About Advantage HQ
Advantage HQ sits at the intersection of performance marketing and creator-driven growth. We manage over $850M in annual media spend across Meta, TikTok and YouTube, run 80,000+ creator partnerships every month across a network of 400,000+ influencers, and use Meteoric AI, our proprietary intelligence platform, to power discovery, outreach, whitelisting, and creative decisioning at scale.
We are trusted by 200+ high-growth DTC brands across beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and health. Our team of 100+ growth operators, analysts, and creatives drives meaningful bottom-line impact through performance creative, paid media, influencer marketing, and CRO.
Advantage HQ is not just an agency. We are a scalable growth platform with a proven track record, and a culture built for A-players.
The Role
We are hiring a Strategic Projects Lead to work directly with the Founder and own the company's highest-priority initiatives. You will take ambiguous, high-stakes problems, turn them into clear plans, and drive them to completion across teams, from scoping and research to execution and review.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and operations. You are the Founder's force multiplier: the person who protects their time, sharpens their decisions, and makes sure what they set in motion actually ships. You think like an owner, you move fast, and you are comfortable operating with limited direction.
You are structured and analytical in equal measure. You turn a loose idea into a clear brief, use data to pressure-test it, and keep a fast-moving organization aligned on what matters most.
What You Will Own
Strategic project delivery.
Own cross-functional initiatives from the Founder's agenda end to end. Define objectives, owners, timelines and success metrics, then drive them through to completion.
Founder operating rhythm.
Run the Office of the Founder: weekly priorities, meeting agendas, follow-ups, decision logs and the cadence that keeps leadership aligned.
Research and analysis.
Run market scans, competitive reviews, process audits and financial analysis that inform strategic decisions, and turn findings into clear recommendations.
Communication and briefings.
Prepare briefing materials, board and investor updates, and internal communications. Speak on the Founder's behalf with teams and partners, with clarity and conviction.
Risk and blocker removal.
Spot risks and opportunities early. Bring solutions, not just problems, and clear the obstacles that slow teams down.
Systems and playbooks.
Build repeatable systems, playbooks and dashboards so initiatives run without constant oversight.
AI fluency.
Use AI as a core part of your workflow, from research and analysis to automation of recurring work.
What We Are Looking For
You have spent [3-6+] years in strategy, consulting, operations, chief-of-staff or startup roles. You know what it means to context-switch fast across projects without losing the thread on any of them.
You have led complex, cross-functional projects to completion, and the work had a measurable effect on the business. You can point to it specifically and explain exactly what you did to make it happen.
You are analytical. You can take messy information, pull out what matters, and turn it into a decision or a plan. Spreadsheets, dashboards and basic financial modeling are second nature.
You are a strong writer and communicator. You write clear briefs, give honest feedback, and present your thinking to leaders with clarity and confidence.
You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities. You hold a high bar for quality, handle sensitive information with discretion, and stand your ground respectfully when you disagree.
Nice to Have
Experience in a founder-led, high-growth or agency environment
Experience in performance marketing, DTC or creator-driven businesses
Experience building automations or AI-assisted workflows
Comfort in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Location
Fully remote. We have built the infrastructure for high-performance distributed teams and trust our people to do their best work from wherever they work best.

We are hiring a Business Operations Project Lead to make a fast-growing agency run better. You will lead the operational projects that improve how our teams work, from process design and tooling to reporting and cross-team coordination, and manage them end to end.
This role sits at the intersection of operational rigor and fast-paced agency delivery. Map, document and improve core business processes. Write clear SOPs and playbooks that teams actually use.
Cross-team coordination.
Align priorities across departments, resolve dependencies and keep projects moving when work crosses teams.

Use AI as a core part of your workflow, from process analysis to documentation to workflow automation.
What We Are Looking For
You have spent [3-5+] years in business operations, project or program management, ideally at an agency or fast-growing company managing multiple projects at once. You can juggle competing priorities without losing quality.
You have delivered operational projects with measurable results, such as time saved, cost reduced or output increased. You can point to them specifically and explain what you did to make them happen.
You are strong at process design. You can map a workflow, find where it breaks, and document a better one that people follow.
You are analytical. You can work with data, track KPIs and turn reporting into action. Spreadsheets and project management tools are second nature.
You are a clear communicator who works well with leadership and individual contributors alike, gives direct feedback, and keeps stakeholders informed.
You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You stay organized and proactive, and you keep teams moving when priorities shift.
Nice to Have

Experience building operations from scratch in a startup or scaling company
Experience with workflow automation or AI tools
