain ready for execution while commercial negotiations conclude and infrastructure requirements evolve.
Build a repeatable development program.
Help establish the standards, development governance, readiness gates, and project controls that will support AI infrastructure development across the Americas.
About the Role
As a Development Manager, you'll lead the development of AI infrastructure projects across the Americas from executed agreement through construction readiness. Working within the Infrastructure Acquisition Group, you'll partner with Site Selection, Technical Due Diligence, Engineering, Energy, Finance, Legal, and Delivery to transform acquisitions into fully defined, development-ready projects.
This is a build-phase role on a build-phase team. Many of the development standards, governance processes, readiness gates, and project controls you'll use are still being written—in some cases, you'll help write them. We're looking for someone who can independently lead complex infrastructure developments while helping build the systems that make every future project faster, more predictable, and more scalable.
What You'll Own
Lead the development of AI infrastructure projects from executed agreement through construction readiness.
Own integrated development roadmaps, schedules, budgets, milestones, and the pre-construction risk register.
Coordinate permitting, entitlement, utility planning, infrastructure planning, and owner obligations.
Recommend Go / No-Go decisions as projects advance through key development milestones.
Deliver development-ready projects to the Delivery organization with complete documentation and minimized risk.
Development Planning & Governance
Lead development activities from executed agreement through construction readiness.
Develop and manage integrated development roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and key milestones.
Own the development budget, schedule, assumptions, and risk register throughout the pre-construction lifecycle.
Lead weekly development reviews and executive readiness meetings, and recommend Go / No-Go decisions as projects advance through key milestones.
Infrastructure & Utility Coordination
Coordinate infrastructure planning for electrical service, substations, fiber, water, sewer, stormwater, and transportation access.
Coordinate permitting, utility planning, entitlement activities, infrastructure planning, and owner obligations.
Partner with utility providers, municipalities, engineering teams, and consultants to validate executable development plans.
Ensure infrastructure assumptions are fully integrated into project budgets and schedules.
Construction Readiness
Establish development readiness criteria and project handoff standards.
Verify permits, utility agreements, infrastructure planning, owner deliverables, and development obligations are complete before turnover.
Deliver projects to the Delivery organization with complete documentation, defined scope, and minimized development risk.
Identify and resolve development risks before they impact construction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the primary development interface across Site Selection, Technical Due Diligence, Engineering, Energy, Finance, Legal, and Delivery.
Coordinate architects, civil engineers, environmental consultants, surveyors, permitting specialists, and other external partners.
Align internal stakeholders and external consultants to prevent scope, schedule, and cost drift throughout development.
What Success Looks Like
Transform acquisitions into data center-ready development projects.
Deliver predictable development schedules, budgets, and readiness milestones.
Identify and resolve development risks before they impact construction.
Build trusted relationships with utilities, municipalities, consultants, and development partners.
Help build the standards and processes the Infrastructure Acquisition Group runs on as it scales.
What You'll Bring
You're comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes where none exist. You know how to independently lead complex infrastructure developments while helping define how future projects should be executed.
8+ years of experience in data center development, industrial development, infrastructure development, land development, or mission-critical projects.
Experience managing permitting, entitlement, utility coordination, consultant management, and development planning activities.
Strong understanding of infrastructure development, owner's budgeting, development scheduling, risk management, and pre-construction planning.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across engineering, utilities, design, legal, and construction.
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting hyperscale data center or AI infrastructure development.
Experience with utility coordination, entitlement strategy, infrastructure planning, and owner's representation.
Experience with self-development or joint venture delivery models.
Professional Engineer (PE), PMP, or similar professional certification.
Why Join Nebius
The infrastructure supporting AI is being built now. This is an opportunity to help define how Nebius transforms acquisitions into development-ready AI infrastructure while helping build the function itself—the governance, development standards, readiness framework, and operating model that will support infrastructure investments across the Americas. About The Opportunity
We are seeking a hands-on
Director of AI Enablement
to identify high-value business problems, deliver AI solutions in real operational environments, and turn proven approaches into reusable enterprise capabilities.
The role combines the business immersion and problem discovery of a
Deployment Strategist
, the technical delivery capability of a
Forward-Deployed Engineer
, and the product judgment required to standardize successful solutions. You will work directly with teams such as Compliance, Legal, Risk, Customer Service, Operations, and GBS, in partnership with Product, Engineering, Data, Security, and Infrastructure.
Success is measured by business impact and sustained adoption—not the number of pilots launched.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Find and Prioritize High-Value Problems
Embed with business teams and frontline users to understand their workflows, decisions, data, constraints, and pain points.
Separate root causes from symptoms and determine whether the right answer is process redesign, better data, automation, AI, or a combination of these.
Prioritize opportunities based on business value, user reach, risk, feasibility, time-to-value, and reuse potential.
Translate ambiguous needs into clear problem statements, target outcomes, success metrics, and executable plans.
2. Build and Deliver Solutions
Define the minimum valuable product and rapidly validate it with real users and data.
Personally prototype solutions such as copilots, agents, workflow automations, and internal tools.
For larger or higher-risk initiatives, partner with Engineering and Data teams on architecture, integrations, security, reliability, evaluation, and production readiness.
Own delivery from discovery and prototype through launch, adoption, measurement, iteration, and handover.
3. Drive Adoption and Business Impact
Design solutions with users and adapt workflows based on real operational behavior.
Lead pilots, enablement, training, and change management required for sustained adoption.
Track outcomes such as time saved, cycle-time reduction, quality improvement, risk reduction, cost avoided, and active usage.
Ensure every initiative has a business owner, an adoption plan, and a sustainable operating model.
4. Productize and Scale What Works
Identify recurring workflows, data needs, integrations, and governance requirements across teams.
Convert successful deployments into reusable components, templates, reference architectures, or configurable products.
Decide when a need should remain bespoke, use shared components, or become a standardized product or platform capability.
Build practical playbooks and standards for opportunity assessment, prototyping, evaluation, productionization, and impact measurement.
Feed field learnings into shared Product and Engineering roadmaps, reducing duplicated and one-off solutions.
What We Look For In You
4+ years of experience across product management, technical delivery, solutions engineering, enterprise transformation, consulting, or software/data engineering.
Demonstrated ability to uncover high-value problems through workflow observation, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
Hands-on experience building and shipping AI, data, or automation-enabled solutions used in real operational workflows.
Strong product judgment, including prioritization, MVP definition, trade-off decisions, rapid validation, and avoidance of over-engineering.
Sufficient technical depth to prototype independently and work effectively with Engineering on data, integrations, architecture, security, evaluation, and reliability.
Working knowledge of LLMs, RAG, agents, tool use, prompt design, evaluation, observability, and human-in-the-loop systems.
Experience turning bespoke business needs into reusable products, shared services, or operating standards.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across frontline users, technical teams, and senior executives.
High ownership and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
Nice-To-Haves
Experience in fintech, crypto/blockchain, financial services, or another regulated industry.
Experience working with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Customer Service, Operations, or other non-engineering functions.
Experience with enterprise data platforms, knowledge systems, agent frameworks, workflow orchestration, or MCP-based integrations.
Experience leading an AI enablement function, forward-deployed team, internal product incubator, or multidisciplinary delivery team.
Familiarity with Lark/Feishu and enterprise internal-tooling ecosystems.
Expected Outcomes
Within the first 6–12 months, the successful candidate will be expected to:
Establish a repeatable approach for identifying and prioritizing high-value AI opportunities.
Deliver production use cases with measurable operational impact and sustained adoption.
Create clear ownership and decision paths from prototype to production, scale, handover, or stop.
Turn selected deployments into reusable capabilities adopted by multiple teams.
Build a network of business champions and technical partners capable of scaling AI adoption across the organization.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants

About The Role:
At Paysend, we believe CRM should be much more than a communication channel. We want it to become one of our biggest growth engines alongside Performance Marketing, Organic Growth and Referral.
We are looking for a Consumer CRM Director to lead this transformation.
You will own the global CRM strategy, lead the CRM team and be accountable for the commercial impact of CRM across the full customer lifecycle. Your mission is to turn CRM into a measurable growth engine that drives customer activation, engagement, retention, reactivation and lifetime value.
This role is about building a growth function, not just running campaigns. We are looking for someone who has already transformed CRM into a major growth engine and knows how to turn customer insights into business results.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
Own the global CRM strategy across the full customer lifecycle.
Lead and develop a high-performing CRM team, creating a culture of experimentation, accountability, customer focus and continuous improvement.
Build CRM into one of Paysend’s core growth engines, delivering measurable business impact.
Drive improvements in activation, repeat transactions, retention, reactivation and customer lifetime value.
Build and prioritise a roadmap of growth initiatives based on customer behaviour, data and business opportunities.
Create a strong experimentation culture with continuous A/B testing, clear learning and measurement of incremental business impact.
Develop personalised customer journeys based on behavioural triggers instead of calendar campaigns.
Introduce AI-driven personalisation and predictive lifecycle capabilities where they create real value for customers and the business.
Partner closely with Product, Data, Analytics, Marketing and Regional teams to improve customer experience and business performance.
Build reporting that clearly connects CRM activity with business outcomes, including retention, transaction volume, revenue contribution and lifetime value.
What You’ll Need To Be Successful In This Role:
8+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Retention or Consumer Growth.
Experience leading and developing high-performing CRM or Lifecycle teams.
Proven track record of transforming CRM from a campaign execution function into a major growth engine.
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, customer behaviour, retention and lifetime value.
Experience building and scaling experimentation programmes with measurable business impact.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn customer data into growth opportunities and business decisions.
Hands-on experience with Braze or a similar lifecycle marketing platform.
Comfortable working across Product, Marketing, Analytics and Data teams.
Experience in fintech, payments or another high-growth digital consumer business is a strong advantage.
Success in This Role:
Success in this role will be measured by your ability to:
Make CRM one of Paysend’s key growth engines.
Deliver measurable improvements in customer activation, retention, reactivation and lifetime value.
Increase the contribution of CRM to transaction volume, revenue and long-term customer value.
Build a culture where decisions are driven by customer data, experimentation and continuous learning.
Develop a high-performing CRM team that consistently delivers measurable business impact.
This is an opportunity to build something meaningful.
You won’t be joining a business where CRM is only about campaigns. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the strategy, build new capabilities, influence product decisions and define how millions of customers engage with Paysend.
If you enjoy solving hard growth problems, building strong teams and creating measurable business impact, we’d love to hear from you.

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime Arcade, we've become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.
Processing 2+ million daily interactions between adjoe's reward engine and its global publisher network
The Supply Integrations team builds and operates the services that ensure every user reward is calculated, verified, and delivered, whether that means firing a cryptographically signed HTTP callback in milliseconds or transferring loyalty points through a partner's OAuth-secured payment API. Every callback that lands on time is a reward delivered, a publisher retained, and revenue protected.
The team's production surface spans a set of services connecting adjoe to a global publisher network. S2S Payout Callbacks deliver real-time reward notifications with 40+ configurable parameters, secured by per-publisher cryptographic signatures. The Payout Adapter integrates directly with enterprise partner payment systems, handling OAuth2 flows, mTLS, HMAC signatures, and retry logic to guarantee delivery. Our External Statistics API aggregates data from Druid, Athena, and DynamoDB into self-serve publisher dashboards and daily reports. All of this is backed by Go microservices communicating over Kafka and SQS, with state managed in DynamoDB and MySQL, processing over 2 million interactions every day without missing a beat.
YOUR MISSION & WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Production Golang Systems Expertise: You bring 5+ years of backend development experience, including at least 3 years writing Go in production distributed environments. You will build and maintain our +99% Go microservice architecture—interfacing with our TypeScript/React frontend—to reliably handle 2+ million daily publisher interactions and scale beyond hundreds of millions of monthly active users.
- High-Throughput Event Streaming: You have hands-on experience designing asynchronous microservice communication using event buses like Kafka, SQS/SNS, and Kinesis. You will build pipelines to collect billions of daily API events and aggregate them into our data lake for sub-second querying.
- High-Scale Data & API Optimization: You understand database internals and low-level web standards (HTTP protocol, Encoding, Regular Expressions). You will optimize queries across hundreds of terabytes of data across DynamoDB, MySQL, Druid, and Athena to reduce API response times and expose transparent, well-documented open APIs to enterprise partners.
- Data Science & Algorithmic Integration: You quickly grasp complex technical topics and applied mathematics. You will partner directly with our Data Science team to translate and integrate machine learning algorithms into adjoe’s core application, optimizing real-time ad targeting.
- Collaborative Technical Communication: You communicate fluently and precisely in spoken and written English. You will actively participate in peer code reviews and technical knowledge sharing across an international backend engineering team.
- Plus: Infrastructure & Cloud Tooling: Hands-on experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code), Docker containerization, or serverless infrastructure.
🌎 We welcome applications from talent worldwide and provide relocation support to Hamburg, Germany for those ready to join our team.
At adjoe, you’re not here to just close JIRA tickets, you’re helping build the infrastructure behind one of the most impactful platforms in adtech. The systems you work on will reach hundreds of millions of users and power billions of decisions every day.
- Go Big. Own projects with impact on 770M users and push adtech boundaries.
- Move Fast. Ship solutions multiple times a day, learn from results, and keep momentum.
- Be Direct. Solve problems openly and collaborate across teams.
- Thrive Together. Grow with a diverse, global team of people from over 40 different countries that learn from each other.
- Have Fun. Celebrate wins, enjoy daily victories, and bring your energy.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.
